技术领域
本发明属于多导睡眠监测设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种多导睡眠监测帽。
背景技术
多导睡眠监测(PSG)是指在全夜睡眠过程中,连续并同步地描记脑电、呼吸等10余项指标。监测分析睡眠结构、进程和监测异常脑电是其中的一重要检查内容,分析睡眠情况通常是通过记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图准确反映睡眠状况和分期。用脑电图区分睡觉与醒觉,睡眠各个分期及其各期所占比例。用眼电图看眼球是否运动,用肌电图记录下颌部位的肌肉活动产生的电活动。通过记录和分析睡眠,可以了解入睡潜伏期、觉醒次数和时间,两种睡眠和各期睡眠比例,醒起时间和睡眠总时长,可以此评估并发现某些失眠的病因,如抑郁、睡眠呼吸障碍等。多导睡眠图监测的质量取决于放置电极的质量。睡眠分期的3个关键指标是脑电图、眼电图、下颌肌电图。
目前的脑电帽基本设置为脑电极帽,脑电极帽上仅根据国际脑电标准布置有脑电极,只能采集脑电图。若需要采集眼电图与下颚肌电图,需要重新放置眼电电极和肌电电极。监测时需要逐个对眼电电极和肌电电极位置进行测量定位及安装,对监测人员的专业要求高,安装时间长,受监测专业要求的限制。且目前监测使用的脑电电极多是金属镀层电极,电极硬,影响电极与头皮的接触,且监测时间长会引起接触位置压痛感,使用上有不适感。因此,有必要针对睡眠监测设计一种多导睡眠监测帽,以同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种多导睡眠监测帽,可实现同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种多导睡眠监测帽,包括帽体和预置在帽体上的多个电极,所述帽体包括用于包覆头部的头部覆盖片与用于包覆下颚的下颚覆盖片,所述头部覆盖片与下颚覆盖片连成一整体覆盖片;
所述电极包括脑电极、眼电极、下颚肌电极,所述脑电极根据国际脑电定位标准预置在所述头部覆盖片上,所述下颚肌电极预置在所述下颚覆盖片上,所述眼电极闲置。
优选的,所述脑电极根据10/20国际脑电定位标准设置,包括额区电极F3与F4、中央区电极C3与C4,枕区电极O1与O2、左右乳突参考电极M1与M2、接地电极GND。
优选的,所述眼电极包括右眼外侧电极EOG2与左眼外侧电极EOG1。
优选的,各电极采用铜箔基底材质,通过铜箔基底薄片加镀导电层后与导联线连接。
优选的,所述导电层采用镀金或镀氯化银。
优选的,各电极底层垫有软性垫片,所述软性垫片设置为中间镂空,中间镂空尺寸与所述软电极尺寸匹配。
优选的,所述电极与软性垫片通过软性面料包覆,所述软性面料与电极、软性垫片之间均通过粘结密封胶粘黏。
优选的,所述帽体上预置有多个理线器,各电极接电极线后通过所述理线器出线。

本发明提供了一种多导睡眠监测帽,将帽体设置为头部覆盖片与下颚覆盖片,通过预置电极,将脑电极、下颚肌电极先分别预置在监测帽的头部覆盖片与下颚覆盖片,将眼电极闲置,佩戴时,只需要将头部覆盖片包覆在人体的头部,将下颚覆盖片包覆在下颚,将眼电极置于人体的左右眼部,即完成了监测帽的佩戴,使用时无需依次定位电极,操作简单方便,省去测量定位工作,减弱了睡眠监测的难度,使用方便,实现同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图,监测人体的睡眠质量。同时,将传统的硬电极替换为柔性软电极,柔软舒适,防止佩戴时的划伤。

参考图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种多导睡眠监测帽,包括帽体1和预置在帽体上的多个电极2,其中帽体1包括用于包覆头部的头部覆盖片11与用于包覆下颚的下颚覆盖片12。本实施例中头部覆盖片11与下颚覆盖片12可以采用弹性材质,设置为网状的一片式结构,头部覆盖片11与下颚覆盖片12连成一整体覆盖片,形成弹性网状帽体,其结构简单,适用于不同人体佩戴。
对于多导睡眠监测帽的电极2,采用脑电极21、眼电极22、下颚肌电极23三种电极,各电极按美国睡眠医学会(AASM)推荐位置配置。其中,脑电极21根据国际脑电定位标准预置在头部覆盖片11上,下颚肌电极23预置在下颚覆盖片12上,眼电极22闲置;同时,在帽体1上设置多个理线器13,脑电极21、眼电极22、下颚肌电极23分别接一电极线3后通过预置在监测帽上的理线器13出线,然后通过理线器绑缚成组合线束后接至连接器4,连接器4与脑电检测设备连接,将电极采集的脑电波信号、眼电波信号以及下颚肌传输至脑电检测设备,以实现同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图,监测人体的睡眠质量。
本实施例中脑电极可以具体根据10/20国际脑电定位标准设置,以头皮电极点之间的相对位置以10%和20%来表示,包括额区电极F3与F4、中央区电极C3与C4,枕区电极O1与O2、左右乳突参考电极M1与M2、接地电极GND。眼电极包括右眼外侧电极EOG2与左眼外侧电极EOG1。本实施例中脑电极按照10/20标准设置,但电极的数目具体设计中并不限于此,可以根据具体情况按照标准10/20、10/10标准在本实施例的基础上进行进一步的扩展,如设计为16导、32导、64导等。
本实施例中采用预置电极方式,将脑电极21、下颚肌电极23先分别预置在监测帽的头部覆盖片11与下颚覆盖片12,将眼电极22闲置,以便于根据佩戴者不同调整眼电极放置位置,使用时无需定位,省去测量定位工作,减弱了睡眠监测的难度,使用方便。同时将各电极2连接电极线3后通过理线器13固定在在帽体1上,将各电极线通过理线器绑成组合线束,后于连接器4连接,连接器4可接脑电监测设备。采用理线器使电极线理线顺畅,规避了电极线凌乱带来的信号干扰;同时可避免各电极线从电极中脱落或损坏,便于与连接器4的连接。
佩戴时,将头部覆盖片包覆在人体的头部,将下颚覆盖片包覆在下颚,将眼电极置于人体的左右眼部。通过各脑电极采集人体脑部的各电极信息,生成脑电图,以判断人体睡眠状态;通过两眼电极采集人体左右眼部的电极信息,生成眼电图,以观测眼球运动状态;同时,通过下颚肌电极采集人体下颚部位的电极信息,生成下颚肌电图,以观测下颌部位的肌肉活动状态,实现同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图,监测人体的睡眠质量。
同时,本实施例中各电极采用软性电极,采用铜箔基底材质,通过铜箔基底薄片加镀导电层后与电极线连接,导电层可以具体采用导电性好、噪声低、极化电位低、阻抗低的镀金或镀氯化银。参考图2所示,各电极2底层垫有软性垫片5,软性垫片5根据电极尺寸设置为中间镂空结构,便于电极的替换。同时,将电极2与软性垫片5通过软性面料6包覆,软性面料6与电极2、软性垫片5之间均通过粘结密封胶7粘黏,以增加电极的密封效果,提高使用寿命与监测精度。软性垫片与软性面料的使用,减轻了传统硬电极带来了压痛感,增强了睡眠监测的舒适性。将包覆于电极2表层的软性面料6留有用于电极线3连接的空隙,电极线3通过粘结密封胶7粘在电极2的表层,以便于电极线的替换。
综上可知,本发明提供的多导睡眠监测帽,通过预置电极,将脑电极21、下颚肌电极23先分别预置在监测帽的头部覆盖片11与下颚覆盖片12,将眼电极22闲置,佩戴时,只需要将头部覆盖片11包覆在人体的头部,将下颚覆盖片12包覆在下颚,将眼电极22置于人体的左右眼部,即完成了监测帽的佩戴,使用时无需依次定位电极,操作简单方便,省去测量定位工作,减弱了睡眠监测的难度,使用方便,实现同时记录脑电图、眼电图、肌电图,监测人体的睡眠质量。同时,将传统的硬电极替换为柔性软电极,柔软舒适,防止佩戴时的划伤。

所述电极包括脑电极、眼电极、下颚肌电极,所述脑电极根据国际脑电定位标准预置在所述头部覆盖片上,所述下颚肌电极预置在所述下颚覆盖片上,所述眼电极闲置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,所述脑电极根据10/20国际脑电定位标准设置,包括额区电极F3与F4、中央区电极C3与C4,枕区电极O1与O2、左右乳突参考电极M1与M2、接地电极GND。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,所述眼电极包括右眼外侧电极EOG2与左眼外侧电极EOG1。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,各电极采用铜箔基底材质,通过铜箔基底薄片加镀导电层后与电极线连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,所述导电层采用镀金或镀氯化银。
6.根据权利要求4所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,各电极底层垫有软性垫片,所述软性垫片设置为中间镂空,中间镂空尺寸与所述软电极尺寸匹配。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,所述电极与软性垫片通过软性面料包覆,所述软性面料与电极、软性垫片之间均通过粘结密封胶粘黏。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,所述帽体上预置有多个理线器,各电极接电极线后通过所述理线器出线。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多导睡眠监测帽,其特征在于,进一步设置有连接器,连接各电极的电极线通过理线器绑缚成组合线束后接至所述连接器。
