Description

Paper diaper service time management method based on two-dimensional code
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disposable sanitary products, and particularly relates to a two-dimensional code-based method for managing the use time of a paper diaper.
Technical Field
Absorbent articles, also known as disposable absorbent articles or sanitary products, including diapers, sanitary napkins, pull-ups, and the like, have been widely used in personal care applications, allowing infants and other incontinent individuals to store excreta through the disposable absorbent articles and isolate the excreta from the body, clothing, bedding, and the like of the wearer, thereby improving the convenience of care and protecting the skin of the infants and other incontinent individuals.
However, the existing diapers only provide product specifications or official websites for parents to know about the relevant information of the diapers, and the users can only observe the wearing condition of the diapers with naked eyes, and the using condition of the diapers cannot be effectively managed. Under the network environment of continuous development of informatization, parents have higher and higher requirements on articles for children, the paper diaper is taken as a necessary article for the close-fitting use of children every day, and many parents hope to provide the paper diaper capable of effectively managing the use condition.
However, most of the existing diaper products in the market do not have a detection function, the existing small amount of intelligent diapers are still very incomplete in sensor installation detection and data transmission functions, and the sensor is a traditional sensor and cannot judge information such as excretion time, excretion times, excretion concentration and the like. This causes great trouble to many parents of newborn babies and medical staff of nursing institutions, and especially, it is inconvenient to get up to confirm the condition of the baby occasionally in the middle of the night. If parents or medical care personnel forget to replace the diaper in time due to negligence, infants can feel uncomfortable and get symptoms of red buttocks, and the elderly can have adverse reactions such as skin erosion and the like.
However, the two-dimensional code (2-dimensional bar code) records data symbol information by using a pattern of a specific geometric figure which is distributed on a plane (two-dimensional direction) in a regular way and is arranged between black and white; the concept of "0" and "1" bit stream forming the internal logic basis of computer is used ingeniously in coding, several geometric forms correspondent to binary system are used to represent literal numerical information, and can be automatically read by means of image input equipment or photoelectric scanning equipment so as to implement automatic information processing. It has some commonality of barcode technology: each code system has its specific character set; each character occupies a certain width; has certain checking function and the like; meanwhile, the method also has the function of automatically identifying information of different rows and processing the graph rotation change points.
In view of this situation, the prior art with publication number CN109784122A discloses a method and system for acquiring information related to diapers by scanning two-dimensional codes, where the information includes: detecting information of urine of children, using state of the diaper, attribute of the diaper, reaction state of a reagent, trace element type identification, error correction identification, position calibration information, product batch identification, anti-channel conflict identification and the like; further, a user can create a personal account, and the information obtained after the two-dimensional code is scanned each time is uploaded and stored in the personal account of the user for inquiring and using historical data. According to the invention, the paper diaper worn by the child is scanned, the related information of the paper diaper is obtained anytime and anywhere, the wearing condition of the paper diaper is known in time, and the method is simple, feasible, rapid and accurate. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s21: downloading and starting a special APP, filling in basic information of children and carrying out personal account registration; the child basic information comprises child gender, birth date, nickname and the like;
s22: wearing a paper diaper on the child; a biological reagent for detecting the urine of the child is placed in the diaper in advance, and a two-dimensional code scanning area for displaying a two-dimensional code is arranged outside the diaper;
s23: taking down the paper diaper after a certain time, and paving the two-dimensional code scanning area to be free of wrinkles as far as possible;
s24: logging in the special APP, starting a code scanning function of the special APP, scanning a two-dimensional code on a two-dimensional code scanning area of the paper diaper, and acquiring related information of the paper diaper; if the child urinates, the child enters S25; otherwise, indicating that the paper diaper is not used; the special APP code scanning function adopts an image recognition technology and an AR technology, and can simultaneously obtain the peripheral information of the two-dimensional code of the paper diaper, including the urine detection information of children, the using state of the paper diaper, the attribute of the paper diaper, the reaction state of a reagent, the identification of trace element categories, error correction identification, position calibration information, the identification of product batches and anti-channel conflict products and the like;
s25: the related information of the paper diaper comprises child urine detection information, and the child urine detection information comprises a trace element content detection result; the detection results of the contents of the trace elements comprise normal, low and standard exceeding; generally, the detection result is most accurate after the children urinate for 2 to 3 times;
s26: and uploading the acquired related information of the paper diaper to a server, and storing the information in a personal account number for later inquiry or use.
Therefore, the prior art with the publication number of CN109784122A is to take down the diaper after the diaper is used, then lay the two-dimensional code scanning area flat, start the special APP code scanning function, scan the two-dimensional code on the two-dimensional code scanning area, and obtain the relevant information of the diaper, such as the child urine detection information, the usage state of the diaper, the diaper attribute, the reagent reaction state, the trace element category identification, the error correction identification, the position calibration information, the product batch, and the anti-channel conflict identification. Wherein the urine detection information of the children comprises a trace element content detection result; the detection results of the contents of the trace elements comprise normal, low and standard exceeding. Therefore, this prior art belongs to the field of diaper management, that is, the urine detection information of children, the usage status of diapers, the diaper attribute, the reagent reaction status, the trace element category identification, the error correction identification, the position calibration information, the product batch and the anti-channel conflict identification are obtained from disposable diapers, and the effective time management of the diaper status during the usage process cannot be performed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for managing the using time of a paper diaper based on a two-dimensional code, which aims to solve the problem that the effective time management of the paper diaper cannot be carried out in the using process of the paper diaper in the prior art. Meanwhile, in order to prompt a caregiver or a user to start the service time management in time after the diaper is worn, thereby avoiding the technical problem that the service time management is seriously inconsistent with the actual use process because the user of the diaper or the caregiver of the user (such as a parent, a guardian and a caregiver) starts the service time management of the diaper after the diaper absorbs urine for one time or more, the invention further arranges the two-dimensional code pattern layer on the inner side surface of the liquid-tight bottom layer close to the absorption core body, and arranges the transparent water-based ink layer which can trigger the whitening layer by water below the two-dimensional code pattern layer (namely between the inner side surface of the liquid-tight bottom layer and the two-dimensional code pattern layer), namely the transparent water-based ink layer is transparent under the condition that the transparent water-based ink layer is not subjected to liquid or is not wetted by the liquid (such as human body fluid), but becomes white when the transparent water-based ink layer is subjected to the solution (such as human body fluid), form white printing ink layer, this white printing ink layer plays the effect of hiding to two-dimensional code pattern layer to the live time management of having solved panty-shape diapers is because of the hysteresis start management, thereby causes because of the actual imbibition volume of panty-shape diapers is greater than its self imbibition ability and produces excessive absorption or supersaturation absorption, thereby appears the technical problem of edge leakage, seepage or skin eczema, erythra.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the method for managing the service time of the paper diapers based on the two-dimensional codes comprises an intelligent mobile terminal, wherein the intelligent mobile terminal is provided with an APP, and manages the service time of the paper diapers through the following steps:
step 1, scanning a two-dimensional code on a paper diaper through a two-dimensional code scanning module of the APP, and acquiring product information of the paper diaper and a safe use time period of the paper diaper corresponding to the product information on a management interface displayed on the APP of the intelligent mobile terminal;
step 2, after the paper diaper is worn on the user, selecting to start using and timing in a management interface displayed by the intelligent mobile terminal;
step 3, after the accumulated timing reaches the upper limit of the safe use time period of the paper diaper, the APP system sends out warning information;
and 4, timely replacing the paper diaper after the nursing person receives the warning information, and sequentially repeating the steps 1 to 3.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the method further comprises the steps that the user installs the APP program on the intelligent mobile terminal through the two-dimensional code for the first time, and then user information is set on the management interface displayed on the APP.
Preferably, the two-dimensional code is generated by combining product information of the paper diaper and a safe use time period of the paper diaper corresponding to the product information, and the safe use time period of the paper diaper is 3-12 hours.
Preferably, a series of paper diapers with the safe use time period of 3, 5 or 8 hours are set, and after the accumulated timing of each series of paper diapers reaches the upper limit of the time for 3, 5 or 8 hours respectively, the APP system sends out warning information for timely changing the paper diapers to a caregiver.
Preferably, the two-dimensional code is arranged on the outer side face, far away from the absorption core, of the liquid-tight bottom layer of the paper diaper.
Preferably, the two-dimensional code is arranged on the inner side surface of the liquid-tight bottom layer of the paper diaper close to the absorption core, the transparent water-based ink layer is arranged on the surface layer of the inner side substrate, and the two-dimensional code pattern layer of the oil-based ink is coated on the transparent water-based ink layer.
Preferably, the liquid-impermeable bottom layer comprises a breathable PE film close to the absorbent core, the liquid-impermeable bottom layer is composed of the breathable PE film, and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer is composed of the breathable PE film and a spun-bonded non-woven fabric. And a transparent water-based ink layer is coated on the surface layer of the breathable PE film facing the absorption core body, and a two-dimensional code pattern layer of oil-based ink is coated on the transparent water-based ink layer.
The two-dimension code pattern layer coated on the transparent water-based ink layer can be displayed from the transparent water-based ink layer, and meanwhile, the breathable PE film is made of transparent materials or semitransparent materials, so that the time management of the paper diaper is started through the two-dimension code pattern displayed on the scanning surface from the bottom layer (outer side surface) of the breathable PE film, which is far away from the absorption core body.
The transparent water-based ink layer of the invention is a water-triggered whitening layer, namely the transparent water-based ink layer is transparent under the condition that the transparent water-based ink layer is not wetted by liquid (such as human body fluid), but becomes white when the transparent water-based ink layer is wetted by liquid (such as human body fluid) to form a white ink layer, the white ink layer plays a role in covering the two-dimensional code pattern layer to prompt a caregiver or a user to start the service time management in time after the user wears the paper diaper, so that the condition that the service time management is seriously inconsistent with the actual service process due to the fact that the service time management is started only after the user of the paper diaper or a caregiver of the user (such as a parent, a guardian and a caregiver) absorbs urine for one time or more times by the paper diaper is avoided, and the actual liquid absorption capacity of the paper diaper is permanently larger than the liquid absorption capacity of the paper diaper so as to generate excessive absorption or over-saturated absorption, thereby causing serious problems of side leakage, leakage or skin eczema and erythra.
If the two-dimensional code pattern is not scanned in time, the two-dimensional code pattern is covered by the white ink layer after the transparent water-based ink layer meets liquid (namely the diaper absorbs body fluid), at the moment, a user or a caregiver is warned that the diaper absorbs the body fluid, and the user or the caregiver can only observe the use state of the diaper by eyes frequently so as to replace the diaper in time.
Preferably, the thickness of the transparent water-based ink layer is 2-150 μm; the thickness of the oil-based ink pattern layer is 5-250 μm.
Preferably, the user information is the sex, the birth year and the month of the baby, the using time of each diaper in the past and the absorption capacity of the used diapers which are filled in by the information filling module when the caregiver registers the APP, so that the APP system can automatically judge whether the safe using time period and the absorption performance of the series of diapers used by the wearer meet the requirements of the user.
Preferably, the safe use time period and the absorption performance of the series of paper diapers are not matched with the use time and the absorption capacity of the paper diapers of the user, and the system automatically recommends the matched series of paper diapers.
Preferably, the warning information is implemented by managing color change display of an interface, prompt information push or sound prompt. The sound prompt can be realized by adopting the ring tone in the APP system, and can also be realized by calling the ring tone of the intelligent mobile terminal through the APP system.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the product information of the paper diapers and the safe use time period (3-12 hours) of the paper diapers corresponding to the product information are combined to generate the two-dimensional code, series of paper diapers with different safe use time periods (such as 3, 5 or 8 hours) are set, the APP arranged on the intelligent mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code pattern, the use timing is started, and after the accumulated use time reaches the upper limit, the APP system sends warning information for replacing the paper diapers in time to a caregiver, so that the effective time management of the use process of the paper diapers is realized, the wearing is dry and comfortable, the excessive absorption or the over-saturated absorption of the paper diapers is avoided, and the serious problems of side leakage, skin eczema or red rash are caused.
Secondly, the invention further arranges the two-dimension code pattern layer on the inner side surface of the liquid-tight bottom layer close to the absorption core body, a transparent water-based ink layer which can be triggered by water and can be whitened is arranged under the two-dimension code pattern layer (namely between the inner side surface of the liquid-impermeable bottom layer and the two-dimension code pattern layer), that is, the transparent water-based ink layer is transparent under the condition of not meeting liquid or not being wetted by liquid (such as human body fluid), but turns white when meeting solution (such as human body fluid) to form a white ink layer, the white ink layer has the function of covering the two-dimension code pattern layer, thereby solving the problem that the management of the using time of the paper diaper is delayed to start up, thereby causing the technical problems of side leakage, leakage or skin eczema and erythra caused by excessive absorption or supersaturated absorption due to the fact that the actual liquid absorption amount of the paper diaper is always larger than the liquid absorption capacity of the paper diaper.
Finally, the two-dimension code pattern is scanned in a lagging mode, so that the two-dimension code pattern is covered by the white ink layer after the transparent water-based ink layer meets liquid (namely the paper diaper absorbs body fluid), at the moment, a user or a caregiver is warned that the paper diaper absorbs the body fluid, and the user or the caregiver can only observe the using state of the paper diaper through eyes regularly so as to replace the paper diaper in time.

In order to prompt a caregiver or a user to start the service time management in time after wearing the diaper, so as to avoid a technical problem that the service time management is seriously inconsistent with an actual service process because the user of the diaper or a caregiver (such as a parent, a guardian or a caregiver) of the user starts the service time management of the diaper after the diaper absorbs urine for one time or more, the embodiment further provides a specific implementation manner of the two-dimensional code on the basis of embodiment 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the liquid-impermeable backsheet 22 of the present embodiment employs a breathable PE film 22A. The two-dimensional code 103 is composed of a two-dimensional code pattern layer 103B and a transparent water-based ink layer 103A, specifically, the two-dimensional code 103 is arranged on the inner side surface of the breathable PE film 22A of the diaper 2 close to the absorbent core 21, the transparent water-based ink layer 103A is arranged on the surface layer of the inner side substrate, and the two-dimensional code pattern layer 103B of the oil-based ink is coated on the transparent water-based ink layer 103A.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the liquid impermeable backsheet 22 of this embodiment is formed by combining a breathable PE film 22A adjacent to the absorbent core with a spunbonded nonwoven fabric 22B. Specifically, the two-dimensional code 103 is composed of a two-dimensional code pattern layer 103B and a transparent water-based ink layer 103A, specifically, the two-dimensional code 103 is disposed on the inner side surface of the breathable PE film 22A of the diaper 2 close to the absorbent core 21, that is, the transparent water-based ink layer is coated on the breathable PE film 22A toward the surface layer of the absorbent core, the transparent water-based ink layer 103A is disposed on the surface layer of the inner side substrate, and the two-dimensional code pattern layer 103B of the oil-based ink is coated on the transparent water-based ink layer 103A. Wherein the thickness of the transparent water-based ink layer is 2-150 μm; the thickness of the oil-based ink pattern layer is 5-250 μm.
The transparent water-based ink layer of the present example is a commercially available product, and can be prepared by the prior art (e.g., prior art "water-color ink and method for preparing the same" of publication No. CN 108129911A).
The transparent water-based ink layer of the embodiment is a water-triggered whitening layer, that is, the transparent water-based ink layer is transparent when not meeting liquid or being wetted by liquid (such as human body fluid), but becomes white when meeting solution (such as human body fluid) to form a white ink layer, the white ink layer plays a role in covering the two-dimensional code pattern layer to prompt a caregiver or a user to start service time management in time after wearing a numbered diaper, so that the condition that the service time management is seriously inconsistent with the actual use process due to the fact that the service time management is started only after the user of the diaper or a caregiver of the user (such as a parent, a guardian and a caregiver) absorbs urine for one time or more times, and the actual liquid absorption capacity of the diaper is permanently larger than the liquid absorption capacity of the diaper so as to generate excessive absorption or over-saturated absorption, thereby causing serious problems of side leakage, leakage or skin eczema and erythra.
Therefore, the beneficial technical effects of the embodiment are as follows: on one hand, the white ink layer which changes color when meeting water plays a role in covering the two-dimensional code pattern layer, so that the technical problems of side leakage, skin eczema and erythema caused by excessive absorption or supersaturated absorption due to the fact that the actual liquid absorption capacity of the paper diaper is permanently larger than the liquid absorption capacity of the paper diaper due to the fact that the management of the service time of the paper diaper is started after delay are solved; on the other hand, because of the scanning two-dimensional code pattern that lags behind, lead to the two-dimensional code pattern to be met the white printing ink layer after liquid (promptly the panty-shape diapers absorb body fluid) by transparent waterborne printing ink layer and cover, warn user or caregiver panty-shape diapers and absorbed people's body fluid this moment, the use constitution of this panty-shape diapers can only rely on user or caregiver to regularly observe the user state of panty-shape diapers with the naked eye this moment to in time change panty-shape diapers, indicate user or caregiver should in proper order in step or in time scan the two-dimensional code when subsequently using panty-shape diapers, in time start the time management in the panty-shape diapers use.
