The second stirring motor enables the second spiral stirring impeller to rotate, the top end of the second spiral stirring impeller is stirred in the flour hopper and conveys flour with water downwards into the flour guide cylinder, and the wheel edge of the second spiral stirring impeller located in the flour guide cylinder is abutted to the inner wall of the flour guide cylinder, so that when the second spiral stirring impeller rotates, the flour with water in the flour guide cylinder is conveyed to the flour conveying pipe.
The noodle outlet box 6 comprises a cuboid box body which is flat, the box body is provided with an inner cavity, one end of the box body is a noodle conveying port communicated with the inner cavity, the other end of the box body is a noodle outlet port 6a communicated with the inner cavity, and the noodle conveying port of the box body is connected with a noodle conveying pipe 5 through a necking hopper 6 b. The flour conveying pipe outputs the flour and the water surface powder into the flour outlet box, and the flour and the water surface powder in the flour outlet box are discharged from a flour outlet under the output pressure of the spiral stirring impeller II to form a flat strip-shaped semi-formed dough cover.
The rolling mechanism comprises a first rolling roller 37 and a second rolling roller 38, the first rolling roller 37 and the second rolling roller 38 are close to each other and are provided with a gap, the gap is positioned below a noodle outlet 6a of the noodle outlet box 6, a guide panel 39 is obliquely arranged below the first rolling roller 37 and the second rolling roller 38, the guide panel 39 is fixed with the rack 1, the first rolling roller 37 and the second rolling roller 38 are connected with a driving mechanism III capable of enabling the first rolling roller and the second rolling roller to rotate in opposite directions, the driving mechanism III comprises a driving motor III 46 and a gear set III 47, the gear set III 47 is connected with the first rolling roller 37 and the second rolling roller 38, and the driving motor III 46 drives the gear set III 47 to enable the first rolling roller 37 and the second rolling roller 38 to rotate in opposite directions. And the semi-formed dough sheet discharged from the dough outlet box enters a space between the first rolling roller and the second rolling roller, and the semi-formed dough sheet is rolled into a formed dough sheet under the mutual rotation and rolling action of the first rolling roller and the second rolling roller.
A transition roller set is arranged between the rolling mechanism and the dough cover conveying belt 7 and comprises a first transition roller 40 and a second transition roller 41 which can independently and freely rotate and are close to each other, the first transition roller 40 and the second transition roller 41 are rotatably arranged on the rack 1 through a mandrel, the first transition roller 40 is close to the bottom end of the guide panel 39, and the second transition roller 41 is located above one end of the dough cover conveying belt 7. The formed dough cover from the rolling roller group slides to the first transition roller under the guide of the guide plate, and the position of the first transition roller is higher than that of the second transition roller, so that the formed dough cover is conveyed to the dough cover conveying belt from the first transition roller along the second transition roller.
In this embodiment, an electromagnetic valve 48 is disposed in the trap conveying pipe 3, the electromagnetic valve 48 is connected to a controller, the first stirring motor 32, the second stirring motor 35, the first driving motor 42, the second driving motor 44, the third driving motor 46 and the driving motor of the dough cover conveying belt 7 are all connected to the controller, when the trap injecting pipe 19 injects the dumpling stuffing into the formed dough cover in the forming roller set 14, the controller controls the electromagnetic valve 48 to close and stop injecting the dumpling stuffing, when the next dumpling is to be made, the electromagnetic valve 48 opens and injects the dumpling stuffing again, the controller controls the rotating speeds of the first stirring motor 32, the second stirring motor 35, the first driving motor 42, the second driving motor 44, the third driving motor 46 and the driving motor of the dough cover conveying belt 7 to debug the whole device, so as to prevent the dough cover from the rolling mechanism from being pulled and broken through the dough cover conveying belt 7, the edge sealing roller set 9 and the forming roller set 14, and also prevents the local folding of the wrapper.
