Description

Diester-nucleus-based lubricating oil composition for diesel engine and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating oil, in particular to a lubricating oil composition for a diesel engine based on diester nucleus and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The diesel engine is used as a commercial vehicle and an engine configured for an engineering machinery vehicle, and is continuously updated in recent years, at present, the diesel engine widely uses a direct injection technology and a turbocharging technology to improve power, and adopts a delayed injection technology, an exhaust gas recirculation technology, piston optimization and the like to reduce engine emission. The application of the technologies puts higher requirements on dispersion, oxidation resistance, abrasion resistance and the like of diesel engine oil matched with the diesel engine.
As is well known, the internal temperature of an engine is high, and oxidation of lubricating oil inevitably occurs during use. For engines, the oxidation process produces acids, sludge, and deposits. Wherein, the acid causes corrosion and abrasion of metal parts; the oil sludge and the sediments thicken the lubricating oil, and cause the adhesion of piston rings and the blockage of oil passages, thereby reducing the power of the engine and increasing the oil consumption.
Therefore, the problem of high-temperature oxidation of engine lubricating oil is always a difficult problem in the heart of lubricating oil developers.
Based on this, in the chinese patent application no: 201711156093.7 (application date: 2017.11.20) discloses a lubricating oil for diesel engines, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of base oil, 3-5 parts of sulfonate detergent, 5-7 parts of dispersant, 4-10 parts of antioxidant, 1-5 parts of antifoaming agent, 2-12 parts of oil-soluble polyether, 2-6 parts of tricresyl phosphate and 0.2-0.8 part of friction modifier. The antioxidant property of the lubricating oil is improved by mixing oil solubility and oil solubility additives. The technology is suitable for the use environment of a common diesel engine, and has poor oxidation resistance for a heavy-duty diesel engine.
