the first paper head 2000 is continuously pulled until the rotating part 2320 rotates to a predetermined angle along the first rotating direction, and at this time, the rotating part 2320 cannot rotate continuously due to the abutting of the stop lever and the limiting block;
pulling the first paper head 2000 downward to break the dispensed paper at the second paper head 2100;
the rotating part 2320 rotates in a direction opposite to the first rotation direction by a predetermined angle under the reaction force of the paper-taking pulling force and the inertia of the eccentric shaft, at this time, the relative position of the rotating part 2320 and the fixing part 2310 returns to the initial state, and the second paper head 2100 sags vertically under the action of gravity to form a new first paper head.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 8, the distance O1O2 between the center line of the fixing portion 2310 and the center line of the rotating portion 2320 is not less than one half of the radius of the mounting shaft 2300, which is set for saving more effort for a user when pulling paper, and ensuring that the rotating portion 2320 can be smoothly returned after rotating to a predetermined angle in the first rotating direction, although in other application scenarios, the distance O1O2 between the center line of the fixing portion 2310 and the center line of the rotating portion 2320 can be set less than one half of the radius of the mounting shaft 2300 according to practical situations, and it is only required to ensure that the rotating portion 2320 can be smoothly returned after rotating to the predetermined angle in the first rotating direction, and this is not limited specifically.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 8, the preset angle α is preferably set to 180 °, because if α is greater than 180 ° during actual operation, the center of gravity of the rotating portion 2320 and the roll type household paper 1200 as a whole rotates to the side of the first paper head 2000, which makes it difficult to rotate the rotating portion 2320 and the roll type household paper 1200 back to the original position, and setting the preset angle to 180 ° ensures that the rotating portion 2320 and the roll type household paper 1200 can be rotated back to the original position more smoothly.

the first paper head 3000 is pulled downwards to enable the roll type household paper 1200 to drive the rotating part 3320 to rotate along the first rotating direction, the fixing part 3310 is fixed, the gravity center of the lower half part 3322 of the rotating part 3320 continuously moves upwards, the gravity center of the upper half part 3321 of the rotating part 3320 continuously moves downwards, and the weight of the lower half part 3322 of the rotating part 3320 is 3-4 times of that of the upper half part 3321 of the rotating part 3320, so that the gravity center of the rotating part 3320 continuously moves upwards when the rotating part 3320 rotates along the first rotating direction;
the first paper head 3000 is continuously pulled until the rotating part 3320 rotates to a predetermined angle along the first rotating direction, and at this time, the rotating part 3320 cannot rotate continuously due to the abutting of the stop lever and the limiting block;
pulling the first paper head 3000 downward to break the dispensed paper at the second paper head 3100;
the rotating part 3320 rotates in a direction opposite to the first rotation direction by a predetermined angle due to the reaction force of the paper-taking pulling force and the gravity, and at this time, the relative positions of the upper half part 3321 and the lower half part 3322 of the rotating part 3320 and the fixing part 3310 return to the initial state, and the second paper head 3100 hangs down vertically under the gravity to form a new first paper head.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 9, the preset angle α is preferably set to 180 °, and similarly to the above-described embodiments shown in fig. 5 and 8, when α is larger than 180 °, the center of gravity of the entire rotating portion 3320 and the roll type wastepaper 1200 rotates to the side of the first paper end 3000, which makes it difficult to rotate the rotating portion 3320 and the roll type wastepaper 1200 to return, and setting the preset angle to 180 ° ensures that the rotating portion 3320 and the roll type wastepaper 1200 can be rotated and returned more smoothly.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 9, the lower half portion 3322 of the rotating portion 3320 may be set to a weight 3 to 4 times the weight of the upper half portion 3321 of the rotating portion 3320 by:
