The personnel health information at least comprises health information of service personnel in direct contact with the user and health information of service personnel in direct contact with a target used or eaten by the user; for example, the person health information includes picture information of the person health certification, and the like. The commitment information is at least one of whether the commitment is read or not, or whether the integrity loss obtained by not fulfilling the integrity principle is known.
The merchant health information is in at least one form of words, pictures, videos, dynamic pictures, designated colors/color combinations and the like, and depicts the health execution operation promised to be executed when the merchant executes the health certification. For example, the hygiene execution information in the merchant hygiene information further includes: and recording the cleaning picture/video, the cleaning degree, the mark of whether cleaning is finished and the like of the merchant by the staff of the merchant. In some examples, the merchant hygiene information is uploaded by an operator of the merchant when performing a hygiene authentication operation, specific examples of which are detailed later when describing the operation of hygiene authentication. In other examples, the merchant hygiene information is uploaded by a merchant's staff within a set time limit as required by a hygiene certification. In other words, the merchant hygiene information may be updated according to the uploading operation of the merchant. In some specific examples, the merchant hygiene information is updated by an upload operation performed by an executive assigned to perform a corresponding hygiene task. For example, if a cleaner of an attraction merchant uploads multiple pictures of a cleaning attraction at 15 points per day, the data processing system updates the merchant hygiene information for the respective attraction merchant upon receiving the uploaded multiple pictures or at 15 points per day. In other specific examples, the merchant hygiene information is uploaded by the merchant's operator at a time limit in unison. For example, a cashier of a catering merchant uploads a plurality of pictures of a target area cleaned by staff of the catering merchant on the same day before business every day, and the data processing system updates the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding catering merchant when receiving the uploaded plurality of pictures or business every day.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic interface diagram illustrating an example of a security commitment form for filling out merchant hygiene information displayed at a merchant terminal, wherein the merchant terminal collects the merchant hygiene information according to input options, input prompts, etc. provided by the security commitment form. And when the merchant terminal submits the safety condition promised list, the merchant health information and the merchant basic information are sent to the data processing system. In order to reduce the number of times of filling in the security status commitment table on the merchant operator side, in some examples, when the data processing system detects that the merchant basic information is associated with merchant health information, the merchant terminal only sends the merchant basic information to the data processing system to obtain corresponding two-dimensional code/two-dimensional code data when the merchant operator triggers an operation of displaying the two-dimensional code.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic interface diagram of another example of the security condition commitment table displayed at the merchant terminal is shown. Unlike the interface described in fig. 3, the interface shown in fig. 4 provides an interactive button to upload pictures for the merchant's operator to upload merchant hygiene information.
After acquiring the basic merchant information of the merchant terminal, the data processing system executes step S210, that is, generates two-dimensional code data for associating the basic merchant information and the merchant hygiene information thereof through an association relationship.
In practical application, an operator of a merchant may associate one merchant authority information with basic merchant information of multiple merchants, so that the merchant can conveniently perform information management on the multiple merchants after logging in through one account. The merchant authority information at least comprises account information registered by the merchant in the data processing system. The merchant authority information includes, for example, unique identification information such as a mobile phone number and a merchant administrator ID used in merchant registration. For example, a merchant registers online subscription services of two merchants (an online service provided by a data processing system to a user side) on a platform system by using the same merchant authority information, and the online subscription service of each merchant corresponds to basic merchant information. The merchant authority information establishes an association relationship between the merchant basic information of each merchant and the merchant health information of each merchant.
When one merchant authority is associated with one merchant basic information, the merchant terminal sends the merchant authority information to the server, which is equal to the basic information of the merchant to the server. The data processing system configured at the server obtains the basic information of the merchant corresponding to the merchant authority information according to the association relationship.
When one merchant authority information is associated with basic merchant information of multiple merchants, please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of a two-dimensional code display method in another embodiment, and different from that shown in fig. 1, the merchant terminal performs step S100' to send the merchant authority information to the server. And the data processing system of the server executes step S200 to feed back a list of multiple merchant options corresponding to the merchant authority information; each merchant option corresponds to one merchant basic information. The merchant terminal executes step S110 to load a selection interface of a list of multiple merchant options associated with the merchant authority information, so as to submit corresponding merchant basic information to the server when detecting that the merchant option in the list is triggered to operate.
When one merchant authority information is associated with basic merchant information of a plurality of merchants, the data processing system sends a list and a selection interface of a plurality of merchant options under the management authority of the merchant authority information to a merchant terminal; the merchant terminal presents the acquired list of the plurality of merchant options in a selection interface (otherwise referred to as a store selection page). When the merchant terminal detects that a certain merchant option in the list is triggered to operate, the merchant terminal means that an operator of the merchant intends to acquire the two-dimensional code of one merchant (or called store), and the merchant terminal sends corresponding basic information of the merchant and the merchant authority information to the data processing system.
In some examples, if the merchant permission information is associated with that part of the multiple merchants has passed the online hygiene authentication operation, it means that the merchants passing the hygiene authentication have already saved the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding merchants on the data processing system side, and the merchants not applying the hygiene authentication have not saved the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding merchants on the data processing system side, so that the two merchant options are displayed in a differentiated manner when the merchant terminal displays the selection interface. Wherein, the way of differentiating and displaying is exemplified but not limited to: and at least one of color, characters, icons and the like is used for distinguishing and displaying the two merchant options. If the operator of the merchant selects the merchant option that has not applied for the hygiene authentication, the merchant terminal performs an application operation of the hygiene authentication through interaction with the data processing system, which will be described later. When the data processing system confirms that the application operation is successful, or when an operator of the merchant triggers and selects an operation of applying for the merchant option of the hygiene authentication by operating the merchant terminal, the data processing system executes step S210 to generate two-dimensional code data for associating the corresponding merchant basic information and the merchant hygiene information thereof through the association relationship among the merchant authority information, the merchant basic information of the selected merchant option, and the merchant hygiene information.
Wherein, in some examples, the two-dimensional code data is generated according to the associated merchant basic information. For example, the unique identifier of the merchant is used to generate two-dimensional Code Data by using Code One, Maxi Code, QR Code, or Data Matrix. In another example, the two-dimensional code data is a plurality of different pre-generated two-dimensional code data, and when the data processing system acquires the merchant authority information and the merchant basic information associated with the merchant authority information, any one of the two-dimensional code data is associated with the merchant basic information to obtain the two-dimensional code data corresponding to one merchant.
The data processing system further executes step S220 to send the two-dimensional code data or the corresponding two-dimensional code to the merchant terminal.
In some examples, the data processing system may send the two-dimensional code data to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant terminal generates a two-dimensional code (also referred to as a two-dimensional code picture, a two-dimensional code map, or the like) based on the two-dimensional code data and displays the two-dimensional code on a display screen of a device where the merchant terminal is located (step S120 shown in fig. 1). In still other examples, the data processing system may further convert the two-dimensional code data into a two-dimensional code and transmit the two-dimensional code to the merchant terminal, so that the merchant terminal directly displays the two-dimensional code on a display screen (step S120 shown in fig. 1).
In other examples, the merchant terminal further sends the two-dimensional code to a printing device (not shown) connected to the processing device of the merchant terminal when detecting the printing operation of the operator of the merchant, so as to obtain the two-dimensional code of the printing plate for the operator to post to the conspicuous position of the merchant.
Referring again to the hygiene authentication operation mentioned in the above example, the operation of the merchant for applying for the hygiene authentication may be performed at the merchant terminal, or in an applet for the hygiene authentication provided by the authenticator, or at the authenticator's website using a browser. The authenticator or authenticator delegates a third party to provide health authentication information and an application interface for applying health authentication. Wherein the health certification information includes, but is not limited to, one of an epidemic prevention discipline, a health discipline initiative, or a health industry standard, the epidemic prevention discipline, the health discipline initiative, or the health industry standard being certified by an official organization or a folk organization.

For example, in an exemplary embodiment, taking three folk organizations of the chinese restaurant association, the national green restaurant working committee, the american group company as the authenticator, or "the chinese hotel room epidemic prevention self-discipline convention" in which two of the three folk organizations entrust the third party as the authenticator for authentication, the convention content is explained via the convention detailed rule, such as the "the chinese hotel room epidemic prevention self-discipline convention" is formulated for the situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation, for example.
In some specific examples, the merchant that does not apply for authentication may view the interface containing the hygiene authentication information in the website of the authenticator, and an authentication application manner (e.g., a link address URL for linking to at least one authentication application interface of the data processing system) is associated with the corresponding interface.
In yet other specific examples, the data processing system sends offer information to the managed plurality of merchants; the offer information includes health certification information to be complied with by the merchant. For example, the data processing system manages online order services of multiple merchants, and pushes a message containing the authentication information and the link address URL to a terminal device by using service interactive communication with the terminal device of the merchant, so as to prompt the merchant to submit an authentication application.
The method comprises the following steps that a merchant operates at least one application authentication interface provided by a merchant terminal device loading data processing system, wherein the at least one application authentication interface comprises: and the form is used for uploading the certification items committed to be executed by the merchant according to the health certification information. And the merchant sends a corresponding authentication request to the data processing system by submitting the form.
The authentication item mainly includes various authentication information for embodying that the merchant has the ability to execute each commitment according to the hygiene authentication information, which includes but is not limited to: characters, pictures, voice, video, dynamic pictures, documents, and the like. Specifically, the authentication item includes at least one of: the authentication information of the qualification of the merchant, the authentication information of the environment information of the merchant, the authentication information of the personnel information of the merchant, the authentication information of the emergency protection of the merchant, the commitment information performed according to the health authentication information, and the like.
Wherein, the qualification authentication information includes, for example: an electronic version of the business license (picture or PDF file format), and/or an electronic version of the health license (picture or PDF file format).
The authentication information of the environment information is related to the business scope of the merchant, and the authentication information of the environment information of the catering merchant for example comprises at least one of the following items: disinfection public information, dining environment information, kitchen environment information, dish delivery and isolation information and the like. The disinfection bulletin information is, for example, a picture of the disinfection bulletin taken by the merchant on site or a commitment file. The disinfection notice information is a notice file which promises to execute disinfection according to the authentication information. For example, the sterilization day and execution status are listed in the sterilization bulletin information. As another example, the disinfection notice information is displayed as a bulletin file or reminder strip posted on the merchant's foreground or other prominent location, etc. The dining environment information is exemplified by pictures of public dining areas and/or housing areas taken on site by the merchants. Examples of kitchen environment information are photographs of kitchen ranges, dishwashers, and/or disinfection cabinets, etc., taken on-site by a merchant. The dish delivery isolation information includes, for example, a picture of a waiter when eating, a picture of a kitchen staff when eating, and/or the like.
Wherein the authentication information of the personnel information comprises at least one of the following: the name of the business's staff, the job post, the health record card, the temperature of the day, the photograph of wearing the mask, etc. Wherein, the health record card at least comprises the post return date, whether contact history (such as life history and travel history of epidemic situation occurrence areas) exists before post return, and the like.
Wherein the authentication information of the emergency protection comprises at least one of the following: protection material storage information, protection coping mechanism information and the like. The protection material storage information comprises pictures, files and the like of storage materials used for protecting epidemic situations and accidents. For example, the information on the reserve of protective materials includes pictures of a material barrel, a mask, a hand sanitizer, etc., which are reserved by a merchant and contain alcohol (or other sterilizing and disinfecting materials), a purchase instruction, an expiration date instruction, etc. Examples of the guard coping mechanism information include at least one of: the information of the acceptance of the merchant to comply with the health certification information and perform protection handling, and the video provided by the merchant to learn the health certification information and perform protection handling.
The commitment information which is committed to be executed according to the health certification information exemplifies a commitment option which is selected to be executed according to the health certification information. For example, an option to confirm/not confirm learned hygiene authentication information.
The merchant health information associated with the two-dimensional code data may be the at least one authentication information uploaded by the merchant for passing the health authentication. For example, the merchant hygiene information associated with the two-dimensional data code is authentication information related to a clean merchant site, which includes: and at least one of authentication information of the environment information, authentication information of the emergency protection and authentication information of the personnel information.
In some embodiments, the merchant is, for example, a merchant who enters an online subscription platform (i.e., the platform system), and the merchant submits an authentication request by means of registration after completing learning and uploading data under the guidance of an authenticator (e.g., the server), and the authenticator verifies and verifies the authentication request submitted by the merchant. The online booking platform provides data to the merchant side to guide the merchant to complete learning and upload the data (such as uploading the data through an authentication request), and the online booking platform verifies and verifies the authentication request submitted by the merchant. In an exemplary embodiment, the merchant completes submitting the authentication request, for example, through an Ebooking platform of U.S. corporation, such as submitting the authentication request requires submitting the request after the Ebooking platform reads a signing agreement. After the verification is passed, the server side stores some authentication information in the authentication request as merchant health information according to the requirements of the merchant health information in a health display interface of the merchant subjected to health authentication displayed on the user side, and associates the merchant health information and the merchant basic information with the two-dimensional code data when the corresponding merchant applies for acquiring the two-dimensional code data. For example, the server displays clean pictures of restaurant employees for cleaning in dining areas, kitchens and front desks in a health display interface of a catering merchant which passes authentication to the user side, and the server uses the clean pictures in the authentication information of the environmental information in the authentication request submitted by the catering merchant as merchant health information and associates the merchant health information with the two-dimensional code data.
When the merchant displays the obtained two-dimension code, the user can scan the two-dimension code to obtain the merchant hygiene information when arriving at a store for consumption. When the two-dimension code is forwarded through the social tool, the user acquires the merchant hygiene information by utilizing the two-dimension code identification function in the social tool. The two-dimensional code associated with the merchant hygiene information of the merchant is also referred to as a merchant two-dimensional code in the application. Please refer to fig. 6, which shows a flowchart for executing the operation of scanning the two-dimensional code for the user terminal and the data processing system.
In step S300, the user terminal acquires an image including the merchant two-dimensional code.
As one of the ways provided in the above example, the user operates the user terminal to call the camera device, and obtains the image containing the merchant two-dimensional code by using the function of taking the image by the camera device. For example, a user operates a scanning option of the user terminal to call the camera device and receive an image of the camera device in a preview mode, and the user terminal acquires the image containing the merchant two-dimensional code in the preview mode. In the second mode, the user operates the user terminal to trigger the operation of the image containing the merchant two-dimensional code in the browsing interface, and then the user terminal acquires the image. Wherein, the browsing interface includes: a dialog box interface for a social tool, a promotional interface for a merchant, etc.
In step S310, the two-dimensional code data included in the merchant two-dimensional code is analyzed and uploaded to the server.
Here, the user terminal performs a decoding operation on the merchant two-dimensional code in the image to obtain two-dimensional code data, and sends the two-dimensional code data to a server (i.e., a data processing system). In the example that the user terminal acquires the image shot by the camera device, the user terminal analyzes the merchant two-dimensional code in the image shot by the camera device in the preview mode to obtain two-dimensional code data and uploads the two-dimensional code data to the data processing system. In the example of acquiring the image from the network by the user terminal, the user terminal analyzes the merchant two-dimensional code in the image shot by the camera device in the preview mode to obtain two-dimensional code data and uploads the two-dimensional code data to the data processing system.
In step S400, the data processing system acquires two-dimensional code data recognized from the user terminal.
In step S410, the data processing system sends the merchant hygiene information associated with the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal for display.
The data processing system obtains corresponding merchant health information according to the incidence relation between the two-dimensional code data and the merchant basic information and the incidence relation between the merchant basic information and the merchant health information, and feeds the merchant health information back to the user terminal. And the data processing system sends the merchant hygiene information and a hygiene display interface to the user terminal.
In step S320, the user terminal receives and displays the merchant hygiene information associated with the two-dimensional code. Here, the user terminal loads a hygiene display interface in which the merchant hygiene information is displayed.
Here, the user terminal can not only show the merchant hygiene information by recognizing the two-dimensional code, but also be associated with a merchant detail page interface provided by the online booking platform. In some examples, the hygiene presentation interface is an interface dedicated to presenting merchant hygiene information to a user by identifying a two-dimensional code. In other examples, the hygiene display interface is a hygiene display interface associated with a merchant details page interface provided by the user terminal in the online booking platform. For example, referring to fig. 7 and 8, which are respectively shown as interface schematic diagrams of a detail page interface of a merchant and an associated hygiene display interface in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a user terminal displays the detail page interface of a selected merchant through interaction with an online booking platform, a hotkey area/virtual hotkey area (area a) of the hygiene display interface is associated with a target position in the detail page interface, and when it is detected that a user triggers a corresponding area, the user terminal loads the hygiene display interface shown in fig. 8 to view merchant hygiene information. Similarly, the user terminal may load the hygiene display interface by performing steps S300-S320 to display the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding merchant to the user. Here, the process of the user terminal presenting the detail page interface will be described in detail later.
In some practical scenarios, the user terminal requests to view the merchant hygiene information of the merchant by scanning or recognizing the two-dimensional code in a state of not logging in the online booking platform, for this reason, referring to fig. 10, it shows a flowchart of another embodiment in which the user terminal and the data processing system execute the code scanning two-dimensional code operation, and the data processing system executes step S401 to check the user authority of the user terminal when receiving the two-dimensional code data. When the data processing system verifies that the user terminal does not provide the user authority information for authority verification, step S402 is executed to return to an authorization interface.
To this end, in some examples, the user terminal also performs steps S311-S312 before presenting the respective merchant hygiene information. In step S311, the authorization interface is presented. Please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic interface diagram of an authorization interface in an embodiment, where the authorization interface is, for example, an interface that is prompted to include user permission information and a login button, and when an operation of triggering the login button is detected, the user terminal executes step S313. Wherein, the user authority information includes, for example: user login information, login information authorizing acquisition of a specified application program, or a mobile phone number. The specific application program is, for example, login information of an application program such as WeChat, QQ, Baidu and the like. Wherein the authorization interface can be a full screen interface or a message popup interface.
In step S312, the user terminal further obtains the user instant data, which is not necessarily in sequence with step S311. The user instant data is used for marking instant information when the user terminal executes to check the merchant health information, and the instant information comprises but is not limited to at least one of instant time information, instant position information and equipment identification information of the user terminal.
In step S313, the user permission information, the user instant data, and the two-dimensional code data obtained by triggering the operation of the authorization interface are uploaded to the server.
In step S401, the data processing system stores the user permission information, the user instant data, and the two-dimensional code data in an associated manner, so as to record the code scanning event. The operation of associating the user authority information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data is equal to the operation of associating the user authority information and the user instant data with the basic merchant information by utilizing the association relationship between the two-dimensional code data and the basic merchant information.
By executing the step S401, the data processing system may use the multiple instant time data corresponding to the collected user authority information as the historical behavior data of the corresponding user, thereby providing the health condition statistics of the code scanning user for the merchant side.
In order to collect the recent health condition of the user and the behavior track of the user to be displayed to the merchant side, and implement the health-health data intercommunication between the merchant and the user, before feeding back the merchant health information of the merchant, the data processing system further executes step S402 (not shown), detects whether the user authority information is associated with input data actively provided by the user, if not, feeds back a registration interface for registering the health condition of the user to the user terminal, otherwise, executes step S410 to feed back the merchant health information.
Correspondingly, in step S314 (not shown), the user terminal loads the registration interface for the user to fill in the input data; wherein the registration interface is associated with a user permission information.
Wherein the input data comprises: the user basic data which are submitted by the user independently and are used for reflecting the health condition of the corresponding user. Wherein user profiles include, but are not limited to: at least one of identity information, communication information, trip information, health information, and commitment information of the user; wherein the health information comprises the current health information of the user or/and at least one health information of historical period, such as at least one of basic medical history, recent infectious medical history and the like; identity information of the user, such as at least one of information in an identity card, information in a passport, or the like; communication information such as at least one of a local telephone number, a family member telephone number and the like; travel information such as at least one of information on a recently arrived province and city, and information on a vehicle in a ride; the commitment information is at least one of whether the commitment is read or not, or whether the integrity loss obtained by not fulfilling the integrity principle is known.
When the user terminal detects that the user triggers submission of the filled-in input information, step S315 is performed (not shown).
In step S315, the user terminal uploads the input data, the user instant data, and the user permission information to the server. The server performs a similar step to step S401, and in step S401' (not shown), the server associates the input data, the user instant data, the user authority information and the two-dimensional code data to record a code scanning event of the user.
When the server side obtains input data filled by the user independently, the input data and the user instant data are both used as historical behavior data of the corresponding user, so that health condition statistics of the code scanning user can be displayed to a merchant side.
After obtaining the user right information and the user instant data and/or input data related to the user right information and reflecting the user health condition, the data processing system executes step S410, namely, feeding back the merchant health information to the user terminal.
As the user code scanning event is recorded, the data processing system can also provide the user health statistical information for reflecting the health condition statistics of the recent code scanning user for the merchant side. The user health statistical information is obtained by carrying out individual health condition statistics on each code scanning user according to user instant data and/or input data provided by a user terminal of each code scanning user which is acquired recently. For example, the user health statistics include a list of user health statistics that provide security status information (also referred to as user security status information) of the user's health status determined from recent user instant data and input data for each code-scanned user. Or the user health statistical information is obtained by carrying out overall health condition statistics on all code scanning users according to user instant data and/or input data provided by the user terminal of each code scanning user which is acquired recently. For example, the user health statistics include user health summary information determined by counting recent user instant data and input data for each code scanning user.
Through the user permission information associated with the two-dimensional code data, the data processing system can also acquire other historical behavior data collected during the code scanning user operating the online booking platform. Wherein the other historical behavior data comprises: and at least one of migration track information, travel track information, social behavior information, consumption behavior information and website login information of the code scanning user. The migration track information is obtained by accumulating the geographical position of the code scanning user according to the recent positioning and reporting of the user terminal by the data processing system. For example, a code scanning user starts a mei-qu APP in the near future, the mei-qu APP reads the positioning position information of the GPS at the time of starting, and uploads the positioning position information, thereby cumulatively forming the migration track information of the code scanning user in the near future. The travel track information is obtained by accumulating travel consumption information prepared (or implemented) by the code scanning user for travel, and examples of the travel track information include at least one of hotel check-in information, traffic information and the like of the code scanning user in the near future. For example, a code scanning user enters a hotel by using a American group APP recently, and the hotel entrance information is uploaded, so that travel track information of the code scanning user recently is formed in an accumulated mode. The social behavior information is obtained by accumulating information consumed by code scanning users for social contact and gathering, and examples of the information include: group travel, ordering information, etc. For example, the code scanning user and other users use the Mei-Tuo APP to perform collective ordering operation on the same dining table of the same restaurant in the same time period, and the collective ordering operation is uploaded to the data processing system, so that the recent social behavior information of the code scanning user is accumulated and formed. For another example, if the code scanning user purchases a product for group tour (or multi-person self-driving tour) on the mei-qu APP, the data processing system obtains recent social behavior information of the code scanning user according to the information of the tourists participating in the product. The consumption behavior information is obtained by accumulating information consumed by the code scanning user individually, and examples thereof include: the user purchases information such as a shop consumption coupon and a parking ticket. For example, a code scanning user obtains a parking two-dimensional code of a certain restaurant through the American group APP, and the corresponding user terminal sends consumption behavior information including the restaurant, parking time, obtaining time and the like to the data processing system, so that consumption information of the code scanning user in the near term is accumulated. The website login information is an IP address and the like when the code scanning user logs in the website. For example, when the code scanning user operates the user terminal to log in the mei-qu APP, the data processing system obtains the login information and also obtains the IP address of the user terminal side, and the IP address reflects the area where the code scanning user is located, so that the data processing system accumulates and forms the website login information of the code scanning user in the near term.
The historical behavior data which is obtained from multiple aspects and represents the same scanning code user is utilized, and data mining is carried out on the historical behavior data, so that more accurate user health statistical information can be provided for merchants. The user health statistics may also be referred to herein as risk assessment data.
In an exemplary embodiment, the data processing system analyzes the input data of the code scanning user and/or the data associated with the user instant data by using big data stored in the database, which includes but is not limited to: historical behavior data of the code scanning user or/and risk assessment data of the code scanning user and the like.
The data processing system may determine a geographical track of the code scanning user by integrating the mined plurality of data into a chronological geographical location, determine preferences of the code scanning user by integrating behavioral information formed by integrating the mined plurality of data, and the like. And combining at least one of other historical behavior data, input data and user instant data of the code scanning user, and obtaining risk assessment data of the code scanning user by the data processing system. In other words, the risk assessment data of the code scanning user is obtained by assessing the health risk of the code scanning user according to at least one of other historical behavior data, input data and user instant data of the code scanning user, and includes but is not limited to the safety state information of the code scanning user, and on the basis, part or all of the geographical location track of the code scanning user, part or all of the risk assessment data of other users contacted, and the like can also be included. Wherein the safety state information is information describing a physical health state of the code scanning user through at least one dimension, examples of which include: the health level of the body, etc.
Wherein the risk assessment data is related to at least one of historical appearance area, historical contact object and historical appearance place of the code scanning user. The historical appearance area is, for example, province/city/district, even administrative areas such as streets and the like. The historical contact object is exemplified by other users who contact the code scanning user. Examples of the historical places include names and positions of restaurants where the user has dinner, names and positions of scenic spots for tourism, or names and positions of hotels in the accommodation.
In some examples, the data processing system analyzes a recent geographical location track, even a stay period, and the like provided by at least one of other historical behavior data of the code scanning user, input data, and user instant data, and a severity of the related infectious disease at each geographical location along which the corresponding track is routed, to obtain risk assessment data. Taking the new coronavirus infectious disease as an example, the data processing system extracts a geographical position track according to at least one of other historical behavior data, input data and user instant data of the code scanning user, sorts the geographical position track according to time to obtain a recent geographical position track, and analyzes the geographical position track according to epidemic situation data of provinces/cities, peripheral cells/business circles/streets and the like of the geographical positions published by an official part to obtain risk assessment data of the code scanning user.
In still other examples, the data processing system analyzes recent habits and other users contacted by at least one of other historical behavior data of the code scanning user, input data, and user instant data in combination with historical behavior information and/or risk assessment data tracks of other users to obtain risk assessment data. Still taking the new coronavirus infectious disease as an example, the data processing system extracts the living habits of the code scanning user as a 'house' person according to at least one of other historical behavior data, input data and user instant data of the code scanning user, takes the historical behavior information of other users possibly contacting the code scanning user as a main part, and obtains the risk assessment data of the code scanning user, wherein the risk assessment data of the other users belong to the health grade.
In other examples, the data processing system performs a comprehensive analysis in combination with the various manners provided in the examples provided above to obtain risk assessment data for the code scanning user. Here, the data processing system may analyze at least one of other historical behavioral data, input data, and user immediate data of the code-scanning user using a machine-learned scoring model to obtain risk assessment data. Or the data processing system analyzes at least one of other historical behavior data, input data and user instant data of the code scanning user in a preset weight mode to obtain risk assessment data. The resulting risk assessment data may be a probability of risk of getting an illness, a grade of risk of getting an illness, a probability of health, or a grade of health status, etc. for the infectious disease.
When the operator of the merchant triggers and checks the user health statistical information of the recent code scanning user, the data processing system feeds back the obtained user health statistical information to the merchant terminal according to the statistical mode of the mined data.
Correspondingly, the merchant terminal loads the viewing interface based on the detected trigger operation, and the viewing interface displays the user health statistical information. The user health statistical information is obtained by performing statistical processing on input data and user instant data of at least one user associated with the two-dimensional code data.
And when detecting the operation of triggering the loading of the viewing interface, the merchant terminal interacts with the data processing system to obtain the user health statistical information. For example, please refer to fig. 11, which is an interface schematic diagram of a merchant management interface displayed by a merchant terminal, where a two-dimensional code viewing option, a customer health viewing option, an authentication item re-editing option, and the like displayed on the merchant terminal are displayed on the merchant management interface, and the merchant terminal displays the viewing interface when detecting that the customer health viewing option is triggered, so as to view the user health statistical information.
Please refer to fig. 12, which shows an execution flowchart of the user terminal viewing the details page interface and the hygiene display interface of the authenticated merchant according to the present application.
In step S500, the user terminal loads a display interface including the merchant dimension information of the merchant. And the merchant dimension information is associated with the detail page interface.
The method comprises the steps of loading a preview interface of a certain type of merchant online booking channels provided by a data processing system according to the triggering operation of a user, and displaying merchant dimension information of a plurality of merchants at the target position of the preview interface. Wherein the type of the merchant depends on the business scope of the merchant, which is exemplified but not limited to: catering, hotel accommodations, scenic spots and the like. Taking the merchant as an example, when the user client detects the trigger operation of the user in a state that the application program subscribed by a catering merchant is opened, loading a preview interface of a catering channel in the application program, and displaying merchant dimension information of a plurality of catering merchants on the preview interface. In an embodiment, the application program is, for example, an american college APP, an american college takeaway APP, or a public opinion APP, or an O2O client such as hungry how APP or hundred degree takeaway. The user's trigger operation includes, but is not limited to, clicking (for example, clicking with an input device such as a mouse, or touching with a finger, etc.), long-pressing, or repeated touch.
Here, the preview interface is a channel home page interface of an online channel subscription, a search interface, or a promotion interface for a certain business. In some examples, the search interface and the promotional interface may be a separate interface or sub-interfaces of a designated area embedded in a separate interface. The designated area is, for example, a top area located in the single interface, a landing area (commonly called a landing page) located in the single interface, or a middle area located in the single interface. For example, please refer to fig. 13, which shows an interface schematic diagram of a channel home page interface in an example, the channel home page is shown in a separate interface, and the promotion interface is shown in the form of a notice or a top announcement (colloquially called top-through or interface top-through) at the top of the separate interface (zone B); a search interface (area C) containing a list of merchant recommendations is presented in the middle area of the individual interface.
In other examples, the search interface may also be presented in a separate interface on the user terminal via a search operation by the user. In the embodiment, a user terminal detects a search operation of a user and submits a search request containing a search keyword to a data processing system, the data processing system searches a database of merchant online booking services according to the search keyword to obtain a corresponding POI list and feeds the POI list back to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the POI list in the search interface through a single interface. And displaying the searched merchant dimension information of each merchant in the POI list.
The business dimension information represents information describing business conditions and business characteristics of the business from at least one dimension when the business information is displayed for the user. Taking a merchant as a catering merchant as an example, the merchant dimension information includes information such as a name of the catering merchant (or a unique identifier of the catering merchant), a position of the catering merchant, a picture of the catering merchant, a grade of the catering merchant, a catering price, business hours, and dish features. Taking the commercial tenant as the scenic spot commercial tenant as an example, the commercial tenant dimension information includes information such as the name of the scenic spot commercial tenant, the position of the scenic spot commercial tenant, the picture of the scenic spot commercial tenant, the grade of the scenic spot commercial tenant, the price of the scenic spot, the business hours, the amusement characteristics, and the like. Taking a merchant as an example of a hotel merchant, the merchant dimension information includes information such as a hotel merchant name, a hotel merchant position, hotel merchant exterior and interior pictures, hotel merchant grades, hotel prices, hotel star levels, hotel catering features, and the like.
According to the display requirement, the merchant dimension information is exemplified by a propaganda picture for displaying a propaganda interface, and the size of the propaganda picture conforms to the size provided by a Banner display area of a channel home page. The merchant dimension information is, for example, image-text information for displaying a search interface, which is exemplified but not limited to: thumbnails, text, labels, icons, dynamic images, any combination thereof, and the like.
The merchant dimension information of the authenticated merchant also includes an authentication tag (or authentication label). The authentication mark and the authentication label are both in a way that the client displays the authentication merchant, and can be displayed in a way of text information, picture information, dynamic picture information, text and picture combined information and the like. In order to highlight the authentication mark, the way of displaying the authentication mark or the authentication label by using characters comprises the steps of thickening the characters, changing the color, deforming, using a specific font, using a striking color, using a shading color, forming a bright contrast color with the shading color and the like. Or the color of the icon of the authentication mark or the authentication label is mainly orange, red or green with prompt meanings, or the icon of the authentication mark or the authentication label is displayed in a manner of thickening and/or highlighting the icon frame of the authentication mark, or the authentication mark or the authentication label is subjected to reverse color processing according to the background color of the merchant thumbnail, and the like.
In order to distinguish the identity of the merchant between the authenticated merchant and other merchants in the online reservation system, the authentication mark is represented by picture information, and the authentication mark is displayed on the thumbnail of the authenticated merchant in the POI list. Wherein the authentication mark is positioned on the thumbnail in an occlusion manner, for example, the authentication mark occludes the top, bottom, or side of the thumbnail; or the authentication mark and the thumbnail are spliced in the thumbnail area of the interface, for example, the authentication mark is spliced at the top, the bottom or the side of the thumbnail. Taking fig. 13 as an example, the authentication mark is as wide as the thumbnail, and is hidden at the bottom of the thumbnail, and the authentication mark is a mark carrying a word "play with ease".
Taking the text information representing the authentication tag as an example, the authentication tag is displayed in a text summary field of the authentication merchant in the POI list. For example, the authentication tag is located in a text profile field at a location where merchant personalization information is presented. Wherein the personalized information can be from user evaluation of the corresponding merchant or personalized description provided by the merchant. As another example, the authentication tag is located in a text profile field at a location that shows the type of service offered by the merchant. Wherein the service types include: accepting sales order, business hours, group purchase, reservation, etc. Taking fig. 14 as an example, the authentication tag is set at the first position on the left side of the service type, and the authentication tag is a tag carrying words such as "religious restaurant", or "net-safe" or "safe play".
When the user terminal detects that the user triggers the operation of merchant dimension information, the user terminal requests a detail page interface of a corresponding merchant from the data processing system; that is, the user terminal executes step S510 to load the detail page interface. When the merchant corresponding to the loaded detail page interface is the authenticated merchant, commodity information, user evaluation information and merchant dimension information of the corresponding authenticated merchant are displayed in the detail page interface, and health acceptance information related to corresponding health authentication is displayed at a target position in the detail page interface.
Taking the merchant as a catering merchant as an example, the manner of the user selecting the trigger operation of a certain catering merchant (also called a target catering merchant) is triggered by receiving the click operation of the user. If the target catering merchant selected by the user is subjected to health certification, the health acceptance information of the target catering merchant is displayed at the target position of the detail page interface of the certified target catering merchant, and it should be understood that if the target catering merchant selected by the user is not subjected to the health information certification of the catering merchant, the health acceptance information is not displayed in the detail page interface of the target catering merchant.
The health commitment information is a commitment provided by a catering merchant for proving that the catering merchant executes sanitary operation according to the catering health certification information. The health acceptance information is at least one of words, patterns, icons, designated colors or color combinations. In other words, the health promise information related to the catering health certification information is displayed in the detail page interface in at least one of a text, a pattern, an icon, a designated color or a color combination. For example, the health acceptance information is presented in the form of a horn pattern and text contained in a detail page interface.
In addition, in order to highlight the health acceptance information, the health acceptance information related to the catering health certification information is displayed in the detail page interface in at least one of a highlight display mode, a bold display mode and a colorimetric display mode. For example, the way of displaying the health acceptance information by using the text includes thickening the text, changing color, deforming, using a specific font, using a striking color, using a ground tint color, forming a contrasting color with the ground tint color, and the like. Or the colors of the pictures of the health promise information are mainly orange, red and green colors with prompt meanings, or the pictures of the health promise information adopt a mode of thickening and/or highlighting picture frames of authentication marks when being displayed, or the pictures of the health promise information are subjected to reverse color processing according to the ground color of a detail page interface, and the like.
And the user terminal displays health acceptance information related to the corresponding catering health certification information at the position of a top area, a middle area or a landing area in the detail page interface. For example, the interface shown in fig. 15, fig. 15 is an interface schematic diagram of a detail page interface in an embodiment, the health commitment information of the target catering merchant includes graphic and text information, and "the local store commitment: the Chinese restaurant epidemic prevention self-discipline treaty is observed, the words of 'looking over details' or the words of 'clicking to look over how to carry out epidemic prevention measures such as disinfection and cleaning and the like' displayed in other similar interfaces are observed, and the like.
The health acceptance information may only indicate that the catering merchant has performed offline execution according to the content required by the health certification information. The health promise information is also associated with visual information available for online user verification.
In an embodiment, the hygiene promise information of the merchant is associated with cleaning information of at least one target area included in the merchant hygiene information, and in step S520, when the user terminal detects that the user triggers and operates the hygiene promise information in the detail page interface, the hygiene display interface displaying the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding merchant is loaded. Wherein the merchant hygiene information comprises: and cleaning information of at least one of cleaning state, cleaning process, cleaning degree, cleaning progress and cleaning history at the time of authentication/after update. The hygiene display interface can be displayed according to a clean target area, wherein, taking a merchant as an example, the target area includes but is not limited to: at least one of a kitchen area, a toilet area, a public dining area, a bungalow area, a foreground area, etc.
Referring to the hygiene display interface shown in fig. 8 again, in the interface, the cleaning information is, for example, pictures in the "scenic spot epidemic prevention cleaning record", that is, the cleaning process from "cleaning scene picture one" to "cleaning scene picture four" updated on 2, month and 4 of 2020, shown in the interface, so that the user can know the cleaning process of the merchant through the hygiene display interface.
In an embodiment, the cleaning state includes, for example: during cleaning, after inspection, and the like; the cleaning process includes, for example: disinfection, ground cleaning, guest room cleaning, dining table cleaning, pool cleaning, scenic spot garbage can dumping and the like; the degree of cleanliness includes, for example, cleanliness of 60%, cleanliness of 100%, and the like; the cleaning schedule includes, for example, 10% complete cleaning, 60% complete cleaning, 100% complete cleaning, etc., such as displayed in the form of a progress bar; the cleaning history record is a cleaning log, for example, a bag A room finishes cleaning work at 10 am and 30 am of 2 month and 4 month in 2020, and a cleaner: and (5) tensioning XX. The user can check the cleaning condition implemented by at least one target area of the target merchant by triggering and operating the hot key area, so that the user can not only supervise whether the target merchant complies with the promises of the target merchant, but also determine whether to book the catering or the dining table of the target merchant by knowing the information, and further eliminate the worry of the user on the sanitary condition.
In an embodiment, the cleaning information (i.e., the merchant hygiene information) includes one of a picture, a video, a text, a voice, and a symbol mark. In an exemplary embodiment, the cleaning information is, for example, a plurality of pictures for displaying the effect of the merchant service personnel during and after the cleaning process, such as a picture for wiping the desktop, a picture for spraying disinfectant, and the like. In another exemplary embodiment, the cleaning information is, for example, a cleaning video provided by a hotel merchant, and is used for displaying the effect of the merchant service personnel during the cleaning process and after the cleaning process is finished through playing. By the method, the user can look up the cleaning condition of the corresponding merchant or certain type of room implementation of the merchant by triggering and operating the hot key area, the promises of the merchant can be supervised, whether the hotel merchant is checked in or not can be determined by knowing the information, and the worry of the user on the sanitary condition is eliminated.
In other embodiments, the cleaning information includes one of words, voice, and symbol marks, that is, any expression that can indicate at least one of a cleaning status, a cleaning process, a cleaning degree, a cleaning progress, and a cleaning history is applicable to the embodiments of the present application.
According to the scheme provided by the application, the user operates the user terminal to scan the two-dimensional code displayed by the merchant, so that the merchant health information of the merchant, namely the information of the merchant executing the cleaning process, can be displayed on the user terminal, and the user is relieved from the operation activities of the merchant. In addition, when the user scans the code, the user authority information and the user instant data of the user are obtained, even the input data actively reported by the user, the health condition statistics of the user who views the consumption of the store recently is provided for the merchant, and therefore the purpose of providing health-health data intercommunication for both the merchant and the user through one-time scanning is achieved.
Please refer to fig. 16, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a module composition of a two-dimensional code display device according to the present application. The two-dimensional code display device 6 includes: a first communication module 61, a first interaction module 62.
Here, the first communication module 61 and the first interaction module 62 cooperatively perform the steps performed by the merchant terminal as described above. The communication module is used for being in communication connection with the server so as to submit basic information of a merchant and receive two-dimensional code data or two-dimensional codes fed back by the server; the two-dimensional code data or the two-dimensional code is associated with the basic information of the merchant and the merchant hygiene information of the corresponding merchant. The first interaction module 62 is configured to display the two-dimensional code, or generate and display a two-dimensional code based on the two-dimensional code data; the displayed two-dimensional code is associated with a hygiene display interface for displaying the merchant hygiene information.
The first communication module 61 and the first interaction module 62 cooperate to perform processes such as steps performed by the merchant terminal, and are not described in detail herein. For example, the step of loading a selection interface of a list of multiple merchant options associated with a merchant authority information, so as to submit corresponding merchant basic information to the server when detecting that the merchant options in the list are triggered to operate, corresponds to: the first communication module 61 loads a selection interface of a list of multiple merchant options associated with a merchant authority information and displays the selection interface by the first interaction module 62, and when the first interaction module 62 detects that the merchant options in the list are triggered to operate, the first interaction module submits corresponding merchant basic information to the server through the communication module. For another example, when the merchant options displayed on the selection interface include merchant options of merchant basic information and merchant hygiene information thereof that are not associated at the server, loading a hygiene authentication interface when detecting that a merchant triggers an operation of the merchant options, so as to upload merchant hygiene information associated with corresponding merchant basic information to the server, the step corresponds to: the first interaction module 62 loads a hygiene authentication interface when detecting that the merchant triggers the operation of the merchant option, and uploads merchant hygiene information associated with the corresponding merchant basic information to the server through the first communication module 61.
According to the form requirement of displaying the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code display device further comprises a printing interface module. The printing interface module is used for being in data connection with external printing equipment, and the two-dimensional code is transmitted to the external printing equipment so that the printing equipment can print the two-dimensional code into a printed matter.
It should be noted that the first interaction module 62 is configured to prompt an operator of a merchant to perform a corresponding operation in the displayed interface, obtain data in the interface, and display the data from the data processing system in the corresponding interface; the first communication module 61 is configured to send data obtained by the first interactive data to the data processing system and provide data fed back by the data processing system to the first interactive module 62.
Please refer to fig. 17, which is a block diagram of a two-dimensional code processing apparatus according to an embodiment. The two-dimensional code processing device 7 includes a second communication module 71, a two-dimensional code parsing module, and a second interaction module 72.
Here, the second communication module 71, the two-dimensional code parsing module and the second interaction module 72 cooperatively perform the steps performed by the user terminal. The second communication module 71 is configured to be communicatively connected to a server (i.e., a data processing system); the two-dimensional code analysis module is used for scanning a merchant two-dimensional code displayed by a merchant and analyzing two-dimensional code data contained in the merchant two-dimensional code so as to upload the two-dimensional code data to the server through the second communication module 71; the second interaction module 72 is configured to display the merchant hygiene information of the merchant, which is received by the second communication module 71 and fed back by the server, where the merchant hygiene information is the same as the merchant hygiene information displayed in the hygiene display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
The second communication module 71 and the second interaction module 72 perform processes in cooperation, such as steps performed by a user terminal, and are not described in detail herein.
In addition, according to the data processing requirements of the two-dimensional code processing device in executing each step of the user terminal, the two-dimensional code processing device further comprises a data acquisition module for acquiring the user instant data. For example, the second interaction module 72 presents an authorization interface, and the data acquisition module acquires the user instant data; when detecting that the user triggers the authorization operation of the authorization interface, the second interaction module 72 uploads the user permission information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data provided in the authorization interface to the server through the second communication module 71, so that the server associates the user permission information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data.
For another example, the second interaction module 72 presents an authorization interface, and when it is detected that the user triggers an authorization operation of the authorization interface, the second interaction module 72 loads a registration interface for registering the health condition of the user through interaction of the second communication module 71 and the data processing system, so that the user fills in the input data; wherein the registration interface is associated with user authority information; the data acquisition module acquires the instant data of the user in real time without the association of the execution sequence; the second communication module 71 uploads the input data, the user instant data and the user authority information to the server, so that the server associates the input data, the user instant data, the user authority information and the two-dimensional code data.
The second interaction module 72 also interacts with the data processing system through the second communication module 71 to present the channel home interface, search interface, promotion interface, detail page interface of the merchant and its associated hygiene presentation interface, etc. of the channel to the user based on the resulting user trigger operation.
It should be noted that the second interaction module 72 is configured to prompt a user to perform a corresponding operation in the displayed interface, obtain data in the interface, and display the data from the data processing system in the corresponding interface; the second communication module 71 is configured to send data acquired by the second interactive data to the data processing system and provide data fed back by the data processing system to the second interactive module 72; and the data acquisition module is used for acquiring instant data for reflecting user behavior events, behavior time, behavior tracks and the like by means of a sensor of the electronic equipment where the user terminal is located.
Please refer to fig. 18, which is a block diagram of a data processing system. The data processing system 8 includes a merchant communication unit 81, a two-dimensional code processing unit 82, and a user communication unit 83.
Here, the merchant communication unit 81, the two-dimensional code processing unit 82, and the user communication unit 83 cooperatively perform the steps performed by the aforementioned data processing system. The merchant communication unit 81 is configured to be in communication connection with a merchant terminal to obtain merchant basic information from the merchant terminal; the two-dimensional code processing unit 82 is configured to generate two-dimensional code data associated with pre-stored merchant hygiene information and the corresponding merchant basic information, and display a corresponding two-dimensional code at the merchant terminal through a communication connection between the merchant communication unit 81 and the merchant terminal; the user communication unit 83 is used for being in communication connection with a user terminal, and when two-dimensional code data identified by the user terminal is acquired, merchant health information associated with the two-dimensional code data is sent to the user terminal; the merchant health information is also displayed in a health display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
The merchant communication unit 81, the two-dimensional code processing unit 82 and the user communication unit 83 cooperatively perform processes such as steps performed by a data processing system, and will not be described in detail here. For example, the merchant communication unit 81 acquires, for example, merchant basic information, merchant authority information, and the like provided by the merchant terminal, and feeds back the two-dimensional code/two-dimensional code data, the merchant option list, and the like to the merchant terminal. The two-dimensional code processing unit 82 generates two-dimensional code data associated with the merchant basic information and the merchant hygiene information in cooperation with the merchant communication unit 81. The two-dimensional code processing unit 82 also executes in cooperation with the user communication unit 83 to parse the two-dimensional code data and obtain the associated merchant hygiene information. The user communication module acquires two-dimensional code data, user instant data, input data and the like provided by the user terminal and feeds back merchant health information/a health display interface with the merchant health information and the like to the user terminal.
In order for the user terminal to display the browsing interface provided by the online booking platform, the data processing system further comprises an online booking processing unit, which sends the interface with the merchant information to the user terminal through the user communication unit 83. For example, the online reservation processing unit provides a search interface, a promotion interface, a preview interface, etc. to the user through the user communication unit 83 for the user to perform operations at the user terminal.
The application also provides a computer device (also called electronic equipment) for loading the merchant terminal or the user terminal. Referring to fig. 19, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an electronic device according to the present application, as shown in the drawing, an electronic device 9 according to the present application includes: a display 91, at least one memory 93, and at least one processor 92.
In an embodiment, the electronic device is, for example, an electronic device loaded with an APP application or having web/website access capabilities, and includes components such as a memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, a speaker, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, other output or control devices, and an external port, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, personal computers such as desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart phones, smart televisions, and the like. The electronic device can also be an electronic device consisting of a host with a plurality of virtual machines and a human-computer interaction device (such as a touch display screen, a keyboard and a mouse) corresponding to each virtual machine.
The display is functionally implemented by a graphics module in the electronic device, which includes various known software components for rendering and displaying graphics on the touch screen, and a controller for displaying the same. Note that the term "graphic" includes any object that may be displayed to a user, including but not limited to text, web pages, icons (e.g., user interface objects including soft keys), digital images, videos, animations and the like. The display screen is, for example, a touch screen, and provides both an output interface and an input interface between the device and the user. The touch screen controller receives/sends electrical signals from/to the touch screen. The touch screen then displays visual output to the user. This visual output may include text, graphics, video, and any combination thereof.
The at least one memory is for storing at least one program; in embodiments, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid state storage devices. In certain embodiments, the memory may also include memory that is remote from the one or more processors, such as network attached memory that is accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communications network, which may be the internet, one or more intranets, local area networks, wide area networks, storage area networks, and the like, or suitable combinations thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces.
In an embodiment, the at least one processor is connected to the at least one memory, and is configured to execute and implement at least one embodiment described in the above two-dimensional code display method when running the at least one program, such as the embodiments described in fig. 1 to 5; or at least one embodiment described in the above two-dimensional code processing method, such as the embodiments described in fig. 6 to 15, may be implemented. In an embodiment, the processor is operatively coupled with a memory and/or a non-volatile storage device. More specifically, the processor may execute instructions stored in the memory and/or the non-volatile storage device to perform operations in the computing device, such as generating image data and/or transmitting image data to an electronic display. As such, the processor may include one or more general purpose microprocessors, one or more special purpose processors, one or more field programmable logic arrays, or any combination thereof.
The present application further provides a computer-readable and writable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, implements at least one of the embodiments described above for the data processing method, the two-dimensional code presentation method, or the two-dimensional code processing method, such as the respective embodiments described in fig. 1 to 15.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiments provided herein, the computer-readable and writable storage medium may include read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a USB flash drive, a removable hard disk, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. Also, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. For example, if the instructions are transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave, then the coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, DSL, or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave are included in the definition of medium. It should be understood, however, that computer-readable-writable storage media and data storage media do not include connections, carrier waves, signals, or other transitory media, but are intended to be non-transitory, tangible storage media. Disk and disc, as used in this application, includes Compact Disc (CD), laser disc, optical disc, Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), floppy disk and blu-ray disc where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while discs reproduce data optically with lasers.
In one or more exemplary aspects, the functions described in the computer program of the methods described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. The steps of a method or algorithm disclosed herein may be embodied in a processor-executable software module, which may be located on a tangible, non-transitory computer-readable and/or writable storage medium. Tangible, non-transitory computer readable and writable storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a computer.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures described above of the present application illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. Claims (41)

1. A two-dimensional code processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an image containing a merchant two-dimensional code;
analyzing the two-dimensional code data contained in the merchant two-dimensional code to upload the two-dimensional code data to a server;
and receiving and displaying the merchant health information including the merchant fed back by the server, wherein the merchant health information is the same as the merchant health information displayed in the health display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
2. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 1, wherein the two-dimensional code data is associated with merchant basic information of the merchant.
3. The two-dimension code processing method according to claim 1, wherein the merchant hygiene information includes at least one of the following information uploaded to the server by a merchant: hygiene requirement information, hygiene enforcement information, or personnel health information.
4. The two-dimensional code processing method of claim 1, wherein the two-dimensional code data is selected by the server from a plurality of pre-generated two-dimensional code data.
5. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
displaying an authorization interface; and obtaining instant data of the user in real time;
and when the authorization operation that the user triggers the authorization interface is detected, uploading the user permission information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data provided in the authorization interface to the server, so that the server associates the user permission information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data.
6. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
displaying an authorization interface;
loading a registration interface for registering the health condition of the user when detecting that the user triggers the authorization operation of the authorization interface so that the user fills in input data; wherein the registration interface is associated with user authority information;
acquiring instant data of a user in real time;
and uploading the input data, the user instant data and the user authority information to the server, so that the server associates the input data, the user instant data, the user authority information and the two-dimensional code data.
7. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the user authority information includes any one of: user login information, login information authorizing acquisition of a specified application program, or a mobile phone number.
8. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 1, further comprising: and loading a display interface containing the merchant dimension information of the merchant, wherein the merchant dimension information is associated with the detail page interface.
9. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 8, wherein the display interface is a search interface including a POI list of the merchant dimension information, and/or the display interface is a promotion interface including the merchant dimension information.
10. The two-dimensional code processing method according to claim 8, wherein the hygiene presentation interface is associated with a position of a top area, a middle area, or a floor area in the detail page interface.
11. A two-dimensional code display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
submitting basic information of the merchant to a server;
receiving two-dimensional code data or two-dimensional codes fed back by the server; the two-dimensional code data or the two-dimensional code is associated with the basic information of the merchant and the merchant health information of the corresponding merchant;
displaying the two-dimensional code, or generating and displaying the two-dimensional code based on the two-dimensional code data; the displayed two-dimensional code is associated with a hygiene display interface for displaying the merchant hygiene information.
12. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 11, wherein the step of submitting the basic information of the merchant to the server comprises: and loading a selection interface of a list of a plurality of merchant options associated with merchant authority information so as to submit corresponding merchant basic information to the server when detecting that the merchant options in the list are triggered to operate.
13. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 12, wherein the merchant options displayed on the selection interface include a first merchant option of merchant basic information and merchant hygiene information thereof pre-stored in the server.
14. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the merchant options displayed on the selection interface include merchant options of merchant basic information and merchant hygiene information thereof that are not associated with the service end, and the method further includes: and loading a health authentication interface when the operation that the merchant triggers the merchant option is detected, so as to upload merchant health information associated with the corresponding merchant basic information to the server.
15. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 11, wherein the two-dimensional code data is selected by the server from a plurality of pre-generated two-dimensional code data.
16. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 11, wherein the merchant health information includes at least one of the following information uploaded to the server by a merchant terminal: hygiene requirement information, hygiene enforcement information, or personnel health information.
17. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 11, wherein the merchant hygiene information is updated by an upload operation of a merchant terminal.
18. The two-dimensional code display method according to claim 11, further comprising: and loading a viewing interface based on the detected trigger operation, wherein the viewing interface displays user health statistical information obtained through input data of at least one user associated with the two-dimension code.
19. A data processing method characterized by pre-associating two-dimensional code data with merchant hygiene information of a merchant, the data processing method comprising the steps of:
acquiring two-dimensional code data identified by a user terminal;
sending the merchant hygiene information associated with the two-dimensional code data to the user terminal for display; the merchant health information is also displayed in a health display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
20. The data processing method of claim 19, wherein the merchant hygiene information comprises at least one of the following information uploaded by a merchant to the server: hygiene requirement information, hygiene enforcement information, or personnel health information.
21. The data processing method of claim 19, wherein the merchant hygiene information is updated based on an upload operation by a merchant.
22. The data processing method of claim 19, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring basic merchant information from a merchant terminal; the basic information of the merchant and the pre-stored hygiene information of the merchant have an incidence relation;
generating two-dimensional code data for associating the basic information of the merchant and the hygiene information of the merchant through the association relationship;
and sending the two-dimensional code data or the corresponding two-dimensional code to the merchant terminal for display.
23. The data processing method of claim 22, further comprising:
acquiring merchant authority information from a merchant terminal;
feeding back a list of a plurality of merchant options associated with the merchant authority information to the merchant terminal based on the merchant authority information; wherein each merchant option is associated with a merchant basic information.
24. The data processing method of claim 23, wherein the list includes a first merchant option of merchant basic information and merchant hygiene information thereof pre-saved in the server.
25. The data processing method of claim 23 or 24, wherein the list includes a second merchant option of merchant basic information and merchant hygiene information thereof that are not associated at the server, the method further comprising: and acquiring the merchant hygiene information provided by the merchant after the merchant passes the hygiene authentication, and associating the merchant hygiene information with the merchant basic information.
26. The data processing method of claim 19, wherein the two-dimensional code data is selected from a plurality of two-dimensional code data generated in advance.
27. The data processing method of claim 19, further comprising: acquiring user authority information and user instant data provided by a user terminal; and associating the user authority information, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data.

The data processing method of claim 19, further comprising: and acquiring input data and user instant data which are provided by a user terminal and correspond to the user authority information so as to associate the user authority information, the input data, the user instant data and the two-dimensional code data.
29. The data processing method according to claim 27 or 28, wherein the user right information includes any one of: user login information, login information authorizing acquisition of a specified application program, or a mobile phone number.
30. The data processing method of claim 28, wherein the input data comprises at least two of: user identity information, communication information, travel information, health information, and commitment information.
31. The data processing method of claim 28, further comprising: when a viewing request provided by a merchant terminal is received, feeding back user health statistical information to the merchant terminal for display; the user health statistical information is obtained by performing statistical processing on input data and user instant data of at least one user associated with the two-dimensional code data.
32. The data processing method of claim 19, wherein the merchant hygiene presentation interface is further associated with a presentation interface containing merchant dimensional information for the merchant through the merchant detail page interface.
33. The data processing method of claim 32, wherein the presentation interface is a search interface including a POI list of the merchant dimension information, and/or the presentation interface is a promotion interface including the merchant dimension information.
34. A two-dimensional code processing apparatus, comprising:
the communication module is used for being in communication connection with the server;
the two-dimensional code analysis module is used for scanning a merchant two-dimensional code displayed by a merchant and analyzing two-dimensional code data contained in the merchant two-dimensional code so as to upload the two-dimensional code data to a server through the communication module;
and the interaction module is used for displaying the merchant health information of the merchant, which is fed back by the server and received by the communication module, wherein the merchant health information is the same as the merchant health information displayed in the health display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
35. The utility model provides a two-dimensional code display device which characterized in that includes:
the communication module is used for being in communication connection with the server so as to submit basic information of the merchant and receive the two-dimensional code data or the two-dimensional code fed back by the server; the two-dimensional code data or the two-dimensional code is associated with the basic information of the merchant and the merchant health information of the corresponding merchant;
the interaction module is used for displaying the two-dimension code or generating and displaying the two-dimension code based on the two-dimension code data; the displayed two-dimensional code is associated with a hygiene display interface for displaying the merchant hygiene information.
36. The two-dimensional code display device according to claim 35, wherein the printing interface module is configured to transmit the displayed two-dimensional code to a printing device, so that the printing device can print the two-dimensional code into a printed product.
37. A data processing system, comprising:
the merchant communication unit is used for being in communication connection with a merchant terminal so as to acquire basic merchant information from the merchant terminal;
the two-dimensional code processing unit is used for generating two-dimensional code data associated with prestored merchant hygiene information and the corresponding merchant basic information, and displaying the corresponding two-dimensional code at the merchant terminal through the communication connection between the merchant communication unit and the merchant terminal;
the user communication unit is in communication connection with the user terminal, and when the two-dimensional code data identified by the user terminal is acquired, the merchant health information associated with the two-dimensional code data is sent to the user terminal; the merchant health information is also displayed in a health display interface associated with the details page interface of the merchant.
38. A computer device, comprising:
a display;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
at least one processor, connected to the at least one memory, for executing and implementing the two-dimensional code processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10 when running the at least one program.
39. A computer device, comprising:
a display;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
at least one processor, connected to the at least one memory, for executing and implementing the two-dimensional code display method according to any one of claims 11 to 18 when running the at least one program.
40. A cloud server system, comprising:
at least one storage device for storing at least one program;
at least one processing device coupled to the storage device for executing and implementing the data processing method of any of claims 19 to 33 when running the at least one program.
41. A computer-readable storage medium, in which at least one program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, executing and implementing the two-dimensional code processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10, implementing the two-dimensional code presentation method according to any one of claims 11 to 18, or implementing the data processing method according to any one of claims 19 to 33.
