Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the tag attachment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a state in which a tag label 2 is attached to a tag attachment 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The label tag 2 is a tag in which the price, quality, and the like of an article (for example, clothing) are marked.
Fig. 2 shows the tag holder 1 of the present embodiment, wherein (a) is a front view, (B) is a left view, (C) is a right view, (D) is a top view, (E) is an E-E sectional view at the line E-E of (D), and (F) is an F-F sectional view at the line F-F of (a). The content presented by the back view and the main view is the same, so the content is omitted. The bottom view is the same as the top view, and therefore omitted. In the following description, the front side is referred to as the front side, the back side is referred to as the rear side, the top side is referred to as the top side, and the bottom side is referred to as the bottom side.
The label holder 1 includes a linear member 10, a cylindrical member 20, a first insertion member 30, and a second insertion member 40.
The linear member 10 is composed of a wire composed of a resin (e.g., polyethylene). A first insertion member 30 is attached to one end of the linear member 10, and a second insertion member 40 is attached to the other end of the linear member 10. As shown in fig. 1, when both the first insertion member 30 and the second insertion member 40 are inserted into the tubular member 20, the linear member 10 is in a ring shape.
The cylindrical member 20 is made of resin (e.g., polyethylene and polypropylene), and has a cylindrical appearance. As shown in fig. 3, the tubular member 20 has an insertion hole 21 having a rectangular cross section, and the first insertion member 30 is inserted into one side of the insertion hole 21 and the second insertion member 40 is inserted into the other side of the insertion hole 21.
Further, the cylindrical member 20 includes: a first convex portion 22 having a semi-cylindrical shape formed on the upper surface of one side in the insertion hole 21; and a second convex portion 23 having a semi-cylindrical shape formed on the lower surface of the other side in the insertion hole 21. The size, shape, and the like of the first convex portion 22 and/or the second convex portion 23 can be appropriately changed.
The first insertion member 30 is made of resin (e.g., polyethylene and polypropylene), and as shown in fig. 4 (a), includes a distal end portion 31, a base portion 32, a fixed contact portion 33, and a receiving portion 34. In the present embodiment, the fixed contact portion 33 is a part of the distal end portion 31, and is formed at both ends of the distal end portion 31 in the vertical direction.
In a state where the first insertion member 30 is inserted into the tubular member 20, the distal end portion 31 is located on the back side of the first convex portion 22. The tip portion 31 has a tapered surface 35a and a surface 35b that abuts against the first convex portion 22, the surfaces 35a and 35b are both vertically opposed surfaces, and a flat surface 36a is provided between the pair of surfaces 35a, and the flat surface 36a is a surface opposed in the front-rear direction.
In a state where the first insertion member 30 is inserted into the tubular member 20, the base portion 32 is located on the front side of the first convex portion 22. The base portion 32 has a tapered surface 35c and a surface 35d continuous with the surface 35c, the surfaces 35c and 35d are both vertically opposed surfaces, and between the pair of surfaces 35c and between the pair of surfaces 35d, the base portion 32 has a flat surface 36b, and the flat surface 36b is a front-rear direction opposed surface.
In a state where the first insertion member 30 is inserted into the tubular member 20, the fixed contact portion 33 contacts the first convex portion 22. Even if a force is applied in the direction of pulling out the first insertion member 30 from the insertion hole 21, the fixed contact portion 33 is not displaced with respect to the distal end portion 31. In other words, the angle between the surface 35b and the surface 35c is constant. For example, when the fixed contact portion 33 is compressed in the vertical direction, the proximal portion 32 side of the distal portion 31 and the distal portion 31 side of the proximal portion 32 are also compressed in the vertical direction. Thereby, the first insertion member 30 can be pulled out from the insertion hole 21.
As shown in fig. 2 (E) and 4 (a), the accommodating portion 34 is formed so as to extend from the base portion 32 to the distal end portion 31, and accommodates one end side of the linear member 10. The receiving portion 34 has a through hole 37 penetrating between the pair of flat surfaces 36a and between the pair of flat surfaces 36b on the side of the distal end portion 31 (the side of the surface 35 c) of the base portion 32 and on the side of the distal end portion 31 closer to the base portion 32.
When a force is applied in a direction of extracting the first insertion member 30 from the insertion hole 21, the first insertion member 30 at the through hole portion 37 can be slightly deformed (compressed) in the up-down direction. Therefore, by applying a large force in the direction of extraction from the insertion hole 21, the first insertion member 30 can be extracted from the insertion hole 21 relatively easily.
The through hole 37 has surfaces 37a to 37c facing the pair of surfaces 35a to 35 c. The thickness of the first insertion member 30 in the vertical direction between the surfaces 35a to 37a is substantially the same as the thickness of the first insertion member 30 in the vertical direction between the surfaces 35c to 37 c.
The through hole portion 37 has a pair of clamping portions 38 for clamping and fixing the linear member 10 at positions facing the fixed contact portions 33. The interval between the gripping portions 38 is designed to be, for example, a value smaller than the diameter of the receiving portion 34 at the side of the abutting surface 35d of the base portion 32. In the present embodiment, since the linear member 10 can be fixed by being held by the holding portion 38, the first insertion member 30 can be attached to one end of the linear member 10 without using a fixing means such as an adhesive.
In the present embodiment, in order to maintain the holding force of the linear member 10 at a predetermined level or more, the range of the through hole 37 is limited to the side of the surface 35c of the base portion 32, and is not expanded to the side of the surface 35d of the base portion 32.
The second insertion member 40 is made of resin (e.g., polyethylene and polypropylene), and as shown in fig. 4 (B), includes a distal end portion 41, an intermediate portion 42, a base portion 43, and a movable contact portion 44.
In a state where the second insertion member 40 is inserted into the tubular member 20, the distal end portion 41 is located on the back side of the second convex portion 23. Further, a surface 45 of the distal end portion 41 on the side facing the second convex portion 23 of the insertion hole 21 is formed in a tapered shape.
An intermediate portion 42 is provided at a central portion in the vertical direction of the distal end portion 41, and movable contact portions 44 are provided at both end portions in the vertical direction of the distal end portion 41. A base portion 43 is provided on the opposite side of the intermediate portion 42 from the distal end portion 41. In a state where the second insertion member 40 is inserted into the cylindrical member 20, the base portion 43 is located on the front side of the second projection portion 23.
The movable contact portion 44 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape along the tapered surface 45 of the distal end portion 41, and is separated from the intermediate portion 42. In a state where the second insertion member 40 is inserted into the tubular member 20, the movable contact portion 44 contacts the second protrusion 23, and when a force is applied in a direction in which the second insertion member 40 is pulled out from the insertion hole 21, the movable contact portion 44 is displaced with respect to the distal end portion 41 and the intermediate portion 42. Specifically, the movable contact portion 44 is caught by the second convex portion 23 and expands in the vertical direction, and the angle between the movable contact portion 44 and the intermediate portion 42 increases. Thus, the force holding the second insertion member 40 in the insertion hole 21 is increased, and therefore the second insertion member 40 cannot be pulled out from the insertion hole 21.
As a result, according to the tag attachment 1 of the present embodiment, even after the state (the state of fig. 1) in which both the first insertion member 30 and the second insertion member 40 are inserted into the tubular member 20 is set, the first insertion member 30 can be detached from the tubular member 20. As a result, the work efficiency when detaching the tag attachment 1 is improved, and the convenience is also improved because tools such as scissors are not required.
The embodiments of the tag attachment of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
For example, a first insertion member of the present invention includes: a tip end portion located on the back side of the first convex portion 22 in a state of being inserted into the cylindrical member 20; a base portion located on the front side of the first projection 22; and a fixed contact portion that contacts the first convex portion 22, and does not displace with respect to the distal end portion even if a force is applied in a direction in which the first insertion member is pulled out from the insertion hole 21, and the configuration of the first insertion member can be appropriately changed as long as it can be pulled out from the insertion hole 21.
In addition, the first insertion member of the present invention preferably has a through hole in the housing portion for housing the linear member 10. The configuration of the through hole portion of the present invention can be changed as appropriate as long as the through hole portion has the clamping portion 38 for clamping and fixing the linear member 10 at a position facing the fixed contact portion of the present invention.
The structure of the holding portion of the present invention can be changed as appropriate as long as the linear member 10 is held and fixed.
The second insertion member of the present invention can be modified as appropriate as long as it includes: a tip end portion located on the inner side of the second projection 23 in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole 21; a base portion located on the front side of the second projection 23; and a movable contact portion that comes into contact with the second projection 23 and is displaced relative to the distal end portion when a force is applied in a direction in which the second insertion member is pulled out from the insertion hole 21.
The cylindrical member of the present invention can be modified as appropriate as long as it includes: an insertion hole into which the first insertion member is inserted on one side and the second insertion member is inserted on the other side; a first convex part formed on one side of the insertion hole; and a second convex portion formed on the other side in the insertion hole.
