本发明涉及口腔医疗辅助设备技术领域,并具体公开了一种口腔医疗用消毒设备。该口腔医疗用消毒设备包括壳体;壳体外设置有吸头,壳体内设置有第一净化腔、第二净化腔及风机;吸头通过气体管道与第一净化腔连通;风机的进口端与第一净化腔连通,出口端与第二净化腔连通;第二净化腔开设有排气口;其中,第一净化腔内沿气体流动方向依次设有初效过滤网、紫外线灯组及高效过滤网;第二净化腔内设置有等离子体发生器。该口腔医疗用消毒设备能够实现在诊疗的过程中及时抽吸走病人口腔附近的空气并进行消毒净化,净化效果好。

口腔医疗用消毒设备
技术领域
本发明涉及口腔医疗辅助设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种口腔医疗用消毒设备。
背景技术
在进行口腔医疗时,如使用高速手机进行钻、磨牙等操作时,由于高速手机运转时产生的热量需要水来冷却,而高速和水冷却导致产生混合喷雾。其中,混合喷雾中的污染物包括细菌、病毒、真菌。又如,在使用超声洁牙机或喷粉洁牙等进行诊疗的过程中,会产生大量含唾液、血液的细菌型的气溶胶、飞沫等。这些混合喷雾、气溶胶、飞沫会分散在以病人为中心的几米范围内,降低了治疗区域的可视度,增加了病人和医生的交叉感染风险。另外,诊室内的空气会被污染,诊室内的门把、扶手及其他的物体的表面也会被污染。
现有的口腔医疗用消毒方式一般有两种:一种是使用紫外线灯,在诊疗开始前或结束后对诊室进行消毒;一种是使用空气消毒机进行消毒净化。但是,前者无法在诊疗的过程中进行消毒净化,后者因空气消毒机的放置位置与病人口腔之间的距离受限而无法及时进行消毒净化,均仍存在上述的危险及风险。
因此,有必要设计一种口腔医疗用消毒设备,以解决上述为问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种口腔医疗用消毒设备,能够实现在诊疗的过程中及时抽吸走病人口腔附近的空气并进行消毒净化,净化效果好。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种口腔医疗用消毒设备,包括壳体;所述壳体外设置有吸头,所述壳体内设置有第一净化腔、第二净化腔及风机;所述吸头通过气体管道与所述第一净化腔连通;所述风机的进口端与所述第一净化腔连通,出口端与所述第二净化腔连通;所述第二净化腔开设有排气口;其中,
所述第一净化腔内设置有初效滤网、高效滤网及紫外线灯组;
所述第二净化腔内设置有等离子体发生器。
进一步地,还包括万向臂,所述万向臂连接于所述吸头及所述壳体之间,且内部开设有所述气体管道。
进一步地,所述风机设置于所述第二净化腔内。
进一步地,所述第二净化腔内设置有风机室,所述风机安装于所述风机室内;所述风机室上开设有与所述第二净化腔连通的多个通孔;所述风机室的内外壁上贴有消音棉。
进一步地,还包括用于控制所述风机的转速的调速器。
进一步地,所述排气口处设置有滤网。
进一步地,所述吸头的进气端呈扩口状。
进一步地,所述壳体的内壁上贴有消音棉。
进一步地,所述壳体的底部设置有万向轮。
进一步地,所述壳体的顶部设置有推拉手柄。
本发明的有益效果为:利用风机的抽吸,使得病人口腔附近的空气依次通过吸头及气体管道进入第一净化腔内,在第一净化腔内经过初级滤网和高效滤网的过滤及紫外线灯组的紫外线消毒实现一次净化;完成一次净化的空气进入第二净化腔内,在第二净化腔内经过等离子体发生器的消毒净化实现二次净化,最后从排气口排出,有效保证从排气口排出的气体达到洁净。与现有的消毒方式相比,该口腔医疗用消毒设备可实现在诊疗的过程中及时抽吸走病人口腔附近的空气,并进行两次消毒净化,净化效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1至3所示,一种口腔医疗用消毒设备,包括壳体10;壳体10外设置有吸头20,壳体10内设置有第一净化腔40、第二净化腔50及风机60;吸头20通过气体管道与第一净化腔40连通;风机60的进口端与第一净化腔40连通,出口端与第二净化腔50连通;第二净化腔50开设有排气口70;第一净化腔40内设置有初效滤网41、高效滤网42及紫外线灯组43;第二净化腔50内设置有等离子体发生器51。
具体的,该口腔医疗用消毒设备中,吸头20的进气端呈扩口状,以便于更多地吸入被污染的空气。吸头20与壳体10之间连接有万向臂30,上述的气体管道沿万向臂30的长度方向开设于万向臂30内。使用时,通过转动万向臂30,可带动吸头20实现全方位转动,使用十分方便。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备的第一净化腔40内,初效滤网41靠近第一净化腔40的进风口设置,高效滤网42靠近第一净化腔40的出风口设置。其中,该初效滤网41可设置一层或多层,用于滤除空气中5μm以上的尘埃粒子;该高效滤网42也可设置一层或多层,用于滤除空气中0.3μm及以上的微粒,如粉尘、烟气、细菌、放射性微粒、杂质离子等污染物,滤除效率可达到99.97%。优选的,初效滤网41为纱网,高效滤网42为三层HEPA级别的复合滤网。紫外线灯组43设置在高效滤网42与第一净化腔40的出风口之间,并包括至少一个紫外线灯。其中,紫外线灯开关431设置于第二净化腔50内。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备中,为了节省设备的占用空间,可将第一净化腔40及第二净化腔50上下设置,将风机60设置于第二净化腔50内。
进一步地,第二净化腔50内设置有风机室61,风机60安装于该风机室61内;风机室61上开设有与第二净化腔50连通的多个通孔611,风机60排出的气体通过这些通孔611进入第二净化腔50内;风机室61的内外壁上贴有消音棉,用以降低风机60的噪音。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备还包括用于控制风机60的转速的调速器。其中,调速器的电路板62安装于第二净化腔50内,调速器的调节开关63安装于壳体10上。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备的第二净化腔50内,等离子体发生器51可以同时产生正离子与负离子,在空气中进行正负电荷中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,导致其周围细菌结构的改变或者能量的转换,从而致使细菌死亡,达到杀菌净化的目的。由于负离子的数量大于正离子的数量,多余的负离子漂浮在空气中,可以起到消烟、除尘、消除异味等改善空气的品质的作用,有助于保障人体健康。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备中,排气口70呈网孔状。其中,排气口70处设置有活性炭滤网,用于对即将从排气口70排出的气体进行除臭、除异味,以进一步提升空气净化效果。
该口腔医疗用消毒设备中,壳体10的内壁上贴有消音棉,以起到整机降噪的效果。
另外,为了便于移动该口腔医疗用消毒设备,可在壳体10的底部设置万向轮11,在壳体10的顶部设置推拉手柄12。
本发明的口腔医疗用消毒设备,使用时,利用风机60的抽吸,使得病人口腔附近的空气依次通过吸头20及气体管道进入第一净化腔40内,在第一净化腔40内经过初级滤网41和高效滤网42的过滤及紫外线灯组43的紫外线消毒实现一次净化;完成一次净化后空气通过风机60进入第二净化腔50内,在第二净化腔50内经过等离子体发生器51的消毒净化及活性炭滤网的过滤完成二次净化,最后从排气口70排出,保证从排气口70排出的气体达到洁净。
可见,本发明的口腔医疗用消毒设备,可实现在诊疗的过程中及时抽吸走病人口腔附近的空气,并进行两次消毒净化,净化效果好。

所述第一净化腔内设置有初效滤网、高效滤网及紫外线灯组;
