Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a small fruit and vegetable garbage centralized disposal system and a fruit and vegetable garbage disposal method.
Background
In recent years, with the increase of the national importance of environmental protection blocks, the amount of organic solid wastes is also increased sharply. Vegetable waste is an important component of trade waste, and is gradually becoming a key disposal object in each city trade market.
Vegetable waste is easy to decay and deteriorate, and has huge yield, and related environmental protection units and individuals are puzzled by the resource treatment of the vegetable waste. At present, most of vegetable wastes in all trade markets are transported to an incineration plant for incineration treatment, but the vegetable wastes are low in calorific value and high in moisture content, and the participation of a large amount of vegetable wastes directly influences the effective treatment of an incineration system, so that the vegetable wastes are produced in an effective resource treatment facility.
The vegetable waste contains a large amount of lignin, cellulose, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements, is one of important food materials of the earthworms, can degrade the vegetable waste in a large amount, and the excrement of the earthworms can be used as a high-quality organic fertilizer.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a centralized disposal system for small fruit and vegetable garbage comprises
The feeding bin is suitable for carrying out solid-liquid separation on the fruit and vegetable garbage;
a crusher adapted to crush the separated solid waste;
an earthworm composting bin adapted to obtain compost fertilizer;
the impurity remover is suitable for removing impurities in the compost fertilizer;
the earthworm separator is suitable for separating earthworms in the compost fertilizer to obtain the target organic fertilizer.
On the other hand, the small fruit and vegetable garbage centralized disposal system is adopted, and the fruit and vegetable garbage centralized disposal method comprises the following steps:
step S10, loading the fruit and vegetable garbage into a feeding bin, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain filtered solid fruit and vegetable garbage;
step S20, putting the solid fruit and vegetable garbage into a crusher for crushing treatment;
step S30, conveying the crushed fruit and vegetable garbage into an earthworm composting bin for composting to obtain compost fertilizer;
step S40, the compost is sent to an impurity remover to remove impurities in the compost;
and step S50, feeding the compost fertilizer into an earthworm separator, and further separating earthworms in the compost fertilizer to obtain the target organic fertilizer.
Further, the filtered water separated in the step S10 is sprayed into the earthworm composting bin to ensure the humidity in the earthworm composting bin.
Further, the earthworms separated in the step S50 are returned to the earthworm composting bin to continuously decompose the vegetable waste.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a small centralized treatment system and a treatment method for fruit and vegetable garbage, which are suitable for small-scale resource treatment of the fruit and vegetable garbage and have the advantages of small occupied area, no odor, no sewage and organic fertilizer generation.
Can effectively solve the problem that the incineration effect can not be ensured due to the massive mixing of the fruit and vegetable garbage in an incineration plant.
The small fruit and vegetable garbage centralized disposal system has the characteristics of small investment, wide application range of produced fertilizer, short recovery period and the like.
The small fruit and vegetable garbage centralized disposal system is simple in structure and wide in application range, and can be used for disposing vegetable garbage, fruit garbage and the like.
Drawings
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram of a centralized disposal system for small fruit and vegetable waste according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams only illustrating the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example one
As shown in figure 1, a centralized treatment system for small fruit and vegetable garbage comprises a feeding bin, a crusher, an earthworm composting bin, an impurity remover and an earthworm separator.
The feeding bin is suitable for carrying out solid-liquid separation on the fruit and vegetable garbage;
the crusher is suitable for crushing the separated solid garbage to less than 10 mm.
An earthworm composting bin adapted to obtain compost fertilizer;
specifically, the crushed materials are sent to an earthworm composting bin, the earthworms are paved in the composting bin firstly, then soil is paved, and after the fruit and vegetable garbage is paved, a layer of final fertilizer soil is paved on the top of the earthworm composting bin.
The impurity remover is suitable for removing impurities in the compost fertilizer;
the earthworm separator is suitable for separating earthworms in the compost fertilizer to obtain the target organic fertilizer.
The earthworm separator selects a vibrating screen with a mature technology in the current market, the feeding bin, the crusher, the earthworm composting bin and the impurity removing machine are all commercially available products, and the structure and the principle of the earthworm separator are the existing mature technology and are not described in detail herein.
The filter element separated from the feeding bin can be sprayed into the earthworm composting bin for humidification;
the earthworms separated by the earthworm separator are sent back to the earthworm composting bin for reuse.
The small centralized treatment system for the fruit and vegetable garbage is suitable for small-scale resource treatment of the fruit and vegetable garbage, and has the technology of small occupied area, no odor, no sewage and organic fertilizer generation. Can effectively solve the problem that the incineration effect can not be ensured due to the massive mixing of the fruit and vegetable garbage in an incineration plant.
