In summary, the wearable device provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes an adjusting component, an interacting component and a wearing component, the interacting component is connected to the wearing component through the adjusting component, wherein the wearing component can be fixed on the head of a user, the interacting component can be fixed on the face of the user, and the adjusting component can adjust the angle and/or distance between the wearing component and the interacting component, so that different users can adjust the angle and distance of the interacting component relative to their faces through the adjusting component according to their face sizes, thereby ensuring that the wearable device can meet wearing requirements of different users, and further ensuring the universality of the wearable device.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting assembly 30 includes: a connecting structure 301, one end of the connecting structure 301 is connected to the wearing module 20, and the other end of the connecting structure 301 is connected to the fixing element MM and can generate a change of angle and/or distance with the fixing element MM.
In practical applications, the connection structure 301 and the wearing assembly 20 may be connected in a fixed manner, a movable manner, or a detachable manner. When the connection structure 301 is detachably connected to the wearing assembly 20, optionally, the connection structure 301 may include a connection piece 3011, as shown in a side view 3A of the connection piece 3011, one end of the connection piece 3011 may be provided with a snap groove 30111, as shown in fig. 3B, the wearing assembly 20 may be a ring structure, the ring structure may be a closed ring structure or a semi-closed ring structure surrounded by an elongated sheet structure, fig. 3B shows a closed ring structure, and the connection piece 3011 may be directly snapped onto the wearing assembly 20 through the snap groove 30111 and slides along an outer edge of the ring structure when being subjected to an external force along a direction (i.e., a circumferential direction) of the outer edge of the ring structure, so as to achieve the detachable connection of the connection structure 301 to the wearing assembly 20.
In practical applications, in order to ensure the connection stability of the wearing assembly 20 and the connecting structure 301, a snap structure (not shown in fig. 3B) matching with the shape of the snap groove 30111 may be provided in the ring structure.
The shapes of the clamping groove 30111 and the clamping structure can have multiple realizable modes, in one realizable mode, the clamping structure can be a square groove, the connecting sheet 3011 can be clamped on the clamping structure of the wearing component 20 through the clamping groove 30111, and when external force is applied, the connecting sheet is disconnected from the clamping structure (for example, slides out of the clamping structure) and slides along the outer edge of the annular structure; in another implementation manner, the inside of the fastening groove 30111 may be provided with a protruding structure, the fastening structure may be a sliding rail disposed inside the annular structure and engaged with the protruding structure, the sliding rail is an annular groove, the protruding structure may be fastened in the sliding rail, the connecting sheet 3011 may not only slide along the outer edge of the annular structure through the engagement between the protruding structure and the sliding rail when stressed to realize the relative movement with the wearing component 20, but also be fixedly connected with the wearing component 20 through the engagement between the protruding structure and the sliding rail when the stressed is stopped; in another implementation manner, the inside of the clamping groove 30111 may be provided with a protrusion, which may be hemispherical or another shape that can cooperate with the clamping structure, and this embodiment is described by taking the protrusion as a hemispherical shape. That is, when a hemispherical protrusion is disposed on the inner side of the fastening groove 30111, the fastening structure may be a hemispherical groove matched with the hemispherical protrusion, and the connecting sheet 3011 may slide along the outer edge of the annular structure when being stressed to realize the relative motion with the wearing component 20, and in the process that the connecting sheet 3011 slides along the outer edge of the annular structure, when the hemispherical protrusion slides to the hemispherical groove and the two coincide with each other, the hemispherical protrusion is fastened in the hemispherical groove, so as to fix the connecting sheet 3011 and the wearing component 20, and then, under the action of an external force, the hemispherical protrusion may leave the hemispherical groove, and the connecting sheet 3011 may continue to slide along the outer edge of the annular structure. The above implementation manners are only schematic illustrations, and in practical applications, the shapes of the clamping groove and the clamping structure may be various, which is not described in detail in the embodiments of the present invention.
Through setting up joint groove 30111 in connecting piece 3011, make this connecting piece 3011 to wear the subassembly 20 and can dismantle, make connecting structure 301 to wear the subassembly 20 and can dismantle promptly, like this, can dismantle connecting structure 301 from wearing the subassembly 20 and place alone when the user does not use wearable equipment on the one hand to save space, on the other hand can make the user conveniently change this connecting structure 301, connecting piece 3011 or wear subassembly 20, further improves this wearable equipment's commonality and portability.
In addition, in practical applications, the connecting structure 301 may be connected to the fixing member MM in various ways. In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a partially exploded schematic view of the wearable device, and the connection structure 301 includes, in addition to the connection piece 3011 (not depicted in fig. 4): a connecting shaft 3012, the fixing element MM may further be provided with a connecting hole 101, a rotating inner track (not shown in fig. 4) may be provided in the connecting hole 101, one end a of the connecting shaft 3012 may be provided with a rotating outer track (not shown in fig. 4), and the other end B of the connecting shaft 3012 may be connected to one end Q (shown in fig. 2) of the connecting piece 3011, wherein the fixing element MM cooperates with the rotating outer track of the connecting shaft 3012 through the rotating inner track in the connecting hole 101 to be connected to the connecting piece 3011 in a rotating manner, so that an angle between one end of the connecting structure 301 and the fixing element MM is changed during the rotating process.
In practical applications, one end a of the connecting shaft 3012 may extend into the connecting hole 101, the rotating outer track disposed on one end a of the connecting shaft 3012 may be matched with the rotating inner track disposed in the connecting hole 101, when the connecting shaft 3012 is fixedly connected to the connecting sheet 3011, the fixing member MM may rotate relative to the connecting shaft 3012 by matching of the rotating outer track and the rotating inner track, and correspondingly, may also rotate relative to the connecting sheet 3011, so that the other end of the connecting structure 301 and the fixing member MM generate an angle change during the rotation process; when the connecting shaft 3012 is movably connected to the connecting sheet 3011, the connecting shaft 3012 and the connecting sheet 3011 may be made of a material having a large friction force, so that the friction force at the connection position of the connecting shaft 3012 and the connecting sheet 3011 is large, when the fixing element MM rotates relative to the connecting shaft 3012 through the cooperation of the rotating outer rail and the rotating inner rail and the connection position does not receive an external force applied by a user, the connecting shaft 3012 and the connecting sheet 3011 are relatively stationary, and accordingly, the fixing element MM rotates relative to the connecting sheet 3011, so that an angle between the other end of the connecting structure 301 and the fixing element MM is changed in the rotating process. Through the mode, the angle adjustment of the adjusting assembly and the fixing piece MM can be realized.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the connection shaft 3012 in the above-described embodiment after being connected to the connection hole 101 in a matching manner, as shown in fig. 5, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of one end (i.e., end B in fig. 4) of the connection shaft 3012 in the above-described embodiment being connected to one end (i.e., end Q in fig. 2) of the connection piece 3011. After the connecting shaft 3012 is connected to the connecting hole 101 in a matching manner, the fixing element MM can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 3012 by matching the rotating outer rail and the rotating inner rail, and the connecting shaft 3012 and the connecting sheet 3011 can be kept relatively stationary (the connecting shaft 3012 is fixedly connected to the connecting sheet 3011, or the connecting shaft 3012 is movably connected to the connecting sheet 3011 but kept relatively stationary under the action of friction force).
In another embodiment of the present invention, optionally, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a partially exploded schematic view of a wearable device, and the adjustment assembly includes, in addition to the connection piece 3011 (not depicted in fig. 7): a connecting shaft 3013, and a boss 102 may be provided on the fixing member MM. The boss 102 is externally provided with a rotary outer rail, one end C of the connecting shaft 3013 is provided with a connecting hole (not shown in fig. 7) in which a rotary inner rail is provided, and the other end D of the connecting shaft 3013 is connected to the other end Q (shown in fig. 2) of the connecting piece 3011. The fixing element MM is rotatably connected to the connecting piece 3011 by the cooperation of the rotating outer track outside the boss 102 and the rotating inner track of the connecting hole.
In practical application, the boss 102 may extend into a connection hole at one end C of the connection shaft 3013, a rotary outer track provided on the boss 102 may be matched with a rotary inner track provided in the connection hole, and when the connection shaft 3013 is fixedly connected to the connection sheet 3011, the fixing member MM may rotate relative to the connection shaft 3013 through the matching of the rotary outer track and the rotary inner track, and correspondingly, also rotate relative to the connection sheet 3011, so that the other end of the connection structure 301 and the fixing member MM generate an angle change in the rotation process; when the connecting shaft 3013 is movably connected to the connecting sheet 3011, the connecting shaft 3013 and the connecting sheet 3011 may be made of a material having a large friction force, so that the friction force at the connection position between the connecting shaft 3013 and the connecting sheet 3011 is large, when the fixing element MM rotates relative to the connecting shaft 3013 through the cooperation of the rotating outer rail and the rotating inner rail and the connection position does not receive an external force applied by a user, the connecting shaft 3013 and the connecting sheet 3011 are relatively stationary, and accordingly, the fixing element MM rotates relative to the connecting sheet 3011, so that an angle between the other end of the connecting structure 301 and the fixing element MM is changed in the rotating process. Through the mode, the angle adjustment of the adjusting assembly and the fixing piece MM can be realized.
In this case, the schematic diagram after the connection shaft 3013 is connected to the boss 102 in a matching manner and the schematic diagram after the other end (i.e., the end D in fig. 7) of the connection shaft 3013 is connected to the other end (i.e., the end Q in fig. 2) of the connection piece 3011 can still be represented by fig. 5 and 6. After the connecting shaft 3013 is connected to the boss 102 in a matching manner, the fixing element MM can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 3013 by matching the rotating outer rail and the rotating inner rail, and the connecting shaft 3013 and the connecting sheet 3011 can be kept relatively stationary (the connecting shaft 3013 is fixedly connected to the connecting sheet 3011, or the connecting shaft 3013 is movably connected to the connecting sheet 3011 but kept relatively stationary under the action of friction force), so that the fixing element MM can also rotate relative to the connecting sheet 3011, and the angle between the fixing element MM and the fixing element MM can be adjusted by the adjusting assembly.
It should be noted that, in the above two ways of connecting the connecting structure 301 with the fixing member MM, the adjusting assembly may further include a limiting structure.
In the structure corresponding to the movable connection manner shown in fig. 4, the limiting structure (not shown in fig. 4) may be disposed at the rotational connection position of the connection hole 101 and the connection shaft 3012 for limiting the rotation angle between the fixing member MM and the wearing assembly 20. Specifically, in practical applications, the limiting structure may be disposed on the rotating inner rail in the connecting hole 101.
In the structure corresponding to the movable connection manner shown in fig. 7, the limiting structure (not shown in fig. 7) may be disposed at the rotational connection position of the connection shaft 3013 and the boss 102, for limiting the rotation angle between the fixing element MM and the wearing assembly 20. In practical applications, the limiting structure may be disposed on the rotating inner rail in the connecting hole of the connecting shaft 3013, similarly to the above description.
Through setting up limit structure for mounting MM with wear subassembly 20 can only be in limited angle internal rotation, thereby prevent mounting MM and wear to form great not conform to ergonomic angle between subassembly 20, with the travelling comfort of guaranteeing wearable equipment and the flexibility of angle modulation.
In the following, the present invention will be described by taking the case that the limiting structure is disposed on the rotating outer track of the connecting shaft 3012 as an example, and the limiting structure is disposed on the rotating inner track in the connecting hole of the connecting shaft 3013, and the same as the case that the limiting structure is disposed on the rotating outer track of the connecting shaft 3012, the present invention is not repeated herein, as shown in fig. 8, the limiting structure may include at least one limiting protrusion N disposed on the rotating outer track 30121 of the connecting shaft 3012. in practical applications, there may be two limiting protrusions N, and the two limiting protrusions N are disposed in the direction extending radially outward from the connecting shaft 3012, and at the same time, a limiting protrusion M may be disposed on the rotating inner track 1011 of the connecting hole 101, the one limiting protrusion M is located between the two limiting protrusions N, and during the rotation of the connecting shaft 3012 relative to the fixing member MM, the relative positions of the limiting protrusions N on the connecting shaft 3012 and the limiting protrusion M on the connecting hole 101 may change, and when the limiting protrusion M in the connecting hole 101 contacts with the limiting protrusion N on the connecting shaft 3012, the rotating angle of the fixing member MM is equal to the maximum rotation angle β.
In addition to the above-mentioned structure included in the adjustment assembly, optionally, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a partially exploded schematic view of the wearable device in fig. 2, and the adjustment assembly may further include: a connecting shaft 3014 and a guide rail 30112 disposed on the connecting sheet 3011, one end of the connecting shaft 3014 is connected to the fixing element MM, the other end of the connecting shaft 3014 is provided with a protrusion 30141 engaged with the guide rail 30112, and the other end of the connecting shaft 3014 can slide on the guide rail 30112.
Since the other end of the connecting shaft 3014 connected to the fixing element MM can slide on the guide rail 30112 of the connecting piece 3011, the adjusting assembly can perform a function of adjusting the distance between the fixing element MM and the wearing assembly 20.
