Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a keyboard key testing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the keyboard key testing system includes a triggering device and an electronic device, where the electronic device is a detection terminal, and detection software is stored in the detection terminal, and when an external triggering force acts on a key of a keyboard to be detected based on the triggering device, the keyboard to be detected generates a triggering signal and transmits the triggering signal to the detection software in the detection terminal; and detecting whether the trigger signal is normal or not by the detection software, and outputting a key number corresponding to the abnormal trigger signal.
The detection terminal can be a notebook computer or a desktop computer, and a keyboard of the detection terminal is directly installed on the terminal or is connected to the terminal in a wired or wireless mode. The detection terminal is provided with detection software and can receive a trigger signal transmitted when the keyboard is triggered.
The detection terminal can also be a smart phone or other mobile terminals, the keyboard is connected with the detection terminal in a wired or wireless mode, and the keyboard can transmit a trigger signal generated by pressing to detection software in the detection terminal for detection.
The trigger device in the keyboard key test system includes an acrylic plate and a silica gel layer, the silica gel layer may be a grid silica gel, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the acrylic plate in the trigger device for keyboard key test provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the silica gel layer in the trigger device for keyboard key test provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the silica gel layer is adhered to the acrylic plate, and the silica gel layer is in direct contact with the keyboard to be tested during system detection. It should be noted that the shape of the acrylic board matches the layout of the keyboard to be tested. In addition, the acrylic plate and the silicone layer may be provided with a relief hole (a round hole shown in fig. 2 and 3) to avoid a pointing stick in the keyboard.
In specific implementation, a user can cover the trigger device on the keyboard to be detected, and the trigger device presses the keyboard to be detected by using external trigger force. Specifically, the trigger device converts the external acting force into balanced pressing force and simultaneously presses a plurality of keys of the keyboard. It should be noted that, in order to ensure the reliability of the detection, the pressing force during the detection may be about 2 times of the normal keyboard pressing force, and the specific pressing manner is to press twice on the front side and then press twice obliquely upward.
When a plurality of keys in the keyboard are pressed simultaneously with the same force, trigger signals are respectively generated, the keyboard transmits the signals to the detection software, and the detection software determines a detection result according to the trigger signals.
The following describes in detail the execution process of the detection software, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a keyboard key testing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s41, acquiring a keyboard trigger signal sent by the keyboard to be tested after the trigger device presses the keyboard to be tested under the action of external trigger force;
and S42, determining the detection result of the keyboard to be detected according to the keyboard trigger signal.
Specifically, when a plurality of keys in the keyboard to be tested are pressed simultaneously with the same force, the keys are communicated through the mechanical conductive contacts, trigger signals are respectively generated in the windows system, and the detection software can acquire the trigger signals from the system. Furthermore, the windows system automatically shields the normal trigger signal, so that the detection software can directly acquire the abnormal trigger signal according to the mechanism of the windows system and determine the abnormal type of the keyboard to be detected according to the abnormal trigger signal. The Microsoft windows system can automatically shield signals of simultaneously pressing 5 or more keys and detect the trigger signals received by software and only the abnormal keys, so that a plurality of keys need to be pressed, and in addition, when the keyboard sets that more than or equal to 5 keys are simultaneously pressed, the keyboard does not output data, so that the pressing force of the trigger device acting on the keyboard at least simultaneously presses 5 keys and can simultaneously detect the abnormal information of 1-4 keys.
Furthermore, the detection software can also acquire the trigger time corresponding to the abnormal trigger signal, and judge the sensitivity abnormal type of the keyboard according to the relationship between the acquired trigger time and the trigger time of the preset normal trigger signal. Preferably, when the trigger time of the detected trigger signal is advanced, the corresponding trigger signal can be considered as an abnormal sensitive signal, and the sensitivity of the corresponding key is higher; if the trigger time of the detected trigger signal is delayed, the corresponding trigger signal is an abnormal dull signal, and the sensitivity of the corresponding key is low.
For example, the triggering time of the keys of the normal keyboard is 50-200ms, the triggering time of the keys with sensitivity abnormality is 0-10ms, when the keys are acted, the keys of 0-10ms are triggered first, the detection software can be displayed, other keys of 50-200ms are triggered simultaneously, and the system is automatically shielded and cannot be displayed on the detection software.
Furthermore, the detection software can also acquire the key codes corresponding to the abnormal trigger signals, determine the abnormal keys of the keyboard to be detected and output the abnormal key codes. Specifically, each key on the keyboard is provided with a corresponding mechanical conductive contact, each key trigger is provided with a corresponding BIOS key code and a windows key code, after the mechanical conductive contacts of the keys are contacted, signals can be transmitted in a windows system, and detection software identifies abnormal key codes according to the BIOS key codes and the windows key codes, so that the abnormal key codes can be displayed on a display device, and optionally, the sensitivity of each abnormal key can be output while the serial numbers are output.
According to the keyboard key testing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the keys on the keyboard are pressed while the force is balanced by designing the trigger device for the keyboard pressing test, whether the keys are abnormal is determined by the trigger signal generated by the keys, and the sensitivity of the keyboard can be quickly and accurately detected.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a keyboard key testing apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 51 and a processing module 52, wherein:
the obtaining module 51 is configured to obtain a keyboard trigger signal sent by the keyboard to be tested after the triggering device presses the keyboard to be tested under the action of an external trigger force; the processing module 52 is configured to determine a detection result of the keyboard to be detected according to the keyboard trigger signal.
According to the device, optionally, the keyboard trigger signal is an abnormal trigger signal;
correspondingly, the processing module is specifically configured to:
and determining the abnormal category of the keyboard to be tested according to the abnormal trigger signal.
As with the apparatus described above, optionally, the processing module is specifically configured to:
and judging the sensitivity abnormal type of the keyboard to be tested according to the relation between the trigger time corresponding to the abnormal trigger signal and the trigger time of a preset normal trigger signal.
