Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, according to an exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a control method for an air conditioner, which can be used to control noise generated by the air conditioner during operation, so as to avoid the problem that the noise value of the air conditioner is too large and affects the user experience. Specifically, the control method mainly comprises the following steps:
s101, acquiring a first noise parameter of the ambient environment in the steady-state operation process of the air conditioner;
optionally, the air conditioner is provided with a sensor, and the sensor can be used for detecting a first noise parameter of the environment around the air conditioner; in this embodiment, the first noise parameter of the air conditioner ambient environment includes an ambient noise value of the ambient environment in decibels;
when the air conditioner is just started, the operation amplitude of components such as a compressor, a fan and the like is increased from small to small, so that the noise of the air conditioner is relatively large in the starting operation process; therefore, in step S101, in order to avoid excessive interference of noise of the air conditioner itself, the first noise parameter of the ambient environment is a detection operation performed after the air conditioner reaches a steady-state operation;
optionally, the manner of determining whether the air conditioner reaches the steady-state operation may be to start timing when the air conditioner is started to operate, and when the accumulated time duration of timing is greater than or equal to a set time duration, it may be determined that the air conditioner has reached the steady-state operation, and at this time, the operation of obtaining the first noise parameter in step S101 may be performed; when the accumulated time length of the timing is less than the set time length, the air conditioner can be judged not to reach the steady state operation, and the operation of acquiring the first noise parameter in the step S101 can not be executed for the moment;
for example, in an alternative embodiment, the set time period is 15 minutes, that is, the air conditioner is operated for 15 minutes before executing step S101, and when the air conditioner is operated for less than 15 minutes, step S101 is not executed for the moment.
S102, determining a mute mode of the air conditioner according to a first noise parameter based on a preset incidence relation;
here, the preset incidence relation is used for representing a mute mode corresponding to each noise range in a preset noise range set, and the first noise parameter belongs to one of the noise ranges in the noise range set;
for example, in one alternative embodiment, the set of noise ranges includes four noise ranges, a first noise range (De ≧ 41 decibels), a second noise range (41 > De ≧ 38), a third noise range (38 > De ≧ 31), a fourth noise range (31 > De); it should be understood that the number of noise ranges of the above noise range set and the decibel value range of each noise range are merely exemplary;
the air conditioner is preset with a plurality of mute modes, each mute mode corresponds to a pre-measured air conditioner noise value generated by the air conditioner when the air conditioner runs in the mute mode, and the air conditioner noise value generated by the air conditioner when the air conditioner runs in the mute mode is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the air conditioner noise value; the mute mode corresponding to each noise range comprises one of one or more mute modes of which the air conditioner noise value is less than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range;
optionally, the mute mode includes a first-level mute, a second-level mute, a third-level mute and a fourth-level mute, and noise values generated by the 4-level mute mode air conditioner during operation are sequentially reduced to 41 decibels, 38 decibels, 31 decibels and 22 decibels respectively; here, the mute mode corresponding to each noise range may be one in which the air conditioner noise value is less than or equal to the lower noise threshold of the noise range, for example, for the second noise range in the foregoing, it may correspond to a mute mode of two-stage muting; alternatively, the mute mode corresponding to each noise range may be any one of the air conditioner noise values smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range, for example, for the second noise range, the mute mode may be any one of the second-level mute, the third-level mute, and the fourth-level mute;
therefore, the noise generated by the air conditioner in the silent mode can be suitable for the noise of the surrounding environment or lower than the noise of the surrounding environment, the dynamic control on the noise generated by the air conditioner is realized, and the problem that the use experience of a user is influenced by the excessively sharp noise of the air conditioner under partial conditions is avoided.
Optionally, step S102 may be further split into the following sub-steps to determine the silent mode of the air conditioner: determining a noise range in a noise range set matched with an environment noise value of the surrounding environment; and selecting the mute mode with the maximum noise value in the one or more mute modes corresponding to the noise range as the enabled mute mode.
Generally, since the functional components of the air conditioner adjusted when the air conditioner starts the silent mode can also affect the cooling/heating efficiency of the air conditioner, the air conditioner reduces the noise generated by the air conditioner by starting the silent mode on the premise of sacrificing the cooling/heating efficiency of the air conditioner, if the air conditioner starts the silent mode when the cooling mode is normally operated, the noise can be reduced by reducing the frequency of a compressor, reducing the rotating speed of an inner fan and the like, and at the moment, the cooling efficiency of an indoor environment by an indoor unit is reduced; the higher the grade of the silent mode is, namely the lower the noise value generated by the air conditioner per se is, the more the refrigeration/heating efficiency is sacrificed by the air conditioner; therefore, in step S102 of the present invention, on the premise of ensuring that the noise value generated by the air conditioner itself can not affect the quietness of the indoor environment, the muting mode with the largest noise value is selected as the enabled muting mode, so as to reduce the sacrifice amount of the cooling/heating efficiency of the air conditioner.
For example, for the third noise range in the foregoing, the selectable corresponding muting patterns include three-level muting and four-level muting, and in this case, the three-level muting with a slightly larger noise value may be selected as the muting pattern for which the air conditioner is enabled, corresponding to the third noise range.
And S103, controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the determined mute mode.
Here, each mute mode is preset with the function unit adjusted by the air conditioner and the parameter adjustment range of the function unit; optionally, the functional components adjusted in the plurality of silent modes each include a compressor, an inner fan and a throttling device, and the adjustment parameters corresponding to each functional component are the frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the inner fan and the flow opening of the throttling device; generally, the parameter adjustment amplitude of each functional component in the mute mode is in a positive correlation with the level of the mute mode, that is, the higher the level of the mute mode is, the larger the parameter adjustment amplitude of the functional component is, for example, for the frequency adjustment of the compressor, the down-regulation amplitude of the frequency of the compressor corresponding to the first-stage mute is 20Hz, and the down-regulation amplitude of the frequency of the compressor corresponding to the fourth-stage mute is 100 Hz; and so on.
In this embodiment, in step S103, the operation state of the air conditioner may be controlled according to the functional component corresponding to the currently determined mute mode U I and the parameter adjustment range of the functional component, so that the noise value generated by the air conditioner after adjustment can be lower than the lower noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the mute mode, and at this time, the noise generated by the air conditioner itself is also lower than the environmental noise value of the environment around the air conditioner.
The control method of the air conditioner of the present invention further comprises the steps of: acquiring a second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner in the steady-state operation process; performing spectrum analysis based on the second noise parameter to obtain a noise frequency value of the surrounding environment; and controlling the mute mode according to the noise frequency value.
Optionally, the invention further performs spectrum analysis according to the second noise parameter acquired by the sensor, and performs secondary adjustment on the muting mode according to the noise frequency value, so as to reduce uncomfortable feeling of the user caused by the noise with different frequency values generated by the air conditioner itself, and improve user experience.
Optionally, the controlling the mute mode according to the noise frequency value includes: determining a preset frequency band matched with the noise frequency value; the preset frequency band comprises a preset high frequency band and a preset low frequency band; and controlling the mute mode according to the matching result of the preset frequency band.
Here, the air conditioner is preset with a control strategy corresponding to noise frequency values of a high frequency band and a low frequency band; for example, for the noise frequency value of the high frequency band, the control strategy for the silent mode is to further adjust the parameter adjustment range of the functional component for silent mode adjustment, where the functional component for adjusting the noise frequency value of the high frequency band is mainly for the compressor and the fan, that is, when the noise frequency value is determined to belong to the high frequency band, the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan can be reduced; and for the noise frequency value of the low frequency band, the control strategy of the silent mode is to further adjust the parameter adjusting amplitude of the functional component for adjusting the silent mode, and is different from the functional component for adjusting the high frequency band, and the functional component for adjusting the noise frequency value of the low frequency band is mainly directed at the throttling device, namely when the noise frequency value is determined to belong to the low frequency band, the flow opening of the throttling device can be reduced.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling an air conditioner further includes: after a matching result of the preset frequency band is obtained, comparing the noise frequency value with a set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band; and determining a strategy for controlling the mute mode based on the comparison result of the noise frequency value and the set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band.
Specifically, when the noise frequency value matches a preset high frequency band and is greater than or equal to a first set frequency threshold of the preset high frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode includes controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to reduce frequency and the fan to reduce speed;
when the noise frequency value is matched with the preset low frequency band and is greater than or equal to a second set frequency threshold value of the preset low frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling a throttling device of the air conditioner to reduce the flow opening.
The control steps of the air conditioner can be finely controlled according to the noise frequency of the air conditioner, and are not limited to the parameter of the noise value (decibel), so that the abnormal sound of the air conditioner can be effectively eliminated, the influence of the abrupt abnormal sound generated by the air conditioner is reduced, and the ear feeling of a user is improved; the air conditioner can reduce self noise, eliminate self abnormal sound and improve the air conditioner use sensitivity of users by adjusting the noise value and the noise frequency value generated by the mute mode to adapt to the environmental noise.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, according to still another exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides another air conditioner control method, which can also be used to control the noise generated by the air conditioner during operation, so as to avoid the problem that the noise value of the air conditioner is too large to affect the user experience. Specifically, the control method mainly comprises the following steps:
s201, acquiring a first noise parameter of the ambient environment of the air conditioner and a second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner in the steady-state operation process of the air conditioner;
optionally, the air conditioner applied by the control method includes a first sensor arranged at a top cover or a base of the air conditioner and used for detecting a first noise parameter of an environment around the air conditioner, and a second sensor arranged inside the air conditioner and used for detecting a second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner;
step S201, obtaining a noise parameter through the corresponding detection of the first sensor and the second sensor;

For example, if the ambient noise value of the first noise parameter detected in step S201 is D1, and the air conditioner noise value of the second noise parameter is D2, the noise difference between the two is △ D-D2-D1, the preset difference threshold value of the air conditioner is △ De, if △ D < △ De, the sound parameter does not satisfy the preset mute mode switching condition, the operating state of the air conditioner is not changed, and if △ D ≧ △ De, the noise parameter satisfies the preset mute mode switching condition.
Optionally, the value of the difference threshold △ De preset by the air conditioner is 5 db.
The preset incidence relation is used for representing a mute mode corresponding to each noise range in a preset noise range set, and the noise parameter belongs to one of the noise ranges in the noise range set; when the air conditioner operates in a mute mode, the noise value generated by the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the corresponding noise range;
the air conditioner is preset with a plurality of mute modes, and each mute mode corresponds to a pre-measured air conditioner noise value generated when the air conditioner runs in the mute mode; the mute mode corresponding to each noise range comprises one of one or more mute modes of which the air conditioner noise value is less than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range;
the determining the mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter based on the preset association relationship in step S203 includes: determining a noise range in a noise range set matched with an environment noise value of the surrounding environment; and selecting the mute mode with the maximum noise value in the one or more mute modes corresponding to the noise range as the enabled mute mode.

Optionally, the control method of the air conditioner of the present invention further includes: performing spectrum analysis based on the second noise parameter to obtain a noise frequency value of the surrounding environment; and controlling the mute mode according to the noise frequency value.
Specifically, the controlling the mute mode according to the noise frequency value includes: determining a preset frequency band matched with the noise frequency value; the preset frequency band comprises a preset high frequency band and a preset low frequency band; and controlling the mute mode according to the matching result of the preset frequency band.
Optionally, after obtaining the matching result of the preset frequency band, the control method further includes: comparing the noise frequency value with a set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band; and determining a strategy for controlling the mute mode based on the comparison result of the noise frequency value and the set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band.

when the noise frequency value is matched with a preset high frequency band and is greater than or equal to a first set frequency threshold value of the preset high frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to reduce the frequency and the fan to reduce the speed;

Here, the specific implementation process of performing spectrum analysis on the noise parameter and further adjusting the muting mode of the air conditioner according to the noise frequency value may refer to the corresponding part of the embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, according to still another exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further provides another air conditioner control method, which can also be used to control the noise generated by the air conditioner during operation, so as to avoid the problem that the noise value of the air conditioner is too large to affect the user experience. Specifically, the control method mainly comprises the following steps:
s301, acquiring a first noise parameter of the surrounding environment of the remote controller and a second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner during the steady-state operation of the air conditioner;
optionally, the air conditioner applied by the control method includes a remote controller disposed in the air conditioner configuration, a first sensor for detecting a first noise parameter of an environment around the remote controller, and a second sensor disposed inside the air conditioner for detecting a second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner itself;
here, compared to the first noise parameter of the air-conditioning surroundings detected in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment detects the first noise parameter of the remote controller surroundings; this is to consider that there is a difference in the layout of the internal environment of the house of the user, which causes a difference in the noise transmitted to different locations of the indoor environment, and the user is used to place the remote controller at a nearby location, so that the first noise parameter of the environment around the remote controller detected in step S301 is closer to the noise condition intuitively perceived by the user in the indoor environment, and therefore, the air conditioning control based on the first noise parameter can better meet the actual needs of the user.
Step S301, obtaining noise parameters through corresponding detection of the first sensor and the second sensor;
in this embodiment, the first noise parameter of the environment around the remote controller includes an environmental noise value of the environment around the remote controller, and the unit is decibel; the second noise parameter that air conditioner self produced includes air conditioner noise value, and the unit is the decibel, and is optional, and the second sensor can set up in positions such as the inside air outlet of air conditioner, inside wind channel, fan holding chamber.
When the air conditioner is just started, the operation amplitude of components such as a compressor, a fan and the like is increased from small to small, so that the noise of the air conditioner is relatively large in the starting operation process; therefore, in step S301, in order to avoid excessive interference of noise of the air conditioner itself, the first noise parameter of the environment around the remote controller and the second noise parameter generated by the air conditioner itself are detection operations performed after the air conditioner reaches a steady-state operation;
s302, determining a noise difference parameter according to the first noise parameter and the second noise parameter;
optionally, in step S302, a noise difference parameter is determined according to the first noise parameter and the second noise parameter: calculating a noise difference value between the environment noise value and the air conditioner noise value;
s303, if the noise parameter meets a preset mute mode switching condition, determining a mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter based on a preset incidence relation;
optionally, before the step S303 is executed to determine the mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter based on the preset association relationship, the control method of the present invention further includes: comparing the noise difference value with a preset difference value threshold value; if the noise difference value is smaller than the preset difference value threshold value, the noise parameter does not meet the preset silent mode switching condition, and the running state of the air conditioner is unchanged; and if the noise difference value is greater than or equal to the preset difference threshold value, the noise parameter meets the preset mute mode switching condition.
For example, if the ambient noise value of the first noise parameter detected in step S301 is D1, and the air conditioner noise value of the second noise parameter is D2, the noise difference between the two is △ D-D2-D1, the preset difference threshold value of the air conditioner is △ De, if △ D < △ De, the sound parameter does not satisfy the preset mute mode switching condition, the operating state of the air conditioner is not changed, and if △ D ≧ △ De, the noise parameter satisfies the preset mute mode switching condition.
Optionally, the value of the difference threshold △ De preset by the air conditioner is 5 db.
The preset incidence relation is used for representing a mute mode corresponding to each noise range in a preset noise range set, and the noise parameter belongs to one of the noise ranges in the noise range set; when the air conditioner operates in a mute mode, the noise value generated by the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the corresponding noise range;
the air conditioner is preset with a plurality of mute modes, and each mute mode corresponds to a pre-measured air conditioner noise value generated when the air conditioner runs in the mute mode; the mute mode corresponding to each noise range comprises one of one or more mute modes of which the air conditioner noise value is less than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range;
step S303, determining a mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter based on the preset association relationship, including: determining a noise range in a noise range set matched with an environment noise value of the surrounding environment of the remote controller; and selecting the mute mode with the maximum noise value in the one or more mute modes corresponding to the noise range as the enabled mute mode.
Optionally, based on the preset association relationship, the specific execution process of determining the mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter in step S303 may refer to the corresponding part of the foregoing embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
And S304, controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the determined mute mode.
Optionally, the specific execution process of controlling the operation of the air conditioner according to the determined mute mode in step S304 may refer to the corresponding parts of the embodiment of fig. 1, which are not described herein again.
Optionally, the determining a policy for controlling the silent mode based on a comparison result between the noise frequency value and the set frequency threshold of the matched preset frequency band includes:
when the noise frequency value is matched with a preset high frequency band and is greater than or equal to a first set frequency threshold value of the preset high frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to reduce the frequency and the fan to reduce the speed;
when the noise frequency value is matched with the preset low frequency band and is greater than or equal to a second set frequency threshold value of the preset low frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling a throttling device of the air conditioner to reduce the flow opening.
Here, the specific implementation process of performing spectrum analysis on the noise parameter and further adjusting the muting mode of the air conditioner according to the noise frequency value may refer to the corresponding part of the embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, according to still another exemplary embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, the present invention further provides another air conditioner control method, which can also be used to control the noise generated by the air conditioner during operation, so as to avoid the problem that the noise value of the air conditioner is too large to affect the user experience. Specifically, the control method mainly comprises the following steps:
s401, acquiring a first noise parameter of the ambient environment in the steady-state operation process of the air conditioner;
optionally, the specific execution process of step S401 may refer to step S101 in the embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again;
s402, determining a matched preset incidence relation according to the current moment;
here, there is a difference in the user's tolerance to noise at the same decibel volume at different times, such as 40 decibels of noise, which may be less noticeable when the user is active during the day; when the user has a rest at night, 40 decibels of noise are obvious, and the rest of the user is influenced; therefore, the invention aims at different incidence relations which are respectively preset at different moments to apply the mute control when the air conditioner operates at different moments every day.
Optionally, the air conditioner is preset with at least two association relations, and noise ranges in the noise range sets represented by the at least two associations are different;
the current time includes a daytime time and a night time, and for example, the time range of the daytime time may be set to 8 points to 20 points, and the time range of the night time may be set to 20 points to 8 points on the second day;
here, for the same muting pattern, the upper limit of the noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the muting pattern in the set of noise ranges represented by the first association relationship matching the daytime is greater than the upper limit of the noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the muting pattern in the set of noise ranges represented by the second association relationship matching the nighttime; optionally, the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the muting pattern in the noise range set represented by the first association relationship matched at the daytime is also greater than the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range corresponding to the muting pattern in the noise range set represented by the second association relationship matched at the night;
illustratively, for secondary silence (38 dB), the corresponding second noise range in the first correlation for daytime time matching is 43 > De ≧ 40 dB, and the corresponding second noise range in the second correlation for night time matching is 41 > De ≧ 38 dB; therefore, the air conditioner can be triggered to start the mute mode with a low noise value of the air conditioner at night more easily, and the noise reduction requirement of a user under the condition of needing mute at night and the like can be met.

the air conditioner is preset with a plurality of mute modes, and each mute mode corresponds to a pre-measured air conditioner noise value generated when the air conditioner runs in the mute mode; the mute mode corresponding to each noise range comprises one of one or more mute modes of which the air conditioner noise value is less than or equal to the lower limit of the noise threshold of the noise range;
specifically, the determining, in step S403, a mute mode of the air conditioner according to the first noise parameter based on the preset association relationship includes: determining a noise range in a noise range set matched with an environment noise value of the surrounding environment; and selecting the mute mode with the maximum noise value in the one or more mute modes corresponding to the noise range as the enabled mute mode.

Specifically, the controlling the mute mode according to the noise frequency value includes: determining a preset frequency band matched with the noise frequency value; the preset frequency band comprises a preset high frequency band and a preset low frequency band; and controlling the mute mode according to the matching result of the preset frequency band.
After obtaining the matching result of the preset frequency band, the control method further comprises: comparing the noise frequency value with a set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band; and determining a strategy for controlling the mute mode based on the comparison result of the noise frequency value and the set frequency threshold value of the matched preset frequency band.
Optionally, the determining a policy for controlling the silent mode based on a comparison result between the noise frequency value and the set frequency threshold of the matched preset frequency band includes:
when the noise frequency value is matched with a preset high frequency band and is greater than or equal to a first set frequency threshold value of the preset high frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to reduce the frequency and the fan to reduce the speed;
when the noise frequency value is matched with the preset low frequency band and is greater than or equal to a second set frequency threshold value of the preset low frequency band, the strategy for controlling the mute mode comprises controlling a throttling device of the air conditioner to reduce the flow opening.
Here, the specific implementation process of performing spectrum analysis on the noise parameter and further adjusting the muting mode of the air conditioner according to the noise frequency value may refer to the corresponding part of the embodiment of fig. 1, which is not described herein again.
