the method comprises the steps of obtaining current face image information which is shot by a pan-tilt camera and reaches an image parameter threshold, identifying the current face image information to obtain current face characteristic information, matching the face characteristic information corresponding to each position identifier in a position table according to the current face characteristic information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as an identification result, determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the identification result according to the identity information corresponding to the identification result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier of an identified person. Because the face image information in the extraction and recognition stages of the face characteristic information is obtained by shooting at the same shooting position by using the pan-tilt camera, the face recognition accuracy rate cannot be influenced due to different shooting angles, different light rays and other reasons, so that the face recognition accuracy rate is improved, and the shot face image information meets certain definition and can be further improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for updating a location table according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the location table in a specific area changes, for example, a student rotates seats, the location table may be updated, that is, the location identifier of each predetermined location is not changed, and the location table is updated according to the identity identifier of each predetermined location after transformation and corresponding face feature information, where the identity information of each predetermined location includes the location identifier, the identity identifier after transformation and the face feature information. The method for updating the position table comprises the following steps:
s30: receiving a new version position table, wherein the new version position table comprises a plurality of position identifications and transformed identity identifications corresponding to the position identifications;
s31: searching a position table according to the transformed identity identifier corresponding to each position identifier, judging whether a query result is obtained, if so, executing a step S32, otherwise, executing a step S34;
s32: obtaining face feature information corresponding to the identity after conversion in the position table according to the query result;
s33: and updating the position table according to the transformed identity corresponding to the position identifier and the face feature information corresponding to the transformed identity.
In this embodiment, if the location table changes, the identity information of each predetermined location in the location table needs to be updated synchronously. When the personnel does not change but the position changes, obtaining a converted identity corresponding to the position identification according to the position identification of the new position table, inquiring the stored position table according to the converted identity, matching the converted identity with the identity of each position identification of the stored position table, if the matching is successful, obtaining the face feature information corresponding to the identity, and associating the face feature information with the position identification of the new position table; and when the transformed identity of each position identifier in the new position table is associated with the face feature information, obtaining a complete new position table and finishing the updating of the position table. Therefore, even if the position table is updated, the face feature information does not need to be extracted again, so that the resource is saved, and the time and the labor are saved.
S34: sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera when the query result is not obtained, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position identifier corresponding to the converted identity identifier;
s35: acquiring face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera at a corresponding shooting position according to the position identifier and the position identifier;
s36: processing the face image information, and extracting face characteristic information; then, step S33 is executed.
When there is a new person in the new position table, the query result cannot be obtained from the stored position table, and in this case, face feature extraction needs to be performed on the new person. Specifically, the position identification of the newly added personnel is sent to a pan-tilt camera, the pan-tilt camera is used for collecting face image information of a shooting position corresponding to the position identification, after the face image information is obtained, face feature information is extracted from the face image information, and the face feature information is associated with the position identification; and when the transformed identity of each position identifier in the new position table is associated with the face feature information, obtaining a complete new position table and finishing the updating of the position table. Therefore, even if the position table is updated, new personnel are added, the new personnel only need to be subjected to face feature extraction, face feature information of all personnel does not need to be extracted again, resources are saved, and time and labor are saved.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of extracting the face feature information of the newly added person, face image information that an image parameter shot by the pan-tilt camera reaches an image parameter threshold may be obtained, and the face feature information is extracted based on the face image information.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram of an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, a face feature processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the data sending module is used for sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera, and the shooting instruction comprises a position table;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera and corresponding position identification;
the characteristic extraction module is used for processing the face image information and extracting the face characteristic information;
and the feature association module is used for associating the extracted face feature information with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises a position identifier, an identity identifier and face feature information.
In this embodiment, the position identifier of each person is determined according to the predetermined position of each person in the specific area, a position table including the position identifiers of all persons is generated, and the data sending module sends the position table to the pan-tilt camera installed in the specific area.
The pan-tilt camera determines a physical position corresponding to the position identification according to the received position table and each position identification, determines shooting positions according to the physical positions, sequentially shoots face image information of each shooting position, sends the face image information and the position identification of each shooting position to the server, and the image acquisition module acquires the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera and the position identification corresponding to the face image information.
And processing the face image information by using a feature extraction module to extract face feature information. Optionally, the function of extracting the face feature information by the feature extraction module can be realized by using a deep learning method, wherein the face feature information includes key point information such as eyes, a nose, a mouth, eyebrows, face contours and the like.
The feature association module associates the face feature information extracted from the face image information with the position identifier according to the position identifier corresponding to the face image information, and determines identity information of each preset position in a specific area, wherein the identity information of each preset position comprises the position identifier of the preset position, the identity identifier of a person in the preset position and the extracted face feature information of the person.
The face feature processing device of this embodiment utilizes the pan-tilt camera to shoot the face image information according to each shooting position in the position table in sequence, processes the face image information shot at each shooting position to extract the face feature information at each shooting position, and then establishes an association relationship between the position identifier, the identity identifier and the face feature information at each shooting position to obtain the identity information of all the people in the position table. According to the human face feature processing device, the human face feature information can be extracted quickly.
In this embodiment, the face feature information may be identified based on the extracted face feature information, and the face feature processing apparatus further includes:
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the current face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera;
and the face recognition module is used for recognizing and processing the current face image information to obtain current face characteristic information, matching the face characteristic information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face characteristic information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as a recognition result, determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the recognition result according to the identity information corresponding to the recognition result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier of the recognized personnel.
Therefore, the face image information in the extraction and recognition stages of the face feature information is obtained by shooting at the same shooting position by using the pan-tilt camera, so that the face recognition accuracy rate cannot be influenced due to different shooting angles, different light rays and the like, and the face recognition accuracy rate is improved.
In another embodiment, the facial feature processing apparatus further includes:
the data sending module is used for sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position table and an image parameter threshold;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the face image information and the corresponding position identification of the image parameter reaching the image parameter threshold value shot by the pan-tilt camera;
the characteristic extraction module is used for processing the face image information and extracting the face characteristic information;
and the feature association module is used for associating the extracted face feature information with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises a position identifier, an identity identifier and face feature information.
Because each person is located at a corresponding preset position in the specific area, the shooting range of the pan-tilt camera is limited, the pan-tilt camera cannot shoot clear face image information of all persons, and particularly, the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera is not clear enough at positions far away from the pan-tilt camera and at the edge of the shooting range. Therefore, the pan-tilt camera needs to judge whether the image parameters reach the image parameter threshold value according to the face image information shot at the shooting position, and can meet the definition requirement.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the definition of the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera, the shooting instruction sent by the data sending module to the pan-tilt camera further includes a set image parameter threshold; alternatively, the image parameter threshold may be an image parameter such as a minimum pixel value that can measure the image sharpness.
The pan-tilt camera sequentially shoots the face image information of each shooting position according to the received position table and each position identification, whether the image parameter of the face image information of each shooting position reaches an image parameter threshold value is judged, if yes, the face image information is the face image information, the face image information and the position identification which reach the image parameter threshold value are sent to the server, and the image acquisition module receives and acquires the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera and the position identification corresponding to the face image information.
The feature extraction module extracts face feature information from face image information meeting certain definition requirements, and improves feature extraction accuracy.
The face feature processing device of this embodiment utilizes a pan-tilt camera to shoot face image information according to each shooting position in a position table in sequence, judges whether image parameters of the shot face image information reach an image parameter threshold, if so, utilizes a feature extraction module to process the face image information reaching the image parameter threshold so as to extract face feature information of each shooting position, and then utilizes a feature association module to establish an association relationship among a position identifier, an identity identifier and the face feature information of each shooting position so as to obtain identity information of all people in the position table. The human face feature processing device can quickly and accurately extract the human face feature information.
In this embodiment, the face feature information may be identified based on the extracted face feature information, and the face feature processing apparatus further includes:
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the current face image information which is shot by the pan-tilt camera and reaches the image parameter threshold;
and the face recognition module is used for recognizing and processing the current face image information to obtain current face characteristic information, matching the face characteristic information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face characteristic information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as a recognition result, determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the recognition result according to the identity information corresponding to the recognition result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier of the recognized personnel.
Therefore, the face image information in the face feature information extraction and identification stages is obtained by shooting at the same shooting position through the pan-tilt camera, so that the face identification accuracy rate cannot be influenced due to different shooting angles, different light rays and the like, the face identification accuracy rate is improved, and the shot face image information meets certain definition and can be further improved.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. When the position table in the specific area is changed, for example, the student rotates seats, the position table can be updated, namely the position identifier of each preset position is unchanged, the position table is updated according to the identity identifier of each preset position after conversion and the corresponding face feature information, and the identity information of each preset position comprises the position identifier, the identity identifier after conversion and the face feature information. As shown in the figure, the facial feature processing apparatus further includes:
the data receiving module is used for receiving a new version position table, and the new version position table comprises a plurality of position identifications and transformed identity identifications corresponding to the position identifications;
the searching module is used for searching the position table according to the transformed identity identifier corresponding to each position identifier;
the updating module is used for obtaining the face feature information corresponding to the converted identity identifier in the position table according to the query result if the query result is obtained, and updating the position table according to the converted identity identifier corresponding to the position identifier and the face feature information corresponding to the converted identity identifier; the position table is used for updating the position table according to the transformed identity mark corresponding to the position mark and the face feature information correspondingly extracted from the transformed identity mark;
the data sending module is used for sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera if the query result is not obtained, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position identifier corresponding to the converted identity identifier;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera at the corresponding shooting position according to the position identifier and the position identifier;
and the feature extraction module is used for processing the face image information and extracting the face feature information.
In this embodiment, if the location table changes, the identity information of each predetermined location in the location table needs to be updated synchronously. Specifically, the position identification of the newly added personnel is sent to a pan-tilt camera, the pan-tilt camera is used for collecting face image information of a shooting position corresponding to the position identification, after the face image information is obtained, face feature information is extracted from the face image information, and the face feature information is associated with the position identification; and when the transformed identity of each position identifier in the new position table is associated with the face feature information, obtaining a complete new position table and finishing the updating of the position table. Therefore, even if the position table is updated, new personnel are added, the new personnel only need to be subjected to face feature extraction, face feature information of all personnel does not need to be extracted again, resources are saved, and time and labor are saved.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of extracting the face feature information of the newly added person, the image acquisition module may be used to acquire face image information that an image parameter shot by the pan-tilt camera reaches an image parameter threshold, and the feature extraction module may be used to extract the face feature information based on the face image information.
Based on the above purpose, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an embodiment of an apparatus for executing the face feature processing method. The device comprises:
one or more processors, and a memory.
The apparatus for performing the face feature processing method may further include: an input device and an output device.
The processor, memory, input device, and output device may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the facial feature processing method in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the server by running the nonvolatile software program, instructions and modules stored in the memory, namely, the face feature processing method of the above method embodiment is realized.
The memory may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of an apparatus that performs the face feature processing method, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory remotely located from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the member user behavior monitoring device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the device performing the facial feature processing method. The output device may include a display device such as a display screen.
The one or more modules are stored in the memory and when executed by the one or more processors perform the face feature processing method of any of the above method embodiments. The technical effect of the embodiment of the device for executing the face feature processing method is the same as or similar to that of any method embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a non-transitory computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions can execute the processing method of the list item operation in any method embodiment. Embodiments of the non-transitory computer storage medium may be the same or similar in technical effect to any of the method embodiments described above.
Finally, it should be noted that, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program that can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and that, when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like. The technical effect of the embodiment of the computer program is the same as or similar to that of any of the method embodiments described above.

Claims (19)

1. A pan-tilt camera, comprising:
the data receiving unit is used for receiving a shooting instruction, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position table, and the position table comprises a plurality of position identifications;
the processing unit is used for determining a physical position corresponding to the position identifier according to each position identifier in the position table in sequence, determining a position adjusting parameter according to the physical position, and controlling the pan-tilt camera to adjust to a shooting position according to the position adjusting parameter so that the pan-tilt camera shoots face image information at the shooting position;
and the data sending unit is used for sending the face image information and the corresponding position identification.
2. Pan-tilt camera according to claim 1,
the shooting instruction further comprises an image parameter threshold;
the processing unit is used for judging whether the image parameters of the facial image information reach the image parameter threshold value, determining a focal length adjusting parameter when the image parameters do not reach the image parameter threshold value, and controlling the pan-tilt camera to adjust the focal length according to the focal length adjusting parameter so that the pan-tilt camera shoots the facial image information of which the image parameters reach the image parameter threshold value at the shooting position;
and the data sending unit is used for sending the face image information reaching the image parameter threshold value and the corresponding position identification.
3. A pan-tilt camera according to claim 1, wherein the position adjustment parameters comprise at least a horizontal position parameter, a vertical position parameter, a shooting angle and a shooting height, and the processing unit controls the position adjustment mechanism of the pan-tilt camera to adjust the position according to the horizontal position parameter and the vertical position parameter, and controls the camera adjustment position of the pan-tilt camera according to the shooting angle and the shooting height.
4. Pan-tilt camera according to claim 2, characterized in that the image parameter threshold value is a minimum pixel value.
5. A face feature processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a shooting instruction to a pan-tilt camera, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position table, and the position table comprises a plurality of position identifications;
acquiring face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera and a corresponding position identifier;
processing the face image information to extract face feature information;
and associating the face feature information with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises the position identifier, the identity identifier and the face feature information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
the shooting instruction further comprises an image parameter threshold;
acquiring face image information and corresponding position identification of the image parameter which is shot by the pan-tilt camera and reaches the image parameter threshold;
processing the face image information reaching the image parameter threshold value, and extracting face characteristic information;
and associating the face feature information with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises the position identifier, the identity identifier and the face feature information.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring current face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera, identifying the current face image information to obtain current face feature information, matching the face feature information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face feature information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as an identification result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the identification result according to the identity information corresponding to the identification result.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
acquiring current face image information which is shot by the pan-tilt camera and reaches the image parameter threshold, identifying the current face image information to obtain current face feature information, matching the face feature information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face feature information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as an identification result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the identification result according to the identity information corresponding to the identification result.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the image parameter threshold is a minimum pixel value.
10. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a new version position table, wherein the new version position table comprises a plurality of position identifications and transformed identity identifications corresponding to the position identifications; for each location identity and the corresponding transformed identity, performing:
searching the position table according to the transformed identity,
if a query result is obtained, obtaining face feature information corresponding to the converted identity identifier in the position table according to the query result; and updating a position table according to the transformed identity corresponding to the position identifier and the face feature information corresponding to the transformed identity.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
if the query result is not obtained, sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position identifier corresponding to the converted identity identifier;
acquiring the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera at the corresponding shooting position according to the position identifier and the position identifier;
processing the face image information to extract face feature information;
and updating a position table according to the transformed identity corresponding to the position identifier and the face feature information correspondingly extracted from the transformed identity.
12. A face feature processing apparatus, comprising:
the data sending module is used for sending a shooting instruction to the pan-tilt camera, wherein the shooting instruction comprises a position table, and the position table comprises a plurality of position identifications;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera and the corresponding position identification;
the characteristic extraction module is used for processing the face image information and extracting face characteristic information;
and the characteristic association module is used for associating the face characteristic information with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises a position identifier, an identity identifier and face characteristic information.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the shooting instruction further comprises an image parameter threshold;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the face image information and the corresponding position identification of the image parameter reaching the image parameter threshold value shot by the pan-tilt camera;
the feature extraction module is used for processing the face image information reaching the image parameter threshold value and extracting face feature information;
the characteristic association module is used for associating the face characteristic information reaching the image parameter threshold with the position table to obtain the identity information of each person in the position table, wherein the identity information comprises position identification, identity identification and face characteristic information.
14. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising;
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the current face image information shot by the pan-tilt camera;
and the face recognition module is used for carrying out recognition processing on the current face image information to obtain current face characteristic information, matching the face characteristic information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face characteristic information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as a recognition result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the recognition result according to the identity information corresponding to the recognition result.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the current face image information which is shot by the pan-tilt camera and reaches the image parameter threshold;
and the face recognition module is used for carrying out recognition processing on the current face image information to obtain current face characteristic information, matching the face characteristic information corresponding to each position identifier in the position table according to the current face characteristic information, taking the result with the highest matching degree as a recognition result, and determining the position identifier and the identity identifier corresponding to the recognition result according to the identity information corresponding to the recognition result.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the image parameter threshold is a minimum pixel value.
17. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the data receiving module is used for receiving a new version position table, and the new version position table comprises a plurality of position identifications and transformed identity identifications corresponding to the position identifications;
the searching module is used for searching the position table according to the transformed identity identifier corresponding to each position identifier;

and the updating module is used for updating the position table according to the transformed identity identifier corresponding to the position identifier and the face feature information extracted by the transformed identity identifier.
