The system for preparing based on sterilized water according to claim 3, wherein the output end of the bottle arranging device is connected with a sub-packaging device, the output end of the sub-packaging device is connected with a detection device, and the interior of the filtering device is provided with a fine filter, a granular activated carbon filter, an activated carbon filter and a pressure pump from top to bottom in sequence.
5. A method for preparing a system based on sterilized water is characterized by comprising the following operation steps:
s1, preparing purified water: conveying water in the water tank to a filtering device through a water absorption device for filtering;
s2, disinfectant: electrolyzing the purified water prepared in the step S1 by using electrolysis equipment to obtain a finished disinfectant solution;
s3, sterilized water storage: the finished disinfectant liquid prepared in the S2 is put into a storage tank for temporary storage;
s4, cleaning and placing bottles: conveying the prepared placing bottles to a cleaning device 41 through a conveying device, and cleaning the placing bottles through the cleaning device;
s5, drying and placing the bottles: conveying the cleaned placing bottles in the S4 to drying equipment through conveying equipment, and drying the placing bottles through the drying equipment;
s6, arranging and placing bottles: conveying the dried placing bottles in the S5 to bottle arranging equipment through conveying equipment, and adjusting the positions of the placing bottles through the bottle arranging equipment to enable bottle openings to face upwards uniformly;
s7, bottling: conveying the placed bottle with the adjusted position in the S6 to a subpackaging device through a conveying device, filling the sterilized water finished product stored in the S3 into the placed bottle through the subpackaging device, and installing a bottle cap at the bottle opening position for sealing;
s8, product detection: conveying the treated placing bottles in the S7 to detection equipment through conveying equipment for detection, and detecting whether finished products are unqualified or not;
s9, packaging: and S8, conveying the qualified finished product to a packaging device through a conveying device for packaging.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the tap water is stored in the water tank in the S1, and the tap water in the water tank is filtered by a filtering device to remove impurities from the tap water, thereby obtaining purified water suitable for manufacturing.
7. The method for preparing system based on sterilized water according to claim 5, wherein the electrolyte solution of S2 is sodium chloride solution with concentration of 30%, and the electrolysis time is controlled to 10-13 min.
8. The method for preparing system based on sterilized water according to claim 5, wherein the bottles are glass bottles used in S4, which are prepared in advance and each glass bottle is guaranteed to be the same size, and the bottles are cleaned by clean water.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein the drying device dries the inside and the outside of the bottle in S5, and the inside of the bottle is provided with a post-UV sterilization lamp for sterilizing the inside of the bottle for 5 minutes.
10. The method of preparing a sterilized water based system according to claim 5, wherein the step S6 is performed by adjusting the bottle mouth of the bottle to be upward by a dispensing equipment, and making the distance between each bottle to be 5cm, so as to realize the placing of the bottle-adapted and sterilized bottle cap into the dispensing equipment.
