In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, a locking arm flange 23 is provided on a side of the locking arm 2 away from the locking tongue 3, the locking arm flange 23 is provided with a first connection position a, and the first connection position a is used for connecting with the manual unlocking mechanism 6, as shown in fig. 1, the first connection position a is connected with the manual unlocking mechanism 6, so that the manual unlocking mechanism 6 can drive the locking arm 2 to rotate through the first connection position a, and further, the opening action of the front cabin cover is realized. Therefore, the front cabin cover lock 100 can be ensured to be capable of opening the front cabin cover stably, and the reliability and the safety of the front cabin cover lock 100 are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the ram 4 includes a ram body 41 and a paddle 42.
As shown in fig. 3-6, the push rod body 41 is pivotally connected to the mounting plate 1, that is, the top plate body can rotate relative to the mounting plate 1, the pick 42 is connected to an end of the push rod body 41 away from the pivot axis of the push rod body 41, the pick 42 is adapted to extend into the locking groove 34 to drive the latch tongue 3 to rotate, the pick 42 presses against the latch hook 9 of the front deck cover, and the pick 42 can drive the latch hook 9 to rotate to drive the front deck cover to jack up.
Therefore, in the process of opening the front engine compartment cover, when the stopping position and the stopping position are separated, the elastic part 5 can drive the ejector rod 4 to rotate and jack up the front engine compartment, meanwhile, the spring bolt 3 is driven to rotate around the pivot axis of the spring bolt, different stopping positions can be matched with the stopping position to be abutted, the fact that the front engine compartment cover is gradually switched to the unlocking position in the full locking position is guaranteed, the whole unlocking process is reasonable and orderly, mutual noninterference among all steps is guaranteed, and the reasonability of the structural design of the front engine compartment cover lock 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the ejector rod 4 further includes an ejector rod limiting boss 43, the ejector rod limiting boss 43 is connected to the ejector rod body 41, and the ejector rod limiting boss 43 is adapted to abut against a side edge of the lock tongue 3 in the unlocking position, so that the lock tongue 3 can move within a reasonable stroke range, and the instability of the unlocking process due to excessive movement of the lock tongue 3 is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the mounting plate 1 is provided with a bolt limit boss 11 and a locking arm limit boss 12.
When the engine room cover is in the unlocking position, the bolt limiting boss 11 is suitable for abutting against the side edge of the bolt 3, as shown in fig. 6, the side edge of the second bolt 36 of the bolt 3 departing from the first bolt 35 abuts against the bolt limiting boss 11, so that the bolt 3 can move within a reasonable stroke range, the bolt 3 is prevented from moving excessively, and the normal closing of the front engine room cover is ensured.
The locking arm limiting boss 12 is suitable for abutting against the side edge of the locking arm 2 deviating from the lock tongue 3, as shown in fig. 4, the side edge of the locking arm 2 deviating from the lock tongue 3 abuts against the locking arm limiting boss 12, so that the locking arm limiting boss 12 can limit the excessive anticlockwise rotation of the locking arm 2, and the locking arm 2 is guaranteed to move within a reasonable stroke range.
The invention also provides a vehicle.
According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the front cabin cover lock 100 of the embodiment is arranged, the front cabin cover lock of the vehicle can be automatically opened, the structure of the front cabin cover lock 100 is simple, and the opening process is easy to realize.

Claims (13)
1. A front nacelle cover lock, comprising: the locking mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a locking arm, a lock tongue, a mandril and an elastic piece;
the locking arm, the lock tongue and the ejector rod are pivotally mounted on the mounting plate, the locking arm is provided with a first clamping position and a second clamping position, the lock tongue is provided with a locking groove with an open end and a plurality of stopping positions matched with the first clamping position and the second clamping position, the elastic piece is elastically connected between the ejector rod and the mounting plate and applies unlocking force to the ejector rod to rotate towards the unlocking direction, and one part of the ejector rod is suitable for extending into the locking groove to drive the lock tongue to rotate towards the unlocking direction when the locking arm and the lock tongue are unlocked;
the first clamping position and the second clamping position are suitable for locking the lock tongue at a plurality of unlocking stages, and in the unlocking process, the lock tongue is suitable for unlocking the first clamping position and the lock tongue by driving the lock arm to rotate towards the first direction and driving the lock arm to rotate towards the second direction so as to unlock the second clamping position and the lock tongue.
2. The front hood lock of claim 1, wherein the stop comprises a third stop, a first stop, and a second stop sequentially spaced apart along a circumference of the locking bolt, the front hood lock having a full lock position, a stop position, a half lock position, and an unlocked position;
the first clamping position and the first stopping position are locked at the full locking position, the second clamping position and the second stopping position are locked at the stopping position, the first clamping position and the third stopping position are locked at the half locking position, and the locking arm is separated from the lock tongue at the unlocking position.
3. The front nacelle cover lock of claim 2, wherein the locking arm is adapted to rotate in a first direction to switch the front nacelle cover lock from the full lock position to the stop position, wherein the locking arm is adapted to rotate in a second direction to switch the front nacelle cover lock from the stop position to the half lock position, and wherein the locking arm is adapted to rotate in the first direction to switch the front nacelle cover lock from the half lock position to the unlocked position.
4. The front nacelle cover lock of claim 2, wherein the lock tongue comprises a first tongue and a second tongue connected with each other, the locking groove is formed between the first tongue and the second tongue, the first stopping position is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the first tongue facing the locking groove, the second stopping position is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the second tongue facing away from the locking groove, a protrusion is arranged on one side of the first tongue facing away from the locking groove, and the third stopping position is arranged on one side of the protrusion facing the locking groove.
5. The front nacelle cover lock of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first locking position and the second locking position are respectively provided at both ends of the lock arm and at a side of the lock arm facing the lock tongue, and a middle portion of the lock arm is pivotably connected to the mounting plate.
6. The front hatch lock according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the side of the detent arm facing the bolt is curved concavely away from the bolt.
7. The front nacelle cover lock of any of claims 1-4, wherein a side of the detent arm facing away from the bolt is provided with a detent arm flange provided with a first connection location for connection to a manual unlocking mechanism.
8. Front nacelle cover lock according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a second attachment location for attachment to a first end of the resilient member, and wherein the carrier rod is provided with a third attachment location for attachment to a second end of the resilient member.
9. The front nacelle cover lock of any of claims 1-4, wherein the ram comprises:
the ejector rod body is pivotally connected with the mounting plate;
the poking sheet is connected with one end, deviating from the pivot axis of the ejector rod body, and the poking sheet is suitable for extending into the locking groove and abutting against the lock hook of the front engine compartment cover.
10. The front nacelle cover lock of claim 9, wherein the ram further comprises a ram limiting boss connected to the ram body, the ram limiting boss adapted to press against a side of the bolt in the unlocked position.
11. The front nacelle cover lock of any of claims 1-4, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a bolt stop boss adapted to press against a side of the bolt in the unlocked position.
12. The front nacelle cover lock of any of claims 1-4, wherein the mounting plate is provided with the detent arm stop boss adapted to press against a side of the detent arm facing away from the bolt.
13. A vehicle, characterized in that a front hatch lock according to any of claims 1-12 is provided.
