Preferably, the obtaining unit further sends the device operation information to the first output unit 13, and the first output unit 13 is further configured to display the device operation information corresponding to the image tag, so that a user can know or review the information to be transmitted through the image tag.
In a specific use, the obtaining unit 11 of the image tag generating apparatus 10 may obtain the operation information of the medical device for the same day or the last time or several times, where the operation information of the medical device may include one or more of quality control information, sample test information, and operation state information. Wherein the quality control information is used for recording the detection result of the quality control product; the sample test information is used for recording reagent or consumable information in the test of the sample to be tested; the operation state information is used for recording the operation state information of the medical equipment. It will be appreciated that the device operational information may also be other relevant information suitable for remote monitoring.
The reading device 20 includes a reading unit 21 and a first communication unit 24 connected to the reading unit 21.
The reading unit 21 is configured to read the image tag output by the first output unit. The first communication unit 24 is configured to receive the image tag read by the reading unit 21 and transmit the received image tag to the remote monitoring apparatus 30. In the present embodiment, the first communication unit 24 transmits the image tag to the remote monitoring apparatus 30 through the internet. The first communication unit 24 is also used for receiving various types of data information transmitted back by the remote monitoring device 30.
In this embodiment, the reading unit 21 and the first communication unit 24 may be hardware devices that are independent from each other and can perform data communication, for example, the reading unit 21 employs a conventional two-dimensional code scanner, the first communication unit 24 correspondingly employs a communication device such as a computer that can be connected to the internet, and the two units are connected in a wireless or wired manner to perform data communication. The reading unit 21 and the first communication unit 24 may also be integrated, for example, a smart phone with a wireless communication function such as GPRS or WIFI, an image capturing device such as a camera, a tablet computer, or a functional mobile phone written with a specific program. When the reading device 20 is a mobile phone or a tablet computer equipped with an image capturing device such as a camera, the reading unit 21 of the reading device 20 may be the image capturing device, and the first communication unit 24 of the reading device 20 is a communication module disposed on a terminal such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer. It should be understood that the reading apparatus 20 may also adopt a combination of any type of image capturing device and any type of communication device, so long as the reading apparatus 20 formed by the image capturing device and the communication device can realize two-dimensional code identification and data communication.

The processing unit 33 is configured to receive the image tag sent by the second communication unit 31, and restore the image tag to the device running information.
The comparison unit 34 is configured to receive the device operation information sent by the processing unit 33, and compare the device operation information with pre-stored information pre-stored in the comparison unit 34 to generate comparison result information. The comparing unit 34 may also be connected to the second communication unit 31, so as to send the comparison result information to the reading device 20 through the second communication unit 31.
As shown in fig. 2, a medical device data transmission method using the medical device data transmission system according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S101, acquiring equipment operation information of medical equipment; in this step, the device operation information of the medical device is acquired by the acquisition unit 11 of the image tag generation apparatus 10. When the equipment operation information of the medical equipment is acquired, the equipment operation information at least comprises one of quality control information, sample test information and operation state information. Wherein the quality control information is used for recording the detection result of the quality control product; the sample test information is used for recording reagent or consumable information in the test of the sample to be tested; the operation state information is used for recording the operation state information of the medical equipment. The equipment operation information can be other information needing remote monitoring.
Step S102, generating and displaying an image label according to the equipment operation information; in this step, an image tag is generated by the image tag generation unit 12, and the image tag is displayed by the first output unit 13 so as to be read by the reading device 20. In this step, the first output unit 13 may also display the device operation information corresponding to the image tag.
In step S103, the image tag is read by the reading device 20.
And step S104, processing the image label, and restoring and generating equipment operation information. In the present embodiment, the reading apparatus 20 transmits the image tag to the remote monitoring apparatus 30, and restores the image tag received by the reading apparatus to the device operation information through the processing unit 33 of the remote monitoring apparatus 30. That is, the process of restoring the image tag to the device operation information is performed by the remote monitoring apparatus 30.
Step S105, pre-stored information is set. In this step, the pre-stored information may be stored and called up in the processing unit 33. It is understood that the pre-stored information may be information of a normal operation state of the medical device, so that the remote monitoring apparatus 30 can determine an operation state of the medical device in the current state based on the pre-stored information.
And S106, comparing the pre-stored information with the equipment operation information and generating comparison result information. In this step, the remote monitoring apparatus 30 obtains the device operation information, and compares the device operation information with the pre-stored information to obtain comparison result information. Therefore, whether the running state of the medical equipment is consistent with the pre-stored information or not and whether the medical equipment is in a normal running state or not is judged by comparing the result information.
The medical equipment data transmission system and the medical equipment data transmission method transmit data at one end of the reading device 20 by using the two-dimensional code as the image tag, the transmission operation process is visible and controllable, the medical equipment does not need to access the Internet, and the data safety of the medical equipment is ensured. And the data volume transmitted by the reading device 20 is limited, the doubts of the medical equipment user on the information safety can be reduced. Meanwhile, the remote monitoring apparatus 30 may respond to the information read by the reading apparatus 20, thereby implementing remote monitoring of the medical device.
As shown in fig. 3, a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided, and the data transmission system of the medical device in this embodiment is substantially the same as the first preferred embodiment, except that:
further, the image tag generating device 10 is further provided with an authentication unit 15, the authentication unit 15 is connected to the medical equipment and the obtaining unit 11, the authentication unit 15 is configured to determine whether the medical equipment connected to the image tag generating device 10 is normally started, and if yes, the obtaining unit 11 is allowed to obtain the equipment operation information; otherwise, the units of the image tag generation device 10 are turned off, and the units are prevented from acquiring the equipment running information of the medical equipment. The authentication unit 15 is mainly used for performing authority authentication on the identity of a user to ensure that only the user who can normally start and use the corresponding medical equipment can generate and acquire the equipment operation information. In any other embodiment, the authentication unit 15 may also be absent.
Further, the reading apparatus 20 is further provided with a restoring unit 22, and the restoring unit 22 is configured to receive the image tag sent by the reading unit 21, and restore the image tag to the device operation information, so as to generate the device operation information at the reading stage of the reading apparatus 20, and send the device operation information to the remote monitoring apparatus 30.
Further, the reading device 20 may further include a second output unit 25, where the second output unit 25 is connected to the reading unit 21 and/or the restoring unit 22, and is configured to display the read information received by the reading device 20 and/or the information restored by the restoring unit 22. It is understood that the second output unit 25 may adopt a display screen, various mobile terminals with a display screen, or a printing device with a printing function, so as to output and display various information by displaying, printing, and the like.
In this embodiment, the second output unit 25 may output and display the device operation information when generating the device operation information by performing image tag restoration, so as to facilitate the operator of the reading apparatus 20 to confirm the specific content of the device operation information transmitted to the remote monitoring apparatus 30, and prevent the reading apparatus 20 from transmitting irrelevant information, private information, or unmatched information due to an erroneous operation by the operator.
As shown in fig. 4, the medical data transmission method implemented by the medical device data transmission system of the second preferred embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first preferred embodiment, and includes the following steps:
step S201, authenticating the request for obtaining the device operation information of the medical device. In the present embodiment, the image tag generation authority of the image tag generation apparatus 10 is authenticated by the authentication unit 15 provided to the image tag generation apparatus 10. That is, when the acquisition unit 11 of the image tag generation apparatus 10 requests the medical device to acquire the device operation information of the medical device, the authentication unit 15 authenticates the image tag generation apparatus 10 before the medical device transmits the device operation information to the image tag generation apparatus 10. The authentication unit 15 determines whether the medical device is normally turned on to determine whether the user of the medical device and the image tag generation apparatus 10 has the right of use of the medical device and the image tag generation apparatus 10, and if the medical device can be normally turned on and operated, the image tag generation apparatus 10 is allowed to correspondingly acquire the device operation information and generate the image tag. In any other embodiment, this step may not be present.
Step S202, acquiring equipment operation information of the medical equipment.
And step S203, generating and displaying an image label according to the equipment operation information.
In step S204, the image tag is read by the reading device 20.
Step S205, processing the image label, and restoring to generate equipment running information; in the present embodiment, the restoring unit 22 of the reading apparatus 20 restores the image tag to the device operation information so as to transmit the acquired device operation information to the remote monitoring apparatus 30. That is, the process of restoring the image tag to the device operation information is performed by the reading device 20.
In step S206, the second output unit 25 of the reading apparatus 20 displays the device operation information and/or the image tag restored by the reading apparatus 20. In this embodiment, after the reading device 20 reads the image tag and restores the image tag to generate the device operation information, and before the device operation information is transmitted to the remote monitoring device 30, the device operation information and/or the image tag is displayed by the reading device 20.
Step S207, setting pre-stored information;
and S208, comparing the pre-stored information with the equipment operation information and generating comparison result information. In this step, the remote monitoring apparatus 30 receives the device operation information sent by the reading apparatus 20, and compares the device operation information with the pre-stored information. It is understood that, in this step, the comparison information generated by the comparison may also be transmitted back to the reading device 20 and displayed through the second output unit 25. For example, when the device operation information is the quality control information, the remote monitoring apparatus 30 sends the comparison information to the reading unit through the second communication unit, and displays the comparison information on the second output unit 25, so that the user can know whether the quality control result of the sample analyzer is within the controlled range or not and compare the comparison result with other laboratories in a very convenient and real-time manner. Further, if the quality control data of the sample analyzer is abnormal, the manufacturer may also transmit the analysis advice to the reading device 20 located at the user through the remote monitoring device 30 and display it through the second output unit 25.
