Description

Touch key touch threshold correction method, wire controller, electric appliance and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of control of electric appliances, in particular to a touch threshold value correction method of a touch key, a wire controller and an electric appliance applying the method, and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
Most household appliances are controlled by remote controllers or keys at present, for example, a hanging type air conditioner and a cabinet type air conditioner are mostly controlled by using infrared remote controllers, and electric appliances such as an electric cooker, a washing machine and the like are mostly controlled by using keys. And central air conditioning sets up the drive-by-wire ware mostly, and the drive-by-wire ware is installed on the wall mostly, and the drive-by-wire ware is provided with display screen and touch button, and the user can send control command through touch button, for example adjust the temperature, adjust the amount of wind etc..
Generally, the touch key of the line controller is a capacitance-sensitive key, that is, when a user touches the touch key with a finger, a capacitance value of the touch key changes, and the processor of the line controller determines whether the corresponding touch key is pressed according to the capacitance value change of the touch key. Therefore, each touch key has a corresponding touch threshold value, the touch threshold value is a capacitance value, when a user finger touches the touch key, if the capacitance value of the touch key is greater than the touch threshold value, the wire controller confirms that the user finger touches the touch key, and if the capacitance value of the touch key is less than the touch threshold value, the wire controller considers that the touch key is not pressed down.
The existing wire controller mostly sets a fixed touch threshold value, namely, after the wire controller leaves a factory, the touch threshold value corresponding to each touch key is fixed and unchanged. However, since the use environments of each line controller are different, and sometimes even applied to an extremely severe environment, after a user touches the touch key, the capacitance value of the touch key cannot reach the touch threshold value, so that after the user touches the touch key, the line controller does not respond to the operation of the user, and often the user needs to perform one operation after repeatedly touching the key, which brings inconvenience to the operation of the user.
For example, chinese patent application publication No. CN107145257A discloses a touch threshold setting method, which obtains multiple touch operations after entering a threshold setting mode, calculates an average value of capacitance values detected by the multiple touch operations after the number of touch operations reaches a preset number, and uses the average value as an adjusted touch threshold. However, the method is applied to an electronic device with a touch screen, such as a smart phone, and the method solves the problem of sensitivity under the condition that a touch capacitance value is normally detected in the using process of the touch screen, and cannot solve the problem that the touch capacitance value of a touch key cannot be correctly obtained in the using process of a wire controller.
Because the wire controller can appear the condition that can't detect true touch capacitance value under different service environment, different use degree, the touch capacitance value that produces when the user touched the touch button this moment is unlikely to reach the touch threshold value that sets for when leaving the factory, also can't reach detection response condition, the touch button phenomenon that will appear at this moment totally malfunctioning. Since the method disclosed in the above patent document needs to enter the threshold setting mode by clicking the touch screen, if the touch screen fails to sense, the threshold setting mode cannot be performed. Therefore, in the prior art, a scheme for correcting the touch threshold of the touch key under the condition that the touch screen or the touch key completely fails is not provided, so that the normal use of the line controller is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a touch threshold value correction method for a touch key, which corrects a touch threshold value in the event of a key failure after a long-term use of the touch key.
The second purpose of the present invention is to provide a wire controller applying the touch threshold correction method for touch keys.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide an electric appliance applying the wire controller.
A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the method for correcting the touch threshold of the touch key.
In order to achieve the first object of the present invention, the method for correcting the touch threshold of the touch key includes obtaining an instruction to enter a touch threshold correction mode, and entering the touch threshold correction mode; acquiring a touch capacitance value detected by at least one touch operation, and calculating a correction threshold value by applying the touch capacitance value; wherein obtaining an instruction to enter a touch threshold correction mode comprises: and powering on again after the power supply is disconnected, acquiring the detection capacitance value of the preset capacitor, and confirming that the instruction for entering the touch threshold correction mode is received if the detection capacitance value is larger than the preset detection capacitance threshold.
According to the scheme, when the touch key of the wire controller fails, the wire controller is powered on after being powered off, the preset capacitor is charged again after being discharged, whether the touch threshold correction mode is met or not is judged through the detection capacitance value of the capacitor, and if the touch threshold correction mode is met, the touch threshold of the touch key is directly reset so as to meet the working requirements of the touch key under different conditions.
Therefore, even if the touch key fails, the touch threshold value of the touch key can be reset, the wired controller does not need to be controlled to enter the touch threshold value correction mode through the touch key, and convenience in touch threshold value correction is improved.
Preferably, the predetermined capacitor is a gold capacitor. Because the gold capacitor has a voltage memory function, namely when the power is re-electrified after the power failure, the voltage value can be recovered to the voltage value before the power failure, and the gold capacitor is used as the preset capacitor, the voltage value of the preset capacitor can not be reduced after the power failure and the re-electrification of the line controller every time after the line controller is charged for a period of time, so that the change of the capacitance of the preset capacitor is reduced.
The detection capacitor threshold is a capacitance value when the preset capacitor is powered off and then is powered on again within a first preset time.
Therefore, according to the scheme, when the detection capacitance value of the preset capacitor is larger than the detection capacitance threshold value, the time from power-off of the line controller to power-on again is short, namely, a user wants to enter the touch threshold value correction mode, and if the line controller is powered on again after a long time after power-off of the line controller, the user does not want to enter the touch threshold value correction mode. Therefore, by setting the detection capacitance threshold, it is possible to effectively distinguish whether the user wishes to enter the touch threshold correction mode.
Further, the obtaining the touch capacitance value detected by at least one touch operation comprises: and after entering a touch threshold correction mode, judging whether a signal of the first touch operation is received within a second preset time, and if so, acquiring a touch capacitance value detected by the touch operation.
Therefore, if the user does not touch the touch key needing to be corrected for a long time after entering the touch correction mode, and the user does not wish to correct the touch threshold of the touch key, the method directly enters the ordinary operation mode, for example, the temperature and the air volume are adjusted according to the touch operation of the user.
The further proposal is that the number of touch operations is more than two; the method for acquiring the touch capacitance value detected by at least one touch operation comprises the following steps: and judging whether the interval time between the current touch operation and the last touch operation is less than a third preset time, if so, acquiring the touch capacitance value detected by the current touch operation.
Therefore, if the interval time between two adjacent touch operations of the user is short, it indicates that the user wants to correct the touch threshold of the touch key, and the touch capacitance value detected by the current touch operation is obtained, so that whether the user really wants to correct the touch threshold of the touch key can be correctly identified.
In addition, if the time interval between two adjacent touch operations of the user is too long, which also indicates that the user does not wish to correct the touch threshold of the touch key, the normal operation mode is directly entered.
The further proposal is that the number of touch operations is a preset number; the method for acquiring the touch capacitance value detected by at least one touch operation comprises the following steps: and after the touch capacitance value detected by the current touch operation is obtained, judging whether the number of times of the touch operation reaches a preset number, if so, calculating a correction threshold value, and if not, continuously obtaining the touch capacitance value detected by the next touch operation.
Therefore, the correction threshold value is calculated after the touch capacitance values of the touch operation are acquired for multiple times, the calculated correction threshold value can be ensured to be closer to the touch threshold value formed when the touch key is touched by a user in the current state, and the accuracy of touch threshold value correction can be improved.
Further, before obtaining the touch capacitance value detected by at least one touch operation, the following steps are further performed: and setting the current touch threshold of the touch key as the minimum touch threshold.
Therefore, the touch threshold is set as the minimum touch threshold, so that after a user touches the touch key, if the generated touch capacitance value is smaller than the minimum touch threshold, the touch capacitance value cannot be used for calculating the correction threshold, the correction threshold obtained by calculation can be ensured to be larger than the minimum touch threshold, and the phenomenon that the touch operation of the user cannot be identified by the wire controller due to the fact that the correction threshold is too small is avoided.
The further proposal is that the number of touch operations is more than two; calculating the modified threshold includes: an average of the plurality of touch capacitance values is calculated, and the average is applied to calculate a correction threshold.
Further, the calculating the correction threshold using the average value includes: and calculating the product of the average value and a preset coefficient, and taking the product as a correction threshold value.
Therefore, the rationality of the correction threshold obtained by calculation can be ensured by multiplying the average value of the multi-touch capacitance values by the preset coefficient, and the response accuracy when the touch key is touched is improved.
The power supply is disconnected and then powered on again, and if the detected capacitance value of the acquired preset capacitor is not larger than the detected capacitance threshold value, the normal working mode is entered.
Therefore, if the detection capacitance value of the preset capacitor is smaller, the line controller is powered on again after a long time after power failure, and it can be considered that the power failure operation of the line controller by the user is not for correcting the touch threshold value of the touch key, that is, the touch threshold value is not required to be corrected, the common working mode is directly entered, and the use of the user is prevented from being influenced.
In order to achieve the second objective, the wire controller provided by the present invention has at least one touch key and at least one preset capacitor, and is further provided with a processor and a memory, wherein the processor is electrically connected to the touch key, and the processor receives a detection capacitance value of the preset capacitor, the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by the processor to implement the steps of the touch threshold correction method for the touch key.
To achieve the third objective, the present invention provides an electric appliance having the above-mentioned wire controller.
To achieve the fourth object, the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the touch threshold correction method for a touch key.

Detailed Description
The method for correcting the touch threshold of the touch key is applied to a wire controller, preferably, the wire controller is a wire controller of a central air conditioner, the wire controller is provided with a plurality of touch keys, the touch keys are all capacitance induction type touch keys, the wire controller is also provided with a circuit board, the circuit board is provided with a processor and a memory, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the method for correcting the touch threshold of the touch keys. The wire controller can also be applied to industrial electrical equipment.
The wire controller embodiment:
in this embodiment, the display screen and the plurality of capacitive touch keys are provided, as shown in fig. 1, the line controller has a processor 11, a gold capacitor 12, a power supply 13 and a memory 16, and further has a plurality of touch keys, such as touch keys 21, 22 and 23, wherein the processor 11 includes a main control chip 14 and a key touch detection chip 15.
The power supply 13 is used to supply power to the processor 11 and the gold capacitor 12, and preferably, the power supply 13 may be a power supply having a power storage capability such as a battery, and outputs low-voltage direct current to the processor 11 and the gold capacitor 12. In addition, gold electric capacity 12 can also be to power supply such as display screen, and in case after the power failure of drive-by-wire ware, gold electric capacity 12 will discharge, and the capacitance value of gold electric capacity 12 will reduce gradually, and after the drive-by-wire ware was electrified again, power 13 will charge to gold electric capacity 12 again, and the capacitance value of gold electric capacity 12 will increase gradually. Optionally, the power supply 13 may be removed from the line controller, when the line controller needs to be powered off, the power supply 13 is removed from the line controller, and when the line controller needs to be powered on again, the power supply 13 is reinstalled into the line controller. Alternatively, a switch is provided in the output of the power supply 13, and is placed in an open state when the line controller needs to be powered off, and in a closed state when the line controller needs to be powered on again.
The gold capacitor 12 is a predetermined capacitor of this embodiment, and may be, for example, a farad capacitor, a super capacitor, etc., and is manufactured by using the principle that an induced double charge layer is formed between an electronic conductor activated carbon and an ionic conductor organic or inorganic electrolyte, and the gold capacitor 12 has the characteristics of small volume, large capacitance, good voltage memory property, high reliability, etc., and can store more charges due to the large capacity of the gold capacitor 12. Therefore, when the power supply 13 cuts off the power supply to the gold capacitor 12, the gold capacitor starts to release the electric energy, and when the power supply 13 supplies power to the gold capacitor 12 again, the gold capacitor 12 is charged, and the voltage across the gold capacitor 12 gradually recovers to the voltage value before cutting off the power supply.
The main control chip 14 is used for controlling the operation of the wired controller, and the key touch detection chip 15 is electrically connected to the main control chip 14, and receives the touch capacitance values of the plurality of touch keys 21, 22, 23 in the touch threshold correction mode, and calculates the correction threshold according to the touch capacitance values of each of the touch keys 21, 22, 23 in the touch threshold correction mode.
The memory 16 is used for storing a computer program, and the processor 11 may execute the computer program stored in the memory 16 and implement a touch threshold correction method of a touch key when the computer program is executed.
The embodiment of the touch threshold correction method of the touch key comprises the following steps:
the embodiment is applied to the line controller, and the main idea is that the line controller is powered on again in a short time after power failure, whether a user needs to enter a touch threshold correction mode is judged by judging a detection capacitance value of the gold capacitor, if the user needs to perform touch threshold correction on a touch key, the user needs to be powered on again in a short time after the power failure of the line controller, the touch key needing to be corrected is touched in a short time after the power on again, the preset times are required to be touched, and the interval time between two adjacent touch operations cannot be too long. After a user touches a touch key needing to be corrected for multiple times, the wired controller calculates a correction threshold value by acquiring a touch capacitance value of each touch operation, and replaces the original touch threshold value of the touch key with the correction threshold value to realize the correction of the touch threshold value of the touch key.
The touch threshold correction method for the touch key will be described with reference to fig. 2. In the embodiment, firstly, an instruction for entering the touch threshold correction mode of the touch key needs to be acquired, and since the instruction for entering the touch threshold correction mode of the touch key cannot be received through the touch key under the condition that the touch key fails, whether the touch threshold correction mode of the touch key needs to be performed is determined by setting a gold capacitor as a preset capacitor, and detecting the capacitance of the gold capacitor after the wire controller is powered off and powered on again.
Thus, the present embodiment first performs step S1, powers off the line controller, and then powers on for a short period of time, for example, by disconnecting a switch connected to the output of the power supply 13, or by directly removing the power supply 13 from the line controller. After the line controller is powered off, the gold capacitor 12 will continuously discharge, for example, to the display screen, the voltage across the gold capacitor 12 will gradually decrease, and the stored capacitance will also gradually decrease.
And then, within the first preset time, the power supply of the line controller is restored. Preferably, the first predetermined time is 10 seconds and the restoration of power to the line controller may be to reconnect the switch or to reinstall the power supply 13 to the line controller. When the line controller recovers power supply, the power supply 13 charges the gold capacitor 12, at this time, the capacitance of the gold capacitor 12 starts to gradually rise, and the voltage of the gold capacitor also gradually recovers to the voltage value before power failure.
Next, step S2 is executed to acquire the detected capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12. In this embodiment, the capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12 may be obtained by the main control chip 14, for example, the capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12 is detected. Then, step S3 is executed, and the main control chip 14 determines whether the detected capacitance value of the detected gold capacitor is greater than the detected capacitance threshold value. The detection capacitance threshold is a preset threshold, and preferably, the detection capacitance threshold is a capacitance value when the gold capacitor is powered on again within a first preset time after being powered off. Because the capacitance value of the fully charged gold capacitor 12 is fixed, when the line controller is powered off, the gold capacitor 12 starts to discharge, the residual capacitance is smaller and smaller along with the increase of time, and the detected capacitance value is also gradually reduced. When the line controller resumes power supply, the capacitance of the gold capacitor 12 also gradually increases. If the line controller is powered off and then powered on again for a long time, the capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12 after being powered on again is lower and smaller than the detection capacitor threshold value, otherwise, if the line controller is powered off and then powered on again within a short time, for example, the capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12 after being powered on again is higher and larger than the detection capacitor threshold value. Therefore, whether the time from discharging to electrifying again of the line controller exceeds the first preset time or not can be judged by reasonably setting the detection capacitance threshold.
If the user wishes to correct the touch threshold of the touch key of the line controller, the line controller is powered up in a short time after the line controller is powered off, therefore, if the detected capacitance value of the gold capacitor 12 is detected to be greater than the detected capacitance threshold, which indicates that the user needs to perform the touch threshold correction mode, step S4 is executed, otherwise, if the user does not wish to enter the touch threshold correction mode, step S5 is executed, and the normal working mode is directly entered, for example, a corresponding instruction is executed according to the touch operation of the user, such as adjusting the temperature or adjusting the air output and the wind sweeping mode.
In step S4, the wired controller will enter the touch threshold correction mode, and since the wired controller has multiple touch keys, the multiple touch keys may all fail at the same time under the same usage environment, and therefore, the touch thresholds of all touch keys need to be corrected. If touch threshold correction is performed once for each touch key, frequent operation is required by the user, so that the correction threshold can be used as the correction threshold corresponding to each touch key only by performing touch threshold correction operation on one touch key and calculating the correction threshold. Of course, the touch threshold may be corrected for each touch key, that is, the correction threshold corresponding to each touch key may be calculated.
The following describes a process of performing touch threshold correction on one of the touch keys. In this embodiment, a signal of a plurality of touch operations on the touch key is received, a touch capacitance value detected by each touch operation is recorded, and after the number of touch operations reaches a preset number, a correction threshold is calculated, and the correction threshold is used as the touch threshold after the touch key is adjusted. In order to ensure that each touch operation is performed smoothly, the time from entering the touch threshold correction mode to receiving the touch operation signal for the first time needs to be limited, the interval time between receiving the touch operation signal for each subsequent time and receiving the touch operation signal for the last time needs to be limited, and if the interval time between two adjacent touch operation signals is too long, it indicates that the user is not performing the touch threshold correction operation, and the touch threshold correction mode needs to be exited.
First, step S6 is executed to determine whether a signal of a first touch operation is received within a second preset time. If the user needs to adjust the touch threshold, the touch key needs to be touched within a short time after entering the touch threshold correction mode, and if the signal that the user touches the touch key is not received for a long time after entering the touch threshold correction mode, it indicates that the user does not need to perform the operation of touch threshold correction, so step S7 is executed, the touch threshold correction mode exits, and the central air conditioner enters the normal operation mode, that is, the operation of the central air conditioner is controlled according to the touch operation of the user.
In this embodiment, the second preset time may be set to 5 seconds, 8 seconds, or the like. If the signal of the first touch operation for a certain touch key is received within the second preset time after the touch threshold correction mode is entered, step S8 is executed, the number of touches is increased once, and the touch capacitance value corresponding to the current touch operation is recorded.
Then, step S9 is executed to determine whether the number of touches reaches a preset number. The preset number of times is a preset number of times that the user needs to touch the touch key in the touch threshold correction mode, for example, the preset number of times is 5 times, 8 times, or 10 times. If the current touch frequency does not reach the preset frequency, the signals of the touch operation of the user need to be continuously received, and the touch capacitance values obtained by the subsequent touch signals need to be continuously obtained. Of course, the interval time between two adjacent touch signals should not be too long, and therefore, a third preset time needs to be set.
If the determination result in the step S9 is no, in step S6, the method determines whether the next touch operation signal is received within the third preset time after the last touch signal is received, and if the next touch operation signal is not received within the third preset time, the method executes step S7, and exits the touch threshold correction mode. If the interval time between two adjacent touch operation signals does not exceed the third preset time, step S8 is executed, the number of touch operations is increased once, and the touch capacitance value obtained by the current touch operation is recorded.
Preferably, the third preset time is the same as the second preset time, or the third preset time is shorter than the second preset time. More preferably, the second preset time and the third preset time are both the maximum time interval for acquiring the touch operation signal of the touch key preset by the line controller at the time of factory shipment.
If the current number of touches has reached the preset number, step S10 is executed to calculate a correction threshold. In this embodiment, the correction threshold is obtained by calculating an average value of touch capacitance values of the multiple touch operations, for example, after calculating the average value of touch capacitance values of the multiple touch operations, the average value is multiplied by a preset coefficient N, and the product is used as the correction threshold. Preferably, the preset coefficient N is preset by a manufacturer of the line controller. The average value is multiplied by the preset coefficient N, so that all touch capacitance values in the touch habit of the user can be contained to a greater extent, the calculation control flow can be reduced to the greatest extent, the accuracy of the calculation of the correction threshold value is improved, and the touch sensitivity of the key is ensured. Of course, when calculating the correction threshold, the average value of the touch capacitance values of the multiple touch operations may be used as the correction threshold as it is, that is, the correction threshold may be calculated without using a preset coefficient.
Of course, in practical application, the touch capacitance value detected by only one touch operation may be acquired, and the correction threshold value may be calculated by using the touch capacitance value detected by the touch operation. In calculating the correction threshold, the touch capacitance value may be multiplied by a preset threshold.
In the embodiment, the line controller is powered on after being powered off, and whether the touch threshold correction mode is entered or not is judged by detecting the detection capacitance value of the gold capacitor, so that the touch threshold of the touch key of the line controller can be corrected under the condition that the touch key is completely out of order, and the problem that the touch threshold cannot be corrected due to failure of the touch key of the line controller is solved.
