本发明公开了一种环保肥皂的制备方法,使用材料包括橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、苦梀油、氢氧化钠、纯净水、甘油葡萄苷、GS、植物蛋白酶、天然植物抗氧化萃取液、柠檬精油和VE。本发明通过以纯天然绿色植物为制作原材料,生产出来的环保肥皂具有杀菌功效,没有残留,去污力强,脱水快,不伤手的有益效果,并且在生产制作中不会产生危害环境的气体和液体,非常适合研发推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活日用品领域,尤其是涉及一种环保肥皂的制备方法。
背景技术
洗涤液包括,洗衣液、洗洁精、洗手液盒洗衣皂等等液体清洗脏污的液体,目前市面上所存在的洗涤液产品大多数都是通过工业加工,内部都会掺杂有化学成分用于增强其洗涤效果,其具有两大缺陷,一、清洗过后的物品或者清洗物品人员的手上都会残留洗涤液成分难以清理,而且若是人手长时间浸泡在此种洗涤液中会导致手部脱皮、起泡等损伤手部的情况,二、含有化学成分的洗涤产品在生产时会给环境带来很大的污染。为此,我们研发一种环保洗涤液用于解决目前存在的问题。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保肥皂的制备方法,可以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:使用材料包括橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、苦梀油、氢氧化钠、纯净水、甘油葡萄苷、GS、植物蛋白酶、天然植物抗氧化萃取液、柠檬精油和VE
本发明一种环保肥皂的制备方法,通过以纯天然绿色植物为制作原材料,生产出来的环保肥皂具有杀菌功效,没有残留,去污力强,脱水快,不伤手的有益效果,并且在生产制作中不会产生危害环境的气体和液体,非常适合研发推广使用。
优选的,使用材料成分,橄榄油;10%-15%、椰子油;40%-50%、棕榈油;20%-30%、苦梀油;10%-20%、氢氧化钠;14%-16%、纯净水;10%-20%、GS;0.5%-5%、植物蛋白酶;1%-5%、天然植物抗氧化萃取液;0.2%-0.8%、柠檬精油;1%-2%、VE;0.1%-0.5%。
