The invention discloses a data interaction printing system for a laboratory instrument, which comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a printing module, wherein the acquisition module is connected with the processing module and is used for acquiring original printing data; the storage module is connected with the processing module and is used for storing the printing data content of the laboratory instrument and the corresponding access definition; the display module is connected with the processing module and is used for visualizing the printing data analyzed by the processing module; a printing method for a laboratory instrument is characterized in that data content to be printed of the laboratory instrument is obtained through an obtaining module, the content of the data to be printed is selected, a processing module analyzes the data content to be printed and visualizes an analysis result; the invention has the advantages that the problem that the laboratory instrument interface is not uniform and intelligent transmission of the instrument interface cannot be achieved is solved; an instrument printing interface platform is developed, and authorization of an instrument manufacturer is not required; the data information of the corresponding instrument can be read in real time through flexible printing interface platform configuration, and abundant docking interfaces are provided.

The invention relates to a data interaction printing system for a laboratory instrument and a printing method thereof.
Background
Laboratory instruments are of many kinds and have different functions. The interfaces of the laboratory instruments are not uniform, and intelligent transmission of the instrument interfaces cannot be achieved; the existing instrument equipment can only realize printing and can not realize instrument data sharing, the data sharing can be realized only by authorization of instrument manufacturers, the data interface content and the output content can not be selected by self definition, and the rules of different instrument manufacturers are inconsistent.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention provides a data interactive printing system for laboratory instruments and a printing method thereof, which can read data information corresponding to a laboratory instrument, select and transmit print data content, perform secondary protection on an original file, and realize complete tracing of instrument results.
The invention aims to realize the technical scheme that the data interaction printing system for the laboratory instrument comprises an acquisition module, a processing module, a storage module, a network module, a power supply module, a display module and an output module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring data to be printed of the laboratory instrument;
the acquisition module is connected with the processing module and is used for acquiring original printing data;
the storage module is connected with the processing module and is used for storing the printing data content of the laboratory instrument and the corresponding access definition;
the display module is connected with the processing module and is used for visualizing the print data analyzed by the processing module;

the output module is connected with the processing module and is used for outputting and printing the printing data content selected by the functionality;
the power supply module is connected with the processing module and provides power for the system;
the processing module is used for analyzing the printing data, and defining access and functional printing data processing.
A printing method for a laboratory instrument, comprising the steps of:

The data information corresponding to the laboratory instrument can be read, the printing data content can be selected and transmitted, the original file is protected for the second time, and the complete traceability of the instrument result can be realized. The problem that the laboratory instrument interface is not uniform and intelligent transmission of the instrument interface cannot be achieved is solved; an instrument printing interface platform is developed, and authorization of an instrument manufacturer is not required; data information of a corresponding instrument can be read in real time through flexible printing interface platform configuration, and character area access and picture ocr access are realized; and provides a rich docking interface.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a data interactive printing system for laboratory instruments, which comprises an acquisition module for acquiring data to be printed of a laboratory instrument, a processing module, a storage module, a network module, a power module, a display module and an output module;
the acquisition module is connected with the processing module and is used for acquiring original printing data; the acquisition module in this embodiment is a driver.
The storage module is connected with the processing module and is used for storing the printing data content of the laboratory instrument and the corresponding access definition; the storage module in this embodiment is a hard disk.
The display module is connected with the processing module and is used for visualizing the print data analyzed by the processing module; the display module in this embodiment is a display.
The network module is connected with the processing module and is used for obtaining the printing data content and the corresponding access definition through networking;
the output module is connected with the processing module and is used for outputting and printing the printing data content selected by the functionality;
the power supply module is connected with the processing module and provides power for the system;
the processing module is used for analyzing the print data, defining access and functional print data processing, and the processor in the embodiment is a CPU.
A printing method for a laboratory instrument, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring data content to be printed of a laboratory instrument through a printing driver, and defining coordinates matched with the data content to be printed through a processing module;
step two: different access definition rules are set according to different laboratory instruments, and a file information base corresponding to the laboratory instruments is established and stored in a storage module, so that instrument use records are realized;
step three: selecting the content of the data to be printed, analyzing the content of the data to be printed through the CPU according to the definition rule in the step one, and visualizing the analysis result through the display; the specific content of the analysis result visualization mainly previews the printing content according to pages, and supports users to click, drag, add and set extraction elements. In addition, functions of displaying a coordinate auxiliary line, displaying a printing element coordinate area and displaying an extraction element coordinate area are provided for the convenience of a user to judge the coordinate position.
Step four: performing functional data selection on the analysis result visualized content in the third step through a processing module;
step five: and outputting and printing the selected analysis result through an output module.
And the presentation form of the archive information base in the second step comprises single-column text data, multi-column text data, table text data, pictures, picture character recognition data and pdf original files.
The functional data selection in the fourth step comprises the steps of selecting the picture to be printed, assigning a sequence number to the picture, and facilitating printing output, namely selecting the sequence number.
The selection of functional data in the fourth step comprises that whether pdf, text or picture needs to be transmitted can be selectively set according to the analysis result.
The fourth step also includes tabulating the scattered print data to be printed, which is convenient for display management.
The functional selection in step four generates data in json format for the extracted print elements. And calling a default run script function as a parameter, wherein the user can process the data in the json format in the script and return the processed result (the data in the json format) as the result of extracting the template as a whole. The primary design script uses a javascript script, is friendly to json format, is simple and easy to use, has wide audience and is a java native support parsing engine. This mainly helps the secondary processing data after extracting data from template extraction elements.
When the picture is analyzed in the third step, picture identification content and picture transmission content can be defined.
And in the second step, the file information base can also synchronously acquire data in real time through a network module, and the networking mode is to acquire the data through an open web interface and an http link. And acquiring printing original data and extraction template data through an http link, and uploading the modified extraction template data to a web background.
The print content data in the invention is generated by a print driver and comprises two parts:
content coordinate data: is a set of content information with coordinates and regions.
Picture preview data: the print content is divided into a plurality of jpg files by page.

the power supply module is connected with the processing module and provides power for the system;
the processing module is used for analyzing the printing data, and defining access and functional printing data processing.
