When the user uses the sharing platform, the following steps are needed:

The terminal system 2 comprises a merchant terminal, a property terminal and a convenience service terminal which exchange data through a server. The user logs in the service system to obtain information, the information is screened through the positioning system, the information can interact with other terminal systems through the interaction system, the merchant terminal is connected with the electronic commerce system to update and maintain data, the property terminal is connected with the online property service system to update and maintain data, and the convenience service terminal is connected with the convenience service system to update and maintain data. The electronic commerce system is used for self-help shopping of users and also used for management of online shops of users at merchant ends; the on-line property service system is used for inquiring or paying the property related information by the user and managing the information of the property end by the property end; the convenience service system comprises a friend link module, an online payment module and a proxy service reservation module.
