Abstract

本发明涉及一种智能化旋转窗户,包括窗框支架,窗框支架内设置窗体,窗体包括玻璃框和设置在玻璃框内的玻璃,玻璃框通过其上下端中央的旋转轴与窗框支架连接,在玻璃框下方、窗框支架与玻璃框之间设置感应检测控制装置,感应检测控制装置包括传感器系统和槽轮系统,槽轮系统包括两组槽轮机构、传动部和伺服电机,伺服电机在得到传感器系统的控制信号后,驱动两组槽轮机构进而带动传动部旋转,最终控制玻璃框的开启和关闭。本发明智能化旋转窗户提高了窗户的安全系数,改善了窗户的驱动控制性能,实现了智能化保护;其通过空气、温度、湿度传感器,保证屋主在家时不会因疏忽导致室内气体变化而发生火灾、煤气中毒等安全事故。

技术领域
本发明属于房屋的采光通风装置技术领域,具体涉及一种智能化旋转窗户。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,对于日常生活环境的要求也是越来越高。窗户在人们的日常生活中随处可见,但传统窗户需人力进行开关,有时会受时间条件限制,无法及时进行自动关闭或打开窗户;其次,考虑到现在城市中大多为高层建筑,玻璃的清洗十分困难;最后,当房屋中有煤气泄露、发生火灾时,现有的窗户不能自动开窗,存在各种安全隐患,可能会给屋主的生命和财产安全带来威胁。
发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题,本发明一种智能化旋转窗户,解决目前擦洗玻璃困难,在煤气泄漏、屋内发生火灾、天气突变时不能自动控制开关的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种智能化旋转窗户,包括窗框支架,窗框支架设置在墙体内,窗框支架内设置窗体,所述窗体包括玻璃框和设置在玻璃框内的玻璃,所述玻璃框通过其上下端中央的旋转轴与窗框支架连接,在玻璃框下方、窗框支架与玻璃框之间设置感应检测控制装置,所述感应检测控制装置包括传感器系统和槽轮系统,槽轮系统包括两组槽轮机构、传动部和伺服电机,槽轮机构包括齿轮、拨盘、轴承和套筒,齿轮、轴承和套筒同轴配合连接,套筒外连接拨盘,两组槽轮机构的齿轮通过同步齿轮啮合;所述传动部包括槽轮、滑动轴承和拨杆,所述槽轮的槽身侧面设有两组沟槽,两组沟槽与两组槽轮机构的拨盘配合连接;槽轮的上下端面的轴心处开有槽口,槽口内固定设置转轴,转轴的上下两端均设置有滑动轴承,上端的轴承上套设有拨杆,拨杆与玻璃框的旋转轴连接。
进一步的,所述窗框支架左右两侧开有沟槽,两个晾衣杆通过铰接安装在窗框支架的左右两侧的沟槽内。
进一步的,所述的传感器系统包括单片机和与单片机连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器和害气体检测传感器。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明智能化旋转窗户提高了窗户的安全系数,改善了窗户的驱动控制性能,实现了智能化保护;其通过空气、温度、湿度传感器,保证屋主在家时不会因疏忽导致室内气体变化而发生火灾、煤气中毒等安全事故;在清洗时窗框可以向室内旋转,方便快捷,清洗简单,不会因为在清洗过程中发生不必要的危险。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附和实施例对本发明作进一步地详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图3所示的一种智能化旋转窗户,包括窗框支架1,窗框支架1设置在墙体内,窗框支架1内设置窗体,所述窗体包括玻璃框2和设置在玻璃框2内的玻璃3,玻璃框2通过其上下端中央的旋转轴与窗框支架1连接,玻璃框2可沿着旋转轴旋转,在玻璃框的2下方、窗框支架1与玻璃框2之间设置感应检测控制装置,感应检测控制装置包括传感器系统和槽轮系统,槽轮系统起到驱动旋转的作用,槽轮系统包括两组槽轮机构4、与两组槽轮机构4连接的传动部和伺服电机,槽轮机构4包括齿轮5、拨盘6、轴承8和套筒9,齿轮5、轴承8和套筒9同轴配合连接,套筒9外连接拨盘6,两组槽轮机构4的齿轮5通过同步齿轮啮合;传动部包括槽轮7、滑动轴承10和拨杆11,槽轮7的槽身侧面设有两组沟槽,两组沟槽与两组槽轮机构4的拨盘6配合连接;槽轮7的上下端面的轴心处开有槽口,槽口内固定设置转轴,转轴的上下两端均设置有滑动轴承10,上端的轴承10上套设有拨杆11,拨杆11与玻璃框2的旋转轴连接。本发明的传感器系统与伺服电机连接,伺服电机在得到传感器系统的控制信号后,驱动槽轮机构4的齿轮5转动,进而带动拨杆11间歇性的转动,最终控制玻璃框的开启和关闭;本发明的传感器系统包括单片机和与单片机连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器和害气体检测传感器,可以实现多种监测功能。
在一个具体的实施例中,窗框支架1左右两侧开有沟槽,两个晾衣杆12通过铰接安装在窗框支架1的左右两侧的沟槽内。
下面介绍本发明的使用过程:
本发明在使用时,槽轮机构4通过伺服电机的驱动转动,套筒9上的拨盘6通过与槽轮7的间歇性配合来控制槽轮7转动,进而带动拨杆11转动,最终使连接的玻璃框2旋转实现窗户的打开;为使更好更平稳的工作,设置了另一组槽轮机构4,第一组槽轮机构4的齿轮5通过同步齿轮啮合将力和运动形式传递到另一组槽轮机构4的齿轮5,该槽轮机构4的套筒9上的拨盘6通过与槽轮7的间歇性稳定的配合;
按上述工作原理,拨盘6的圆弧销卡在槽轮7上下垂直相通的槽中从而使槽轮系统锁紧,使窗户始终处于关闭状态。当拨盘6顺时针旋转180度过程中,此时拨盘6上的条形销卡入槽轮7的旋转槽中带着槽轮7旋转进而拨杆11会带着玻璃框2旋转使窗户由原本的关闭状态变为开启状态,圆弧销也再次卡在槽轮中使窗户锁紧始终处于开启状态,如图3所示。
本发明的晾衣架12采用推拉式,如图1所示,此时晾衣架12嵌入窗框支架1中。当有需求时可以将晾衣架12拉出,如图3,晾衣架12上面有圆孔,可将衣物等挂在上面。

1.一种智能化旋转窗户,包括窗框支架(1),窗框支架(1)设置在墙体内,窗框支架(1)内设置窗体,所述窗体包括玻璃框(2)和设置在玻璃框(2)内的玻璃(3),其特征在于,所述玻璃框(2)通过其上下端中央的旋转轴与窗框支架(1)连接,在玻璃框(2)下方、窗框支架(1)与玻璃框(2)之间设置感应检测控制装置,所述感应检测控制装置包括传感器系统和槽轮系统,槽轮系统包括两组槽轮机构(4)、传动部和伺服电机,槽轮机构(4)包括齿轮(5)、拨盘(6)、轴承(8)和套筒(9),齿轮(5)、轴承(8)和套筒(9)同轴配合连接,套筒(9)外连接拨盘(6),两组槽轮机构(4)的齿轮(5)通过同步齿轮啮合;所述传动部包括槽轮(7)、滑动轴承(10)和拨杆(11),所述槽轮(7)的槽身侧面设有两组沟槽,两组沟槽与两组槽轮机构(4)的拨盘(6)配合连接;槽轮(7)的上下端面的轴心处开有槽口,槽口内固定设置转轴,转轴的上下两端均设置有滑动轴承(10),上端的轴承(10)上套设有拨杆(11),拨杆(11)与玻璃框(2)的旋转轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述智能化旋转窗户,其特征在于,所述窗框支架(1)左右两侧开有沟槽,两个晾衣杆(12)通过铰接安装在窗框支架(1)的左右两侧的沟槽内。
3.根据权利要求1活2所述智能化旋转窗户,其特征在于,所述的传感器系统包括单片机和与单片机连接的温度传感器、湿度传感器和有害气体检测传感器。
