As shown in fig. 1 to 4, 6 and 8, the cooking appliance of the present embodiment includes: an appliance body 10, a rotor 20, a damping mechanism 30, and a heating device. Wherein, the rotation member 20 is pivotably provided to the appliance body 10, and the rotation member 20 includes an operation portion. The damping mechanism 30 includes a first damping structure 31 and a second damping structure 32 which are mutually matched, the first damping structure 31 is disposed on the appliance body 10, the second damping structure 32 is disposed on the rotating member 20, and during the rotation of the rotating member 20, the first damping structure 31 can be matched with the second damping structure 32 and generate a resistance force to limit the rotation speed of the rotating member 20. By applying the technical scheme of the embodiment, the first damping structure 31 is arranged on the appliance body 10, the second damping structure is arranged on the rotating part 20, when the user rotates the rotating part 20 through the operation part, the first damping structure 31 and the second damping structure 32 are matched and generate resistance, so that the resultant force received by the rotating part 20 is reduced, the rotating speed of the rotating part 20 is reduced, the cover opening and closing speed is more uniform, the hand feeling of the user during use is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, 6 and 8, in the present embodiment, the first damping structure 31 is a rack, and the second damping structure 32 is a gear pivotably provided to the rotating member 20. The gear damping is provided during the engagement of the gear and the rack, and if the torque generated when the user rotates the operation part is too large, the resistance generated when the gear and the rack are engaged can cancel a part of the torque, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the rotation member 20. In the whole process of opening and closing the cover, the gear is continuously meshed with the teeth on the rack, so that the speed of the whole opening and closing cover is more uniform, and the hand feeling of a user when the cover is opened and closed is improved. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the rack is an arc-shaped rack integrally formed with the appliance body 10, and an axis of the arc-shaped rack is disposed at an angle to a rotation axis of the gear. Specifically, in this embodiment, since the rack is integrally formed with the appliance body 10, only the rotation axis of the gear needs to be positioned during assembly, and the rack does not need to be positioned, so that the installation efficiency is improved, and the assembly difficulty is reduced. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the rack is horizontally disposed, the gear is located above the rack, and the gear can rotate in a vertical plane. The structure is simple and easy to realize. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the tooth structure of the rack may be arranged vertically and have its axis coaxial with the rotation axis of the rotary member 20, and the gear is located at one side of the rack and can rotate in the horizontal plane.
In this embodiment, the gear is made of a silicone material. The above structure makes the rotation member 20 less audible during the rotation, thereby improving the user's experience. Of course, the gears may also be made of metallic or other materials in other embodiments.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 8, in the present embodiment, the rack is formed integrally with the device body 10. The structure is simple, the processing is easy, and the rack is not needed to be fixed on the appliance body 10 through a fastener alone, so the assembly process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, the rotating member 20 is provided with a mounting opening 21, the gear is pivotally disposed in the mounting opening 21, and at least a part of the gear teeth of the gear protrudes from the lower opening of the mounting opening 21 to be engaged with the rack. Above-mentioned structure sets up the gear in the installing port 21 on rotating piece 20, can effectually reduce and rotate the shared space of piece 20 and gear, avoids because increased the phenomenon emergence that the gear leads to the high increase of pot cover, does benefit to miniaturized design.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, in the present embodiment, the rotating component 20 includes a rotating component body 23 and a fixing structure 24, the mounting opening 21 and the mounting groove 22 are disposed on the rotating component body 23, and at least a portion of the fixing structure 24 extends into the mounting groove 22 to abut against the rotating shaft 40 in the mounting groove 22. The structure is simple, and the processing and the installation are convenient.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, in the present embodiment, the fixing structure 24 includes a cover 241 and a fixing rib 242 disposed on the cover 241 and extending downward, the cover 241 is disposed above the mounting opening 21 and the mounting groove 22, and the fixing rib 242 extends into the mounting groove 22. The structure is simple, the assembly personnel can take and assemble the components conveniently, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the rotating shaft 40 includes a first shaft section 41 penetrating through the gear and a second shaft section 42 connected to two ends of the first shaft section 41 and disposed at an angle to the first shaft section 41, and the two fixing ribs 242 are disposed corresponding to the second shaft section 42. In installation, the two fixing ribs 242 are inserted into the two mounting grooves 22, and then the cover 241 is fixed to the rotating member body 23 by a screw. The structure is simple, and the assembly efficiency is high. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the fixing structure 24 may be fixed to the rotor body 23 by a snap structure.
In the present embodiment, the rotating member 20 is provided with a mounting opening 21, and at least a portion of the second damping structure 32 extends from the lower opening of the mounting opening 21 to be engaged with the first damping structure 31. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the second damping structure 32 is a gear, the first damping structure 31 is a rack, the gear is pivotally disposed in the mounting opening 21, and at least a part of the gear teeth of the gear protrudes from the lower opening of the mounting opening 21 to cooperate with the rack. The limiting structure is disposed on the device body 10, and when the rotating member 20 rotates to a predetermined position, the limiting structure is abutted and matched with the rotating member 20. The structure can limit the rotation angle of the rotating part, namely, the user can rotate the operation part by a small angle to open and close the cover, so that the use experience of the user is improved. It should be noted that, in the related art, if the rotating speed of the rotating member is too fast, a large noise is generated at the moment when the rotating member contacts the limiting structure, which results in poor user experience. In the embodiment, due to the arrangement of the damping mechanism, the rotating speed of the rotating part is smaller and more uniform than that of the related art when a user applies a larger force to the operating part, so that the noise generated when the rotating part is in contact with the limiting structure can be reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.

the damping mechanism (30) comprises a first damping structure (31) and a second damping structure (32) which are matched with each other, the first damping structure (31) is arranged on the appliance body (10), the second damping structure (32) is arranged on the rotating piece (20), and the first damping structure (31) can be matched with the second damping structure (32) and generate resistance in the rotating process of the rotating piece (20);
and a heating device provided to the appliance body (10).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first damping structure (31) is a rack and the second damping structure (32) is a gear wheel pivotably arranged to the rotary member (20).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the rack is an arc-shaped rack, the axis of which is coaxial with the rotation axis of the rotation member (20).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the rack is an arc-shaped rack integrally formed with the appliance body (10), the axis of the arc-shaped rack being arranged at an angle to the axis of rotation of the gear.

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the rotating member (20) is provided with a mounting opening (21), the gear is pivotally arranged in the mounting opening (21), and at least part of the gear teeth of the gear protrude from a lower opening of the mounting opening (21) to be matched with the rack.

The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the rotating member (20) is provided with a mounting groove (22) communicated with the mounting opening (21), the gear is provided with a rotating shaft (40) in a penetrating manner, and the rotating shaft (40) is fixed in the mounting groove (22).

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the appliance body (10) comprises a pot body and a pot cover covering the pot body, the pot cover comprises an outer cover and an inner cover pivotally arranged inside the outer cover, the rotating member (20) is pivotally arranged on the outer cover and connected with the inner cover, the inner cover has a locking position locked on the pot body and an unlocking position capable of being opened relative to the pot body, the rotating member (20) can drive the inner cover to rotate between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the first damping structure (31) is arranged on the outer cover.

The cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the outer cover comprises a cover and an inner liner located inside the cover, the rotating member (20) is pivotably arranged to the inner liner, and the first damping structure (31) is arranged to the inner liner.
