Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the secondary locking portion includes two pawl arms 9 integrally formed at the rear end portions of the pawls 6, and the two pawl arms 9 form an inverted U-shaped structure together with the pawls 6. The locking sleeve 5 is structured as shown in fig. 6, and the locking sleeve 5 is integrally of an inverted U-shaped structure, and one end of the locking sleeve is closed. The anti-falling protrusion 511 is further provided with a locking protrusion 512, the locking protrusion 512 is located on the rear side of the anti-falling protrusion 511, and the locking protrusion 512 and the anti-falling protrusion 511 are located on the opposite outer sides of the two elastic arms 51. The locking protrusion 512 and the coming-off preventing protrusion 511 are integrally formed on the elastic arm 51.
In order to ensure that the locking sleeve 5 can be kept in the position when the locking sleeve 5 locks the claws 6, grooves are formed in the opposite inner side walls of the two claw support arms 9, and the grooves can be used for the locking protrusions 512 to be clamped in to realize locking. Meanwhile, the locking protrusion 512 is a circular protrusion, so that the locking protrusion can be disengaged from the groove when the stress is large.
Wherein, there is the interval between two elastic arms 51 and the locking cover roof 54 of locking cover 5, and the width of this interval is unanimous with the thickness size of jack catch 6, can supply jack catch 6 adaptation to insert between elastic arm 51 and the locking cover roof 54, plays the effect of leading locking cover 5 to make this interval form the jack catch and inserted the passageway. The width of the space between the two elastic arms 51 and the corresponding side wall 53 of the locking sleeve is the same as the thickness of the claw support arm 9, so that the claw support arm 9 can be inserted between the two elastic arms in a matching way, the locking sleeve 5 is guided, and the support arm insertion channel is formed at the space.
As shown in fig. 6, a stop plate 52 is further integrally formed at the bottom of the locking sleeve 5, wherein the extension length of the stop plate 52 is smaller than the extension length of the side wall 53 of the locking sleeve, and the stop plate 52 is used for stop-fitting with the limit boss 7.
As can be seen from fig. 4 and 5, in the present invention, the opposite sides of the limiting boss 7 and the stop plate 52 are provided with inclined surfaces, and the inclined surfaces are used for ensuring that the stop plate 52 can be lifted up under the action of the inclined surfaces when moving towards the limiting boss 7, so as to be disposed on one side of the limiting boss 7 and in blocking fit with the limiting boss 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a positioning plane is provided on the socket housing 1, and the card slots 2 are arranged on the positioning plane, and a plurality of card slots 2 are provided, and the plurality of card slots 2 are arranged in sequence along the plug-in direction of the plug and the socket. The purpose of the multiple card slots 2 is to match the corresponding card slot 2 with the claws 6 according to the different requirements of plug and socket insertion. In other embodiments, the number of card slots may be increased or decreased.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 3, the plug housing 3 has an accommodating ring groove 10, and the accommodating ring groove 10 allows the hook at the front end of the claw 6 to swing in, so as to prevent the hook at the front end of the claw 6 from being pressed against the plug housing 3 and prevent the claw 6 and the plug housing 3 from being deformed, thereby protecting both.
The use process of the invention is as follows: the locking sleeve 5 is inserted and sleeved on the claw 6, and during inserting and sleeving, the two elastic arms 51 are tightened, so that the two elastic arms 51 can penetrate through the two claw support arms 9, and are in blocking fit with the front end parts of the claw support arms 9 by means of the planes on the anti-falling protrusions 511, and the anti-falling of the locking sleeve 5 is realized. During sleeve insertion, the clamping jaw 6 is inserted between the elastic arm 51 and the locking sleeve top wall 54, and the clamping jaw support arm 9 is inserted between the elastic arm 51 and the locking sleeve side wall 53, so that guiding sliding fit between the locking sleeve 5 and the clamping jaw 6 is realized.
In use, as shown in fig. 4, the claw 6 is locked, and at this time, the stop plate 52 is in stop fit with the limit boss 7, and the elastic arm 51 is in stop fit with the claw 6, so that the rear end of the claw 6 cannot be pressed down. When the locking state needs to be switched to the unlocking state, the locking sleeve 5 is pulled backwards, so that the locking sleeve 5 is placed in the state shown in fig. 5, at this time, the stop plate 52 and the limiting boss 7 are separated from the stop, and the rear end of the claw 6 can be pressed downwards, so that the unlocking between the claw 6 and the clamping groove 2 is realized. When the locking is required to be locked again, the locking sleeve 5 is pushed forwards, the inclined surface of the stop plate 52 is matched with the inclined surface of the limiting boss 7, and the locking sleeve 5 is lifted, so that the stop plate 52 can be matched with the limiting boss 7 in a stopping manner, and the locking is realized.
In the present embodiment, when the lock sleeve 5 is placed in the state shown in fig. 4, the lock sleeve 5 is in the lock position, and when the lock sleeve 5 is placed in the state shown in fig. 5, the lock sleeve 5 is in the unlock position.
In this embodiment, the stop plate 52 is used to perform a stop fit with the limit boss 7, so as to form a first stop portion, and in other embodiments, the first stop portion can be a stop block or a stop frame.
In this embodiment, the elastic deformation of the elastic arm 51 itself and the locking protrusion 512 on the elastic arm 51 are used to lock and separate the groove on the pawl support arm 9. At this time, the elastic arm 51, the locking protrusion 512 and the groove form a holding structure. The matching of the elastic arm 51 and the claw 6 is utilized to jack the claw 6, and the spacing between the claw 6 and the limit boss 7 is filled by matching the stopping of the first stopping part, so that the elastic arm 51 forms a second stopping part. In addition, the elastic arm 51 is matched with the inner wall of the locking sleeve 5, so that the locking sleeve 5 is matched with the clamping jaws 6 in a guiding mode. The multiple functions are concentrated on the elastic arm 51, the elastic arm 51 has rich functions, and the functions are realized by only one part, so that the number of parts is small, and the cost is low.
In this embodiment, the locking sleeve 5 is integrally fitted around the pawl 6 and the pawl arm 9, and the locking protrusion 512 is disposed on the outer side of the spring arm 51. In other embodiments, the locking protrusion may be disposed on the inner side of the elastic arm, at this time, the claw support arm is eliminated, the claw is provided with a protrusion extending upward and downward toward the limit boss, and the left and right sides of the protrusion are provided with grooves. At the moment, in order to ensure that the locking sleeve cannot be separated from the clamping jaw, the mode that the elastic arm is matched with the top wall of the locking sleeve to clamp the clamping jaw is still adopted.
In this embodiment, the locking protrusion 512 is disposed on the elastic arm 51, and the groove is disposed on the claw support arm 9, in other embodiments, the positions of the locking protrusion and the groove may be interchanged, that is, the locking protrusion is disposed on the claw support arm, and the groove is disposed on the elastic arm. In this embodiment, the elastic arm 51 forms an elastic structure.
In this embodiment, it is located locking cover 5 to play arm 51, in other embodiments, it can set up on the jack catch to play the arm, specifically as follows, with the design of jack catch support arm for playing the arm, the jack catch support arm has just formed elastic construction, protruding or recess setting is in the inboard of jack catch support arm, the cylinder that extends around the inside setting of locking cover, the corresponding recess or arch that sets up on the cylinder, moreover, can the centre gripping jack catch between cylinder and the locking cover roof, the left and right sides of cylinder can push up the inboard at the jack catch support arm, realize location and anticreep. Or in other embodiments, the claw support arm and the elastic arm (or the cylinder) in the locking sleeve can swing left and right and are both elastic structures.
In the embodiment, the locking sleeve is arranged on the jaw in a vertically clamping mode in an anti-falling mode, in other embodiments, a mode that the convex strips are matched with the dovetail grooves can be adopted, namely, the convex strips are arranged on one of the jaw and the locking sleeve, the dovetail grooves are arranged on the other one of the jaw and the locking sleeve, relative fixation in the vertical direction and the left-right direction is realized, and the locking in the front-back direction still adopts a convex and groove mode. Or the locking in the front-back direction can be realized by adopting the following mode, if the clamping jaw and the locking sleeve are provided with corresponding holes, when the locking sleeve is arranged at the locking position, the clamping jaw and the locking sleeve are penetrated by a pin or other rod pieces to realize the locking.
In other embodiments, the locking sleeve may adopt a manner that one end of the locking sleeve, which is back to the limit boss, is fittingly sleeved behind the jaw, and a second stopping portion is protrudingly disposed at one end of the locking sleeve, which is toward the limit boss.
In this embodiment, locking cover 5 is used for realizing the locking and the unblock of jack catch with spacing boss 7 cooperation, and locking cover 5 has formed the locking piece, and in other embodiments, the locking piece can not be set body structure, and the locking piece can adopt the mode of dovetail and sand grip to install on one side of the spacing boss of jack catch orientation. If the dovetail groove is arranged on the locking piece, a second blocking part is formed on the groove wall of the dovetail groove, and if the convex strip is arranged on the locking piece, the convex strip forms the second blocking part. The holding structure may be realized by a pin hole penetration or the like.
In this embodiment, the locking piece all draws behind and makes the jack catch unblock, pushes away forward and makes the jack catch locking, and in other embodiments, can arrange the place ahead at spacing boss with the locking piece, realize locking afterwards, push away the unblock forward.

a connector housing;
the clamping jaw is hinged on the connector shell and provided with a front end which can be matched with the clamping groove of the adaptive connector to realize locking and a rear end for applying force;
the rear ends of the clamping jaws and the connector shell are arranged up and down, and when the rear ends of the clamping jaws are pressed down towards the connector shell, the clamping jaws can be separated from the clamping grooves;
the method is characterized in that: the connector further includes: a secondary locking portion, the secondary locking portion comprising:
the limiting boss is arranged on the connector shell and is vertically arranged with the clamping jaw at intervals;
the locking piece is movably arranged outside the rear end of the clamping jaw along the extending direction of the clamping jaw and is provided with a first blocking part and a second blocking part, the first blocking part faces the limiting boss and is used for being in up-and-down blocking fit with the limiting boss, and the second blocking part faces the clamping jaw and is used for being in up-and-down blocking fit with the clamping jaw;
the sliding stroke of the locking piece is provided with a locking position and an unlocking position, when the locking position is reached, the first stopping part is in stopping fit with the limiting lug boss, and the second stopping part is in stopping fit with the clamping jaw; when the locking claw is positioned at the unlocking position, the first blocking part and the limiting lug boss are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the rear end of the clamping claw can be pressed and swung;
the connector also includes a retaining structure for retaining the latch member in the latched position.
2. The connector of claim 1, wherein: the secondary locking portion further includes:
the direction-changing slope surface is arranged on at least one of the first blocking part and the limiting boss;
the direction-changing slope is used for lifting the locking piece towards the direction back to the limiting boss when the locking piece moves to the locking position from the unlocking position.

The connector of claim 1, wherein: the holding structure comprises a protrusion and a groove, one of the protrusion and the groove is arranged on the claw, the other one of the protrusion and the groove is arranged on the locking piece, and the protrusion and the groove are matched to hold the locking piece at a locking position;
at least one of the clamping jaw and the locking piece is provided with an elastic structure capable of elastically swinging under stress, the corresponding bulge or groove is arranged on the elastic structure, and the side surfaces of the bulge and the groove which are matched with each other are provided with a direction-changing slope surface.
4. The connector of claim 3, wherein: the elastic structure includes:
the elastic arm extends along the front-back direction, the elastic arm is arranged on at least one of the clamping jaw and the locking piece, and the corresponding bulge or groove is arranged on the elastic arm.
5. The connector of claim 4, wherein: the locking piece is a locking sleeve which is sleeved outside the rear end of the clamping jaw;
the two elastic arms are arranged in the locking sleeve at intervals along the left and right direction;
two claw support arms are arranged at the rear ends of the claws or integrally formed, extend along the front-back direction and are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction;
the bulges are arranged on the outer sides of the two elastic arms which are back to back, and the grooves are arranged on the inner sides of the two clamping claw support arms which are opposite.
