Description

Copyright ownership processing method and system for digital video product
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of block chain and digital copyright protection, and particularly relates to a copyright ownership processing method and system for a digital video product.
Background
With the maturity of internet online video playing technology, people have become accustomed to watching various movies, television shows, and video contents of integrated sports events through the internet. With the continuous improvement of the performance of the mobile intelligent terminal, people can shoot videos with sufficient delicacy and high definition through a mobile phone and share the videos on the internet, and therefore the major outbreaks of industries such as short videos are brought. In recent years, the explosion of short video platforms is more likely to cause various UGC short video contents to emerge. On the other hand, the traditional knowledge payment and teaching field starts to vigorously develop internet teaching through a video means. The increase of a large amount of video contents not only improves the content richness of the internet and enriches the daily entertainment life of people, but also brings a large amount of copyright disputes.
Due to the initial technical limitation, common audio and video is not encrypted and protected, and can be shared and spread on the internet at will, and then, some major factories and technical organizations successively put forward own Digital Rights Management (DRM) technical schemes. When the independent APP generates the videos on the platform, the digital rights certificate of the APP is added according to the DRM schemes, so that the digital rights protection in the platform is realized, the videos cannot be directly downloaded, and even if the videos are downloaded through an unconventional technical means, the videos cannot be normally watched due to the built-in digital rights certificate of the videos. Therefore, the rights and interests of the original author and the original playing platform are protected technically, and the creation enthusiasm of the original author is greatly improved.
Even if each APP manufacturer can solve the video copyright protection in the platform through the DRM technology, the user can still obtain the video through screen recording and even binary-level reverse engineering, then the video is spread out through the Internet, some illegal violence is obtained even by means of the behavior, the rights and interests of the original author are infringed, and even if the original author finds the infringement video, the original author cannot prove that the video is manufactured by the user.

The first embodiment is as follows:
a copyright ownership processing method for digitized video products, see fig. 1, comprising:
s1: the server receives the uploaded original video;
in particular, raw videos may be uploaded by users through clients.
S2: the server encrypts the original video according to a preset digital certificate to obtain an encrypted video stream;
in particular, the server formulates an encryption mechanism for encrypting the original video. The encryption mechanism relies on a unique digital certificate that can be issued by the certificate server in charge, which is bound to the copyright owner identity information of the original video. In specific implementation, a DRM encoder is arranged in the server, and the server encrypts and stores a Video track part in an original Video through the DRM encoder, or stores an encrypted Video stream obtained after encryption into a Video file server.
S3: the server monitors whether a video playing request initiated by the client aiming at an encrypted video stream is received in real time, if so, the step S4 is executed, otherwise, the step S3 is returned;
s4: the server judges the user identity of the client, judges whether the user identity of the client belongs to an authorized user, if so, executes the step S5, otherwise returns to the step S3;
s5: the server sends the digital certificate corresponding to the encrypted video stream to the client;
specifically, when a user wants to view a certain video, a video playing request is initiated to a server by a client for an encrypted video stream, and the server judges the identity of the user, judges whether the user is authorized and has the right to view the encrypted video stream. And if the user is judged to belong to the authorized user, sending the digital certificate corresponding to the encrypted video stream to the client.
S6: and when the client receives the digital certificate, decrypting the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate and playing the encrypted video stream.
Specifically, after receiving the digital certificate, the client decrypts the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate by using a reverse algorithm to obtain a decrypted video stream, and plays the decrypted video stream, so that the user can normally watch the video on the client.
The copyright ownership processing method for the digital video product can play the video only after the digital certificate corresponding to the original video is obtained, thereby realizing the copyright ownership confirmation of the digital video product, better protecting the rights and interests of the original author, and having transparent information disclosure and high data retrieval speed.
Preferably, the encrypting the original video by the server according to a preset digital certificate to obtain an encrypted video stream specifically includes:
the server encrypts an original video respectively according to a plurality of preset digital certificates to obtain a plurality of corresponding encrypted video streams; wherein different digital certificates correspond to different operating systems;
the server stores the encrypted video stream.
Specifically, the existing mainstream operating systems are mainly provided by the following companies: google, apple, microsoft, and Adobe. Among these several companies already have mature DRM solutions, such as godewine by Google, FairPlay by apple, PlayReady by microsoft, Primetime by Adobe. Widewine is mainly applied to android operating systems, FairPlay is mainly applied to IOS and MACOS systems, PlayReady is mainly applied to Windows/Windows Mobile and XBOX platforms, Primetime is mainly applied to flash platforms and Web H5 video playing. The server can add corresponding digital certificates according to the use condition of the current mainstream operating system, so that the obtained encrypted video stream can cover the current mainstream operating system. For example, for the 4 mainstream operating systems, when receiving an original video, a server obtains digital certificates obtained by the original video under the 4 mainstream operating systems, and encrypts the original video by using the 4 digital certificates to obtain 4 encrypted video streams, respectively.
Preferably, when the user identity of the client belongs to an authorized user, sending the digital certificate corresponding to the encrypted video stream to the client specifically includes:
when the user identity of the client belongs to an authorized user, the server identifies the operating system of the client;
and the server sends the corresponding digital certificate to the client according to the operating system of the client.
Specifically, when the user identity belongs to an authorized user, the server sends the corresponding digital certificate to the client according to the operating system of the client, so that the client can decrypt the encrypted video stream according to the received digital certificate. For example: if the client is the android system, the digital certificate generated by the original video under the Widwine scheme is sent to the client, so that the user can normally play the video under the android system.
Once the video is uploaded to the internet, the video needs to be stored in the cloud. In the conventional technical scheme, the storage is usually centralized, that is, the video files are uniformly stored in a technical provider, a central database of the ICP or a file server. This presents three problems: first, the video source is still not unique all over the network, and the same video can be stored in the owned server of the service provider a or the owned server of the service provider B, which is very disadvantageous to the traceability of the video file. Second, the video will likely be distributed by many people by various means to illegally download copies, thereby infringing the interests of the originators. Thirdly, because of centralized storage, the service provider is required to spend a large amount of expenses on purchasing storage space, and once the service provider cannot continuously burden the expenses due to a fund problem, a large amount of videos are lost from this point, and a great non-technical operation risk is generated.
Therefore, after the server receives the original video, the method further includes:
the server uploads the original video to an IPFS network, converts a URI address in the IPFS network into a certificate by using an RSA encryption algorithm, and uploads the certificate and the original video to a block chain for storage;
specifically, the method adopts an IPFS technology to realize the whole-network distributed storage after the original video is uploaded, after a user uploads the original video to an IPFS network, the original video has a URI address which is unique in the whole network, then the URI address generates a TOKEN permit which is unique in the whole network through an RSA encryption algorithm, and the TOKEN permit is deployed in a block chain, such as an Ethernet network or a network based on a super account book fabric.
When the client receives the digital certificate, decrypting the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate specifically includes:
and when the client receives the digital certificate, reading the encrypted video stream from the block chain by using the held certificate, and decrypting the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate.
Specifically, when the server stores the original video onto the blockchain, when the user wants to access the original video, the TOKEN certificate of the original video must be obtained first. The original video copyright holder can authorize the TOKEN to other people, and the authorization process can be automatically executed in an intelligent contract mode, so that the video use propagator can be clearly determined and traced, and illegal abuse is avoided.
The method uses IPFS technology to enable block chain-based large file retrieval to be feasible, so that required video resources can be quickly found on the Internet at a relatively high speed, and the method has the advantages of being incapable of tampering copyright information, trading ownership, changing traceability and the like.
Example two:
a copyright attribution processing system for digitized video products, see fig. 2, comprising a client and a server;
the client is used for uploading an original video; the client is also used for sending a video playing request aiming at an encrypted video stream; the client is also used for decrypting the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate and playing the encrypted video stream when receiving the digital certificate;
the server is used for receiving the uploaded original video and encrypting the original video according to a preset digital certificate to obtain an encrypted video stream; the server is also used for judging the user identity of the client when receiving the video playing request; and when the user identity of the client belongs to the authorized user, sending the digital certificate corresponding to the encrypted video stream to the client.
Preferably, the server is specifically configured to encrypt the original video according to a plurality of preset digital certificates, to obtain and store a plurality of corresponding encrypted video streams; wherein different digital certificates correspond to different operating systems; and when the user identity of the client is detected to belong to the authorized user, identifying the operating system of the client, and sending the corresponding digital certificate to the client according to the operating system of the client.
Preferably, the client is specifically configured to perform inverse algorithm decryption on the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate to obtain a decrypted video stream, and play the decrypted video stream.
Preferably, the server is specifically configured to upload the original video to the IPFS network, convert the URI address in the IPFS network into a pass certificate by using an RSA encryption algorithm, and upload the pass certificate and the original video to the blockchain storage.
Preferably, the client is specifically configured to, when receiving the digital certificate, read the encrypted video stream from the blockchain by using a held pass certificate, and decrypt the encrypted video stream according to the digital certificate.
The system realizes the copyright ownership confirmation of the digital video product, better protects the rights and interests of the original author, and has transparent information disclosure and high data retrieval speed.
As an optimization scheme, the system can be provided with a plurality of servers, and the steps processed by the servers can be implemented on different servers. For example, the system includes a resource server and an authentication server, where the authentication server is used to determine the identity of a user, and the resource server is used to obtain resources, and referring to fig. 3, the resource server performs encryption processing on an original video. When receiving a video playing request initiated by a client aiming at an encrypted video stream, the authentication server judges the user identity of the client, and if the user identity belongs to an authorized user, a digital certificate is returned to the client. After the client obtains the digital certificate, the client carries the digital certificate to request the resource server for encrypting the video stream, and the resource server obtains the corresponding encrypted video stream according to the uploaded digital certificate and returns the encrypted video stream to the client.
For the sake of brief description, the system provided by the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding content in the foregoing method embodiments.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
