The disinfection box is of a hollow cylindrical structure, the upper part of the disinfection box body 17 is provided with a mounting groove matched with the fixing part 15-2 of the needle dial 15, and the diameter of the fixing part 15-2 is smaller than that of the mounting groove and larger than that of the inner cavity of the disinfection box, so that the needle dial 15 can be conveniently placed.
The sterilizing box cover 16 is provided with a vent valve 18 which can freely adjust the opening degree, and the vent valve 18 is opened to ensure the gas communication in the sterilizing box during the sterilization; can be freely adjusted according to requirements. The sterilization cassette has an adjustable air vent valve 18 to allow for adjustment of the amount of air that is vented during sterilization.
Example two
The embodiment provides an oral vehicle needle cleaning and sterilizing method, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: placing the needles into the needle plate 15 one by one;
step S2: opening the box cover 1, pouring a proper amount of enzyme solution into a cleaning cavity 10 of the cleaning box inner cylinder 8, placing the whole needle dial 15 on the cleaning cavity 10, and closing the box cover 1;
step S3: starting a power button 5, and adjusting the time for soaking and cleaning the machine needle; the motor 12 drives the motor blade 9 to rotate, and the motor blade 9 disturbs cleaning liquid (enzyme solution) to clean the needle;
step S4: after the washing, the needle dial 15 is taken out and placed in a sterilization box, the ventilation valve 18 is adjusted, and the sterilization box is placed in a high-pressure steam boiler for sterilization.
In the step S1, a plurality of (40) raised cylindrical needle holes 15-1 are formed in the needle dial 15, and the needles are placed in the needle holes 15-1 in an inverted manner; after the needle is placed into the needle hole 15-1 of the needle plate 15, the magnet in the needle hole 15-1 adsorbs the oral cavity needle, so that the needle is prevented from falling off.
When the needle dial 15 is moved, the handle 14 hidden on the top of the needle dial 15 can be taken out as shown in the figure.
In the step S2, when the box cover 1 is opened, the inner cylinder 8 moves upward under the thrust of the spring base 13, so that the top end of the inner cylinder is flush with the top end of the box body 2, and the cleaning solution (enzyme solution) is poured or poured conveniently;
when the box cover 1 is closed, the sealing ring 7 on the inner surface of the box cover 1 can press the car dial 15 downwards, the inner cylinder 8 moves downwards under the pressure action of the sealing ring 7 to compress the spring base 13, the spring base 13 presses the inner cylinder 8 upwards, and the spring base 13 and the sealing ring 7 are under the combined action to enable the cleaning cavity 10 of the inner cylinder 8 to be in close contact with the car dial 15 and the car dial 15 to be in close contact with the sealing ring 7, so that the enzyme solution in the cleaning cavity 10 is prevented from seeping out.

In step S3, the start, stop, and cleaning time of the oral needle are controlled by controlling the start, stop, and rotation time of the motor through the first and second timing knobs 3 and 4, the power button 5, and the pause button 6.
In step S4, after the cleaning is finished, the box cover 1 is opened, the inner cylinder 8 and the needle dial 15 are rebounded to the initial position by the spring base 13, and the handle 14 is opened to take out the needle dial 15; and (3) putting the cleaned needle disc 15 into a disinfection box, closing a disinfection box cover 16, opening a ventilation valve 18, and putting the disinfection box into an autoclave for sterilization.
The problem to be solved by the embodiment is that the existing clinical cleaning method is to firstly disinfect the surface of a used needle by soaking for 30min, and the disinfectant is 2% of glutaraldehyde. Cleaning the working end of the needle by using a small toothbrush or a steel wire brush after soaking, removing and covering soft tissues by using tweezers if necessary to ensure that the working end has no foreign matters, washing by using clean water, and finally packing the needle for sterilization; the needle needs to be repeatedly taken out and put in the process, and the existing cleaning method is low in efficiency and tedious and is easy to cause pollution.
The purpose of this embodiment is simply the washing and the sterilization process of oral cavity car needle, puts into car dial 15 with a plurality of car needle sets, puts into car dial 15 and washs the box after, directly puts into the car dial and disinfects and stores the box, puts into autoclave with the disinfection box and disinfects, then takes out the car dial 15 that washs the sterilization and can directly put into clinical use.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment has at least one of the following beneficial effects:
1. the case cover 1 of the cleaning case is provided with a sealing ring 7 which is matched with an internal spring base 13 to ensure that enzyme solution contained in a cleaning cavity does not seep out in the cleaning process; the front surface of the cleaning box is provided with a knob, a switch and a pause key for adjusting the soaking time and the cleaning time, so that the operation is convenient.
2. According to the invention, after the needle is placed in the needle dial 15, the needle dial 15 can be used as a unit for disinfection and sterilization, and after the sterilization is finished, the needle dial 15 can be directly used for clinical use. The automatic cleaning device can be used for automatically cleaning the oral cavity lathe needle, and the step of taking out the lathe needle between cleaning, sterilizing and packaging is omitted, so that the cleaning and sterilizing efficiency can be effectively improved, and infection can be prevented.
3. According to the invention, the motor 12 drives the motor blades 9 to rotate, the motor blades 9 rotate to drive the cleaning solution to rotate to clean the oral cavity vehicle needles on the vehicle needle plate 15, and the aim of cleaning more efficiently is achieved through rotary cleaning.

the needle turning plate (15) is used for placing oral cavity needles; a cleaning cavity (10) is formed in the cleaning box, and the cleaning cavity (10) is used for storing a needle dial (15) and cleaning liquid; a motor blade (9) is arranged in the cleaning cavity (10), and the motor blade (9) is driven by a motor (12) to rotate; the disinfection box is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the cleaned needle turning disc (15) and the oral cavity needle;
a plurality of raised cylindrical needle holes (15-1) are arranged on the needle turning disc (15); the oral cavity needle is placed in the needle hole (15-1); the magnet is arranged in the needle turning hole (15-1), so that the oral cavity needle can be reversely fixed in the needle turning disc (15) and cannot be separated;
the motor (12) is arranged in a motor cavity (11), a motor shaft hole (10-3) is formed in the bottom of the cleaning cavity (10), and an output shaft of the motor (12) extends out of the motor shaft hole (13-3) and is fixedly connected with the motor blade (9);
the needle dial (15) is also provided with a fixing part (15-2), and the fixing part (15-2) is provided with a plurality of fixing holes (15-3); the cleaning cavity (10) is provided with a fixing column (10-2) corresponding to the fixing hole (15-3), and the fixing column (10-2) is matched with the fixing hole (15-3) to limit the relative rotation of the needle dial (15) and the cleaning cavity (10).
