The easy-to-clamp, easy-to-take and quick-to-transfer microphone fixing clamp as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of capsule guide chambers (15) are arranged above the horizontal diameter of the annular groove portion (142), the capsule guide chambers (15) are symmetrically provided with 2 rows of clamping shafts in the radial direction and at least 2 rows of clamping shafts in the axial direction, the clamping capsules (16) are fixedly bonded in the capsule guide chambers (15), the two clamping capsules (16) in the same axial row are communicated with each other through a first communication pipe (151), and the two clamping capsules (16) in the same radial row are communicated with each other through a second communication pipe (152).
