Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high-temperature industrial kilns, and relates to a refractory brick spray cleaning material and application thereof.
Background
In the metallurgical and chemical industries of glass, coking, steel making and the like, industrial kilns for product production are built by various types of high-temperature resistant refractory bricks, and in the high-temperature production, the refractory bricks in the kilns are influenced by various types of reasons in the working and production process of the kilns, such as glass phase substances caused by the corrosion of acid-base gases on the surfaces of the refractory bricks; for example, refractory garbage is generated when refractory materials at some parts of the kiln fall on a kang surface in the kiln after being peeled off; for example, in the high-temperature production process of the kiln, refractory bricks at certain structural parts need to be cut and modified; for example, the ceramic repair welding maintenance needs to be carried out on the refractory bricks, and the surface of the refractory bricks can be repaired after the vitreous phase substances which influence the repair welding quality need to be cleaned. After the reasons occur, because the high temperature in the kiln does not have a proper means to treat refractory bricks, slag and the like in the kiln in the working production process, and the kiln cannot be stopped for treatment, because the service life of the kiln is long, and huge economic loss can be caused by maintenance after the kiln is stopped and cooled. The traditional method can only adopt mechanical brute force cleaning, such as cutting by brute force beating, but because the inside of the kiln is in a high-temperature environment, the cleaning operation is manually needed at high temperature, and the labor intensity is increased. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a refractory brick spray cleaning material for treating the inner refractory in the kiln production process.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects and provide a refractory brick spray cleaning material and application thereof, which can effectively improve the combination of a welding complement and an original refractory material during the repair welding maintenance of kiln ceramics, clean refractory slag in a kiln, reduce the energy consumption of the kiln, reduce the working strength of maintenance and production operators of the kiln and create greater economic benefits.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the refractory brick spray cleaning material comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100 percent: 55-60% of aluminum powder and 40-45% of silicon powder.
Preferably, the refractory brick spray cleaning material comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 100 percent: 55% of aluminum powder and 45% of silicon powder.
Preferably, the purity of the aluminum powder is 99% or more.
Preferably, the particle size of the aluminum powder is 180-300 meshes.
Preferably, the purity of the silicon powder is more than 99%.
Preferably, the particle size of the silicon powder is 180-300 meshes.
The invention also aims to provide application of the refractory brick spray cleaning material, wherein the refractory brick spray cleaning material is used for conveying the spray cleaning material to a damaged refractory brick part by oxygen by using ceramic repair welding machine equipment before repair welding.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
in the high-temperature ceramic welding repair of the glass kiln, because the surface of the fused refractory brick is provided with a layer of glass phase which is mainly silicon dioxide, when the kiln is welded, particularly the part close to a glass solution, the surface of the zirconia-corundum fused brick can cause the surface to be bonded insecure, after the fused mass is bonded with the surface of the refractory brick, because the fused mass of the refractory material of the glass phase can cause the fused mass to fall off from the refractory brick in a short time under the high-temperature environment in the kiln, the quality of the welding repair maintenance is influenced, the spraying cleaning material can help to clean the glass phase material on the surface of the refractory brick, and the surface of the refractory brick is sprayed and punched before the welding repair to form an uneven pitted surface, thereby being beneficial to enhancing the bonding area of the fused mass and the refractory brick in the subsequent welding repair operation process and enhancing the firmness.
The meltallizing cleaning material comprises aluminum powder and silicon powder, the aluminum powder generates a large amount of heat through chemical reaction when burning in oxygen, the high temperature exceeds the melting temperature of the refractory brick, the surface of the refractory brick flows like molten rock slurry, the surface of the refractory brick is uneven and hollow, deep holes are meltallized and jetted on the surface of the refractory brick, the firmness of welding repair is enhanced, and the firmness of combination of a ceramic welding repair body and the refractory brick is ensured; the heat value temperature of the silicon powder in the oxygen is lower than the combustion temperature of the aluminum powder, and the silicon powder has a certain neutralization effect on the combustion of the pure aluminum powder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the refractory brick spray cleaning material can melt and cut refractory bricks in a high-temperature kiln and refractory substances generated in production, and then remove and recover the normal working condition production of the kiln.
(2) The refractory brick spray cleaning material is applied to cutting of refractory bricks in various high-temperature kilns, holes are formed in the surfaces of the refractory bricks, redundant parts are melted and cut, and glass phase substances on the surfaces of the refractory bricks are cleaned.
(3) The melting and jetting cleaning material is operated under the condition of high-temperature production work of the kiln, and under the condition of no production stop, by cutting the glass phase substances on the surface of the refractory bricks, the combination of a welding flux and the original refractory materials during the ceramic repair welding maintenance of the kiln can be effectively improved, the refractory slag in the kiln is cleaned, the energy consumption of the kiln is reduced, the working strength of the maintenance and production operators of the kiln is reduced, and the economic benefit is created greatly.
