FIG. 7 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 700 for a method of controlling a self-service terminal to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 7, the system architecture 700 may include terminal devices 701, 702, 703, a network 704, and a server 705. The network 704 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 701, 702, 703 and the server 705. Network 704 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 701, 702, 703 to interact with a server 705 over a network 704, to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, and the like, may be installed on the terminal devices 701, 702, and 703.
The terminal devices 701, 702, 703 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 705 may be a server that provides various services, such as a background management server that supports shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 701, 702, and 703. The background management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (e.g., target push information and product information) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the control method of the self-service terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the terminal devices 701, 702, and 703.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 7 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 8, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 800 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 8 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)801 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM 803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The CPU 801, ROM 802, and RAM 803 are connected to each other via a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 807 including a signal such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 809 and/or installed from the removable medium 811. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 801.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes an information acquisition module and a control module. The names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the modules themselves, and for example, the information acquisition module may also be described as a "module that acquires identity information of a user".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: acquiring identity information of a user according to an authentication request of the user; when the authentication information of a user is acquired, authenticating the user according to the identity information and the authentication information; and when the authentication is passed, controlling the cabin door of the self-service terminal to be in a locking state.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the identity information of the user is obtained according to the authentication request of the user, the identity of the user can be authenticated according to the identity information and the authentication information of the user when the authentication information of the user is obtained, and the cabin door of the self-service terminal where the user is located is controlled to be in a locked state when the authentication passes. Therefore, after the user enters the inner cabin of the self-service terminal, the cabin door of the automatic control self-service terminal is in a locked state, privacy leakage caused by the fact that the user forgets to close the cabin door can be avoided on the one hand, and on the other hand, privacy leakage of the user using the self-service terminal caused by the fact that other users open the cabin door when the user uses the self-service terminal can also be avoided, so that the information safety of the user using the self-service terminal is improved. And moreover, through linkage inside and outside the self-service terminal inner cabin, the identity information of the self-service terminal inner cabin is acquired and the identity authentication of the inner cabin is combined, so that the improvement of user experience is facilitated.

Claims (12)

1. A self-service terminal, comprising: the cabin door, the information acquisition assembly and the control assembly; wherein,
the information acquisition component is used for acquiring the identity information of the user according to the authentication request of the user;
the control component is used for authenticating the user according to the identity information and the authentication information when the authentication information of the user is obtained; and when the authentication is passed, controlling the cabin door of the self-service terminal to be in a locking state.
2. The self-service terminal of claim 1,
the control assembly is further used for controlling the cabin door to be in an open state according to the identity information, so that a user can enter the inner cabin of the self-service terminal according to the open cabin door; wherein, the inner cabin is enclosed by the cabin door and the terminal body of the self-service terminal.
3. The self-service terminal of claim 2,
the control assembly is further used for controlling the cabin door to be in a closed state when the user is detected to enter the inner cabin.
4. The self-service terminal of claim 2,
the information acquisition assembly is arranged outside the inner cabin, and the control assembly is arranged in the inner cabin.
5. The self-service terminal of claim 1, wherein when the self-service terminal is a financial terminal, the information acquisition component comprises: a card reader and a first display;
the card reader is used for reading an identity card and/or a bank card and/or a bankbook of a user so as to acquire the identity information;
and the first display is used for forming first prompt information according to the identity information and a preset first prompt template and displaying the first prompt information.
6. The self-service terminal of claim 5, wherein the control component comprises: an information receiving unit and a second display;
the card reader is also used for sending the identity information to the information receiving unit;
and the second display is used for forming second prompt information according to the identity information received by the information receiving unit and a preset second prompt template and displaying the second prompt information.
7. The self-service terminal of claim 5,
and the control component is used for outputting an information input prompt related to the authentication request when a service request is received, so that a user inputs authentication information corresponding to the authentication request according to the information input prompt.
8. The self-service terminal of claim 7, wherein the control component comprises: an image collector and/or a key acquisition unit; wherein,
when the card reader obtains the identity information by reading the identity card of the user, the control component collects a face image of the user through the image collector to obtain the authentication information;
when the card reader obtains the identity information by reading the bank card and/or the bankbook of the user, the control component obtains the key related to the bank card and/or the bankbook through the key obtaining unit so as to obtain the authentication information.
9. The self-service terminal of any of claims 1 to 8,
the control assembly is further used for controlling the cabin door and terminal body and/or cabin door atomization of the self-service terminal.
10. A control method of a self-service terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring identity information of a user according to an authentication request of the user;
when the authentication information of a user is acquired, authenticating the user according to the identity information and the authentication information;
and when the authentication is passed, controlling the cabin door of the self-service terminal to be in a locking state.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of claim 10.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of claim 10.
