There are two main ways in the prior art to associate a virtual resource with a user. The first is account number association, which requires both parties to have a target device (e.g., a mobile phone) and a corresponding virtual resource account number, and the operation flow is troublesome for the user to apply for the corresponding account number by using the target device in order to implement the account association, and especially for people who are not familiar with the internet (e.g., the elderly), it is very inconvenient to implement the account association. The second is biological characteristic association, for example, the biological characteristics of the relatives or close friends are associated with the virtual resource account of the user, and this association does not require the relatives or close friends to apply for the virtual resource account, but requires the relatives or close friends to operate with the user through the target device of the user, and cannot satisfy the use of the user in different places. The existing associations are associations between users, and the users cannot be limited to use the associations in a specific scene.
The present specification proposes a method and system for associating a biometric with a virtual resource, which may establish, by a requesting device (third party device), an association between a biometric of a second object and a target virtual resource of a first object. Under the condition of meeting the use of the users at different places, the use scenes of the association relation can be limited at the same time. First, some terms or terms appearing in the description of the embodiments of the present specification are explained as follows:
biological characteristics: can be the inherent biological characteristics of the human body and can be used for personal identity verification. The biometric features include one or more of facial images, iris, sclera, fingerprint, palm print, voice print, bone projection. In some embodiments, the biological characteristics may also include DNA, chromosomes, behavioral attitudes, and the like.
Virtual resources: the birth of the internet means that information resources edited by a database and a program are transmitted and circulated through a network, such as an online wallet, an online library, an online shopping mall, and the like. Virtual resources described in this specification include, but are not limited to, electronically present funding resources, identity information, transferable points in electronic games, reputation guarantees, and the like. The funding resource may be funding stored on various financial Applications (APP), such as on a pay-Bao walletTMWeChat walletTMPurse with multiple purse functionsTMThe funds above, etc. The identity information may be information that can be used to prove the identity of an individual, such as identification card information, mobile phone number information, and the like.
Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of a system 100 for associating a biometric characteristic with a virtual resource according to an embodiment of the present description. The system 100 for associating a biometric with a virtual resource (hereinafter referred to as the system 100) can be applied in many different scenarios. For example, the system 100 may be applied in a proxy scenario, when the first object 110 delegates the second object 160 to handle some services, for example, when the first object 110 delegates the second object 160 to take a property certificate, the second object 160 may establish an association with a target virtual resource of the first object 110 through the system 100, where the target virtual resource may be identity information of the first object 110; the association between the first object 110 and the second object 160 is verified by verifying biometric information or identity information of the second object 160, thereby confirming the proxy agent relationship. For another example, the system 100 may be applied to an electronic payment scenario, when the second object 160 needs to use the electronic fund resource (i.e. the fund that can be electronically paid) of the first object 110 for payment, the second object 160 may establish an association with the target virtual resource of the first object 110 through the system 100, in this case, the target virtual resource is the electronic fund resource of the first object 110, and the association between the first object 110 and the second object 160 is verified by verifying the biometric information or the identity information of the second object 160, so as to use the electronic fund resource of the first object 110 for payment. For illustrative purposes only, only one processor 220 is depicted in server 200 in this description. However, it should be noted that server 200 may also include multiple processors, and thus, the operations and/or method steps disclosed in this specification may be performed by one processor as described herein, or may be performed by a combination of multiple processors. For example, if in this description processor 220 of server 200 performs steps a and B, it should be understood that steps a and B may also be performed jointly or separately by two different processors 220 (e.g., a first processor performing step a, a second processor performing step B, or both a first and second processor performing steps a and B).
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for associating a biometric feature with a virtual resource according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As previously described, the server 200 may perform the methods provided herein for associating a biometric with a virtual resource. In particular, the processor 220 in the server 200 may perform the methods of associating biometrics with virtual resources as provided herein. The method comprises the following steps:
s100: server 200 receives an association request sent by requesting device 140 to associate first object 110 with second object 160, where first object 110 is associated with target virtual resource 170.
As previously described, the requesting device 140 may communicate with the server 200, for example, the requesting device 140 may be an IOT face recognition payment device 140-1, a bank intelligent counter 140-2, and so on. For convenience of description, the following description will be given taking as an example that the requesting device 140 is the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1.
In particular, the first object 110 may be a person having a payment account, which may be a payment treasure, and also having payment capabilitiesTMAccount and WeChat walletTMAccount and Baidu walletTMAccount number, etc. First object 110 is associated with target virtual resource 170 through the payment account. The second object 160 may be a person who does not have a payment account or has no payment capability, such as an elderly or pre-adult person, a spouse or other close friends, and so on. Of course, the second object 160 may also be a person with a payment account or payment capability. The second object 160 may initiate an association request through the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 in a nearby supermarket, where the association request includes identity information of the first object 110. The identity information of the first object 110 may be one or more of a name, an identification number, a mobile phone number, a payment account number, etc. of the first object 110. After receiving the association request sent by the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1, the server 200 determines the target virtual resource 170 associated with the first object 110 from the database 150 or the server 200 according to the identity information of the first object 110 in the association request. In some embodiments, the association request may include a device identification of the requesting device 140, i.e., the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1.
S300: the server 200 confirms, via the target device 130, that the first object 110 agrees to the association request, wherein the target device 130 is associated with the first object 110.
As previously described, the target device 130 is associated with the identity of the first object 110. For example, the target device 130 may be a smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc. of the first object 110. The target device 130 has a target APP corresponding to the server 200 installed thereon. The first object 110 logs in its payment account on said target APP of the target device 130. The payment account is associated with target virtual resource 170. The target device 130 is the medium for communication between the first object 110 and the server 200.
For security reasons, server 200 may establish an association between second object 160 and target virtual resource 170 only if first object 110 confirms approval of the association request. However, the association request is only agreed upon by the first object 110 if the identity of the second object 160 is confirmed to be authentic.
In some embodiments, the server 200 captures the biometric of the second object 160 via the requesting device 140 and sends it to the first object 110 for verification to assist the first object 110 in determining the identity of the second object 160.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart for implementing step S300, namely, confirming the agreement of the association request, according to an embodiment of the present specification. In some embodiments, to implement step S300, i.e. the server 200 confirms via the target device 130 that the first object 110 approves the association request, the server 200 is configured to perform the steps illustrated in fig. 4, including:
s310: the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 sent by the requesting device 140 is received.
Specifically, the requesting device 140 is an IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 as an example. The IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 has a biometric acquisition module, for example, the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 has a face acquisition camera. The IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 may capture a facial image of the second object 160. Of course, the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 may also be equipped with other biometric acquisition modules, for example, the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 may be equipped with a fingerprint acquisition module, a palm print acquisition module, a voice acquisition module, an iris acquisition module, a sclera acquisition module, a bone projection acquisition module, and so on.
In step S310, the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 transmits the acquired biometric characteristic of the second object 140 to the server 200 through the network 120, and the server 200 successfully receives the biometric characteristic.
S330: a request for verification of the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 are sent to the target device 130.
For security reasons, the first object 110 verifies the identity of the second object 160, and only if the identity of the second object 160 is verified, the first object 110 can agree to establish an association of the second object 160 with the target virtual resource 170. Therefore, after receiving the biometric feature of the second object 160 sent by the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1, the server 200 needs to send the biometric feature of the second object 160 to the first object 110 for authentication. Thus, the server 200 may send the biometric of the second object 160 and a request for verification of the biometric of the second object 160 to the target device 130.
Next, the server 200 receives the verification result of the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 sent by the target device 130.
For example, upon receiving the biometric of the second object 160 sent by the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1, the server 200 sends a request to verify the biometric of the second object 160 to the target device 130 associated with the first object 110. For example, the authentication request may be a request whether the first object 110 agrees to authenticate the second object 160. The verification request may be sent to the first object 110 in a short message manner, or may be sent to the first object 110 in a target APP on the target device 130 or in other manners, and this specification does not particularly limit the sending manner.
When the first subject 110 sent to the server 200 via the target device 130 indicates agreement to authenticate the second subject 160, the server 200 sends the biometric characteristic of the second subject 160 to the target device 130 for authentication. The face image verification is taken as an example for explanation, and specifically, the verification may be performed by using a fitting method and a silent method. The coordination performs specified facial movements for the second object 160, such as blinking, mouth opening, head shaking, head raising, etc., increasing randomness by order and number; the silent verification does not require the second object 160 to perform a complicated facial action, and only needs to take a picture or a section of face video in real time to perform live body verification. The face image verification mode can strictly verify and identify the face photos and videos played by the display, and can prevent the photos and videos from attacking and passing verification. Of course, when the first object 110 sent to the server 200 via the target device 130 indicates that the second object 160 is not approved for authentication, the association request is stopped and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
After the verification is completed, the first object 110 sends the verification result for the second object 160 to the server 200 through the target device 130. When the first subject 110 confirms that the biometric of the second subject 160 is verified, the server 200 sends a confirmation request for the association request, which may be a request whether the first subject 110 confirms consent to establish the association, to the target device 130. Of course, when the first object 110 confirms that the biometric of the second object 160 is not verified, the association request ceases and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
S350: and receiving confirmation information which is sent by the target device 130 and agrees to the association request.
After the server 200 sends a confirmation request for the association request to the target device 130, if the first object 110 approves the association request, the first object 110 may operate the target device 130 to send confirmation information of approving the association request to the server 200; the server receives the confirmation information for granting the association request sent by the target device 130 and performs step S500. When the biometric of the second object 160 is verified, the server 200 may send a confirmation request for the association request to the target device 130. When the first object 110 confirms that the association request is not approved, the server 200 stops executing the association request and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
In the above scenario, the server 200 completes verification of the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 by requesting the device 140 to acquire the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and confirming the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 through the target device 130. In some embodiments, the server 200 may also assist the first object 110 in determining the identity of the second object 160 by requesting the device 140 to capture the biometric of the second object 160, then capturing the identity information of the second object 160 via the target device 130, and by sending the biometric of the second object 160 and the identity information of the second object 160 to an authentication system for match analysis.
Fig. 5 shows a flowchart for confirming the agreement of the association request according to another implementation step S300 provided in the embodiment of the present specification. In some embodiments, to implement step S300, i.e. the server 200 confirms via the target device 130 that the first object 110 approves the association request, the server 200 is configured to perform the steps illustrated in fig. 5, including:
s410: the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 sent by the requesting device 140 is received.
As described above, the requesting device 140 is the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1. In step S410, the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 transmits the acquired biometric characteristic of the second object 160 to the server 200 through the network 120, and the server 200 successfully receives the biometric characteristic.
S430: the identity information of the second object 160 sent by the target device 130 is received.
The first object 110 sends the identity information of the second object 160 to the server 200 through the target device 130. The identity information of the second object 160 includes, but is not limited to, an identification number, a mobile phone number, and the like of the second object 160, which are different from the biometric information collected by the requesting device 140, but can confirm the identity of the second object 160.
S450: the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 is matched with the identity information of the second object 160.
In step S450, the server 200 matches the biometric feature of the second object 160 from the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 with the identity information of the second object 160 from the target device 130 to assist the first object 110 in confirming the identity of the second object 160.
In some embodiments, to implement step S450 of matching the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 with the identity information of the second object 160, the server 200 may further perform the following steps, including:
s452: the server 200 sends the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the identity information of the second object 160 to an authentication system for matching analysis. Specifically, after receiving the biometric information of the second object 160 sent by the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 and the identity information of the second object 160 sent by the target device 130, the server 200 sends the biometric information and the identity information of the second object 160 to an authentication system storing the biometric information and the identity information of the second object 160 for matching analysis, for example, a public security system. The server 200 performs a matching analysis calculation to obtain a matching result between the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the identity information of the second object 160.
S454: the server 200 transmits the matching result to the target device 130. When the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the identity information of the second object 160 match, the server 200 sends a confirmation request for the association request to the target device 130. The confirmation request for the association request may be whether the first object 110 confirms approval to establish the association. Of course, when the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the identity information of the second object 160 do not match, the server 200 stops executing the association request, and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
S470: and receiving confirmation information which is sent by the target device 130 and agrees to the association request.
Specifically, after the server 200 sends a confirmation request for the association request to the target device 130, the first object 110 sends confirmation result information to the server 200 through the target device 130. The server 200 receives the confirmation result information. When the first object 110 confirms approval of the association request, the server 200 performs step S500; when the first object 110 confirms that the association request is not approved, the server 200 stops executing the association request and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
S500: server 200 establishes an association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170.
After confirming the identity of the second object 160 and receiving confirmation from the target device 130 of the association request, for security reasons, the server 200 may also need to verify the identity of the first object 110 before establishing the association of the biometric of the second object 160 with the target virtual resource 170 to ensure that it is a self-operation.
Fig. 6 shows a flowchart for establishing the association according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, to implement step S500, i.e., server 200 establishes an association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170, server 200 is used to perform the steps illustrated in fig. 6, including:
s510: authentication information for the first object 110 is sent to the target device 130. The identity verification information may include at least one of a verification code verification and a biometric verification. For example, the server 200 may send a short message authentication code to the target device 130. As another example, the server 200 may send a fingerprint verification request, a palm print verification request, a voice verification request, or a facial recognition verification request, etc. to the target device 130.
S530: the authentication result transmitted by the target device 130 is received. When the server 200 sends the short message verification code to the target device 130, the first object 110 sends the verification code to the server 200 by logging in the target APP. When the server 200 transmits a fingerprint authentication request, a palm print authentication request, a voice authentication request, or a face recognition authentication request to the target device 130, the first object 110 acquires fingerprint data, palm print data, voice data, or face image data of itself through the target device 130 and transmits the same to the server 200.
S550: when the authentication of first object 110 is passed, an association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 is established. Server 200 compares the data sent by target device 130 with the data of first object 110 stored in database 150 or server 200, and if a match proves that first object 110 is authenticated, server 200 establishes an association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170. If the first object 110 is not authenticated, the server 200 stops executing the association request and the second object 160 may reinitiate the association request.
In step S550, before establishing the association, the first object 110 may make some specification on the applicable scope of the association to meet the usage requirements of different users. For example, the server 200 may send the association selection information to the target device 130; then, receiving an association selection result of the association selection information sent by the target device 130; an association of the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 with the target virtual resource 170 is established based on the association selection result.
The associated selection information includes at least one of the following selection information: selecting at least one from target virtual resources 170 to associate with a biometric feature of the second object 160; a selection of the associated usage scenario; and selecting the associated limit.
As previously described, target virtual resource 170 may include a plurality of sub-target virtual resources, e.g., sub-target virtual resource 170-1, sub-target virtual resource 170-2, and so on. For example, sub-target virtual resource 170-1 is a China Bank card account, sub-target virtual resource 170-2 is a China Industrial and commercial Bank card account, and sub-target virtual resource 170-3 is a Payment treasureTMAnd (4) a balance treasure account. In some embodiments, the association selection information may include: the first subject 110 is to select at least one of the plurality of sub-target virtual resources of the target virtual resource 170 to associate with the biometric characteristic of the second subject 160.
In some embodiments, the association selection information may further include: the first object 110 is to select the usage scenario for which the association applies. For example, a certain brand of supermarket payment scenario, a certain brand of restaurant payment scenario, a certain mall payment scenario, and so on. In the selected usage scenario of first object 110, the association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 is established, and in the non-selected usage scenario of first object 110, the association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 is not established.
In some embodiments, the association selection information may further include: selecting a limited amount of a sub-target virtual resource associated with the biometric characteristic of the second object 160. For example: a daily limit on the payment amount, a single payment limit, etc. Of course, the association selection information may also include other information, such as selection of an association location, selection of an association time, and the like.
The first object 110 transmits the selection made on the association selection information to the server 200 through the target device 130 and generates the association selection result, which is transmitted to the server 200 through the target device 130.
After receiving the association selection result sent by the target device 130, the server 200 establishes association between the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the target virtual resource 170 based on the association selection result.
The association of the biometric of the second object 160 with the target virtual resource 170 established by the method of associating the biometric with the virtual resource provided herein may be applicable to different payment scenarios. The association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 includes a license for transfer of target virtual resource 170 to a payable device. The payable device may be a payment device with a biometric recognition function, such as an IOT face payment device in a supermarket, or a POS machine, etc. The license refers to an authorized license of the corresponding functional application. In some embodiments, the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 includes a license that target virtual resource 170 transfers to requesting device 140, i.e., the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 allows payment of target virtual resource 170 to requesting device 140. In some embodiments, the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 includes a license transfer of target virtual resource 170 to third object 190 associated with requesting device 140, that is, the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 allows payment of target virtual resource 170 to third object 190 associated with requesting device 140. Of course, in some embodiments, the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 includes a license that target virtual resource 170 transfers to all payable devices, i.e., the association of the biometric of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170 allows payment of target virtual resource 170 to all payable devices.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of an association relationship. Second object 160 initiates an association request on IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a shown in fig. 7 and successfully establishes an association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170. The IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a is associated with a third object 190 identity. The third object 190 in turn associates multiple IOT face recognition payment devices, such as IOT face recognition payment device 140-1b, IOT face recognition payment device 140-1c, and so on. In some embodiments, the association may only be established on the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a that initiated the association request. For example, when the second object 160 pays on the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a, the association between the biometric feature of the second object 160 and the target virtual resource 170 is established, and the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a may confirm the association by acquiring the biometric feature of the second object 160, thereby completing the payment from the target virtual resource 170. When second object 160 pays on another device associated with third object 190, such as IOT face recognition payment device 140-1b, the association is not established and IOT face recognition payment device 140-1b cannot deduct money from target virtual resource 170.
In other embodiments, the association may be established on all devices associated with the third object 190 having a preset association relationship with the requesting device IOT face recognition payment device 140-1 a. For example, second object 160 initiates an association request on IOT face recognition payment device 140-1a and successfully establishes an association of the biometric characteristic of second object 160 with target virtual resource 170. When the second object 160 pays on the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1b or the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1c, the association between the biometric characteristic of the second object 160 and the target virtual resource 170 is established, and the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1b or the IOT face recognition payment device 140-1c can confirm the association by acquiring the biometric characteristic of the second object 160, so that the payment is completed from the target virtual resource 170. When second object 160 pays on other devices that have no relationship to third object 190, the association is not established and the other devices cannot deduct money from target virtual resource 170.
Of course, the association of the biometric feature of the second object 160 with the target virtual resource 170 may be applicable to all payment scenarios, i.e., the association is true on all payable IOT face recognition payment devices 140-1.
Of course, the first object 110 may establish an association relationship with one second object 160, or may establish an association relationship with a plurality of second objects 160. Meanwhile, the target virtual resource 170 may establish an association relationship with one second object 160, or may establish an association relationship with a plurality of second objects 160. For example, the first object 110 may be associated with a parent, a spouse, and a child at the same time. Of course, the second object 160 may also be associated with one first object 110, or a plurality of first objects 110. Meanwhile, the second object 160 may establish an association relationship with one target virtual resource 170, or may establish an association relationship with a plurality of target virtual resources 170. For example, the elderly may be associated with a son, a child, and a daughter at the same time.
In summary, the method, the system 100, and the storage medium for associating a biometric characteristic with a virtual resource provided in the present specification can establish an association between a biometric characteristic of a second object 160 and a target virtual resource 170 associated with a first object 110 through a requesting device 140 (a third party device), without the first object 110 and the second object 160 facing each other or requiring the second object 160 to first apply for an account, where the association may be applicable only to the requesting device 140, or applicable to a third object 190 having a preset association with the requesting device 140, or applicable to all scenarios. The method and system 100 provide great convenience to users who are not familiar with the internet, do not have an account, and cannot immediately apply for association face-to-face.
