(2) carrying out statistical analysis on facial expression data of each lessee and lecturer in a preset time period; if the facial expressions of a certain lessee or lecturer which are larger than a third preset percentage threshold value in a preset time period are all expressions which dislike listening or teaching, criticizing education is carried out on the lessee or lecturer; if the facial expressions of a certain lessee or lecturer which are greater than the fourth preset percentage threshold value in the preset time period are all expressions which like listening or giving lessons, rewarding measures are carried out on the lessee or lecturer;
(3) carrying out statistical analysis on facial expression data of a student in the examination process; if the facial expressions of the lecturers larger than the fifth preset percentage threshold are all expressions of non-calm answers, adjusting the content of the examination or strengthening the medical teaching of the content of the examination; and if the facial expressions of a certain lessee which are larger than the sixth preset percentage threshold value in the examination process are all the expressions which are not calm answer, strengthening the examination supervision on the lessee.
5. The hospital local trainee teaching management method according to claim 1, wherein after the third step, evaluation of the improved teaching quality of the third step is performed by an evaluation program based on the variation of the performance generated by the trainee.
6. The hospital local trainee teaching management method according to claim 1, wherein before the fourth step, the following steps are carried out:
1) determining the current state of the camera equipment when receiving an information acquisition request sent by a mobile terminal through a judgment program;
2) and if the current state of the camera equipment is a dormant state, controlling the camera equipment to enter a working state for capturing medical teaching contents on the writing board.

8. A teaching management system for the intern of hospital for performing the teaching management method for the intern of hospital as claimed in claims 1 to 7, wherein said teaching management system for the intern of hospital comprises:
the identity information acquisition module is connected with the central control module and is used for acquiring the identity information of the intern;
the teaching video acquisition module is connected with the central control module and is used for acquiring medical teaching videos through the camera;
the central control module is connected with the identity information acquisition module, the teaching video acquisition module, the examination analysis module, the teacher grading module, the teaching analysis module, the teaching quality evaluation module, the teaching feedback module and the display module and is used for controlling each module to normally work through the main control computer;
the examination module is connected with the central control module and used for performing medical examination on the trainees through an examination program and outputting examination results;
the assessment analysis module is connected with the central control module and used for comparing the results of two adjacent assessments of the trainees, counting the change range of the results generated by the trainees and drawing a graph of the change curve of the results generated by the trainees;
the teacher scoring module is connected with the central control module and used for giving a daily performance score corresponding to each intern based on the daily performance of the intern;
the scoring module is connected with the central control module and used for outputting a total practice score based on the assessment score of the trainees and the daily performance score;
the teaching analysis module is connected with the central control module and is used for analyzing the teaching level through an analysis program;
the teaching quality evaluation module is connected with the central control module and used for evaluating the teaching quality through an evaluation program based on the practice generation performance change condition;
the teaching feedback module is connected with the central control module and used for feeding back teaching information through a feedback program;
and the display module is connected with the central control module and is used for displaying the identity information, the assessment results, the result change curve graph, the daily performance score, the total practice score, the teaching video teaching analysis result, the quality evaluation result and the feedback information of each intern through the display.
9. A computer program product stored on a computer readable medium, comprising a computer readable program for providing a user input interface for implementing the method for teaching management of hospital interns as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed on an electronic device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method for teaching and managing hospital interns as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
