A nerve block sleeve assembly, comprising: the medical injection needle comprises a fixed catheter, an inner sleeve medical injection catheter, a medical injection port, a screwing threaded sleeve, a threaded fastener, a split puncture needle and a telescopic deformation disc, wherein the fixed catheter is a hollow tube body, the inner sleeve medical injection catheter is inserted into the hollow tube body, the telescopic deformation disc is installed at the tail end of the fixed catheter, the threaded fastener is fixedly installed at the head end of the fixed catheter, the screwing threaded sleeve is sleeved on the threaded fastener, the medical injection port is fixedly installed at the head end of the inner sleeve medical injection catheter, a plurality of uniformly-arranged medical injection guide holes are formed in the tube wall at the tail end of the inner sleeve medical injection catheter, and the split puncture needle is sleeved on the tube body of the fixed catheter and used for driving the fixed catheter to puncture; the telescopic deformation disc is of a net-shaped pipe structure, the net-shaped pipe structure is a disc body in a compressed state, and the net-shaped pipe structure is a pipe body in a non-pressure state; the nerve block sleeve component is a double-sleeve structure catheter, the outer layer is a fixed catheter, the front end of the fixed catheter is a telescopic deformation disc used for fixing the whole catheter on muscles or fascia around a target nerve, the inner tube is an inner sleeve drug injection catheter, a drug injection port at the head end of the inner sleeve drug injection catheter is used for providing drugs, a plurality of uniformly arranged drug injection guide holes are formed in the tube wall at the tail end of the inner sleeve drug injection catheter for injecting drugs, and a screw socket fixer at the head end of the fixed catheter is used for fixing the inner sleeve drug injection catheter and enabling the inner sleeve drug injection catheter and the fixed catheter not to displace; when in use, the nerve block sleeve assembly can tear the thin wall of the puncture needle by exerting force from the upper direction and the lower direction when the puncture is carried out, the puncture needle is removed, the whole fixed catheter is fixed on the muscle or fascia at the periphery of a target nerve, the screw fixer is screwed and fixed on the inner sleeve drug injection catheter, so that the inner sleeve drug injection catheter and the fixed catheter do not displace, the tail end of the whole catheter is the drug injection guide hole of the inner sleeve drug injection catheter, the drug injection guide hole arranged at the side part facilitates diffusion of local anesthetic to peripheral nerve tissues, the nerve runs between the muscle fascias, the local anesthetic is injected around the target nerve during nerve block, a liquidity gap is formed between the muscle fascias at the periphery of the target nerve when the nerve block is blocked, and the liquidity gap can push forward to open the telescopic disc after the fixed catheter reaches the periphery of the target nerve, after the telescopic deformation disc is opened, the disc body is clamped on the muscle fascia at the liquidity gap, so that the whole catheter is not easy to pull and displace.
2. The nerve block sleeve assembly of claim 1, wherein: the split puncture needle consists of a puncture needle connecting piece and a needle body fixed on the puncture needle connecting piece.

The nerve block sleeve assembly of claim 2, wherein: the tail end of the needle body is an inclined opening for puncture, and the needle wall of the junction of the plane where the central line of the puncture needle connecting piece and the needle body is located and the puncture needle connecting piece and the needle body is a thin wall, so that the needle body can be conveniently torn to form two half-body puncture needles, and the split puncture needle can be removed.
