Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the upper surface of the bracelet main body 1 is a display screen (including a touch screen), a power supply, a vibration sensing device, a position positioning module, a data storage module, a microprocessor, a communication module, a bracelet band-pass disconnection detection circuit and other information source devices are installed or embedded in the bracelet main body, an emergency alarm key 2 and a safety mode key 3 are installed on the side surface of the bracelet main body, the front end of the bracelet main body is connected with a front hand ring band 8, the rear end of the bracelet main body is connected with a rear hand ring band 4, a plurality of bolt holes 6 are formed in the front hand ring band 8, a conductive bolt 7 is arranged on the rear hand ring band 4, the rear hand ring band 4 penetrates through a lap ring 5 at the lower end of the front hand ring band 8 and then is.
The vibration generating device may be a vibration motor module, or may be an electric pulse generating device (e.g., tens (transient electric) or ems (electronic music)) capable of generating vibration to the skin of a person, and the electric pulse generated by the electric pulse generating device is applied to the skin of the wrist through the rear electrode 9 and the front electrode 10 as shown in fig. 2 to generate vibration to the wrist.
As shown in fig. 4, the hand ring belt is composed of a rear hand ring belt 4 and a front hand ring belt 8, a rear conductor 11 is arranged inside the rear hand ring belt 4, and the rear conductor 11 is electrically connected with the conductive plug 7; the front hand ring band 8 has a front conductor 12 disposed therein, and the front conductor 12 is exposed inside the plug hole 6. When the bracelet is worn on the wrist through the bracelet band, the conductive pin 7 is electrically connected with the exposed front conductor 12 in the pin hole 6, so that the bracelet band circuit formed by the rear conductor 11, the conductive pin 7, the pin hole 6 and the front conductor 12 is conducted.
The both ends of bracelet circuit, back conductor 11 promptly stretches into the tip of bracelet main part 1 with preceding conductor 12, connects in the input of bracelet band-pass broken detection circuitry, and like this, bracelet circuit and bracelet band-pass broken detection circuitry have constituted a complete information source device.
The bracelet has three kinds of mode:
one is the normal mode. The mode has a one-key alarm function and a function of alarming by inputting an alarm password twice.
And the second mode is an advanced security mode. The mode has the alarm function of common mode and the alarm function of open circuit of bracelet.
And the third mode is a super security mode. The mode not only has the alarm function of the advanced security mode, but also has the function of receiving the detection signal sent by the associated terminal, and the associated terminal can master the security condition of the bracelet wearer at any time by responding the detection signal of the associated terminal (including no response and no response is also a response mode).
For simplicity, the "security mode" described below includes the above-mentioned advanced security mode and the super security mode.
When a bracelet wearer is about to contact with a person with uncertain safety or is about to enter other environments with possible unsafe factors, the safety mode key 3 can be pressed in advance to start the safety mode. Wherein, the advanced security mode is started by pressing the security mode key 3 for a short time; and the super security mode is started by pressing the security mode key 3 for a long time.
There are several benefits to enabling the super secure mode, such as:
firstly, when a dangerous case occurs, the alarm can be realized under the condition of no noise without any operation on the bracelet;
secondly, even if the wearer of the bracelet is suddenly stunned, kidnapped and controls both hands, the alarm can be realized;
thirdly, even if the bracelet main body 1 meets sudden violent damage, the alarm can be realized.
After the secure mode is initiated, the secure mode may be exited when the surrounding environment becomes secure and unhappy. Exiting the secure mode requires entry of an "exit secure mode password". The password exiting the security mode can be input through a mechanical numeric keypad on the bracelet body 1 or can be input through touching a display screen (touch screen) numeric keypad on the bracelet body 1.
The following description of the operation process of the hand ring, especially the active or passive alarm and exposure process of illegal action or dangerous case, will further clarify how the present invention can achieve the above-mentioned objects.
In the first case: namely, the bracelet is worn normally and the super safety mode is started.
As shown in fig. 6, in this case, the associated terminal repeatedly sends a first detection signal (hereinafter referred to as signal I) at regular or irregular time (randomly), and the signal I causes the bracelet to generate a first vibration sense (hereinafter referred to as vibration sense I). If the bracelet is safe, the bracelet wearer needs to shake the bracelet (hereinafter referred to as shaking the bracelet) in a specific mode in a timely response time period, and information is generated by an acceleration sensor to respond to the associated terminal, so that the state safety is represented; if not, the user does not shake the bracelet in the 'timely response time period' so that the signal I sent by the associated terminal is not responded in time to indicate 'state danger'; and then, the associated terminal sends out a second detection signal (hereinafter referred to as signal II) to enable the bracelet to generate a second vibration sense (hereinafter referred to as vibration sense II), and the bracelet wearer knows that the alarm is successful after perceiving the vibration sense II. And after the alarm is successful, confirming whether the alarm is in a dangerous state again: if the danger exists, no response is made; if the dangerous case disappears or false alarm occurs, inputting the alarm canceling password twice through a numeric keyboard to inform the associated terminal to cancel the alarm.
The "timely response time period" is a short period of time immediately after the end of the vibration sensation I. The length of this period of time to it can to be used for accomplishing to wave the bracelet, makes acceleration sensor produce information and sends the correlation terminal through communication module.
The "cancel alarm password" may be the same or different from the "exit secure mode password". For simplicity, it is assumed hereinafter that the two passwords are the same, so that the bracelet exits the security mode while the alarm is cancelled.
For the first case, the alarm can also be implemented in another way, i.e. shaking the bracelet at a time outside the "in time response time period" in which the signal I (the correspondingly generated vibration sensation I) is responded to. Because it is not a response in the "timely response period," it is considered as an alarm by the associated terminal.
These two kinds of alarm methods are combined together, because lawbreakers cannot perceive the vibration sensation that the inner side of the bracelet acts on the skin, even if lawbreakers control both hands of a bracelet wearer (the situation that the bracelet is not picked up is referred to as the sixth situation described later), lawbreakers can only: or keep the bracelet still (so no timely response to signal I is available); or shake the bracelet constantly (which in turn responds outside the "in time response period"), the result of which can lead to an alarm.
If the false alarm or the dangerous case disappears, the alarm can be cancelled, and the process flow is shown in the following second situation.
In the second case: i.e. actively cancel the alarm or exit the safety mode.
In any mode, after the 'cancel alarm password' is input twice, the previous alarm can be cancelled and the security mode can be exited, as shown in fig. 7.
The 'alarm password cancellation' needs to be input twice, firstly, the input error is avoided, and secondly, the process of inputting the 'alarm password' twice in the third situation is consistent, so that a lawbreaker can drill without a blank.
In the third case: i.e. a lawless person forces the bracelet wearer to cancel the alarm or exit the security mode.
As shown in fig. 8, if lawbreaker forces to cancel the alarm or quit the security mode, it means that he ignores the function of the bracelet, and can inform lawbreaker as appropriate, and to achieve the purpose, he needs to input "cancel alarm password" twice, so the wearer of the bracelet inputs "alarm password" twice, wherein the first input is alarm, the second input is reconfirming alarm, and quit the security mode.
The alarm password can be any group of temporarily compiled numbers different from the alarm password cancellation, as long as the numbers input twice are the same.
The alarm password cancellation and the alarm password can enable the bracelet to exit the safety mode, but the alarm password cancellation and the alarm password cancellation enable the associated terminal to know that the alarm is false or the dangerous case disappears, and rescue is not needed; the latter is dangerous and needs rescue.
The alarm password is any group of numbers different from the alarm canceling password, and is used for freely reporting two groups of numbers which are not the alarm canceling password when a lawbreaker forcibly asks for the alarm canceling password and the alarm canceling password at the same time, so that the lawbreaker cannot take the opportunity to take the opportunity and can realize alarm under the condition of not stimulating the lawbreaker.
In a fourth case: the bracelet gets into the communication signal blind area promptly.
As shown in fig. 9, in any mode, in consideration of safety, when the bracelet is close to a communication signal blind area with the associated terminal and still has a certain distance, the associated terminal sends a prompt to inform the wearer of the bracelet that the bracelet will enter the signal blind area; when the user further approaches the signal blind area, the associated terminal sends a further prompt so that the user of the bracelet avoids the signal blind area or takes other self-protection measures.
In the fifth case: namely, whether the safety mode is started or not, the bracelet wearer immediately gives an alarm in case of sudden dangerous situations.
In this case, as shown in fig. 1, the user of the bracelet can press the emergency alarm button 2 to alarm by one button.
As shown in fig. 10, after receiving the alarm signal, the associated terminal sends a signal II to the bracelet, so that the bracelet generates a vibration sensation II, and after the bracelet wearer perceives the vibration sensation II, the bracelet wearer knows that the alarm is successful, and for the vibration sensation II, the bracelet wearer does not input "cancel alarm password", and thus the alarm is confirmed again by the associated terminal.
In this case, the lawbreaker may stress to cancel the alarm, and the coping process for this is the same as the third case.
If the dangerous case disappears or false alarm occurs, the alarm can be cancelled by inputting the 'cancel alarm password' twice as in the second case.
In the sixth case: namely, in the safe mode, the bracelet is robbed or directly taken off.
As shown in fig. 4, in this case, either the bracelet strand is unfastened, and the conductive pin 7 is disengaged from the pin hole 6; or the cuff is broken and the rear conductor 11 or the front conductor 12 is broken. Both of these conditions can result in the bracelet strand circuit breaking.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, the bracelet band disconnection detection circuit generates alarm information, the alarm information is processed by the microprocessor and then sent to the association terminal through the communication module to alarm, and then the association terminal sends a signal II. Since the lawbreaker does not know the password for canceling the alarm, the lawbreaker cannot cancel the alarm even if the lawbreaker seizes the bracelet.
Also in this case, the lawbreaker may stress to cancel the alarm, and the procedure for this is the same as the third case described above.
In the seventh case: namely, the lawbreaker violently damages the bracelet.
As shown in fig. 11, in this case, the hand ring belt is broken by violence, or the hand ring body 1 is damaged by violence, or both of them. If the bracelet main body 1 is not damaged and only the bracelet band is broken, the same as the sixth condition; if the bracelet main body 1 is damaged, the bracelet does not respond to the signal I sent by the associated terminal and is regarded as an alarm by the associated terminal. Then, the signal II sent by the associated terminal cannot be responded, namely, the 'alarm canceling password' cannot be input, and the alarm is confirmed again.
The prerequisite that bracelet main part 1 suffered sudden violence damage and can reported to the police is: the bracelet has started super safe mode in advance.
In the eighth case: namely, under the safe normal condition, open the bracelet area in order to take off the bracelet or shut off the bracelet.
As shown in fig. 12, in the normal mode, the bracelet can be directly removed or turned off at any time. In the safe mode, the user should exit the safe mode first, and then remove the bracelet or shut down the bracelet.
The ninth case: namely, lawless persons coerce the bracelet to take off the bracelet or shut down the bracelet.
As shown in fig. 13, this case is divided into two cases, a secure mode and a normal mode.
In the safe mode, if lawless persons directly require to take off the bracelet or shut down, the alarm can be realized by directly taking care of the lawless persons. After receiving the alarm, the associated terminal sends a signal II to enable the bracelet to generate a vibration sense II, and then the bracelet is automatically shut down (if shutdown operation is carried out according to the requirement of lawbreakers) or quits the safe mode (if the bracelet is picked up according to the requirement of lawbreakers); if the lawbreaker requires to exit the safety mode first and then shut down or take off the bracelet, the safety mode is cancelled according to the third condition, and the alarm can be realized.
In the normal mode, the safety key 3 can be pressed, the advanced safety mode is started by one key, and the subsequent alarm process is the same as the above.
In any mode, once an alarm occurs, the bracelet automatically starts recording or video and uploads the recorded or video data to the associated terminal, so that illegal actions are exposed or evidence is left. However, when the 'cancel alarm password' is input twice, the recording or video recording is stopped.
In the case of non-alarm, the recording or recording may be started or stopped in other ways. For example, the mobile phone can be started or stopped by pressing a dedicated key (a mechanical key or a touch screen key) arranged on the bracelet, or by continuously pressing the security mode key 3 for multiple times, or by scratching the screen.
In the first case described above, the information source device mentioned in block 41 is an acceleration sensor module, as shown in fig. 6. In fact, the acceleration sensor module can also be replaced by other devices or modes, such as a face recognition module, a fingerprint recognition module, a key module and the like.
For example, a face recognition module is used for replacing the hand ring, and at the moment, the hand ring receives the signal I, and the face recognition function is started while the vibration sensation I occurs.
For the frame 41, after the bracelet wearer feels the vibration sensation I, the face of the wearer faces the camera of the bracelet to be recognized, if the face is recognized correctly, the bracelet acts on the wrist skin to generate a third vibration sensation (hereinafter referred to as vibration sensation III), and the end of the face recognition is fed back to the bracelet wearer to avoid facing the face of the wearer to the camera for too long time. In a period of time after the sense of vibration I produces, if face identification or face identification are incorrect, the bracelet just can not send the sense of vibration III next time, and relevant terminal considers it as reporting to the police and comes signal II simultaneously, makes the bracelet produce the sense of vibration II to inform the bracelet wearer to receive the warning.
For the frame 42, in a relatively short time after the vibration sensation III disappears, the bracelet wearer faces the face of the hand towards the camera of the bracelet to perform face recognition, and if the face recognition is correct, an alarm is given; if the face recognition is not carried out or the face recognition is incorrect, no alarm is given, and safety is indicated.
The function of frame 42, on the one hand, can report to the police, and on the other hand combines with the function of frame 41, can prevent lawless persons, controls bracelet wearer's both hands suddenly, faces bracelet wearer's face all the time with the camera and carries out face identification and unable warning.
The above-mentioned "cancel alarm code" and "alarm code" can also be replaced by other means. For example, the fingerprint identification module can replace the 'alarm canceling password' and the 'alarm password' with fingerprints of different fingers, and specifically, the fingerprint of which finger can cancel the alarm and the fingerprint of which finger can alarm is unknown to others.
The first through ninth cases listed above do not necessarily all occur, but assume that what happens. The bracelet can appear in a special color or a special shape, and when the function of the bracelet is known by the public (containing lawbreakers), the lawbreakers can see the bracelet, and the minds of the lawbreakers have to be converged.
This bracelet is in the application in the aspect of the windward wheel:
no matter whether start the safe mode, lift up and shake twice or more than twice in succession and wear the wrist of bracelet after, bracelet face identification function opens to face identification carries out. Before taking the windward, the hand ring main body 1 is turned to one side of the palm of the wrist, when two parties meet the face, the palm faces the opposite side, and after the hands are lifted to shake and call, the authentication of the opposite side can be completed immediately. In the process of building the downwind windmill, both the passenger and the carrier can increase the sense of security trust due to the bracelet.
