Abstract
The invention discloses a management method, a device and a computer readable storage medium for intelligent building, which have better management effect. A management method for intelligent buildings, comprising the steps of: s1, defining an event according to the current state of an intelligent building, and dividing the event into two types, namely a relational event and a non-relational event; s2, scene matching, namely, scene matching is carried out on the event in the step S1, and the intelligent building responds according to the matched scene; and S3, feeding back the response in the step S2 to the event defining step in the step S1, and returning to sequentially execute the step S1 and the step S2.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of intelligent buildings, and more particularly, to a management method, apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium for intelligent buildings.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the internet of things technology and the computer technology, the development of intelligent buildings is also continuously advancing. The intelligent building is characterized in that the structure, the system, the service and the management of the building are optimally combined according to the requirements of users, so that an efficient, comfortable and convenient humanized building environment is provided for the users. It will be appreciated that the smart building is embodied by connecting a plurality of devices to a server, the server acting as a control center to control the plurality of devices, the devices being responsive. The specific implementation of the above-described intelligent building will be apparent to those skilled in the art. However, the core technology of the intelligent building is mainly represented in a management system, and it is understood that the management system is centered on the management method of the intelligent building.
At present, the management method of the intelligent building mainly aims at security protection and specific preset scenes to manage equipment in the intelligent building, so that the equipment in the intelligent building responds. Specifically, the intelligent building management method for security protection mainly comprises alarm event linkage monitoring, and it can be understood that if an occurrence area of an alarm event is a monitoring blind area, intelligent buildings cannot be effectively managed, and devices in the intelligent buildings can respond, namely, in the monitoring blind area, the management method fails. In addition, for managing devices in a smart building for a specific preset scene, setting of an operator in a background scene is often required, and operation rules of the set devices are matched, and it can be understood that the method for managing the preset scene cannot cope with events outside the preset scene.

The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. To this end, the present invention provides a management method, apparatus and computer-readable storage medium for intelligent building with better management effect.
According to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, a management method for a smart building includes the steps of: s1, defining an event according to the current state of an intelligent building, and dividing the event into two types, namely a relational event and a non-relational event; s2, scene matching, namely, scene matching is carried out on the event in the step S1, and the intelligent building responds according to the matched scene; and S3, feeding back the response in the step S2 to the event defining step in the step S1, and returning to sequentially execute the step S1 and the step S2.
Further, in the step S1, the relational event includes a device event of the smart building and an alarm event of the smart building.
Further, in the step S1, the non-relational event includes a work log of the device of the smart building and an information record of the device of the smart building.
Further, the step S1 further includes the following steps: and prioritizing the events and preferentially executing step S2 on the events with the earlier prioritized priorities, wherein the relational events are prioritized over the non-relational events.

According to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is characterized in that: the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a management program for a smart building, which when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the management method for a smart building.
The management method, the device and the computer readable storage medium for the intelligent building have at least the following beneficial effects: the event and the scene of the intelligent building are combined in a linkage way, the step of defining the event triggers the step of scene matching, so that the intelligent building responds, the response is used as feedback through the form of defining the event, and then the step of scene matching of a new round is triggered, so that the intelligent building responds in a new round, and the intelligent building management is more reliable and perfect.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and a management method for a smart building, including the steps of: s1, defining an event according to the current state of an intelligent building, and dividing the event into two types, namely a relational event and a non-relational event; s2, scene matching, namely, scene matching is carried out on the event in the step S1, and the intelligent building responds according to the matched scene; and S3, feeding back the response in the step S2 to the event defining step in the step S1, and returning to sequentially execute the step S1 and the step S2.
It can be understood that the current state of the intelligent building can be obtained according to the current equipment information of the intelligent building, which is input to the server of the intelligent building by the manager through the man-machine interaction interface, or can be obtained according to the information of the equipment connected with the server. It can be appreciated that the above devices include public service and security devices such as access switches, monitoring devices, alarm devices, public broadcasting systems, fresh air systems, public lighting systems, drip irrigation sprinklers, and the like.
Through step S1, events of the smart building are defined according to the current state of the smart building, and the events are classified. It will be appreciated that this step serves to express the current state of the intelligent building in terms of events and event classifications. This facilitates more efficient and targeted processing of events for intelligent buildings.
The event in step S1 is converted into a scene by step S2, and the intelligent building responds according to the matched scene. It will be appreciated that this step serves to express the event defined in step S1 in the form of a scene and to drive the intelligent building to respond. This facilitates the construction of a link between the event of the smart building and the scene, in particular, the event of the smart building triggers the scene of the smart building.
Through step S3, the response described in step S2 is fed back to the defining event step in step S1, and steps S1 and S2 are sequentially executed. It can be understood that this step realizes the feedback process of the event of the intelligent building by the scene of the intelligent building, and after the feedback is completed, the steps S1 and S2 are sequentially executed, so that the intelligent building makes a new round of response, and the intelligent building management is more reliable and perfect.

1. A method for managing intelligent buildings, comprising the steps of:
s1, defining an event according to the current state of an intelligent building, and dividing the event into two types, namely a relational event and a non-relational event;
s2, scene matching, namely, scene matching is carried out on the event in the step S1, and the intelligent building responds according to the matched scene;
s3, feeding back the response in the step S2 to the event defining step in the step S1, and returning to sequentially execute the step S1 and the step S2;

4. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a management program for a smart building, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the management method for a smart building as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
