本发明主要涉及空气杀菌和除气溶胶领域,尤其涉及一种桌面超薄空气杀菌和除气溶胶装置,主壳体,253.7nm紫外线灯,二氧化钛催化网,3M静电除尘网和数据采集单元;本发明提供的桌面超薄空气杀菌和除气溶胶装置通过253.7nm紫外线灯对二氧化钛催化网照射杀菌,无害处理,无臭氧并且灯管寿命长,采用光等离子成本低,如果采用电晕或低温等离子需要大功率电源,耗电量大,臭氧基本超标;大多过滤器是先过滤再杀菌,过滤网细菌聚集,变成了病毒源,本产品直接紫外杀菌,过滤循环杀菌,无死角;采用3M静电除尘网,其大直径过滤孔,通风量满足循环风量是适用风量的8倍要求,并且3M静电除尘网可抽出,方便水洗,节约费用。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及空气杀菌和除气溶胶领域,尤其涉及一种桌面或车载超薄高效空气杀菌和除气溶胶装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的空气杀菌装置较大,且开放式的紫外线灯对人体有害。空气净化装置多重点在过滤不在杀菌,导致细菌气溶胶在过滤网中形成自己的生态,恶化了生活空气的菌落环境。PM2.5以下的微病毒还是大量存在,单存过滤PM2.5以上颗粒是比较大的误区。低于PM2.5直径的大量病毒污染环境带来的影响刻不容缓。目前的除PM2.5是纳米滤网,采用的是堵的方式,其实微细菌和滤网通量随着过滤物的增多过滤效果直线下降,我们用静电方案是疏导的方式,循环杀菌,让细菌量不断减少到无危害浓度,也符合了医学杀菌的一个非常重要量纲量:“循环通风量”。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明现提供一种桌面或车载超薄高效空气杀菌和除气溶胶装置,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种一种桌面或车载超薄高效空气杀菌和除气溶胶装置,包括:
主壳体,253.7nm紫外线灯,二氧化钛催化网,3M静电除尘网和数据采集单元;
所述主客体的两侧设置有杀菌室,所述主壳体的中部设置有容纳室,所述杀菌室通过风道与所述容纳室连通,所述容纳室内设置抽风扇,所述抽风扇的进气口与所述风道连通;所述杀菌室的侧部设置有进气口,所述杀菌室内设置有253.7nm紫外线灯,所述253.7nm紫外线灯的下方固定所述二氧化钛催化网,所述二氧化钛催化网下方配置所述3M静电除尘网,所述杀菌室的内部侧壁上设置有滑道,所述3M静电除尘网的边缘设置有与所述滑道匹配的外壳,所述3M静电除尘网通过所述滑道从所述主壳体的侧部抽出,所述3M静电除尘网的下方为所述风道;
所述主壳体的侧部设置有通过气孔与外部连通的甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头,所述甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头和数据采集单元电连接,所述数据采集单元将所述甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头采集的模拟量数据转换为数字量数据,并通过数据发送模块发送到接收端。
优选的是,所述主壳体的长宽高分别为32cm、23.7cm和5.3cm。
优选的是,所述253.7nm紫外线灯为四只4-5W的紫外线灯。
优选的是,所述3M静电除尘网为静电驻极滤网。
还包括供电模块,所述供电模块为所述253.7nm紫外线灯和数据采集单元供电,所述供电模块通过外接车载点烟器12V或220V市电转12V直流电供电。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的桌面超薄空气杀菌装置通过253.7nm紫外线灯对二氧化钛催化网照射杀菌,无害处理,无臭氧并且灯管寿命长,采用光等离子成本低,如果采用电晕或低温等离子需要大功率电源,耗电量大,臭氧基本超标;大多过滤器是先过滤再杀菌,过滤网细菌聚集,变成了病毒源,本产品直接紫外杀菌,过滤循环杀菌,无死角;采用3M静电除尘网,其大直径过滤孔,通风量满足循环风量是适用风量的8倍要求,可吸附滞留去除PM2.5以下微尘的颗粒及病毒,利用紫外二氧化钛催化产生的羟基自由基进一步氧化杀死这些病毒,并且3M静电除尘网可抽出,方便水洗,节约费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的优选的机构和运动实现的方法做进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种桌面超薄空气杀菌装置,包括:
主壳体1,253.7nm紫外线灯2,二氧化钛催化网3,3M静电除尘网4和数据采集单元13;
所述主客体1的两侧设置有杀菌室5,所述主壳体1的中部设置有容纳室6,所述杀菌室5通过风道7与所述容纳室6连通,所述容纳室6内设置抽风扇8,所述抽风扇8的进气口与所述风道7连通;所述杀菌室6的侧部设置有进气口9,所述杀菌室6内设置有253.7nm紫外线灯2,所述253.7nm紫外线灯2的下方固定所述二氧化钛催化网3,所述二氧化钛催化网3下方配置所述3M静电除尘网4,所述杀菌室6的内部侧壁上设置有滑道,所述3M静电除尘网4的边缘设置有与所述滑道匹配的外壳,所述3M静电除尘网4通过所述滑道从所述主壳体1的侧部抽出,所述3M静电除尘网4的下方为所述风道7;为方便253.7nm紫外线灯2的安装,其可从侧部插入并固定。
所述主壳体1的侧部设置有甲醛检测探头10、PM2.5检测探头11和有机物检测探头12,并通过气孔18与外界连通,所述甲醛检测探头10、PM2.5检测探头11和有机物检测探头12和数据采集单元13电连接,所述数据采集单元13将所述甲醛检测探头10、PM2.5检测探头11和有机物检测探头12采集的模拟量数据转换为数字量数据,并通过数据发送模块14发送到接收端,从而通过物联网或互联网的模式将空气的状况发送到手机端便于用户实时监测掌握空气状况动态(手机显示范围不限于显示甲醛、TVOC\VOC、PM2.5。其中含有云端存储:所属云端存储内设有:云端传感器校验、记录、存储)。本专利中所述主壳体1的长宽高分别为32cm、23.7cm和5.3cm。所述253.7nm紫外线灯为四只4-5W的紫外线灯。还包括供电模块,所述供电模块为所述253.7nm紫外线灯和数据采集单元供电,所述供电模块通过外接车载点烟器12V或220V市电转12V直流电供电。其中紫外线灯供电单元15为分立式,对应四个253.7nm紫外线灯,传感器供电单元16对应甲醛检测探头10、PM2.5检测探头11和有机物检测探头12,在本专利中将甲醛检测探头10、PM2.5检测探头11和有机物检测探头12一起封装到感应探头17中。

所述主客体的两侧设置有杀菌室,所述主壳体的中部设置有容纳室,所述杀菌室通过风道与所述容纳室连通,所述容纳室内设置抽风扇,所述抽风扇的进气口与所述风道连通;所述杀菌室的侧部设置有进气口,所述杀菌室内设置有253.7nm紫外线灯,所述253.7nm紫外线灯的下方固定所述二氧化钛催化网,所述二氧化钛催化网下方配置所述3M静电除尘网,所述杀菌室的内部侧壁上设置有滑道,所述3M静电除尘网的边缘设置有与所述滑道匹配的外壳,所述3M静电除尘网通过所述滑道从所述主壳体的侧部抽出,所述3M静电除尘网的下方为所述风道;
所述主壳体的侧部设置有通过气孔与外部连通的甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头,所述甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头和数据采集单元电连接,所述数据采集单元将所述甲醛检测探头、PM2.5检测探头和有机物检测探头采集的模拟量数据转换为数字量数据,并通过数据发送模块发送到接收端。
