Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a control method for preventing theft of a shared household appliance, the shared household appliance, a server and a shared household appliance system.
Background
For people who live in different cities and areas frequently, if the temporarily living environment is not equipped with large household appliances, the use cost and subsequent disposal cost for purchasing the appliances are very high. These large-sized electric appliances are difficult to carry, and even if they are replaced in a new environment, they are difficult to achieve an ideal use effect. Taking an air conditioner as an example, the heat distribution varies depending on the room in which the air conditioner is installed, the heat radiation condition, and other heating apparatuses in the room. Therefore, when the same air conditioner is used in different rooms, it is difficult to provide the use effect most suitable for the user. And if re-trading is performed, it is difficult to find a suitable trading object in a short time. Many users are quite frustrating and can only choose to discard.
To solve this problem. An electrical appliance rental system is disclosed in the prior art, for example, a technical solution disclosed in the chinese patent application (CN 01140761.1): "in the electric appliance rental system, a contract user rents electric appliances … from a service company, transmits operation information of these electric appliances from an information terminal to a rental management server of the service company through the internet, and the rental management server transmits a rental fee of the electric appliances to be rented to the information terminal. "electricity consumption amount and the like actual operation data are transmitted to the rental management server of the service company through the internet. A rental management server of a service company receives and records actual operation data such as a power consumption amount transmitted from an information appliance to be rented. And, the monthly power consumption is summed. The usage information is notified to the contracted user and the contracted user is requested to pay a usage fee including the electricity usage fee. "with the spread of 5G technology, rental systems are gradually replaced by sharing systems, which calculate usage fees based on actual usage time of appliances. The large household appliance adopts EEPROM as a memory to record the service time of the appliance. The erasing life of the memory is limited, and if continuous timing is required, the frequency of programming the EEPROM by the main chip is increased rapidly, so that the service life of the memory is obviously shortened. Thus. In a shared electrical system, it is common to record the usage duration in a local memory every set operating period and transmit it to a server.
The control logic has a risk, if the user knows the set logic of the sharing system, the power can be turned off at the moment of not reaching the set operation time period, so that the using time length of the memory is not recorded, the user can evade payment and use the memory for unlimited and free, and huge economic loss is caused to a leasing party.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the application and therefore it may comprise prior art that does not constitute known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

Furthermore, the terms "comprising" and "having," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference throughout this specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. One skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
First, it should be noted that the shared household appliance terminal in the present invention means that a user can obtain the usage right of the household appliance terminal based on the internet of things technology without human intervention on the basis that the two renters reach a charging agreement. A leasing company providing the household appliance terminal can obtain information such as the time length of the user using the shared household appliance terminal based on the technology of the Internet of things, and charge the use fee based on the information. For example, an NB-IoT module can be arranged in the household appliance terminal, and the networking is based on the NB-IoT network. The user can operate the home appliance terminal through the control terminal, which may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a touch pad, a portable or desktop computer, a portable media player, a wearable device, and the like. The control terminal has an independent processor and networking capability, and also has an interactive interface capable of interacting with a user. Taking NB-IoT modules as an example, the NB-IoT modules will automatically connect to the NB-IoT network through the base station according to a set algorithm in the power-on state. Each household appliance terminal provided with the NB-IoT module is endowed with a unique identity, the control terminal is endowed with the unique identity by identifying the household appliance terminal, and the control terminal identifies the corresponding household appliance terminal by identifying the unique identity of the household appliance terminal. On the one hand, the control terminal establishes a matching relationship with the corresponding household appliance terminal after recognizing the household appliance terminal. Specifically, each control terminal is configured to be in an open mode in an initial state, the control terminal in the open mode establishes communication with the server and keeps the communication state, the control terminal attempts to recognize the identity of one household appliance terminal, and the control terminal uploads the acquired identity of the household appliance terminal to the server and matches the acquired identity of the household appliance terminal registered in the server. And if the matching is successful, judging that the identification is successful, and after the identification is successful, associating the information of the control terminal with the unique identity of the successfully identified household appliance terminal provided with the NB-IoT module by the server to establish a unique binding relationship between the information and the unique identity. The server opens the control authority of the control terminal, and the control terminal is configured to be the only main control terminal corresponding to the household appliance terminal. The above process is only one way of networking the shared household appliance terminals, and other sharing networking ways based on the internet of things, which are disclosed in the prior art, may also be adopted, and are not further limited herein.
In the invention, the shared household appliance terminal charges based on the working time of the household appliance terminal, that is, after the starting working time of the shared household appliance terminal reaches the set time, the household appliance terminal uploads the service time to the server, and the service time is accumulated, charged and fed back to the control terminal by the server. In order to prevent the phenomenon of embezzlement and protect the interests of renters, the following anti-theft control method for the shared household appliance terminal is specially designed.
A method for preventing theft of a shared home appliance terminal is shown in fig. 1, and may configure a server to perform the following steps.
And after receiving the starting-up state uploaded by the household appliance terminal, the server waits for receiving the state parameters and the heartbeat packet of the household appliance terminal. In this embodiment, the household appliance terminal may be an air conditioner, a refrigeration device (such as a refrigerator, a freezer), an air purification device, or the like. Taking an air conditioner as an example, the state parameter corresponding to the air conditioner may be a real-time temperature of an air-conditioned room. Similarly, the corresponding status parameter of the refrigeration device may be the temperature in the refrigeration compartment and the air purification device may be an air quality detection parameter in the room. Besides, the status parameter may be a power-on status signal, a power-off status signal, a remote controller setting signal, a control terminal operation signal, a timing setting signal, or the like. The heartbeat packet is a self-defined structure, and the signal format is not further limited here. Under the normal working state, the household appliance terminal sends heartbeat packets to the server at regular time.
The control method is provided with a first setting period. The server judges whether the heartbeat packet and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received simultaneously in a first set period. And if the server only receives the state parameters but not the heartbeat packet, feeding back a suspected state signal to the household appliance terminal to indicate the household appliance terminal to continuously record the use duration. Thus, even if the user powers off the household appliance before the first set period is finished, the household appliance terminal can still keep continuous timing and accurately screen the existing suspected state under the intervention of the server. The server further judges whether the heartbeat packets and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received simultaneously in a continuous second set period. If only the state parameter is received again and the heartbeat packet is not received, the normal use of the household appliance in the second set period is indicated, and the signal abnormality caused by the power failure and the like is not caused. And the server feeds back the forbidden signal to forbid the control terminal authority of the control terminal bound by the household appliance terminal. The household appliance terminal receives the disable signal. And simultaneously stopping responding to the control instruction output by the control terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, if the server receives the heartbeat packet and the state parameter uploaded by the home appliance terminal in the first setting period at the same time, the server feeds back a zero clearing signal to instruct the home appliance terminal to upload the current usage duration and clear the local timer at the end of the first setting period. If the server receives the heartbeat packet and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal in the second set period at the same time, the household appliance terminal is indicated to recover normal work, and the server feeds back a zero clearing signal to indicate the household appliance terminal to upload the current use time length and clear the local timing when the second set period is over. The first setting period may be set according to the interval duration of two heartbeat packets, and the second setting period is preferably set to be equal to the first setting period.
It can be understood that disabling the control authority of the control terminal bound to the home appliance terminal will seriously affect the actual experience of the user. In order to improve the judgment accuracy, an improved method is shown in fig. 2, if the server receives only the state parameters again and does not receive the heartbeat packet in a continuous second setting period, the suspected state times of the binding control terminal in the storage server is called according to the unique identity of the household appliance terminal. And if the corresponding suspected state times are more than or equal to the set times, if the corresponding suspected state times are 5 times, feeding back a forbidden signal to forbid the control authority of the control terminal, prompting the user to contact with the renter through the control terminal, and unlocking after compensating the related cost. And if the corresponding suspected state times are less than the set times, establishing a unique identity, a control terminal and a corresponding list of the suspected state times at one end of the server for subsequent query. And (3) while establishing the corresponding list, the household appliance terminal keeps continuous timing, namely, the running time is stored and continuously accumulated when the power is off so as to be used for compensating the related cost.
Another aspect of the present invention provides a shared home appliance anti-theft control method as shown in fig. 4, which can configure a home appliance terminal to perform the following steps.
And the household appliance terminal is started and uploads the state parameters and the heartbeat packet of the household appliance terminal to the server.
And when the first set period is over, the household appliance terminal judges whether a suspected state signal fed back by the server is received. And if the household appliance terminal receives the suspected state signal, the household appliance terminal continuously records the service time according to the indication of the server.
And when a second set period which is continuous with the first set period is ended, the household appliance terminal judges whether a disable signal fed back by the server is received. And if the household appliance terminal receives the forbidden signal fed back by the server, the household appliance terminal forbids the control authority of the control terminal bound with the household appliance terminal according to the indication of the server. The server generates a suspected state signal when the server finishes a first set period and only receives the state parameter but does not receive the heartbeat packet; the disable signal is generated by the server when the second set period ends and only the status parameter is received without receiving the heartbeat packet.
As shown in fig. 5, when the first setting period or the second setting period ends, the household appliance terminal further determines whether a zero clearing signal fed back by the server is received; if the zero clearing signal is received, the household appliance terminal clears the local timing according to the indication of the server and uploads the current use time length;
the zero clearing signal is generated when the server receives the state parameter and the heartbeat packet at the same time in a first set period after the first set period is finished; or the state parameter and the heartbeat packet are simultaneously received by the server in the second set period after the second set period is finished.
Under the two states, the household appliance terminal works normally, and the server charges normally.
The heartbeat packet is a self-defined structure, and the signal format is not further limited here. Under the normal working state, the household appliance terminal sends heartbeat packets to the server at regular time. In the case of the status parameters, a preferred configuration can be provided if the domestic appliance terminal is an air conditioning system. When the system works normally, the temperature sensor arranged on the air return opening of the air conditioner uploads the real-time indoor environment temperature to the server, if the server only receives the real-time indoor environment temperature in a first set period and does not receive a heartbeat packet, a suspected state signal is fed back to the household appliance terminal to continuously record the service time, and the actual working time data during power failure is stored. The server further determines again whether the real-time indoor ambient temperature and the heartbeat packet are received simultaneously in a second set period of succession. If only the real-time indoor environment temperature is received again, the server preferably judges the real-time indoor environment temperature, and if the real-time indoor environment temperature does not change or has the same change trend, the signal abnormality caused by external reasons such as normal use of the air conditioner, non-power failure and the like is explained in the second setting period. The server feeds back a disable signal to disable the control authority of the control terminal bound to the household appliance terminal. The same change trend means that the temperature keeps a descending trend if the air conditioner works in a refrigeration mode; when the heating mode is operated, the temperature is kept in an increased state. And if the temperature change does not exceed 1 ℃, determining that the real-time indoor environment temperature is not changed. For the air conditioner, the status parameter may also be an operation signal of the control terminal, such as mode selection, selection of set temperature, and the like, for example, if the mode selection or the set temperature setting signal is received in both the first setting period and the second setting period, it is considered that the server receives the status parameter uploaded to the household appliance terminal.
In this embodiment, the generation of the disable signal may also be more deliberate. For example, the disable signal is preferably generated by the server at the end of the second set period and when the following conditions are met: only the state parameters are received in the second setting period, and the heartbeat packet is not received; and the suspected state times of the corresponding control terminal called according to the identity of the household appliance terminal are more than or equal to the set times. And if the number of times of the suspected state is less than the set number of times, establishing a corresponding list of the unique identity, the control terminal and the number of times of the suspected state for subsequent query. And (3) while establishing the corresponding list, the household appliance terminal keeps continuous timing, namely, the running time is stored and continuously accumulated when the power is off so as to be used for compensating the related cost.
Based on the same technical concept, another aspect of the present invention also provides a server, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 6, and the server includes:
the suspected state generating unit is used for judging whether the heartbeat packet and the state parameter uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received at the same time in a first set period after receiving the starting state signal uploaded by the household appliance terminal and waiting for receiving the state parameter of the household appliance terminal; if only the state parameters are received and the heartbeat packet is not received, feeding back a suspected state signal to the household appliance terminal to indicate the household appliance terminal to continuously record the use duration;
the forbidden state generating unit is used for judging whether the heartbeat packets and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received at the same time in a continuous second set period; if only the state parameter is received again without receiving the heartbeat packet, a disable signal is fed back to disable the control authority of the control terminal bound with the home appliance terminal.

the continuous timing setting unit is used for continuously recording the use duration when the first setting period is finished and a suspected state signal fed back by the server is received;

the server generates a suspected state signal when the server finishes a first set period and only receives the state parameter but does not receive the heartbeat packet; the disable signal is generated by the server when the second set period ends and only the status parameter is received without receiving the heartbeat packet.

the server is configured to judge whether the heartbeat packet and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received at the same time in a first set period; if only the state parameters are received and the heartbeat packet is not received, feeding back a suspected state signal to indicate the household appliance terminal to continuously record the use duration; judging whether the heartbeat packet and the state parameters uploaded by the household appliance terminal are received at the same time again in a second set period which is continuous with the first set period; if only the state parameter is received again and the heartbeat packet is not received, feeding back a disabling signal to disable the control authority of the control terminal bound with the household appliance terminal; and
the home appliance terminal is configured to upload the state parameters and the heartbeat packet of the home appliance terminal to the server in a starting state; when the first set period is over, the household appliance terminal judges whether a suspected state signal fed back by the server is received; if the suspected state signal is received, the household appliance terminal continuously records the use duration according to the indication of the server; when a second set period continuous with the first set period is ended, the household appliance terminal judges whether a forbidden signal fed back by the server is received; and if the disabling signal is received, the household appliance terminal disables the control authority of the control terminal bound with the household appliance terminal according to the indication of the server.
