The embodiment records the signature video information and the signature audio information at the same time, stores the signature video information and the signature audio information on the server, enables a user to check the video information and the signature audio information of a signature site by scanning the two-dimensional code, and is high in reliability.

Referring to fig. 10, on the basis of the above embodiment, the signing process online recording system of this embodiment further includes a signing pen in communication connection with the docketing server, where the signing pen includes a fingerprint acquisition module for acquiring fingerprint information of a signer. The signing video information in the signing process is acquired through the camera component, meanwhile, the fingerprint information of a signatory is acquired through a fingerprint acquisition module of the signing pen, and the signing video information and the fingerprint information of the signatory are uploaded to the filing server; the filing server stores the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information.
This embodiment is recording sign video information and simultaneously recording sign person's fingerprint information to with sign video information and sign person's fingerprint information storage on the server, the user can look over sign scene video information and sign person's fingerprint information through scanning the two-dimensional code, and the credibility is high.
In the signing process online recording system of some embodiments, the two-dimensional code generator is a two-dimensional code printer or an electronic signature terminal, wherein the two-dimensional code printer prints or writes the signed two-dimensional code on the signed document, and the electronic signature terminal synthesizes and displays the signed two-dimensional code on the electronic signature document.
The signing process on-line recording system of some embodiments further comprises a verification terminal, wherein the verification terminal scans the signing two-dimensional code to obtain a signing storage link, accesses the filing server according to the signing storage link, and sends signing information corresponding to the signing storage link to the verification terminal; and the verification terminal displays the signature information.
The embodiment synchronously records the signed video information of the user in the signing process, backs up the signed video information to the server, displays the two-dimensional code on the signed file, and enables the user to check the signed field information through scanning the two-dimensional code at any time, so that the reliability is extremely high.

Claims (20)

1. A signing process online recording method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, acquiring the signed video information in the signing process through the camera component, and uploading the signed video information to a filing server;
s2, the filing server stores the signed video information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information;
s3, displaying the signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage link on the signature file;
and S4, the verification terminal scans the signed two-dimensional code, receives and displays the signed video information.

The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S1 comprises: s11, acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera module, acquiring current time information at the same time, and uploading the signature video information and the current time information to a filing server;
the step S2 includes: s21, the filing server stores the signed video information and the current time information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the current time information;
the step S4 includes: and S41, the verification terminal scans the signed two-dimensional code, receives and displays the signed video information and the current time information.

The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S1 comprises: s12, acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera module, acquiring current position information at the same time, and uploading the signature video information and the current position information to a filing server;
the step S2 includes: s22, the filing server stores the signed video information and the current position information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the current position information;
the step S4 includes: and S42, the verification terminal scans the signed two-dimensional code, receives and displays the signed video information and the current position information.

The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S1 comprises: s13, acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera assembly, acquiring signature audio information through a microphone, and uploading the signature video information and the signature audio information to a filing server;
the step S2 includes: s23, the filing server stores the signed video information and the signed audio information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the signed audio information;
the step S4 includes: and S43, the verification terminal scans the signature two-dimensional code, receives and displays the signature video information and plays the signature audio information at the same time.

The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S1 comprises: s14, acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera assembly, acquiring fingerprint information of a signatory through a fingerprint acquisition module of a sign pen, and uploading the signature video information and the fingerprint information of the signatory to a filing server;
the step S2 includes: s24, the filing server stores the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information;
the step S4 includes: and S44, scanning the signed two-dimensional code by the verification terminal, receiving and displaying the signed video information and the fingerprint information of the signatory.
6. The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S1 comprises:
s15, acquiring signature video information of a signature process through a camera assembly within a preset shooting distance, and uploading the signature video information to a filing server; the preset shooting distance means that the distance between the camera shooting component and the signature file is smaller than the preset shooting distance, and the resolution of the camera shooting component is larger than the preset resolution.
7. The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step S3 comprises:
s311, the filing server issues the signature storage link to a two-dimensional code printer, and the two-dimensional code printer generates a signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage link; or the filing server generates a signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage connection and sends the signature two-dimensional code to a two-dimensional code printer;
and S312, the two-dimensional code printer prints or writes the signed two-dimensional code on the signed document.
8. The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step S3 comprises:
s321, the filing server issues the signature storage link to an electronic signature terminal, and the electronic signature terminal generates a signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage link; or the filing server generates a signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage connection and sends the signature two-dimensional code to an electronic signature terminal;
and S322, the electronic signature terminal synthesizes the two-dimensional signature code and displays the two-dimensional signature code on the electronic signature document.
9. The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the step S4 comprises:
s45, scanning the signature two-dimensional code by the verification terminal to obtain the signature storage link;
s46, accessing the filing server according to the signature storage link, and issuing the signature video information corresponding to the signature storage link to the verification terminal by the filing server;
and S47, the verification terminal displays the signed video information.
10. The method for on-line recording of signing processes as recited in claim 9, wherein said step S46 of accessing said docketing server according to said signature storage link comprises:
s461, accessing the filing server according to the signature storage link, and verifying whether the verification terminal has the access right by the filing server;
and S462, if so, the filing server issues the signature video information corresponding to the signature storage link to the verification terminal.

The method for on-line recording of signature process as recited in claim 1, wherein said step S3 comprises: s331, displaying the signature storage link and a signature two-dimensional code corresponding to administrator communication information on a signature file, wherein the administrator communication information is used for establishing communication connection with an administrator terminal;
the step S4 includes:
s471, scanning the signature two-dimensional code by a verification terminal to obtain the signature storage link and the administrator communication information, and establishing communication connection between the verification terminal and the administrator terminal according to the administrator communication information;
s472, the verification terminal receives the authorization information sent by the administrator terminal, the authorization information is sent to a filing server corresponding to the signature storage link, and the filing server issues the signature video information corresponding to the signature storage link to the verification terminal;
and S473, the verification terminal displays the signature video information.

The method for on-line recording of signing process of claim 11, wherein said step S471 of establishing communication connection between said verification terminal and said administrator terminal according to said administrator communication information comprises: the verification terminal calls a preset communication application program on the verification terminal according to the administrator communication information, and the preset communication application program on the verification terminal establishes communication connection with the preset communication application program in the administrator terminal;
the signature video information comprises video information of the signpen point and video information of the surrounding environment.

The signing process online recording system is characterized by comprising a filing server, a camera shooting assembly and a two-dimensional code generator, wherein the filing server is respectively in communication connection with the camera shooting assembly and the two-dimensional code generator;
the camera shooting component is used for acquiring the signed video information in the signing process and uploading the signed video information to the filing server; the filing server stores the signed video information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information; and the two-dimensional code generator is used for displaying the signature two-dimensional code corresponding to the signature storage link on the signature file.
14. The system of claim 13, further comprising a timer for obtaining current time information;
acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera component, acquiring current time information through a timer, and uploading the signature video information and the current time information to a filing server; the docketing server stores the signed video information and the current time information and generates a signed storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the current time information.
15. The system of claim 13, wherein the camera assembly further comprises a location module for obtaining location information;
acquiring signature video information in a signature process through a camera component, acquiring current position information through a positioning module, and uploading the signature video information and the current position information to a filing server; the docketing server stores the signed video information and the current location information and generates a signed storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the current location information.
16. The system of claim 13, wherein the camera assembly further comprises a microphone for capturing signed audio information of a signing site;
the method comprises the steps that signature video information in a signature process is obtained through a camera component, signature audio information is obtained through a microphone, and the signature video information and the signature audio information are uploaded to a filing server; the docketing server stores the signed video information and the signed audio information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the signed audio information.
17. The system of claim 13, further comprising a sign-on pen communicatively coupled to the docket server, the sign-on pen including a fingerprint acquisition module for acquiring the information about the fingerprints of the signatory;
the signing video information in the signing process is acquired through a camera component, meanwhile, the fingerprint information of a signatory is acquired through a fingerprint acquisition module of a signing pen, and the signing video information and the fingerprint information of the signatory are uploaded to a filing server; the filing server stores the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information and generates a signature storage link corresponding to the signed video information and the signer fingerprint information.

The system of claim 13, wherein the two-dimensional code generator is a two-dimensional code printer or an electronic signature terminal, wherein the two-dimensional code printer prints or writes the signed two-dimensional code on the signed document, and the electronic signature terminal synthesizes and displays the signed two-dimensional code on the electronic signed document.
19. A signing process online recording system as claimed in any one of claims 13-18, further comprising a verification terminal;
the verification terminal scans the signature two-dimensional code to obtain the signature storage link, accesses the filing server according to the signature storage link, and the filing server issues signature information corresponding to the signature storage link to the verification terminal; and the verification terminal displays the signature information.
20. A signing process on-line recording system as claimed in any one of claims 13-18, wherein said signed video information includes signpen tip video information and ambient video information.
