Therefore, the method can automatically identify and classify according to the received data, quickly respond, and has very important function on providing a solution with high efficiency and high accuracy required by the textile industry.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to an intelligent data processing system for spinning.
Background
China is a large country for textile production and export, and has obvious competitive advantages after years of precipitation. However, with the coming of informatization, the textile industry has a lot of challenges with information technology, internet convergence degree and the like, which also provides a new space for the development of the textile industry. Optionally, for the intelligent textile data processing system, the data sensing module makes an abnormal judgment and a safety judgment on the entered information, and if the entered information is normal, safe and reliable data, the data sensing module receives and marks the category, and transmits the category to the data coordination module for classification and distribution; if the data is abnormal and unsafe, the system automatically does not receive the data.
Optionally, for the intelligent textile data processing system, the big data storage module stores original data of data which is automatically not accepted by the system.

A textile intelligence data processing system of the present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the schematic drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the invention are shown, it being understood that one skilled in the art may modify the invention herein described while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention provides an intelligent textile data processing system, as shown in fig. 1, comprising: the system comprises a data sensing module, a data coordination module, a big data processing module, a big data analysis module and a big data storage module; after information enters a system, the data sensing module identifies and judges data, and judges whether the data belongs to textile industry data or not and the data safety degree; the data collaboration module classifies and dispatches the identified data; the big data analysis module analyzes the dispatched data and knows the upstream and downstream requirements; the big data processing module processes the analyzed data to generate a management decision requirement and a management decision target; and the big data storage module stores the original data transmitted by the platform and the data after analysis and processing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data sensing module makes abnormity judgment and safety judgment on the entered information, if the entered information is normal, safe and reliable data, the data sensing module receives and marks the type of the entered information, and transmits the data to the data coordination module for classification and distribution; if the data is abnormal and unsafe, the system automatically does not receive the data.
In one embodiment, keywords may be set for industry field screening, and for example, the data sensing module may have a function of a firewall to intercept harmful information.
For example, information transmitted by six business systems, namely a transaction system, an intelligent cotton distribution and yarn distribution system, a scientific research resource support system, a government consultation system, a logistics storage system and a financial service system, is sensed by the data sensing module and judged after reaching a specified software interface.
The data perception also has the function of guaranteeing the operation safety of the textile industry platform, the textile intelligent data processing system has safety problems of unsafe network invasion, virus invasion and the like in the construction process and the operation process, the textile industry platform comprises a large number of devices with different types, different functions and different performances, the service life of each device is different, and by means of the data perception module, abnormal data can be found in time, and possible loss is avoided. Therefore, the method has great significance for IT maintenance and safety guarantee of the system.
Therefore, the data perception can identify and classify all input information of the intelligent textile data processing system and guarantee safety.
In addition, in one embodiment of the invention, the system automatically stores the raw data of the data which is not accepted in the big data storage module.
Specifically, the big data storage module can be used for storing data sets which reach a set standard in quantity, are difficult to collect, process or analyze for a medium-long term by means of a computer. For example, it may be stored in an intelligent database.
In one embodiment, the big data storage module may be a solid state storage, such as a common computer hard disk storage. In one embodiment, the big data storage module may employ cloud storage, such as a cloud server employing amazon or the like.
And the big data storage module also stores the data processed by the big data processing module.
Further, the big data storage module also stores data from a supplier transaction system, an MES system, a logistics center, a platform maintenance system, a scientific research center, a consultation service system, an ERP system, a financial service system, a distributor data management system, a buyer transaction system and the like.
In the present example, the medium-long term is 6 months or more. For some data collection, which is not easy and occurs less frequently, but relatively important data, storage can be performed year-round.
In one embodiment, the big data storage module is capable of storing data in categories. The same or similar types of data are stored in the same block (e.g., different hard disks, or different folders).
Furthermore, in the invention, the data perception module, the data cooperation module, the big data processing module and the big data analysis module can store data into the big data storage module for backup in the respective processing processes. Depending on the actual situation, a shorter storage time or a longer storage time may be set in order to provide better data security.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the big data analysis may be an analysis of data with large data Volume (Volume), fast speed (Velocity), multiple types (Velocity), Value (Value), and authenticity (Veracity). For example, the system relates to customer requirements, supplier lists, logistics data, distributor lists, production data, scientific research data, intelligent cotton distribution and yarn distribution.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the flow of the big data processing module mainly includes data collection, data preprocessing, data storage, data processing and analysis, data display/data visualization, data application, and other links, where the data quality runs through the whole big data flow, and each data processing link affects the big data quality. The collected data are subjected to a plurality of processing flows, then deep analysis of management decision requirement information is carried out, the target of big data processing and analysis is determined, and the usability, the value and the user requirement of a big data analysis result are guaranteed to be met.
In the present invention, for example, the data classification processing for the information collected on the ten ports and transmitted through the six traffic systems may be performed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the big data processing module mainly comprises data collection, data preprocessing, data storage, data processing and analysis, data presentation/data visualization and data application.
For example, the big data processing module may display the processed data on a display screen to visually display the processed result.
The data collection of the big data processing module mainly aims at data needing to be processed, and data support is obtained from the inside or the outside, for example, data are called from a big data storage module in the intelligent textile data processing system of the big data processing module, or other related data are obtained through networking. The data preprocessing relates to rough analysis of collected specific data, and the data with high correlation is screened out, so that irrelevant data is avoided. After the coarse analysis, the remaining data is stored, for example, in the big data storage module. The remaining data is then processed and analyzed in detail, which may give the desired results and possible problems depending on the actual requirements, such as material selection, capital budget, time, delivery method, etc. The data display and data visualization are to display the expected result, so that the demander or the supervisor can learn the progress in time.

A textile intelligent data processing system comprising: the system comprises a data sensing module, a data coordination module, a big data processing module, a big data analysis module and a big data storage module; after information enters a system, the data sensing module identifies and judges data, and judges whether the data belongs to textile industry data or not and the data safety degree; the data collaboration module classifies and dispatches the identified data; the big data analysis module analyzes the dispatched data and knows the upstream and downstream requirements; the big data processing module processes the analyzed data to generate a management decision requirement and a management decision target; and the big data storage module stores the original data transmitted by the platform and the data after analysis and processing.

The intelligent textile data processing system according to claim 1, wherein the data sensing module makes an abnormal judgment and a safety judgment on the entered information, and if the entered information is normal, safe and reliable data, the data sensing module receives and marks the category and transmits the category to the data coordination module for classification and distribution; if the data is abnormal and unsafe, the system automatically does not receive the data.
3. The intelligent textile data processing system according to claim 2, wherein the big data storage module performs raw data storage on data which is not automatically accepted by the system.

5. The intelligent textile data processing system of claim 1, wherein the big data processing module mainly comprises data collection, data preprocessing, data storage, data processing and analysis, data presentation/data visualization, and data application.
6. The intelligent textile data processing system according to claim 3, wherein the big data storage module is used for storing data sets which are up to a set standard, difficult to collect, difficult to process or difficult to analyze for a medium-long term.
7. The intelligent textile data processing system according to claim 6, wherein the medium-long term is greater than or equal to 6 months.
