The working principle is as follows: when the device works, sewage enters the first treatment device 2 through the liquid inlet pipe 1, floating oil in the sewage floats up, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the first rotating shaft 22 works to enable the connecting belt 23 and the scraper 24 to rotate clockwise, the oil absorption cloth 25 can absorb the floating oil when passing through the sewage surface, when the scraper 24 rotates to the position of the right oil removal device 3, the oil scraper 32 extends out to scrape the floating oil in the oil absorption cloth 25, the oil absorption cloth 25 continuously rotates to continuously press the oil scraper 32 downwards, the oil scraper 32 and the second connecting rod 33 simultaneously slide downwards in the fixing block 34, the spring 35 is compressed, when the oil scraper 32 exceeds the position of the oil absorption cloth 25, the oil scraper 32 returns to the original position under the elasticity of the spring 35 to continuously scrape the next group of oil absorption cloth 25, the oil absorption cloth 25 can be repeatedly used under the action of the oil scraper 32, and the effect of removing the floating oil is good.
When the amount of sludge accumulated in the treatment tank 21 is large, as shown in fig. 2, the first motor 212 is controlled to work to rotate the screw 211 through the transmission shaft, the screw 211 drives the two groups of push plates 210 to move towards the position of the second conical wheel 29, the push plates 210 slide inside the fixing rod 213, the push plates 210 push the sludge accumulated in the treatment tank 21 towards the middle, the sludge enters the second cyclone separator 12 through the sixth connecting pipe 16 for treatment, the screw 211 drives the second conical wheel 29 to rotate while rotating, the second conical wheel 29 drives the first conical wheel 28 and the stirring rod 26 to rotate simultaneously, the stirring rod 26 stirs the sewage to accelerate the rise of the floating oil, the treatment time is shortened, the sewage can be stirred by the stirring rod 26 and the push plates 210 first, and the rise speed of the floating oil in the sewage is accelerated.
The water pump 14 works to convey the primarily treated sewage into the reaction device 5 through the first connecting pipe 4, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the second motor 510 works to drive the second rotating shaft 52 to rotate through the transmission shaft, further stir the sewage, control one group of electric valves 59 to open and close the other group of electric valves 59, so that the inside of the third connecting pipe 511 is in a communicated state, the water pump 14 inside the third connecting pipe 511 works to generate suction in the third connecting pipe 511, the floating oil on the surface of the sewage is sucked away again through the pipe orifice 53 by the connection of the hose 56 and the connecting plate 54, the floating oil is removed more thoroughly, control one group of electric valves 59 to close and open the other group of electric valves 59, the air pump 58 works to charge oxygen into the inside of the second connecting pipe 57, the oxygen is sprayed out through the pipe orifice 56 and the connecting plate 54 to be mixed with the sewage, and the oxygen and the reducing substances in the sewage are subjected to, effectively remove harmful substances in the sewage.
The second rotating shaft 52 rotates and simultaneously drives the half gear 63 to rotate, the half gear 63 rotates and drives the sliding rod 62 to move left and right through the tooth block connection fixed on the inner wall of the sliding rod 62, the sliding rod 62 drives the fixed gear 64 and the third rotating shaft 55 to move left and right continuously, the third rotating shaft 55 drives the connecting plate 54 and the pipe orifice 53 to move left and right continuously, the contact area of the pipe orifice 53 and sewage is increased, the pipe orifice 53 achieves a good effect no matter oil removal or oxygen filling, the second connecting pipe 57 fills oxygen into the hose 56 and the connecting plate 54, the blockage of parts such as the second connecting pipe 57 and the third connecting pipe 511 is avoided, and the using effect is good.
In addition, flocculant and quartz sand are added into the reaction device 5 to remove sewage impurities, the filtering membrane 72 continues to filter the sewage, the sewage can be precipitated after entering the sedimentation tank 8, the sludge which is not completely treated enters the first cyclone separator 10 through the sludge reflux pump 15 and the vertical connecting pipe 9 to be continuously treated, the large impurities such as quartz sand and the like fall into the reaction device 5 to be reused, the sludge enters the second cyclone separator 12 and the compressor 13 to be treated again through the fifth connecting pipe 11, the sewage treatment efficiency is greatly improved through various treatment methods, and the water quality is also greatly improved.
