starting a pushing cylinder I21 and a pushing cylinder II 22, pushing the inner supporting top plates on the two sides to extend out, respectively propping against the two inner side surfaces of the U-shaped plate, and combining with a longitudinal backup plate on the outer side surface of the U-shaped plate to longitudinally position and fix the U-shaped plate;
the driving motor I18 drives the movable backup plate 19 to move transversely rightwards, and the two side plates are transversely positioned by combining the fixed backup plate 10;
the driving motor VI 24 and the driving motor VII 25 synchronously drive the lifting plate I20 and the lifting plate II 23 to move upwards, so that the top surfaces of the lifting plate I20 and the lifting plate II 23 reach the top surface of the inner side of the U-shaped plate, the U-shaped plate is supported, the U-shaped plate is internally supported at the top, the two side surfaces of the lifting plate I20 and the lifting plate II 23 can internally and transversely support the side plate, and the structural schematic diagram of the lifting support plate is shown in FIG. 6;
the jacking cylinder I, the jacking cylinder II, the jacking cylinder III and the jacking cylinder IV are synchronously started to drive the four stop blocks to move to proper heights, the stop blocks are rotated to pressing positions through the rotating cylinders, and the four stop blocks are pressed on the top surface of the U-shaped plate through the combination of the jacking cylinders, as shown in fig. 9;
because the longitudinal backup plate corresponds to the longitudinal position of the inner supporting top plate, the positions of the fixed backup plate 10 and the movable backup plate 19 correspond to the transverse positions of the jacking plate II 23 and the jacking plate I20, the four pressing plates correspond to the vertical positions of the jacking plate I20 and the jacking plate II 23, the movement and the rotation in the corresponding directions can be limited, 6 degrees of freedom of each plate are limited, the complete positioning of a workpiece is realized, and the deformation in the welding process can be effectively avoided;
the pushing air cylinder III, the pushing air cylinder IV, the pushing air cylinder V and the pushing air cylinder VI retract simultaneously to drive the positioning stop dog to leave the splicing seam;
and (3) welding the splicing seams at the two sides of the U-shaped plate and the side plate of the oil tank, adjusting the clamping part devices after the welding is finished, and taking down the workpiece.

Claims (10)

1. A box welding fixture comprises a welding base and a clamping device fixed on the base, and is characterized in that the top surface of the welding base is a horizontal bottom plate, and the clamping device is arranged on the horizontal bottom plate; the clamping device comprises a transverse clamping part, a longitudinal clamping part, a jacking part and a pressing part;
the transverse clamping part comprises a fixed backup plate and a movable backup plate, and the movable backup plate and the fixed backup plate are arranged oppositely and are arranged on the horizontal bottom plate in a transverse sliding mode through a power device;
the longitudinal clamping part comprises a fixed clamping part, a movable clamping part and an inner supporting part, the fixed clamping part and the movable clamping part are both provided with a fixed longitudinal backup plate and a movable longitudinal backup plate, and the movable longitudinal backup plate is transversely arranged in a sliding manner through a power device; the movable clamping part is provided with a longitudinal sliding plate which is arranged on the horizontal bottom plate in a sliding manner, and a fixed longitudinal backup plate and a movable longitudinal backup plate of the movable clamping part are fixed on the longitudinal sliding plate;
the jacking part and the pressing part comprise jacking supporting plates and pressing devices.

A box welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein the fixed clamping portion and the movable clamping portion are each provided with a transverse slide plate, the movable longitudinal rest plate is fixed to the transverse slide plate, and the transverse slide plate is connected with a driving device for driving the transverse slide plate to move transversely.

A box welding jig according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clamping means further comprises an auxiliary positioning portion, the auxiliary positioning portion being a positioning block respectively disposed on the fixed clamping portion and the movable clamping portion, the positioning block being laterally adjustable.

The box body welding fixture according to claim 3, wherein the number of the positioning stoppers is four, four positioning stoppers are symmetrically arranged on the fixed clamping portion and the movable clamping portion, two positioning stoppers are respectively fixed on one side of the two fixed longitudinal backup plates, and the other two positioning stoppers are transversely slidably arranged; the four positioning stop blocks are respectively connected with a pushing cylinder.
5. The box welding fixture of claim 4, wherein the positioning block is fixed by a fixing seat, the fixing seat is provided with an adjusting slot, the positioning block is adjustably fixed by the adjusting slot, and the fixing seat is connected with the pushing cylinder.
6. A box welding fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner support portion is two push cylinders arranged side by side and in opposite directions, the push cylinders are arranged longitudinally, and the top ends of the extension rods are connected with inner support plates.
7. A box welding fixture according to claim 1, characterized in that the jacking support plate is a vertically arranged frame plate in a shape of a square-circle, and a power device arranged in a vertical direction is connected to the bottom of the frame plate in a shape of a square-circle.

The box welding fixture according to claim 7, wherein a jacking seat is arranged at the jacking support plate, a vertical slideway is arranged on the jacking seat, and the jacking support plate is matched with the slideway through a sliding block; the bottom of the jacking plate is connected with a driving motor.

A box welding fixture according to claim 1 or 2 or 7 or 8, characterized in that the pressing device comprises a jacking cylinder and a pressing plate; the jacking cylinders are respectively arranged at the fixed clamping part and the movable clamping part, the jacking cylinders on two sides respectively comprise a fixed jacking cylinder and a movable jacking cylinder, the two fixed jacking cylinders are fixed on one side of the two fixed longitudinal backup plates, and the two movable jacking cylinders can transversely slide.

A box welding jig according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the movable backup plate is fixedly connected with a driving motor, and the driving motor is transversely fixed on the horizontal bottom plate; two side parts of the longitudinal sliding plate are symmetrically connected with driving motors which are longitudinally fixed on the horizontal bottom plate; the movable longitudinal backup plate realizes transverse movement through a driving motor.
