Description

Novel reference electrode is fixed device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of corrosion prevention of seawater pipelines of nuclear power plants, and particularly relates to a novel reference electrode fixing device.
Background
In the nuclear power field, impressed current cathodic protection is taken as one of the most common means for seawater pipeline corrosion prevention, and plays a great role in seawater corrosion prevention. The water pipeline of the nuclear power station adopts impressed current cathodic protection, and has the advantages of continuously adjustable output current, large protection range, no limitation of environmental medium resistivity, economy, long protection life and the like.
In an applied current cathodic protection system, parameters such as protection potential, protection current density, anode current, anode voltage, and the like need to be measured. The impressed current cathodic protection is generally composed of an auxiliary anode, a reference electrode and a direct current power supply. The auxiliary anode is connected with the anode of the direct current power supply to form a complete circuit loop with the protected metal pipeline and the environment medium, and the formed current loop provides cathodic protection current for the protected structure. The reference electrode measures various electrode potentials as reference comparison electrodes, the electrode to be measured and the reference electrode with accurately known electrode potential values form a battery, and the electrode potential of the electrode to be measured can be calculated by measuring the battery electromotive force value. In a seawater pipeline impressed current cathodic protection system of a nuclear power plant, the structural design and mechanical seal of a reference electrode can influence the accuracy of a measurement result, and liquid connection potential is inevitably generated, so that errors are generated.
In a nuclear power plant, the reference electrode needs to be checked regularly, the traditional reference electrode is troublesome to disassemble, and the fixing device is not tight in sealing. Therefore, in order to accurately obtain the measurement value of the impressed current cathode protection of the seawater pipeline, a novel reference electrode fixing device which is convenient to assemble and disassemble and applied to the seawater pipeline needs to be provided, so that the problems of installation of the reference electrode on the seawater pipeline and sealing of the reference electrode are solved, and more accurate parameters such as a protection potential, a protection current density, an anode current and an anode voltage are obtained.

The joint of the reference electrode 1 and the flange 3 adopts a T-shaped structure, the gasket 2 is arranged between the flange 3 and the reference electrode 1, and the lead 4 of the reference electrode 1 passes through the gasket 2. The gasket 2 of the embodiment adopts ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, and can resist water and aging.
The sealing cover 5 has a cable sealing function as shown in fig. 2, and the wire 4 passes through the center of the sealing cover 5. The sealing cover 5 of the embodiment adopts a hexagonal shape, and a wire sealing ring is arranged at the top of the sealing cover 5, so that the wire 4 can be better sealed.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the reference electrode fixing device of the present embodiment, when in use, sequentially comprises the following steps:
step 1, a lead 4 of a reference electrode 1 is made to penetrate through a gasket 2 and a flange 3 at the reference electrode, and the reference electrode 1 is screwed tightly;
