Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在摄影等中使用的支架,该支架通常称为“C型支架”,具有多个可旋转的支腿而以稳定的方式支撑摄影设备等。多个支腿可以在全部彼此平行地基本垂直于支撑件延伸的位置与彼此间成多个角度关系之间移动。改进的支架还提供次级支撑位置,该次级支撑位置还能在该支架放置在不平的地面上或者例如在楼梯上时提供增强的稳定性。
背景技术
如本领域中众所周知的,这些也称为“洛基山型支架”(Rocky Mountain Stand)的C型支架具有多个以一定角度间隔开的支腿(通常至少三个),这些支腿支撑竖向的主管或柱。在大多数这样的支架中,三个或更多个支腿能够折叠在一起而使得这些支腿都从主管平行地延伸以便于存放。通常设置有锁定元件,该锁定元件将支腿锁定在如上所述的存放位置或者将支腿锁定成处于彼此以一定角度绕主管间隔开的关系以形成稳定支撑。
可以通过谷歌(Google)搜索找到这种C型支架的许多示例,并且这些示例可以从多个制造商处获取并以商标名“Matthews”、“Avenger”、“American”以及“Rock SolidMaster”销售。这样的装置还示出于以下专利中:美国专利No.6,688,565与No.9,805,631以及美国公布的申请No.2003/0029066。
发明内容
本发明的C型支架不仅包括现有的C型支架的所有优点,还提供了对于支架在楼梯上的稳定性以及支撑两个或更多个独立附属装置的能力或者相对于展开的支腿以更有利的位置维持单个装置的能力的更好的解决方案。优选地,支腿都是可旋转地固定至主管的底部,而且设置有锁定装置以将支腿保持于相对于彼此成角度的不同位置。各个支腿优选地沿着主管的底部垂直地排布以便被锁定或保持于彼此平行的位置从而均在主管的同侧向外延伸,或是在实际使用中彼此间成多个角度关系被锁定或保持。这些支腿中的至少一个支腿(优选的是最下方的最短的支腿)具有次级管支撑件,该次级管支撑件自该支腿的端部垂直地向上以及向下延伸。尽管一般不需要,但优选地也为另外至少一个支腿提供有自该支腿的端部垂直地延伸的第三管支撑件。
在优选的实施方式中,可以通过防止支腿相对于彼此转动的、弹簧加载的锁销将支腿锁定就位于关闭的位置或打开的相对角度位置。
主管优选地包括套叠管单元和位于端部处的较轻质的竖向延伸杆,该竖向延伸杆将通过一个或多个螺丝夹而保持就位,如图所示。可以提供竖向延伸的多种延伸件,但是在优选的相对于现有技术的改进方案中,上部的延伸件可以由例如碳纤维和聚合物制成,以减轻在顶部处的不必要的重量。在顶部处或沿着延伸杆的长度可以设置夹具,例如所称的GOBO夹。
位于其中一个支腿(优选是最下部的支腿)的端部的次级支撑管可以在顶部或底部开口。上部的开口可以从顶部容纳延伸管而优选地允许对例如第二摄像机或者第二闪光灯装置进行支撑;并且次级管上面向底部的开口可以容纳不同长度的支脚,该支脚能够用于在山坡地形上或在楼梯上或是在平坦地面上稳定C型支架。

具体实施方式
参照附图,图1示出了本发明的改进的C型支架,其处于打开的操作模式,包括可能附件中的一些附件。图2示出了与图1相同的改进的C型支架,只不过其处于关闭模式以备存放,但是其包括与图1中相同的附件,即,延伸杆71和一对GOBO夹63。
图3和图4以放大视图从两个不同的视角展示了本发明的基底支架。如所示出的,中央主管36由三个支腿21、22、23支撑,这些支腿每个均附接至环绕中央主管36且可绕该中央主管36旋转的环圈上。具有手柄38的螺丝夹39在被拧紧时防止支腿与中央主管36的底部间的相对运动。弹簧加载的锁销延伸穿过条块37并压靠在连接至支腿的环圈上,从而使得支腿能够在弹簧锁销35被拉出时旋转成不同的角度关系。在图3和图4中所示的角度关系中,支腿以等角度分开,即,以120°分开。可以将两个支腿22、23锁定成直到180°的较大角间距。
最下方的支腿21连接至横向延伸的支脚120,该支脚在顶部和底部具有开口,供插入各种附件。在图3和图4中,最下方的支腿21由橡胶底部末端112支撑,该橡胶底部末端从底部的开口延伸。当弹簧锁销35被拉出时,允许三个支腿绕中央主管36旋转到不同的所需相对角度位置。
图5和图6用于描绘本发明的系统在关闭的存放位置(图5A、图6C)与打开的操作位置(图5C、图6A)之间移动时的步骤。
图7描绘了以套叠方式从中央主管36向外延伸的两个可套叠延长杆式的立管72、77,这两个立管72、77优选地由轻质材料例如碳纤维材料制成,其具有所需的压缩强度但可能比不锈钢易碎,这种轻质材料提供了使整体重量减轻但不损失压缩强度或拉伸强度的优点。立管优选地通过包绕夹持式的立管套箍45、47保持就位,这是有益的,因为这些套箍对碳纤维管件施加均匀的压力——由于碳纤维管件的脆性大于钢,因而点接触的螺钉可能会使碳纤维管件破碎。
图8展示了一对辅助照明器材A,B:其中的一个辅助照明器材通过轭式件(harness)附接至立管管件130的端部,其中该轭式件具有在顶部的夹131处延伸到立管中的细管;另一个辅助照明器材也借助夹131从次级立管支撑管件111的上部部分延伸。
图9展示了本发明的C型支架的应用,其中辅助灯具由次级立管支撑管件111支撑,示出为靠着支撑壁竖立以防止该辅助灯具基于顶部的灯具器材的重量而翻倒。
如果器材处于窄架板或深度较窄的楼梯梯面上,则所示出的上部的两个支腿22、23可以向外延伸成超过120度的角间距并因而能够安装在较窄的梯面上。
图10展示了位于楼梯上的本发明的系统,其中,次级立管支撑管件111通过能够接触更低的楼梯梯面的支腿延长件114支撑在更低的楼梯梯面上。如上所述,如果楼梯梯面较窄,另两个支腿22和23可以分开得更宽,直到180°间距,以安装在窄的梯面上。
因而,本发明可以安全地应用于对于传统C型支架式三角架而言不安全的场合。
类似地,本发明中的支腿的数量不限于三个,如果需要或希望的话,可以增加,例如增加到四个支腿,这将使得至少两个相邻支腿之间的角间距更小。

Claims (6)
1.一种多支腿的支架,所述支架包括:
竖向主管;
支撑结构,所述支撑结构包括连接至所述竖向主管的底部部分的多个支腿,并且包括绕所述竖向主管的外周固定的多个可锁定套箍,且每个支腿刚性地固定于所述可锁定套箍中的相应一个可锁定套箍;
每个所述支腿从所述套箍中的相应一个套箍水平地向外延伸并且包括向下延伸的外端部部分;
所述向下延伸的外端部部分中的至少一个外端部部分包括次级管状构件,所述次级管状构件在其每个端部处具有开口,所述开口设计成牢固地保持可替换构件,所述可替换构件从下部端部开口向下延伸以用于与地面接触;
从所述次级管状构件的上端部开口向上延伸、以能够在远离所述竖向主管处保持摄影单元或摄影附件的可替换构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多支腿的支架,还包括:
竖向延伸管件,所述竖向延伸管件从所述竖向主管的上部部分可锁定地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多支腿的支架,还包括:
一组连接元件,所述一组连接元件沿着所述竖向延伸管件安装,用于将照明器材或摄影设备连接至所述主管的一部分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多支腿的支架,还包括:
可套叠延伸的支脚,所述支脚从所述次级管状构件的下部开口延伸,以允许在楼梯上或在不平的地面上使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多支腿的支架,还包括:
套叠式立管,所述套叠式立管从所述次级管状构件的上部端部开口向上延伸以保持摄影附件。
6.根据权利要求4所述的多支腿的支架,还包括:
套叠式立管,所述套叠式立管从所述次级管状构件的上部端部开口向上延伸以保持摄影附件。
