Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The basic principle of the embodiment of the invention for self-learning of the clutch in the stable gear is described first.
When the vehicle is in a certain gear and is stably driven, the TCU controls the non-working clutch in the transmission to quickly charge oil. For example: and 5 clutches in the transmission are named by A, B, C, D, E respectively, the working clutches are B and E in the 5-gear state, the rest A, C, D clutch is the non-working clutch, and whether the non-working clutch (namely the non-engaged clutch) reaches the just engaging point (kiss point) is judged according to the disturbance quantity of the rotating speed (judged by the rotating speed acceleration of the output shaft of the transmission), so that the processing error of the clutch is calculated, and a proper self-learning value is obtained. If the oil filling time is fixed, the learning value of the oil filling pressure can be obtained; if the oil filling pressure is fixed, the learning value of the oil filling time can be obtained.
That is to say, the precondition for the test of the method for calibrating the oil filling time of the clutch according to the embodiment of the present invention is that the vehicle is in a stable driving condition. The method for judging whether the vehicle is in the stable running working condition comprises the following steps: and judging whether the vehicle is in a stable running working condition or not according to the engine torque, the engine rotating speed and the rotating speed acceleration of the output shaft of the transmission of the vehicle. The method specifically comprises the following steps: and if the engine torque is in a preset torque range, the engine rotating speed is in a preset rotating speed range, and the rotating speed acceleration of the output shaft of the transmission is in a preset acceleration range, judging that the vehicle is in a stable running working condition.

TABLE 3
In this regard, FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method for calibrating a fill time of a clutch according to one embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for calibrating an oil filling time of a clutch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S1: and keeping the oil filling pressure unchanged, and filling oil to the clutch which is not engaged.
Step S2: and judging whether the disturbance quantity of the rotating speed of the output shaft of the clutch is smaller than a preset value or not. Specifically, the preset value is a reasonable value of the disturbance amount, when the disturbance amount is smaller than a preset value, the disturbance amount is reasonable, calibration of the clutch oil filling time is not needed, and when the disturbance amount is larger than or equal to the preset value, the disturbance amount is unreasonable, the calibration of the clutch oil filling time is needed, namely, the clutch self-learning is needed.
Step S3: if not (i.e., the amount of disturbance is greater than or equal to the predetermined value), the fill time is changed and the unengaged clutch is filled again.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the process of changing the oil fill time comprises: the oil filling time is gradually increased and the oil filling time is gradually decreased, and the change amount of the oil filling time comprises an increasing amount corresponding to the gradually increased oil filling time and a decreasing amount corresponding to the gradually decreased oil filling time. That is, the amount of change in the oil-filling time is equal to the sum of the amount of increase in the oil-filling time which is gradually increased and the amount of decrease in the oil-filling time which is gradually decreased.
For example, in the oil filling process, if disturbance exists and the disturbance amount is greater than or equal to a preset value, the oil filling time is gradually decreased, and finally no disturbance is ensured through the gradual reduction of the oil filling time. And further, detecting that no disturbance is generated and the continuous times need to reach a first preset time (after detecting that no disturbance is generated, the next oil filling control is delayed by the last oil filling time until a transition condition is met, and if the disturbance is generated at the previous time, the oil filling time is continuously increased according to the current oil filling times at this time). The first predetermined number of times can be calibrated according to actual requirements, and an exemplary list is shown in table 4.
Figure BDA0001918019040000051
TABLE 4
When detecting whether there is a disturbance, the detection condition with the lowest disturbance amount may be calibrated, for example, as shown in table 5.
Figure BDA0001918019040000061
TABLE 5
As shown in table 5, that is, in the 1 st gear and the 2 nd gear, no disturbance exists, and in the 3 rd to 6 th gears, it is determined that there is a disturbance according to the absolute value of the rotational speed and the acceleration of the output shaft in each gear, and the disturbance amount is not less than the predetermined value.
Further, the successive decreasing oil filling times may be calibrated, in other words, each decreasing oil filling time may be preset. In the specific embodiment, the following calibration times are not counted in the first oil filling detection, and the calibration parameter is negative, and the decrease amount of the oil filling time is exemplarily listed as shown in table 6.
Figure BDA0001918019040000062
TABLE 6
As shown in table 6, that is, the reduction amount of each oil filling time is determined according to the current oil filling times, for example, when the current oil filling times is 1, the corresponding reduction amount is-10 ms, when the current oil filling times is 2, the corresponding reduction amount is-8 ms, and when the current oil filling times is 3, the corresponding reduction amount is-6 ms, that is, the reduction amount is gradually decreased, which is not repeated herein.
Furthermore, after the disturbance is eliminated through the gradual decrease of the oil filling time in the process, the rapid oil filling control is further carried out, and the disturbance is ensured to exist finally through the gradual increase of the oil filling time. And further, detecting the disturbance and the continuous times need to reach a second preset time (after the disturbance is detected, the next oil filling control is delayed by the last oil filling time until the transition condition is met, if the disturbance exists at the previous time, the oil filling time is continuously reduced according to the current oil filling times if no disturbance exists at the current time). Wherein the second predetermined number of times can be calibrated according to actual requirements, and an exemplary list is shown in table 7.
Figure BDA0001918019040000063
TABLE 7
The oil filling time which is gradually increased can be calibrated, in other words, the oil filling time which is increased each time can be preset. In a specific embodiment, the amount of increase in the oil-filling time is exemplified as shown in Table 8.
Figure BDA0001918019040000064
TABLE 8
As shown in table 8, that is, the increment of each oil filling time is determined according to the current oil filling times, for example, when the current oil filling times is 1, the corresponding increment is 5ms, and when the current oil filling times is 2, the corresponding increment is 5ms, which is not repeated herein.
Step S4: and recording the change amount of the oil filling time until the disturbance amount of the rotation speed of the output shaft of the clutch is smaller than a preset value.
Step S5: and determining the calibration value of the oil filling time according to the change amount of the oil filling time and the preset compensation amount of the oil filling time. Specifically, as previously described, the calibration value of the oil-filling time is equal to the sum of the amount of change in the oil-filling time and the amount of compensation for the oil-filling time, and the amount of change in the oil-filling time is equal to the sum of the amount of increase in the oil-filling time that is gradually increased and the amount of decrease in the oil-filling time that is gradually decreased. The preset oil filling time compensation amount is set to eliminate disturbance existing in self-learning of the clutch, and therefore the preset oil filling time compensation amount is a negative value. In a specific embodiment, the oil filling time compensation amount can be calibrated according to actual requirements, and an exemplary list is shown in table 9.
Figure BDA0001918019040000071
TABLE 9
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: judging whether the calibration value of the oil charging time is higher than a preset upper limit value of the calibration time or is smaller than a preset lower limit value of the calibration time; if the calibration value of the oil charging time is higher than the upper limit value of the calibration time, taking the upper limit value of the calibration time as the calibration value of the oil charging time; if the calibration value of the oil charging time is smaller than the calibration time lower limit value, the calibration time lower limit value is used as the calibration value of the oil charging time, and therefore the accuracy and the reliability of calibration of the oil charging time of the clutch can be improved through comparison of the preset calibration time limit value and the actually calculated calibration value.
In a specific embodiment, the preset calibration time upper limit value and the preset calibration time lower limit value may be calibrated according to actual requirements, and specific examples are shown in table 10.
Time of oil charge Upper limit of calibration time Lower limit of calibration time
Unit/ms 30 -30
Watch 10
As shown in table 10, that is, when the calculated calibration value of the oil-filling time exceeds the preset calibration time upper limit value 30, the calibration time upper limit value 30 is used as the final calibration value of the oil-filling time, or when the calculated calibration value of the oil-filling time is smaller than the preset calibration time lower limit value-30, the calibration time lower limit value-30 is used as the final calibration value of the oil-filling time. Otherwise, namely the calculated calibration value of the oil filling time is less than or equal to the preset calibration time upper limit value 30 and is greater than or equal to the calibration time lower limit value minus 30, the calculated calibration value of the oil filling time is used as the final oil filling time calibration value, and therefore the accuracy and the reliability of the calibration of the oil filling time of the clutch are improved.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, before calibrating the clutch fill time, the method further includes: and judging whether a clutch capable of carrying out oil charge time calibration exists under the current gear, namely whether a clutch capable of carrying out self-learning exists under the current gear. This is because there may or may not be a clutch requiring calibration in different gears. For example, as shown in table 11 below, the set clutch numbers are: 0 represents no clutch; 1 represents a clutch A; 2 represents a B clutch; 3 represents a C clutch; 4 represents a D clutch; 5 represents the E clutch).
Current gear 1 2 3 4 5 6
Clutch code 0 0 4 5 3 3
TABLE 11
As shown in table 11, there is no self-learning clutch in gears 1 and 2, and there is a self-learning clutch in gears 3 to 6, for example, the D clutch can be self-learned in gear 3, the E clutch can be learned in gear 4, and the C clutch can be self-learned in gears 5 and 6. It should be noted that, this is only an exemplary illustration, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
It should be noted that the detection of the disturbance amount is performed at the start of each oil-filling control, and the detection is completed after the completion of the oil-filling and delayed by a preset time, which is, for example, 1 second.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: and limiting the calibration times of each clutch capable of self-learning, namely, each clutch corresponds to a time limit value allowing calibration, and when the calibration times exceed the corresponding time limit value, the clutch is not calibrated. For example, as shown in table 12 below, the clutch numbers are set as follows: 1 represents a clutch A; 2 represents a B clutch; 3 represents a C clutch; 4 represents a D clutch; 5 represents the E clutch).
Clutch code 1 2 3 4 5
Time limit 10 10 10 10 10
TABLE 12
As shown in table 12, in this example, the limit of the allowable calibration times of each clutch is 10, that is, the allowable calibration times of each clutch is 10 times, and when the allowable calibration times of each clutch exceed 10 times, the clutch is not calibrated.
In summary, according to the method for calibrating the oil filling time of the clutch provided by the embodiment of the invention, the oil filling pressure is kept unchanged, the clutch which is not engaged is filled with oil, when the disturbance quantity is greater than the preset value, the oil filling time is changed, the clutch is filled with oil again, until the disturbance quantity is smaller than the preset value, the corresponding oil filling time change quantity is recorded, and the calibration value of the oil filling time is determined according to the oil filling time change quantity and the preset oil filling time compensation quantity, so that the oil filling time of the clutch is calibrated according to the calibration value, the self-learning of the oil filling time of the clutch can be realized, the control data of the processing error of the clutch can be accurately corrected, the gear shifting quality can be learned and optimized, and the requirement of a driver on the gear shifting comfort can be further met.
A further embodiment of the present invention provides a method for calibrating an oil fill pressure of a clutch. Namely, the oil charging time is fixed, and the oil charging pressure is learned to obtain the learned value of the oil charging pressure.
The testing precondition of the oil charging pressure calibration method of the clutch provided by the embodiment of the invention is that the vehicle is in a stable running working condition.
Based on this, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method of calibrating a fill pressure of a clutch according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S10: keeping the oil filling time unchanged, and filling oil to the clutch which is not engaged.
Step S20: and judging whether the disturbance quantity of the rotating speed of the output shaft of the clutch is smaller than a preset value or not. Specifically, the preset value is a reasonable value of the disturbance amount, when the disturbance amount is smaller than a preset value, the disturbance amount is reasonable, calibration of the clutch oil filling pressure is not needed, and when the disturbance amount is larger than or equal to the preset value, the disturbance amount is unreasonable, the calibration of the clutch oil filling pressure is needed, namely, the clutch self-learning is needed.
Step S30: if not (i.e., the amount of disturbance is greater than or equal to the predetermined value), the fill pressure is changed and the unengaged clutch is filled again.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the process of changing the oil charge pressure comprises: the oil filling pressure is gradually increased and the oil filling pressure is gradually decreased, and the change amount of the oil filling pressure comprises an increase amount corresponding to the gradually increased oil filling pressure and a decrease amount corresponding to the gradually decreased oil filling pressure. That is, the amount of change in the oil-filling pressure is equal to the sum of the amount of increase in the oil-filling pressure gradually increased and the amount of decrease in the oil-filling pressure gradually decreased.
Step S40: and recording the change amount of the oil charge pressure until the disturbance amount of the rotation speed of the output shaft of the clutch is smaller than a preset value.
Step S50: and determining the calibration value of the oil filling pressure according to the change quantity of the oil filling pressure and the preset oil filling pressure compensation quantity. Specifically, as previously described, the calibration value of the oil-filling pressure is equal to the sum of the amount of change in the oil-filling pressure and the amount of compensation of the oil-filling pressure, and the amount of change in the oil-filling pressure is equal to the sum of the amount of increase in the oil-filling pressure that is gradually increased and the amount of decrease in the oil-filling pressure that is gradually decreased. The preset oil charge pressure compensation amount is set to eliminate disturbance existing in self-learning of the clutch, and therefore the preset oil charge pressure compensation amount is a negative value.
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises: judging whether the calibration value of the oil charging pressure is higher than a preset calibration pressure upper limit value or lower than a preset calibration pressure lower limit value; if the calibration value of the oil charging pressure is higher than the upper limit value of the calibration pressure, taking the upper limit value of the calibration pressure as the calibration value of the oil charging pressure; if the calibration value of the oil charging pressure is smaller than the lower limit value of the calibration pressure, the lower limit value of the calibration pressure is used as the calibration value of the oil charging pressure, and therefore the accuracy and the reliability of calibration of the oil charging pressure of the clutch can be improved through comparison of the preset calibration pressure limit value and the actually calculated calibration value.
In a specific embodiment, the preset upper calibrated pressure limit value and the preset lower calibrated pressure limit value may be calibrated according to actual requirements, for example, as shown in table 13.
Pressure of oil charge Calibrating the upper limit of pressure Calibrating the lower limit of pressure
Unit/mbar 300 -300
Watch 13
As shown in table 13, when the calculated calibration value of the oil filling pressure exceeds the preset calibration pressure upper limit value 300, the calibration pressure upper limit value 300 is used as the final calibration value of the oil filling pressure, or when the calculated calibration value of the oil filling pressure is smaller than the preset calibration pressure lower limit value-300, the calibration pressure lower limit value-300 is used as the final calibration value of the oil filling pressure. Otherwise, namely the calculated calibration value of the oil charging pressure is smaller than or equal to the preset calibration pressure upper limit value 300 and larger than or equal to the calibration pressure lower limit value-300, the calculated calibration value of the oil charging pressure is used as the final oil charging pressure calibration value, and therefore the accuracy and the reliability of the calibration of the oil charging pressure of the clutch are improved.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, before calibrating the fill pressure of the clutch, the method further includes: and judging whether a clutch capable of carrying out oil charge pressure calibration exists under the current gear, namely whether a clutch capable of carrying out self-learning exists under the current gear. This is because there may or may not be a clutch requiring calibration in different gears.
