本发明涉及新风系统技术领域,尤其是一种新风系统用空气净化装置,包括净化机箱体,所述净化机箱体设有进气口、出气口,所述净化机箱体内部设有若干个空气净化单元存储腔,所述空气净化单元存储腔内部设有二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元,所述二氧化氯生成装置可设置在任一个空气净化单元存储腔内。本发明是一种利用新风系统产生的风动力促进二氧化氯的反应及带动生成的二氧化氯气体进入且弥漫在室内,对室内各处的细菌病毒进行消杀,本发明是一种耗材,能适配各类新风净化装置,替换某级净化装置即能实现杀毒效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及新风系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种二氧化氯生成装置及新风系统用空气净化装置。
背景技术
新风系统是根据在密闭的室内一侧用专用设备向室内送新风,再从另一侧由专用设备向室外排出,在室内会形成“新风流动场”,从而满足室内新风换气的需要。
现在的新风系统一般是通过物理过滤的方式净化空气,不能净化空气中的病菌、病毒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种二氧化氯生成装置及新风系统用空气净化装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种二氧化氯生成装置,包括支撑框架,所述支撑框架内设有生成二氧化氯的化合物,所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为凝胶或者固体材料。
所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体粉末或者固体颗粒,所述支撑框架包括形状相同的第一框架、第二框架,所述第一框架、第二框架通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,所述第一框架、第二框架之间压设固定有若干条透气布筒,所述透气布筒内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
所述支撑框架的框架内固接有若干个水平设置的盒体,所述盒体顶部为敞口,所述盒体内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
所述支撑框架包括形状相同的第一框架、第二框架,所述第一框架、第二框架通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体材料,所述固体材料压制成网状结构,网状结构的固体材料夹紧在第一框架、第二框架之间。
一种新风系统用空气净化装置,包括净化机箱体,所述净化机箱体设有进气口、出气口,所述净化机箱体内部设有若干个空气净化单元存储腔,所述空气净化单元存储腔内部设有二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元,所述二氧化氯生成装置可设置在任一个空气净化单元存储腔内。
所述空气净化单元存储腔由若干组导轨分隔而成,所述二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元分别插设在每两组导轨之间。
所述多级空气过滤单元包括粗滤网、活性炭过滤网、静电除尘箱、HEPA滤网、臭氧发生器、紫外线照射灯。
本发明提出的一种二氧化氯生成装置及新风系统用空气净化装置,有益效果在于:本发明是一种利用新风系统产生的风动力促进二氧化氯的反应及带动生成的二氧化氯气体进入且弥漫在室内,对室内各处的细菌病毒进行消杀,本发明是一种耗材,能适配各类新风净化装置,替换某级净化装置即能实现杀毒效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-5,一种二氧化氯生成装置,包括支撑框架4,支撑框架4内设有生成二氧化氯的化合物,生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为凝胶或者固体材料,凝胶可以为二氧化氯缓释消毒凝胶,固体材料可以采用以亚氯酸盐为主剂的反应物与空气缓释剂混合在一起的最终化合物,可以是固体颗粒或者粉末。
生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体粉末或者固体颗粒,支撑框架4包括形状相同的第一框架1、第二框架2,第一框架1、第二框架2通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,第一框架1、第二框架2之间压设固定有若干条透气布筒3,透气布筒3内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
支撑框架4的框架内固接有若干个水平设置的盒体5,盒体5顶部为敞口,盒体5内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
支撑框架4包括形状相同的第一框架1、第二框架2,第一框架1、第二框架2通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体材料,固体材料压制成网状结构,网状结构的固体材料夹紧在第一框架1、第二框架2之间。
将生成二氧化氯的化合物固定在支撑框架4上,然后将该框架放置在风口位置,例如风机风口、空调风口、新风系统的风口,空气经过该化合物生成二氧化氯,气流带动二氧化氯分散到室内各个位置,通过二氧化氯净化空气中的病菌。
一种新风系统用空气净化装置,包括净化机箱体6,净化机箱体6设有进气口7、出气口9,净化机箱体6内部设有若干个空气净化单元存储腔8,空气净化单元存储腔8内部设有二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元,二氧化氯生成装置可设置在任一个空气净化单元存储腔8内。
空气净化单元存储腔8由若干组导轨分隔而成,二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元分别插设在每两组导轨之间。
多级空气过滤单元包括粗滤网、活性炭过滤网、静电除尘箱、HEPA滤网、臭氧发生器、紫外线照射灯。
将二氧化氯生成装置的形状制备成与净化机箱体6内部的空气净化单元存储腔8形状相同的结构,直接将二氧化氯生成装置置于净化机箱体6内,不需要对现有的净化机箱体6进行改进,结构简单,降低新风系统的制造成本,应用起来更加简单方便,直接更换的效果能让新风系统从单纯的净化功能升级为进化加消毒,可以将原有新风系统适应更高的环境要求场所。

1.一种二氧化氯生成装置,包括支撑框架(4),其特征在于,所述支撑框架(4)内设有生成二氧化氯的化合物,所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为凝胶或者固体材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化氯生成装置,其特征在于,所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体粉末或者固体颗粒,所述支撑框架(4)包括形状相同的第一框架(1)、第二框架(2),所述第一框架(1)、第二框架(2)通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,所述第一框架(1)、第二框架(2)之间压设固定有若干条透气布筒(3),所述透气布筒(3)内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化氯生成装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架(4)的框架内固接有若干个水平设置的盒体(5),所述盒体(5)顶部为敞口,所述盒体(5)内部填充有生成二氧化氯的化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化氯生成装置,其特征在于,所述支撑框架(4)包括形状相同的第一框架(1)、第二框架(2),所述第一框架(1)、第二框架(2)通过螺栓或者卡扣的方式固定在一起,所述生成二氧化氯的化合物形态为固体材料,所述固体材料压制成网状结构,网状结构的固体材料夹紧在第一框架(1)、第二框架(2)之间。
5.一种新风系统用空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括净化机箱体(6),所述净化机箱体(6)设有进气口(7)、出气口(9),所述净化机箱体(6)内部设有若干个空气净化单元存储腔(8),所述空气净化单元存储腔(8)内部设有二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元,所述二氧化氯生成装置可设置在任一个空气净化单元存储腔(8)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新风系统用空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述空气净化单元存储腔(8)由若干组导轨分隔而成,所述二氧化氯生成装置及多级空气过滤单元分别插设在每两组导轨之间。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种新风系统用空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述多级空气过滤单元包括粗滤网、活性炭过滤网、静电除尘箱、HEPA滤网、臭氧发生器、紫外线照射灯。
