In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower protrusion 243 is provided with an inclined surface, and the groove at the end of the support plate 22 is engaged with the upper protrusion 241 of the clamping plate 24, so that the support plate 22 is fixed. The lower end of the trigger button 23 is a slope, which corresponds to the slope of the lower protrusion 243. It is understood that the water tank is further provided with a water tap to drain the washing water or other used water to the frying pan, which is not described herein.
