Detailed Description
In order to make the embodiments, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a main flowchart of a method for controlling the removal of a lint filter in a washing machine according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes the steps of: s110, detecting whether accumulated water exists at the upstream of the thread scrap filter; s120, if the filter is available, the lint filter is set to be in a non-detachable state; if not, the lint filter is set to a detachable state. Therefore, when a user needs to detach the thread scraps filter from the washing machine for cleaning, the thread scraps filter can be directly detached, and only under the condition that no water is accumulated, the thread scraps filter can be detached, and under the condition that the water is accumulated, the thread scraps filter cannot be detached, so that the condition that the water accumulated in the washing machine flows out to wet the ground is avoided, and great worry-saving experience is brought to the user. Through the technical scheme of the invention, the situation that water in the washing machine flows out to the ground due to the fact that a user directly detaches the thread scraps filter by neglecting accumulated water in the washing machine is effectively avoided.
In a particular embodiment, the laundry washing machine comprises a water level sensor arranged upstream of the lint filter. In step S110, whether or not there is accumulated water upstream of the lint filter may be detected by the water level sensor. Specifically, when the water level sensor detects water level information, the accumulated water is shown to exist upstream of the lint filter; when the water level sensor does not detect the water level information, the fact that no accumulated water exists upstream of the lint filter is indicated.
In a more specific embodiment, the washing machine further includes a removal mechanism for removing the lint filter. In step S120, if there is accumulated water upstream of the lint filter, locking the detachment mechanism so that the lint filter cannot be detached; if there is no water accumulation upstream of the lint filter, the release mechanism is unlocked to enable the lint filter to be removed. It should be noted that the detaching mechanism can be flexibly designed by those skilled in the art according to actual situations, for example, the detaching mechanism is set as an electromagnetic lock, the electromagnetic lock is in an energized state, the lint filter is locked on the washing machine, in a de-energized state, the lint filter can be removed from the washing machine, the energized or de-energized state of the electromagnetic lock can be controlled by a button, and the button can be locked or unlocked according to the information of the water level sensor (i.e. whether there is accumulated water upstream of the lint filter) (the button is disabled in the locked state, the lint filter is always locked by the electromagnetic lock, and the button can be used in the unlocked state to control the electromagnetic lock to be energized or de-energized). Furthermore, the detaching mechanism may be a mechanical mechanism, and a driving member locks or unlocks the detaching mechanism according to a signal of the water level sensor. In other words, the person skilled in the art can design the dismounting mechanism flexibly according to the actual situation, as long as the dismounting mechanism can be locked or unlocked to control the dismounting of the lint filter.
In a preferred embodiment, before step S110 is executed, whether the washing machine has a drainage fault is detected, and when the washing machine has the drainage fault, step S110 is executed again, that is, whether water is accumulated upstream of the lint filter is detected. Specifically, when the washing machine has a fault (a situation of alarming due to overtime drainage) in the drainage process, a user usually detaches the lint filter first to detect whether the lint filter is blocked due to excessive foreign matters, in this case, a certain amount of accumulated water usually exists at the upstream of the lint filter, but the user often ignores the accumulated water when detaching the lint filter, so that the accumulated water flows out along holes of the lint filter to wet the floor of the user's home. Therefore, after the drainage overtime alarm, whether accumulated water exists at the upstream of the thread scrap filter is detected, and the thread scrap filter is not allowed to be detached once the accumulated water exists, so that the situation that the accumulated water flows out to wet the ground of a user due to the fact that the user directly detaches the thread scrap filter by neglecting the accumulated water in the washing machine is effectively avoided.
Preferably, the control method of the present invention further comprises: detecting a removal action of the lint filter in a state where the lint filter is set in a non-removable state; when the disassembly action of the lint filter is detected, a prompt message that the lint filter is not allowed to be disassembled is sent, or a prompt message that accumulated water exists in the upstream of the lint filter is sent. Specifically, under the condition that accumulated water exists at the upstream of the thread scrap filter, if a user removes the thread scrap filter, the washing machine sends out prompt information, and after seeing the prompt information, the user can firstly discharge the accumulated water in the washing machine and then remove the thread scrap filter so as to prevent the accumulated water from flowing out and wetting the ground. As an example, a user may drain accumulated water from the washing machine using a water conduit at the bottom of the washing machine (which is typically disposed near the lint filter).
The skilled person can design reasonable prompting modes according to practical situations, for example, prompting in a text mode, a voice mode or an alarm mode, and the detailed description is omitted here.
The present invention also provides a washing machine including a lint filter provided at a drain valve of the washing machine, the washing machine further including: water level sensor, disassembly body and control mechanism. The water level sensor is used for detecting whether accumulated water exists upstream of the lint filter, the washing machine can detach the lint filter from the washing machine by means of the detaching mechanism, the control mechanism can lock the detaching mechanism under the condition that the water level sensor detects that the accumulated water exists upstream of the lint filter, and the control mechanism can unlock the detaching mechanism under the condition that the water level sensor detects that the accumulated water does not exist upstream of the lint filter, wherein when the detaching mechanism is in a locked state, the lint filter cannot be detached; when the detachment mechanism is in the unlocked state, the lint filter can be detached. Preferably, the washing machine further comprises a detection unit and a prompt unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting the disassembly action of the lint filter; after the detection unit detects the disassembly action of the lint filter, the prompt unit is used for sending out a prompt message that the lint filter is not allowed to be disassembled or sending out a prompt message that accumulated water exists on the upstream of the lint filter. Reference may be made to the above description regarding detailed embodiments of the washing machine, which will not be described herein again.
The washing machine of the present invention is preferably a drum washing machine including a water guide pipe provided at the lint filter for guiding accumulated water upstream of the lint filter to the outside of the washing machine.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
