Description

Antibacterial and mildew-proof fiber pen point and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pen making, in particular to an antibacterial and mildewproof fiber pen point and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Markers can be classified into oil-based markers and water-based markers according to the writing medium used. Conventional oil-based marker inks contain about 75% of volatile organic solvents, such as 75% of ethanol, as exemplified by U.S. Pat. No. 5,5279653, which volatilizes and contaminates the surrounding environment after writing. In order to reduce volatile organic compounds, aqueous markers are widely used.
Since the aqueous marker ink contains functional assistants such as alcohols, it causes problems such as mildew of the marker, and for the purpose of preventing corrosion and mildew, it is common to add a bactericidal preservative to the ink of a conventional aqueous marker, for example, NUOSEPT 95 and Kathon PFM, which are preservatives added to the aqueous marker ink exemplified in U.S. Pat. No. USP7455725B 2. However, in order to satisfy the bactericidal effect of the marker, an excessive amount of bactericide needs to be added into the ink, which causes the phenomenon that the content of the bactericidal preservative (such as EN71-9) in the aqueous marker exceeds the European Union limit requirement, so that the marker product cannot be sold on the market.
