Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a passive ventilation window wall structure for a large building includes a wall body 1, and a window frame 5 is embedded in the wall body 1. The window frame 5 is composed of a window inner frame 52 and a window outer frame 51. The window inner frame 52 is of a spherical arc curved surface structure, and a glass body 6 matched with the window inner frame 52 is arranged at the position of the spherical center of the window inner frame 52. The glass body 6 is composed of a spherical side surface 62 and two circular bottom surfaces 61, and the radius of curvature of the spherical side surface 62 is the same as that of the window inner frame 52. The radian of the side surfaces of the window inner frame 52 and the glass body 6 are completely the same, so that the glass body 6 can be ensured to freely turn over in the window inner frame 52. A rotating shaft 10 is arranged at the central axis of the glass body 6, and the rotating shaft 10 is rotatably connected with the window inner frame 52. The rotary shaft 10 penetrates the glass body 6 and is fixed thereto. The window frame 5 is provided with 4 air inlets 4 and 4 air outlets 8. The air inlet 4 is positioned right above the glass body 6, and the air outlet 8 is positioned right below the glass body 6. The size of the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 8 is smaller than the thickness of the glass body 6, so that the glass body 6 can completely block the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 8 in a vertical state. The inner side of the glass body 6 is provided with a rotation limiting part 11, and the outer side is provided with a reset limiting part 7. The rotation limiting part 11 is fixedly connected with the window inner frame 52, and the reset limiting part 7 is fixedly connected with the window inner frame 52. The reset limiting part 7 is higher than the rotating shaft 10, so that the glass body 6 is prevented from being blocked by the reset limiting part 7 when rotating anticlockwise. An air outlet box 9 with a hollow structure is arranged below the window frame 5, an air outlet 91 is arranged on the air outlet box 9, and the air outlet 91 is communicated with the air outlet 8. The air inlet 4 is connected with 4 ventilation pipes 3, and an air suction box 2 is arranged at the free end 14 of the ventilation pipes. The air suction box 2 is communicated with the air inlet 4 through the ventilation pipe 3, an air suction device 12 is arranged in the air suction box 2, and the air suction device 12 comprises a driving motor and an air suction fan 13. The air suction box 2 is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 21 towards one indoor side.
The principle of the invention is that when the glass body 6 is rotated to anticlockwise rotate until the limiting piece 11 stops, the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 8 which are originally blocked by the glass body 6 are exposed, the air suction device 12 is started, outdoor air flows in from the air inlet 4 under the suction action of the air suction fan 13, reaches the air suction box 2 through the ventilation pipe 3, and then flows into the room from the air outlet 21, when the indoor air pressure is increased, the indoor air can enter the air outlet box 9 along the air outlet 8 and finally is discharged out of the room through the air outlet 91, the exchange replacement of the outdoor air and the indoor air is completed, and the ventilation effect is achieved. When the air suction device 12 is stopped, the glass body 6 is manually pushed clockwise, and the glass body stops when reaching the position of the reset limiting piece 7, so that the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 8 are just shielded, and outdoor air flow and indoor air flow are not communicated.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, in order to realize full-automatic rotation of the glass body 6, an electromagnet 15 may be provided on the rotation limiting member 11, a permanent magnet 16 may be provided on the glass body 6, and the permanent magnet 16 may be connected in series with the driving motor. A return spring 17 is arranged between the reset limiting part 7 and the glass body 6. When starting driving motor, the device 12 that induced drafts starts, and the electric wire on the electro-magnet 15 circular telegram simultaneously for 15 magnetism of electro-magnet becomes strong, attracts permanent magnet 16 on the glass body 6, thereby drives glass body 6 and rotates, and when permanent magnet 16 and electro-magnet 15 adsorbed completely, air intake 4 and air outlet 8 expose, thereby ventilate. When the driving motor is stopped, the air suction device 12 stops, and meanwhile, the electric wire on the electromagnet 15 is powered off, so that the magnetism of the electromagnet 15 disappears, the glass body 6 rotates clockwise under the action of the pulling force of the return spring 17, and the glass body recovers to the initial position to shield the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 8.
Further, a smooth gasket is provided between the glass body 6 and the window inner frame 52. The sealing ring is fixedly connected with the glass body 6, and the width of the sealing ring is not more than the thickness of the glass body 6. This arrangement can further improve the sealing between glass body 6 and window inner frame 52.
Furthermore, a plurality of air ducts with different lengths are arranged on the air suction box 2, and the air ducts are communicated with the indoor environment. Different air ducts can extend to different indoor corners, so that fresh air can flow into different indoor spaces, and the ventilation effect is integrally improved.
