and controlling the household appliance to operate according to the operation parameters.

The home appliance control method of claim 4, wherein the step of determining the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the manipulation member based on the identification information and the initial position information comprises the step of determining the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the manipulation member based on the identification information and the initial position information
Detecting counting information of a counter in the household appliance, starting counting by the counter when the trigger signal is detected, and increasing a preset value to the counting information of the counter when each trigger signal sent by an infrared transceiver at a non-initial position is received within a preset time interval;
when the counting information is not changed within a preset time interval, determining the rotation direction of the operating member according to the updated counting information and the identification information;
and determining the rotation angle of the operating member according to the rotation direction, and clearing the counting information.

A home appliance, comprising the home appliance control device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the home appliance control device is installed on the home appliance, or the home appliance control device is connected to the home appliance in a communication manner in the form of a power carrier, and the home appliance performs the home appliance control method according to any one of claims 4 to 5 when operating.
