A car washing sewage treatment device comprises a shell (1), a car washing platform (2) arranged on the shell, a water flowing channel (3) arranged below the car washing platform, a silt collecting chamber (4) arranged in the shell, a water storage tank (5) arranged below the silt collecting chamber (4), a rotatable cylinder (6) arranged between the water flowing channel (3) and the silt collecting chamber (4), a filter plate (7) arranged on the cylinder (6) and a cleaning device (8); the method is characterized in that: the cleaning device comprises four filter plates (7), a cylinder (6), a blowing mechanism (81), an air charging pipe (82) and two wind shields (83), wherein the four filter plates (7) are fixedly distributed on the cylinder (6) in a cross shape, one end of each filter plate (7) is provided with an opening, and the cleaning device (8) further comprises the blowing mechanism (81) arranged on the filter plates, the air charging pipe (82) arranged in the cylinder (6) and the two wind shields (83) arranged on the air charging pipe (82; the cylinder is divided into a left chamber and a right chamber by the wind shield (83), an air outlet (84) is arranged in the left chamber of the inflation tube, and the air outlet (84) is in butt joint with an opening of the filter plate (7).

The carwash sewage treatment plant of claim 1, characterized in that: the blowing mechanism (81) comprises air outlet holes (811) uniformly distributed on the filter plate (7), a tripod (812) arranged on the inner wall of the air outlet holes (811), an air injection piece (813) arranged on the air outlet holes (811), a water blocking shell (814) arranged on the outer side of the air injection piece (813), and a telescopic rod (815) connected with the water blocking shell (814) and the tripod (812); the air injection piece (813) is a round pipe, herringbone holes are formed in the round pipe at uniform intervals along the axial direction, the opening direction of the herringbone holes forms an angle with the axial direction of the air injection piece (813), and the lower end of the round pipe is rotatably embedded in the air outlet hole (811); the telescopic rod (815) is connected with the water blocking shell (814) and the tripod (812), and the telescopic rod (815) can drive the water blocking shell (814) to move up and down.
