Background
Video conferencing refers to the conferencing of people in two or more locations, talking face-to-face, through a communication device and a network. Video conferences can be divided into point-to-point conferences and multipoint conferences according to different numbers of participating places.
When the existing remote video conference is in a conference, because the language categories mastered by two communication parties are different, communication obstacles are easy to generate during conference communication, real-time translation work cannot be realized, and conference recording cannot be conveniently carried out during the conference, so that the content after communication is difficult to manually memorize completely.

It should be noted that when the teleconference receiving module receives the remote video signal, the audio signal is provided to the teleconference recording system, when the voice conversation is performed, the conversation contents of both parties are recorded in real time, and the voice of both parties is converted into the playing language by using the teleconference voice conversion system, so that the problem that the communication work of the language information is difficult to realize due to the failure of the languages of both parties is prevented, and in the communication process, the video playing system can automatically adjust the matching playing of the video along with the output time of the voice transmission when the video playing system performs the image playing.
